Definitely recommend
Night vision is top quality, motion detection is great and I get alerts if anyone goes near my field. Great way to keep an eye on my horse’s and peace of mind for myself.

Got it for a property that is 12 miles away, and it has already paid for itself in fuel costs.
Whatever you do, reduce the sensitivity on the camera because otherwise you’ll get notifications about a fly in the room.

Great product but lacks clear info about best or appropriate SIM
After much googling I came to realise that the Vodafone SMART sim is the one to choose! I installed this today to find I get 3 months free then 4 per month. That is terrific but should be made clear in BIG letters to buyers of the device.
Great for livestock housing
Very very easy setup! You will however need a 4g sim! Vodafone have a smart sim plan which gives you 3 free months and then 4 a month after!

Got this to monitor our horse whilst in the stable, will be moving it out to the field in the summer, the camera its self is pretty decent the software is a bit touch and go, your sort of forced to watch in lower quality.

The features are good, the sound is good to but the Talk feature is awful and does not work. the battery life is reasonable, I bought it with the solar panel I cant really comment on the panel as where it is installed isn’t the beast due to trees shading so every 2 weeks or so we have to unplug it and plug it in to the mains for a charge! will be able to comment on the solar panel over the summer when its out on a tree in the field!
My better half sits there for hours watching him eat and sleep (he snores very loud!)

The perfect stable camera
I cannot recommend this camera enough. The peace of mind being able to check on my horse at night is priceless. The picture quality is brilliant, the solar panel isn’t very effective over winter but the camera lasts a good couple of weeks on one charge alone. It was also very easy to set up.

Re the comment of someone nicking the camera and you’d loose everything, is valid, but can be solved by a small screw in the top of the mounting unit will prevent anyone unscrewing it. Someone might say that’s a bit unsightly a screw in the top! Remember you won’t be able to see it from the ground!

Picture quality during daylight very good.
Night vision not so good because there is no light in the area I am filming.
Sound quality is good. There is an alarm on it that you can activate via phone if you need to.

You can move the camera in different directions via your phone.

Just works great , I have 2 cameras on my land one using a sim from 3 , and one using a sim from Lebara only 2.75 a month

Using this at a building site at the moment, thought it would be ok as a temporary way to keep an eye on materials etc, the camera has just been brilliant in day and night mode. So impressed with its motion detection feature as well as all the other bells and whistles including two way voice. Can’t recommend this camera enough

Was honestly a pain in the ass to set up, think thats more down to Vodafone rather than the product though, just needed resetting as it stopped speaking in the set up process – other than that its a fab product that allows extra security where previously we wouldmt have these options (with no Wi-Fi). Check you get the correct SIM
Camera was a absolute nightmare for the 1st few days the kbps kept dropping I couldn’t find out the reasone why, I done my own investigation I ordered another SIM was doing the same thing I knew it was a connection problem so I ordered a new Arial was a little better but the carried on dropping connection I relocated the camera over different locations at my address the connection was still bad so I ordered a 3rd SIM with another provider EE with data and it now works like a dream my 1st 2 Sim card were the Vodafone v-sim pay a bit more money on your SIM provider and you won’t have a issue with this camera also it’s not too bad seeltting up but you have to be a little technical minded overal I’m happy that I made the purchase now

Brilliant remote camera
I have a barn that’s remote but I store some materials and tools in and this camera has given me peace of mind. I have it hooked up to the solar panel that comes with it and a 4g V-sim and its amazing, to check in when I want or get a notification if someone is there and even being able to speak through it. Brilliant product, this is my second one of these and I have also purchased an indoor wi-fi one for home.
OMG! This is fan!
Just what I wanted! Have been using trail cameras to track hedgehogs in my garden but there are so “old world” almost analogue. Setting up is step by step. Going out in the morning to collect the sd cards. Transferring to the computer. Changing format. Loading onto whatsapp to share. NOT ANYMORE! This thing takes care of everything… Everything is done on the app from the comfort of my bed! Oh, and what’s more I share the camera with other people, who can watch the action live or playback the videos. They’re in Portsmouth and Liverpool whilst I’m in Sheffield. I AM SUPER IMPRESSED!!! Awaiting delivery of a 2nd static camera this morning!!!

Installato su di una casa di vacanza isolata a 1200m di altitudine, dove non c’ wi-fi in LAN e per sicurezza viene disconnessa corrente elettrica quando non si presenti.
Da anni qualcuno veniva a rubarmi verdure nell’orto e piccoli oggetti e attrezzi agricoli. Non potevo installare un sistema di sorveglianza basato su wi-fi (non c’ internet) e non volevo lasciare la corrente elettrica accesa e fare buchi sui muri.
Poi finalmente ho installato la camera Reolink su di un supporto per parabola stellare non pi in uso.
Risultato: “ladies and gentleman we got him!” finalmente ho preso il maledetto ladro e l’ho denunciato ai Carabinieri. Naturalmente era il vicino che veniva in vacanza e faceva raccolto nel mio orto. Ora posso godermi in pace i frutti delle mie fatiche agricole e controllare il meteo e situazione a mio piacimento.
Suggerimenti:
-Installate in prossimit (entro 15/20m) dalla zona da controllare, anche con setting della rilevazione di movimento pi alta il sensore PIR non ha una portata molto elevata.
-360: la possibilit di ruotare e cambiare visualizzazione da remoto non da sottovalutare, potete sorvegliare comodamente un’area molto pi grande di una camera fissa.
-Audio: Potete comunicare con chi presente da remoto usandola come una videochiamata.
-Installazione: cercate di sfruttare le coperture esistenti (cornicione tetto) per non esporre troppo la camera agli elementi, mentre potete usare il cavo di alimentazione tra camera e pannello solare per tenere il pannello ben esposto al sole.
L’installazione molto semplice, ma dovete comprare una scheda telefonica per collegare la camera (NON E’ COMPRESA), suggerisco la scheda Vodafone dedicata alla domotica, non pu essere usata per telefonare ma consente di comunicare con un’ampia variet di strumenti come telecamere, sistemi di riscaldamento, etc. (anche via SMS), con 25-30 euro all’anno anche molto economica. Fatevi aiutare dal venditore del punto vodafone e portatevi dietro la telecamera per verificare che il pairing funzioni. Le istruzioni sono abbastanza chiare anche se la traduzione italiana purtroppo un po’ incerta.
La APP Reolink relativamente completa e facile da utilizzare con il proprio smartphone.
Se avete la possibilit di avere continuamente wi-fi nella zona e facilit di connessione elettrica questa NON e’ la telecamera di sorveglianza per voi. Se avete condizioni “difficili” come quelle qui descritte invece l’ideale.

If you are looking for a camera to check in on your property when away or keeping an eye on livestock then this is great, if you are looking for a genuine security camera it’s only ok. The motion detection seems too sensitive sometimes and non existent when needed. The fact it is recommended to be placed no higher than 9 foot seems a bit ridiculous for a security camera too as its a very reachable height. It’s not terrible as a security camera but it’s not great, edit the solar panel does not charge the camera on dull days in the winter, reolinks advice is to take them down and charge from the mains which defeats the purpose of the solar panel, camera won’t link to the app once battery gets below about 18% we have had no charging for about 4 days now in Ja

Great camera, telephone support non existe
I would have given this camera 5 stars but I had quite a few teething problems getting it going, then when I wanted to telephone customer service I could not speak to anyone and it was by email which with time differences is like snail mail! I know this seems to be the case everywhere these days companies reluctant to give phone numbers and no telephone support but it’s my opinion this is a massive failing in customer service. I use this for my horses so I can check on them. It gives excellent peace of mind. I felt the price is too high really ad not understanding how the difference between the sim ones as opposed to WiFi are so much more but it’s a good investment for us if it keeps working through the winter too

I dialled in to check on them and found my one of my horses to be colicking, without the camera I wouldn’t have known and she may have been left for a long time without help, probably would have died. I was able to look back on the camera from the memory card to establish exactly when the signs started and also get somebody to her very quickly and leave work immediately to get to her. These cameras are literally a life saver. They work fantastically in the dark, they cover a wide area and you can zoom in fairly closely. I now have two installed with every angle covered – I can point them from the stables to the field, have complete peace of mind day and night. I am so thankful I got these and would purchase more if needed.
