It’s a good job that this, otherwise perfect microwave is easy to clean because I have to agree with the many reviews that say that the turntable is a nightmare! The glass plate rocks and rolls and falls off the circular turntable! Come on Russell Hobbs, this should’ve been sorted long ago!

The microwave is still going strong but more recently has started to show rust under the bracket the plate sits on so its hime this old boy gets retired..
I was going to buy this microwave again due to it being so reliable for me the last 10 years but have decided to go for a combi microwave instead..

Fairly good condition but not perfect due to the dent , but it’s a good product and I’m happy with it . Heats well, easy to clean , nice design and a great purchase
Looks great just wish I’d got a higher watt as takes a bit of time to heat things up compared to an old same power microwave which seems odd but we are still happy to keep it and adjust times to a little longer when using as it does work.
Easy to use and I love the mirrored effect, it makes the kitchen look so much nicer than the standard looking microwaves. Great value for money and fits my plates in which are slightly larger than a standard plate, so that’s brilliant.

Very good product. Smaller than expected but this was a pleasant surprise as it looks great as a replacement for my old one which was slightly bigger. Easy to clean and easy to use. Very stylish looking microwave.
This microwave is very easy to use. I cook rice and baked potatoes in it as well as warming food. It is easy to use and clean. I am quite satisfied with it.
I’ve had this microwave for 5 years. I brought it with a 60 voucher so it was definitely worth the money for me. Good microwave, does the job and has lasted me. We use it pretty much all the time, numerous times a day. Just be sure to check out the watts, it melted a baby bottle slightly so may be too high for some plastics.
Only little quirk is that the ‘quick start’ goes up in 30 second intervals, till it gets to 2.30 minutes, then it skips to 3.30 and misses out 3.00 minutes. Don’t know why.
Still going strong over a year after purchase, very slight signs of rust potentially coming through on a couple of spots at the door rim but all in all great value.
Aesthetically pleasing looking microwave. Easy to use and navigate around. Was scared to purchase because of negative reviews but I can assure you, if you follow instructions carefully. I am sure all will be well. Thank you Amazon.

First review: After noticing that the microwave I bought didn’t work I have been trying to find a way to contact the seller without making a review but there is no way to either contact the seller, ask a question (the action button doesn’t work), or make a return.
So, I’ll write the problem of the microwave here hoping the seller read this and contact me to help me out in order to get a working appliance.
Since the beginning the microwave powers off by itself after about 2.5 minutes working. And after it, it stays without power for about a minute.
Likewise, the auto cook functions do not work.
I would like to return it and I really appreciate somebody from amazon or the seller to contact me.

I wrote the previous review like 9 months ago. Now, I decided to take time to review the product again. About one month ago the new microwave I got as substitute of the first one, stop working. Suddenly, did it.
When I got the second one they told me that it didn’t have additional warranty.
So, I cannot recommend buying this product. These microwaves are defective products.
A great microwave. I bought it for my mum before I moved out, and our whole family used it. No problems with it up to today, with it being regularly used by two children.
A good microwave for the price but 2 issues.
One is that if you close the door a bit lightly (but still actually close the door) the microwave will not cook when you tell it to. Instead the timer just counts down and the microwave doesn’t come on.
The other is that the circular wheel “thing” under the glass plate, that allows the glass plate to rotate, always comes out of place so you are always trying to correct it.
Amazon replaced the first microwave received which had chips in the white paint inside the door. It was brand new so must have happened in transit.
The second microwave is fine, apart from what seems to be an out-dent in the metal. Not doing anything about that now, will keep an eye on it. Russell Hobbs said there’s a 12 month guarantee anyway.

I took ages picking a mic as I wanted easy to use and pleased I selected this one. Fits perfect in place of my last one which lasted 15 years. Looks nice and works a treat. Great delivery service
Once I ordered the microwave I couldn’t wait for it to arrive as we use it a lot in the family. It arrived quickly and securely packed. The instructions were very clear and once plugged in, 8 months on – still works and looks just like on the first day. It warms up the food very quickly. It’s got different options, such as – defrost and auto cooking and also options for different foods – pizza, milk, coffee, fish, pasta etc, once you select the product, then you select the amount (in grams) and it prepares/warms up the meal perfectly. I was also a bit worried about cleaning the microwave, as it’s got mirrored doors, but it’s really hassle-free cleaning outside as well as inside of the microwave. I absolutely live the design of it and it looks amazing in our kitchen. Definitely great purchase!
It looks really nice and has all the functions you’d need for a basic microwave. I really did like the digital timer wheel which works very well. One thing that annoys me is the beeping that is made on every button press, I’m still looking for a way to disable it. Coming from my old microwave dinosaur of a machine I didn’t find this to be particular loud however that may just be me. I’ll update this review in a few months to update on the performance of the machine.
Purchased this when my previous Russell Hobbs microwave stopped working. Have to say, this looks much better than my previous one, the mirrored door is stylish. I mostly use it to heat up soup and cook ready meals and microwave chips. It works fine and is no noisier than any other microwave I’ve owned. The mirrored door is easy to see through once the microwave is in operation. Overall I’m very pleased with this purchase.
This is a great looking microwave and is a perfect size. I don’t understand how it has so many bad reviews as I have had no problems with it what so ever. It’s a little loud but not incredibly annoying or louder than my previous microwave. I actually love this microwave as it does so much more than a standard microwave, it has different settings for different foods such as rice etc, the power can be turned down to whatever you want and there’s a defrost option.

Pretty good but can’t seem to cook popcorn with it. The popcorn setting only pops about half a bag and the other power settings over cook it.

OK so far. It’s only been a couple of days!
