Excellent product! Very happy with it!
Product exactly as described and as seen on the pictures. Bought this for Christmas, to do something different for a change, for dinner. My kids and I absolutely loved it! Works very well, brilliant product, good quality and no problems at all cleaning it afterwards. Will use again! Possibly for Easte
Positive first use
The raclette set worked well as it is meant to the first use, its only use so far, hence the 4 stars only.
I am not sure that the rectangular set is as convivial as the circular one- but that doesn’t diminish its effectiveness .
It is a beautiful item.
I normally use the top plate to put the pan of boiling new potatoes to finish cooking while we eat: I am not sure that it can carry the weight as it the Princess raclette set is a fairly long item without middle support so it might be worth doing 1/2 the potatoes at a time.

A fantastic way to cook at the table with friends.
Perfect for something different when it comes to a night in. The grill trays underneath are perfect for cooking or reheating things or better yet melting cheese whilst the non-stick trays on top are versatile for cooking meats, vegs or even keeping pans warm. Use as a teppan or the heat source for a fondue, the list of uses is mindblowing.
A really nice grill
Really good looking and a high quality item. It provides good heat but you need to be willing to take your time. Raclette is a fin and leisurely meal to have with friends.
Fun bit of ki
Fun bit of kit. Enjoyed a few family meals with this cooking a mix of cheese-based delights and pancake based pudding. Without around small kids – it gets super hot – but that ought to go without says.
Great for dinner parties
It arrived as described and is easy to clean and operate – just switch it on and off you go. It melts the cheese as it is supposed to and the grill plates above are ideal to cook vegetables and other meats while you wait for the actual raclette to be ready. I can only recommend this. The size is good as well as it is on slim side so you still have space on the table to eat and have your plates where you need them.
Works well, really pleased with this Raclette tabletop grill
This is great! We use it instead of a barbecue, placing it on the centre of our outdoor table. It is easier and more fun than a barbecue. The kids love being able to prepare their own portions. At the highest heat setting, the top grill gets hot (but not ultra-hot) and cooks fairly fast, while the pans underneath reach medium heat and cook fairly slowly. You can grill meat and vegetables, melt cheese on toast, anything really. It is well designed and easy to clean. (Obviously you can’t leave it outdoors in the rain, it is electric and not waterproof – we keep it inside and bring it out on nice days. It can be used inside as well of course.)
We’ve used it a few times already and it’s always been a very social meal.
A great opportunity to try out different meats, marinates and vegetables. The grill and pans at the bottom are good for melting cheese but don’t expect to cook anything.
The griddle pan at the top is great, big enough for 4 people. I guess you would struggle to find enough space for 6 people.
My only real complaint is that the griddle plates on the top take a bit longer to clean. Depending on your marinade, things can bake in properly and you will need to soak the before trying to clean them.
Overall, a really good raclette grill – I can recommend it!
This raclette is so much fun! We are a family of 5 and comfortably cooked steak, salmon, veg and king prawns on ours on Christmas Eve and it was lots of fun! My only criticism was that when it was full the cooking time slowed down but if you’ve a few side dishes on the go then it’s fine.

We have had some great meals with this raclette, the kids (8 & 10) really enjoy being involved and cooking their own dinner.
The raclette is very simple to use and easy to set up. It heats up to cooking temperature very quickly.
We have had six people using it at the same time, and despite us saying it is for 8, cooking space would be very limited with 8 users at the same time.
Overall this is a great product and a lot of fun for a different approach to dinner.
I bought this well priced product recently to add variety, fun and participation to meals at home with family and friends. This raclette is easy to set up, looks good on the table, heats up fast and the food cooks well and evenly both on the top hot plates and under the grill. It is an enjoyable and social process watching the food cook. We cooked lamb steaks which we were able to grill to our own choice easily and the vegetables were delicious too with the cheesey potatoes bubbling and brown in the individual pans underneath the hot plate. So the cooking was fun and easy and the cleaning up afterwards was easy too! The nonstick surface made for simple cleaning after everything had cooled down completely. The non stick pans and griddle means that food can be cooked with little or no added oils which is a healthy option, and grilled veggies have the dark charred stripes which is visually appealing too. I recommend this product.
Bought to try and get my kids to started enjoy cooking and trying different veg but will also be using it with friends. Managed to find some great recipes online so looking forward to trying some of those out. It’s a really lovely quality and easy to clean. Heats up quickly and has little pans and spatulas
