The Designer
Scottish by birth, Gordon Ramsay was brought up in Stratford-upon-Avon, England. With an injury prematurely putting and end to any hopes of a promising career in football, he went back to college to complete a course in hotel management. His dedication and natural talent led him to train with some of the best chefs, such as Albert Roux and Marco Pierre White in London, and Guy Savoy and Joël Robuchon in France. In 1993 Gordon became chef of Aubergine in London. Within three years he was awarded two Michelin stars. In 1998, at the age of 31, Ramsay set up his first wholly owned and namesake restaurant, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, which quickly received the most prestigious accolade in the culinary world – three Michelin stars. Today, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay is London’s longest -running restaurant to hold this accolade, and Ramsay is one of only four chefs in the U.K. to maintain three stars.

Gorgeous!
We have purchased two sets of these. They are a beautiful light blue color and seem quite sturdy as we haven’t had any problems with them. We regularly wash in the dish washer and they are just lovely!
Quality
Neat set. Plates slightly lighter than expected but still good quality. Bowls are bigger than they look in picture.

Beautiful dinner set. Simple but so stylish. I love the slight lift on the edges of the dinner plate, great for gravy lovers. It feels super expensive and I’m very happy indeed. Top seller, boxed securely and quick postage.

Absolutely Perfect !! Duck egg blue in colour, solid, great shape crockery,will be buying another set, especially at this price !
Really impressed with this set, so much so that I immediately ordered another set so could have 8 of everything. Then when my mother saw how nice they were she bought 2 sets to replace her existing old and tired dinner service. The dinner plates are a nice size and you don’t have to worry about them not being deep enough to stop the gravy from your sunday roast sloshing over the sides. Couldn’t ask for more & would highly recommend. Oh and the delivery was really really speedy on these, with no damages.
Saw these on the high street and loved the look of them. Was great to find them cheaper here, and available in a wider selection of colours. The plates and bowls are really generous as far as size goes, and they look great. As there’s only 4 of each in the set, we bought a set of blue and a set of brown, and they go together great.
