Excellent nail gun to add to a collection of èxisting of tools
hi, this nailer is superb, not so good good on value for money.
It feels safe and sturdy in the handy, a little heavy, but you get what you pay for. It hoots adequate brads, and Stapleton, loads of settings on it, so you can customise it to the wood your nailing into and ize of brads and there are plenty of sizes available.
Overall a fantastic nail gun, I built my summer house and lined it out in record time. Worth the money.
Bon produi

Prefect Addition For My Workshop
Been watching this online for months for the right price, with my work/hobby it was a must have to not only add to my Ryobi collection but perfect to assist with my Glue Ups.

Works a trea
Considering the price, this has performed as well as I would have hoped a ‘top-name’ nailer would have done. Sorted out my fence, no problems, no jams, never missed a beat. To cap it all, I bought this with a ‘Badaptor’ battery adaptor, which allows me to use my existing Makita batteries in this tool – which only increases the superb value for money! The one drawback is that these tools are a bit heavy so you need to use with care – having said that, I have an arthritic wrist – if you’re young and fit (and not a decrepit grandad like me!) this tool is ideal

A nice bit of kit, slightly disappointed a it only takes one size of brads
Used to nail pieces of wood together …well what else! Has a lot of power behind it but expensive for what it does. As the headline, disappointed it only take one size so that limits its use and because of that, plus the need to find a battery/ charger, expensive. Ultimate test is would I buy again … no!

Serious bit of kit! Easily as powerful as gas powered 2nd fix guns I’ve hired in the past. If you’re looking at hiring a gun a few times for DIY projects this is a better option. 3 year warranty when you register with Ryobi so you should get your moneys worth from it. Even comes supplied with some nails to get you started.
Quality bit of ki
Cant fault this i have paslodes and this is just as good
Good buy
Really love this nailer, really good at its job and saved me a lot of time using a hammer! So far have made some boxes and other small stuff but no doubt it will live up to most tasks I throw at it!

great produc
Brilliant item and very easy to use, Arrived before time stated so that was a bonus
More than happy with product, when eventually got delivered. Ryobi need to start using plain boxes. Decent quality, works really well. Like the fact can alter amount of pressure required to bang nail in. On full, nail quite happily pierce through plaster. Can also change the amount of nail bedded in, which can be a little temperamental, depending on material. Overall a nice sturdy bit of kit. Just not the cheapest tool on market.

Great bit of kit.
Great addition to my Ryobi collection.Never disappointed by Ryobi. This nailer stands tall against much more expensive competitors.Light accurate, tight and durable and most of all can be used with my existing batteries.Great for finishings and more robust jobs.
Absolutely amazing tool!
One of the best tools for its price, absolutely invaluable now!
Never had a jam, works flawlessly everytime!
Wouldn’t be without it now!

Satisfai
Satisfait
Another brilliant Ryobi produc
Bought to put up our fence panels round out garden. Well and truly up to the job, and love the two modes. I am not a strong woman but found even with the large battery on, this wasn’t too heavy to use for an extended period of time.

Could not afford a Dewal
I have standardized on Dewalt tools but could not validate 350 for a brad nailer. Especially as this is for occasional use. Ryobi have surprised me – this is a great nailer. I have tried all nail lengths and it easily fires them into a variety of wood. It is comfortable in the hand is not too heavy. I use a Ryobi to Dewalt battery converter so that I can use my Dewalt batteries. Overall, highly recommend.

10/10 👍
Probably one of the best nail guns I’ve ever used
Best nail gun at no Money whatsoeve
Have been doing homework on finish nailers for sometime, love Marita but reviews very poor so that option eliminated pretty quickly. I have experience with paslode but they are expensive with continual gas running costs and their temperamental nature ruled this one out too. Dewalt came very close its gas less design appealed greatly, but the price tag was hard to justify. Then came the ryobi, no gas, excellent reviews, price tag, what wasn’t to love. Then came the issue others were having that although the gun itself at 159 was incredible value the fact you needed the ryobi one battery and charger added another 100 or so to the bill, but I discovered an adaptor that clips in and allows me to use my existing Makita battery’s all for 20. So 179 for this gun is best value for money tool I have ever owned, simply flawless to use and seriously no jams or misfires…… love i
Just The Job
Once you Have Sorted Out The Settings ie: Air Pressure Required And Required Depth Of Brad, Works Like A Charm
Big and reliable
Battery pack can make this a little unwieldy as it is quite bulky in comparison to a purely pneumatic nailer but is well balanced. It is really sturdy and very easy to operate once you get the feel of it. The loading and jam clearing are simple and reliable. I haven’t had a jam yet in the couple of hundred nails I’ve driven so far. And that is with me driving them in at a 30 degree angle.

I was concerned that this would be too heavy and 16 Gauge would be too thick compared to 18 gauge unit and brad nails. This was not a concern once I got this unit and used it, the nailer has weight but it’s manageable even upside down (4.2Kg incl 5.0Ah battery) I’m 50+.
I’ve incl. a couple of images, one shows the 16 gauge brad nails in a 9mm hardwood ply, virtually as invisible as 18 gauge, I was worried these would be like real nails, there still thin nails just a little thicker, which is what I need for holding ply to the ceiling. (9mm ply, 32mm 16 gauge brads)
Another image shows the 16 gauge brad nails next to 18 gauge, as you can see there’s minimal difference in thickness (lengths are 25mm and 32mm I didn’t have same lengths around). when you hit a screw they both bend.
I could of bought this unit 30 cheaper from else where but Amazon customer service is second to none and other products that have failed over a year later, amazon has just been as good as gold and shipped out a replacement if needed and dealt with the supplier themselves, so I paid the extra, plus it was next day on prime.
Picture with arrows shows 16 gauge v 18 gauge in 9mm ply. (shot by 2 different guns).
Adjustable strike air pressure at rear, and fine adjust depth at shoe
If I were to choose again 18 gauge or 16 gauge, I’d go 16 gauge, it’s more versatile but still a thin nail, you wont be making frames with this, it’s more fence panels, wooden cladding, ply sheets on walls or ceilings. Works with soft or hardwood, ply or stock C16/C24, min 19mm (3/4″) x 1.6mm — max nail size 16G (1.6mm) x 65mm (2 1/2″), 100 nail clip
It’s a finishing nail gun (second fix woodwork) not for making partition walls.
For 200 it matches 400+ pro finishing guns.
enjoy
Buena marca y precio
Top product & Supper Supplie
Reliable supplier, product also very good-robust construction, works perfect!!, great quality
And shipping also speedy, thank you!
excellent tool
I’ve been using this Ryobi One nail gun for about a month, and have used it to put-up a fence and attach the plywood to a stud wall. In both jobs it has worked extremely well, just as you would expect. There is no shortage of power and with a 5.0aH battery it has lasted extremely well. Overall I would definitely recommend this tool. It might just be worth noting that, with the battery on, it isn’t a light weight tool (which makes sense, because you’re holding a mini air compressor in your hand…), so just be ready for that.
Might have some charging issues
I have been testimg it with nails from 20 to 45mm. It has been working jist fine, but some times when it is cold. It will not charge. You might have to use several attempts to get it to charge again. Or maby heat it up, in a worn room.
Sturdy and powerful but...
I am very impressed by this nail gun.
It is easy to use, light and sturdy.
Nice quality materials made of.
Only bad thing for Ryobi is the pack
When you buy a power tool, not accessories, you are expecting it in a proper plastic case to hold it well.
This one comes in a cardboard box and makes it look like a cheap tool. Lack of professionalism.

Accurate and powerful
I previously had a corded *Titan nailer* which I bought because it was fairly cheap. There were 2 main issues with it, you couldn’t tell EXACTLY where the nail was firing from which meant if you wanted to do some finer bits of work you’d be in trouble. The other issue was that unless you pressed the nailer hard into the surface you’d always be left the head of nail poking out. In other words it wasn’t powerful enough.
*NO SUCH ISSUES HERE*
Firstly the Ryobi nailer makes it perfectly clear where the nail will fire from, I’ve tested this several times and get it firing with millimetre precision. Secondly this thing is ridiculously powerful. It drives a max 50mm nail with zero effort which means nails can be below the surface should you need them to be. It has a power setting on the back and depth control too should you need them.
Overall an amazing bit of kit.
Very good tool
Very happy with this purchase. It is a bit heavy with a 5amp battery so may not be the right tool for someone with weak wrists. As fir me I use is a hell of a lot.
FANTASTIC PRODUCT
Great product simple to use and have used over 2k times its so easy to use, no idea how or why i used a hammer b4
HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Already more useful than I expected
I bought this nailgun because I am restoring some 1970’s kitchen cabinets and some handles have worked loose. They were originally attached by brad nails so I’ve used the same method – there’s no way I could have got a panel pin and hammer into the space where the nails were required.
Worked like a charm, put the nails in just under the surface and a little filler and paint and you’d never know it had been done.
Also been great for securing beadinig/trim around skirting, securing shelves in place, repairing a fence and there’s about another 10 jobs I can see where it’ll be the perfect tool.
Doesn’t like the 15mm nails so much, they can sometimes twist in the magazine, but that’s an occasional, minor thing and could be due to the nails I purchased.
Overall a time saver and pleased with it.
Great buy
I’ve had for over a year used 10000 through it
It’s brillia
Buy this and save loads
Better than guns twice the price and perfect every time. No jamming and really easy to use
Ok, so I only buy Milwaukee cordless tools… until now. I’ve had a Milwaukee brad nailer in my basket for about 2 years now, waiting for a deal, they are around 360 for a bare unit, and have terrible reviews, very unreliable and constantly misfiring and inconsistent depth of nail heads. The Ryobi has excellent reviews and is well under half the price. But I really wanted to stick with Milwaukee batteries, so I ordered the Ryobi brad nailer and a battery adaptor to use with Milwaukee batteries. Well I think it’s one of the best tool decisions I ever made, this thing is unbelievably good! Has never misfired, compact size, light enough but feels sturdy. My air nailer is going in the bin. I was so impressed I went and bought Ryobi’s cordless random orbit sander as well, which is also excellent and very affordable. If any more of my Milwaukee gear packs up (which is highly likely) I would seriously consider a Ryobi replacement. Milwaukee just aren’t that good that they should be 2 to 3 times the price of a comparable Ryobi tool. I’m now eyeing up Ryobi’s cordless chainsaw as Milwaukee wants 600 for one (that’s some expensive firewood)
Great product and easy to use
Arrived on time and was packaged well. Product itself was as expected although the operating instructions leaving a little to be deserved.
R18n16g-0
It works! Very well.
I had a mains-powered one before this, which constantly blew the breaker. This is a serious tool which fires brads in with ruthless efficiency. LED lights up as soon as you touch it. Rarely jams, too. Not too heavy on battery life.
However, none of the adjustments seem to make much difference – it just belts the nails in regardless.
Only slightly humorous note was the accessory belt clip – 🙂 – you’d need a pretty sturdy belt to hang this piece of gear on! It is NOT lightweight, so you’d probably end up with your trousers round your ankles!
Highly recommended wish I’d bought it years ago - pallet wall up in an hour !!
Fab product, highly recommended, did pallet wall in about an hour, easy to use, easy to load, wish I had bought years ago – ideal for trellis, decking, planters etc etc

Can’t beat it for the price
Can’t really beat this for the price, it works well feels sturdy and you don’t need anything other then a battery.
Fast skirting
Absolute game changer! It’s so easy to use and certainly makes mounting skirting boards a lot easier and faster.
Good performe
Excellent addition to the ryobi family. Minimal use at present but so far works excellent.
Ryobi 18g cordless naile
I found this cordless nailer very easy to use and fill with the correct size of ‘pins’/nails ranging from 10mm to 50mm in length and of approximately 1-2mm thickness which in my opinion is suitable for a vast majority of jobs required despite some of the not so positive reviews about its capabilities. Depending on the application this nailer should be able to cope with affixing decking upto 25mm in thickness using a 40-50mm nail, also shed roof and side panels, fencing and gate work, it has many uses around the house. For stud work however, I would suggest using screws as the main fixing material giving a much stronger bond. Skirting to wooden battens, even picture framing through the sides (not top to bottom), possibly even glueing for a strong fix. A brilliant piece of kit.

Calidad y precio 👍
Plug and Play...
Great 18g Brad Naile
I had looked at cheaper brad nailers but was concerned about being able to buy replacement batteries. I have a number of Ryobi 18+ tools so I have plenty of batteries available. The Ryobi nailer was much more expensive but I am pleased I stuck with Ryobi, out of the box it powered up straight away and fired the brads perfectly. I expect this to be another valued asset to my Ryobi collectio

Very impressed worked exactly as hoped
I was apprehensive about buying a battery powered nailer but I needn’t have worried as this performed exactly as I’d hoped.
I used this to make some shelves, covering 2″ CLS timber with 8mm MDF and wanted them to look like a clean, square finish. The brads from this did that job perfectly after a few trials to find the exact power and depth settings I needed – achieved with a very simple dial on the rear and turning handle on the “nose” of the nailer. I was then able to have them perfectly sunk without leaving much of a hole to fill to hide the heads.
The tool is easy to refill, with a nice sliding loader that’s done in seconds.
With regards to powering it, I had read reviews about which battery would be required (some saying 5.0a?!) but I risked the 2.0a to keep costs down and it worked perfectly fine, lasted long enough for me to use the approx. 200 brads I needed to get my jobs done
Highly recommend
Positives- the gun is intuitive, point shoot, depth and power all easily figured out without the manual .
Nailed 18mm plyboards together with ease leaving only a small head mark from the Brad nail..
Negatives
Manual is next to useless.
If you don’t already have Ryobi battery and charger then the costs goes up, however it was cheaper than the DeWalts and guess the batt means I will lean towards more ryobi tools – but if a tie in….

Does what it said on the box! No problems
Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Have only used this to test using a dozen nails or so. Easy to use, easy to adjust. Works as it should.
Good for the prics
Great little nail gun.
Uses the same battery as my lawn mower.
Easy to load and use, and strong fix.
It does falter once every 10 shots or so, so you have to re-apply and fire again.
Don’t know how I managed without it.
Skirtings, architrave, door stops – done them all

More eco than fuel cells; compressed air firing electrically! Too new to comment on durability.
Ryobi continue to rise in my estimation.
I wanted compressed air firing but without non-eco-friendly fuel cartridges. Ryobi invested this electrically charged compressed air cylinder – a stroke of genius which others are now immitating.
I’m impressed with the ease of loading, ease of firing, range of compatible brad nail lengths, number of shots I get from a 4000AHr battery.
Occasional nail jams can usually be ejected by releasing the clip on the top of the firing rail. I had to use a screwdriver once to get a stuck nail to move.
Behaves a little strangely when down to the last few nails – doesn’t like to fire them, perhaps not enough spring tension – have found I can load another clip in to fir the last few from the previous clip.
Have used this for 3 months this Summer. Hope it proves durable as I’ve started recommending to others and am considering migrating all my cordless tools to Ryobi as my old Bosh greens (DIY range) wear out and possibly my Makita too – but time will tell.

Great purchase
This has been a fantastic product in terms of its ease of use; the single battery system is fantastic and the overall build quality and functionality are excellent. Has performed faultlessly for the last 6 months. I have other Ryobi power tools and have never been disappointed with their quality, performance and value for money.

My first nail gun and what a well designed and well made tool
Does what any nailer should and a few don't.
Portable with One battery, fast for fence and shed panel repairs. Good range of nails and pins. Powerful guide light.
Great nail gu
