I was so so easy to mount on the wall.
I swear the room was toasty within minutes.
    Love it.
Ordering 2 more right now for the other rooms on my narrowboat.
    It barely draws power.

Great smart fire… decided to order a second. Really easy to use. Keeps the room a nice temperature… struggles to get to a higher temperature in the colder days. But keeps the room from feeling cold.

I bought this radiator for an external room 4m x 3m with minimal insulation. This is without a doubt the most effective and efficient of three others I have tried. Easy to use, easy to set up cheap to ru

We purchased this because the hydronic plinth heater in our kitchen/diner/family room had stopped working and we needed something as a support device to the radiator on the other side of the room. It’s extremely easy to set up and can be operated either from the heater itself or via the app on a smart phone or, in our case, via the Alexa app. I’ve set it to come on and off 3 x per day, using the low power setting. It heats the room nicely and looks stylish too.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersArrived damaged both boxes and then the heater had dents in the metal part. Power cable isn’t that long too

Great product but a bit expensive, have used for a couple of weeks without issue – would recommend.

Easy to set up and link to Alexa, does what it should, instructions could be better re: setup of time zone. Glass front looks good, metalwork ok. Good value for money.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought a 1000W one as the size of room I’m heating should require ~750W or so, you can run this in a lower setting which works out to roughly 50% less, so 550W or so it runs at.

The setup of the wifi/app was seamless.

Putting the legs on, was fun, luckily I had read reviews before hand and noticed people complaining about it so I took my time doing that, they do go on both ways but only one way will hold it in an up right position.

It smells of burning when ive first turned it on, I’m hoping that goes after a few uses.

Brilliant, a bargain as I had a 50 Amazon voucher.

First one arrived damaged, returned & replaced promptly. Love the remote control from my iPhone, heats my lounge very well.

This heater looks good. The simple app works ok and the heater is easy to control. Note that the “remote control” is your mobile phone after installing the app.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAbsolutely fantastic. easy to set up and they work great with Alexa (which was the deciding factor on which to get)
Bought another two after the first one, so three in the house now in areas where the underfloor heating doesn’t get to. The app is great and the integration into Alexa is very good to. Able to see lots of information and control easily.
The only reason for 4 stars and not five, is that occasionally, they will drop of being connected to WiFi and I have to switch them on and off to reconnect.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersI wanted to find a heater to use in my newly built garden office that looked the part and didn’t break the bank. This Princess heater looks a bit like a TV – two people have asked why I put the TV so low.

I’ve got a well insulated office, approx 130sq ft, and the 500/1000w is more than adequate out here.

The Android app is acceptable rather than exciting. Suggestions:
    * It would be great to see a temperature history because it took several days and a bit of guesswork to get the morning timer just right so I walk into a comfortable temperature office.
    * My app wishlist would include Tado-like (another German company) ‘early start’ so I say “18 degrees by 8.15am” and it turns itself on appropriately early.
    * Allow me to set a temperature lower than 15 degrees – it would be lovely to keep it ticking over at 10-12 degrees overnight, or even just to know that it could do an anti-frost 5 degrees or so.

5.0 out of 5 stars Looks more expensive than it is

Great for a small room. Get to your desired temperate in a few minutes and works pretty well with iPhone / Siri

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our Usersso, the first heater arrived and there were issues with a small icon on the glass panel that kept flashing and despite best efforts, we could not get the ‘schedule’ function to work. After pressing the mode button to reset the heater, nothing worked at all. After multiple reboots, we could get it to work in manual, but not from the remote schedule automatically.

Contacted the supplier and got some useful help, but again it did not work. The heater was replaced and the new one, after some time restarting the programming and internet connectivity, worked fine and is still operational after one week.

A stylish heater on alexa. It was easy to connect to Alexa after a couple of misses but it works fine. I’ve noticed that it sometimes is not connected (rarely happened) but like a Windows computer, disconnect (pull out the plug) and plug it back in and ask Alexa to turn on the heater.
I like the sleek lines, it is thin enough and you could hang it on your wall. We have ours on its feet. It doesn’t take up much space and it warms the bay window area perfectly. And it the early morning the living area is not too cold to come down to (Alexa works). I only have to check my energy bill at the end of the month….

Very little documentation and took an online question and another user to get the unit to enter pairing mode where you can use the app to control it. Overall the product works well and does what its supposed to but wall mounting a bit basic and ended up not using it that way because it protruded to far from the wall. Ideal for floor standing unit if you have somewhere for it to stand that’s not in the way

Bought it to heat our new cabin, works really well in the space, 4x3m, can be wall mounted but we just have it on the stand. Looks good and works with smart technology, has a timer so I van set it to warm up the cabin before I go to work

Panel heater looks fantastic and via the app and touch controls is simple to use.
There are however a couple of issues, the Alexa control doesn’t seem to work, the device can never be found but works flawlessly with Siri being able to turn it on and off.

The main issue for me is the temperature thermostat seems to be out by about 2 degrees on the high side.

Normal thermometer said the room was 18.3 degrees and the heater said it was 21 degrees and it did lose its connection to the Wi-Fi once.

It takes a while to attach the feet to the heater. It is quite fiddly.
The heater is not white. It has a blue/green tinge to it, so does not match the colour of the feet. Its a shame that it is not all white.
The app seems to work fine. The temperature seems to move up and down quite a lot when it adjusts.
No noise or fan, which is good.
    Wish the cable was longer.

Perfect for heating a room in a slim profile with minimal foot print. Sleek, and works via it’s own app, great produc

Golden Review Award: 22 From Our UsersI brought this heater when my old one stopped working for my hallway as it’s the only room in the house that doesn’t have any actual heating and gets cold out there. It’s a great heater, looks stylish, slimline, it heats up really quickly and it’s easy to use. I like the fact that it can be used either wall mounted or free standing. Getting the screws into holes in the feet was a bit fiddly but once completed it was quite sturdy. It has a long cord so it can be plugged in and I didn’t have to have an additional extension lead trailing across the room which I have done with previous heaters. The heater can also be used with a simple app on my phone which allows me to switch it on/off and set timers remotely. I would definitely recommend this Heater to anyone.
