How to connect the air compressor:

  • Seal the connection of the copper gas fitting and the ‘IN’ and ‘OUT’ terminals.
  • Connect the regulator gasket to the installation location of the regulator.
  • Attach the controller bracket to the two screws at the top of the back of the machine.
  • Remove the mounting ring from the top of the controller and install the controller on the mounting bracket and reattach the ring.
  • Release the gas valve, modulate the gas pressure to the prescribed pressure and press the button.
  • The gas pressure is 4 times normal atmospheric pressure.
  • If the water filter bottle is filled with water, remove the water.

    Fantastic - like a knife through butter.
    This machine is works really well,
    I’ve only been cutting 4mm at the moment but will she what’s it like on 12mm next week.

    Would highly recommend.
    Built a plasma cutting table to cut plate when set up.
