Amazon sorted it immediately for me .I asked for replacement not refund and it’s all happening within 2 days off contacting them .so I’ll wait and update hopefully replacement will be fine just unfortunate .but hadn’t even turned it on as no frozen food yet only noticed theses issues when removed drawers to wash before it’s used good job I did .but Russell hobs is good make and guess there’ll always be one with a faul

Great freezer, just what I needed. The drawers are big enough for what I need but not as big as other brands so check dimensions before you buy. The drawer is roughly 35cm wide. The freezer is very quiet which is great. Highly recomended
Not up to standard
First time Russell Hobs product not up to standard. Inner door seal not fitting properly and having problems getting repaired

Very compact freezer and economical to run it’s cut our electric bill so very happy

It’s sooooo quiet and hardly uses any electric.
My only complaint is that the size stated is the overall inside, not the size inside of the three drawers. But it certainly good enough size for me on my own.

Seal coming off but easily pushed on.
I was happy with this freezer until I found the seal was detached on 1 side.
Amended: the seal just needed pushing on properly and it was fine and still is.

Should not sit on carpe
I didn’t find the recomondation not to put it on carpet until it arrived. Th.e statement that it requires 1ft clearance at the top seems odd for an under counter model. Seems to work OK. will try to find something solid for it to stand on. Its silent except for a pop every so often.
