Straordinaria, super consigliata

This is a good pin gun . Did have a dealt one , although this one is not as good as it it’s not bad at all . And a lot cheaper if you already have the batteries to go with it . I use a 5.5 amp battery and it will last all day .

I use dewalt pin guns at work every day but can’t afford to buy one myself and have ryobi tools and batteries at home so thought I’d get their equivalent and was over the moon to find that it is better than it’s dewalt counterpart in literally every way, especially when it comes to the feeding mechanism, even though it’s literally half the price. Don’t be fooled by brand marketing. This purchase is a no brainier.

Just got this, wanted one for a long time, it’s a little bit on the expensive side, though it works well, have also purchased a couple of boxes of different sized nails and they work in the Nailer too, it comes with a small amount of 30mm nails.

I’m a DIY and hobby worker and have built up a small collection of cordless Makita tools, there’re faultless but I couldn’t justify the cost of the Makita equivalent 18 G nail gun. I bought an badaptor to be able to use my current Makita batteries in the Airstrike. I am using tacwise nails and it all works really well. I have had to practice on a few off cuts to work out the nail depth but overall this is so convenient for the work that I do on small projects in and around the house. I only have a small workshop so didn’t want to go down the route of compressors, also you take this tool to the job ie up a ladder. A really good purchase that compliments by growing tool collection.

Finally a nail gun that does what it says it will, a touch heavy when using regularly but worth it, so far not one nail jam or mis fire, very impressed and wish I’d bought this one before the 3 other cheaper options that all failed within weeks of purchase F A B.

Quick and Easy Transaction. Bought for my son. Not an item you use much but if needed well worth having in your collection.

Great bit of equipment far better than the one it has replaced so much so that I have purchased a circular saw of the same make.

Fantastic addition to my tool kit. An absolute must for any keen DIYer. Well worth the price tag. I considered both the 18G and the 16G, but went with the 16G as this has far more practical uses and can be used with far longer and stronger brad nails. The airstrike system works a dream, though you may have to tap down the final few mm if the wood is anything other than softwood. Get one. You won’t be disappointed.

It worked just fine while I tested it with few nail sizes. I haven’t used it in anger hence the 4 star review but I like the nailer very much. Not very light but manageable. Should be perfect for the occasional DIY-er (otherwise I would have invested in a compressor and an air nail gun – based on what I’ve read :-))

These are very handy, and a lot simpler than a hammer and nail, with the slight disadvantage that this can only drive 18 gauge nails (up to 50mm). It took less than a minute to nail up a 4m board, which would probably have taken 2 or 3 times longer with a hammer and nails.

I actually bought this one because I had been using one that I had borrowed, but that one stopped working where you could hear the motor wind up, but it wouldn’t actually fire the nail. So this was to replace the non-working one.

However, after doing some “research” on YouTube, it appears a common issue with these is lubrication of the piston(s). So I decided to take the non-functioning one apart to check the components. I did add a little 3in1 oil to the hammer pin, but didn’t add any other lubrication, and now it fires 99% of the time; when it doesn’t fire, a second attempt usually works.

    All-in-all, very handy.

Had ryobi stuff years ago but they were s#$t,but they have improved so much so I thought I would give this a try because makita reviews for there’s were bad, and as of this moment I’m very happy with the gun also I would like to point our I’m using an adaptor to use makita batteries on it because I don’t want to have to buy another set of battery and charger just to use it so I think at time of purchase this was 150-60 ish and 20 for adaptor so half the price of makita and dewalt so a no brained in my opinion and its obviously had high scores in reviews for its functionality in construction and for questions its for making cabinets, cupboards spindles etc I’m using it to nail architrave mostly so if it’s diy construction like stud you need a frame nailer not this, and if you read the info it says bare unit so no battery the amount of people who leave a 1 star and negative review because they don’t read

Absolutely great nail gun. Effortless to use. No jamming or any other problems. Gets through the work at a great pace. Sorry I didn’t buy it soone

I noted previous reviews stating that it occasionally failed to fire. I found that if this happens if you just toggle between single shot and multi and back again it cleared itself. No clue why but its been nothing but really useful for me!

I’m well invested in the ryobi one+ range already, and needed a nailer for some panelling. Brilliant bit of kit, with good adjustability for strength of driving nails. I find it slightly imbalanced in use, and it doesn’t reliably stand up on the battery as I would have liked. You can’t just tap out loads like you would with an air nailer, but this is so much more convenient. Especially working in places with no power at all.

Ottimo prodotto.

Chuffed to bits with this pin nailer, which I have had for six months & used on various projects. Extremely handy indeed saving time on lightweight jos & leaving a neater finish than screws or nails.

I wish I had bought this ten years ago. There are a few minor issues; the yellow tip keeps falling off, the gun misfires occasionally, particularly when the battery is low. The gun is heavy and it is not often easy to see exactly where the nail will go into the wood.

I bought a 5ah batter for this and it requires charging every quarter box of nails, which is about a week’s work.

Excellent overall, despite the minor niggles. Just one point; the continuous setting is scary. Keep it on single nail wherever possible.

Love this tool. Easy to use and controls very easy to adjust firing of the nail for the size vs depth.

Extra 18G nails universal fit the cartridge.

    Smashing quality product.
