Better for me than Buds Pro or Beats Fit Pro
Upgrading from the original Galaxy Buds, which have been great. The Buds Pro wouldn’t stay in my ears. Beats Fit Pro never got a good fit and sounded tinny. Returned them both and got the Buds 2 – really happy. Good fit, good sound, barely notice them.
his is my first pair of wireless headphones. I tested them over a 24 hour period
I like them a lot, the sound quality is good and they’re more than loud enough. I’m a pretty fast walker and they didn’t fall out or even come out of place at all.
the bluetooth connection is decent, and they can keep connection to my phone perfectly when it’s in the next room over. any further than that and it starts to cut out a bit
I’m primarily using them with my phone, which is an android but not a Samsung. I’ve found using them to be pretty easy, download the galaxy wearables app and pair them the first time, then every time after just open the case and they work straight away
my major problem with them, which I’m not sure is the fault of the headphones: they’re not compatible with PS5, one of the reasons I bought them. I think this is just Sony trying to force you to buy their proprietary Bluetooth headset but I was still disappointed
also, the mic is very quiet when used on discord calls. hopefully you can adjust the settings to make it better
overall though, even if it’s just for music through my phone I’m happy with them for what I paid (70)
Worth the money
I’m glad I got them after considering buying earphones for months. The sound is good quality and noise cancelling is ok (although definitely worse than my headphones). They are also comfortable and managed to sleep in them once. I was worried about them falling out but the size is actually ok and no problems here.
So, got these Bud2 today. Easy to connect, quite fiddly to get fitted correctly, but managed eventually. Bluetooth range seems good, noise cancellation is excellent and they are very comfortable. However, the lack of volume control is a bit of a nuisance. OK – I can just go to the phone. But even though one can use Bixby, it would have been nice to be able to adjust the volume from touching the buds…
Great earbuds
The setup is user friendly and shows what you need and how to do it, and the software of it is also great allowing to see battery procentage on both earbuds and case. Sound quality is great and it allows you to change equaliser to either add more bass or other things.
Sound cancellation honestly never needed to use as the earbuds themselves block a lot of noise.
I love feature about surround sound as it let’s you clearly hear people around you whole having earbuds on.
Oberall very happy with the purchase and would recommend it to others.

High quality product at a good price (£70)
Very good product. First takeaway is how lightweight the buds are keeping them secure in the ear against the pull of gravity. Changed to the larger ear buds improved seal and audio, adding an extra secure fit to hell avoid any slippage when walking – note I didn’t get any with the default buds more of a preference.
Good Audio quality, design both of earphones and case really high quality. The case is small roughly 1.5″x1.5″ important for me as I like to keep them in my jeans pocket.
Battery of buds is average and same as case, what I would expect of a light bud/small case.
ANC is decent, much improved with a better seal created by the change of buds.
App offers nice features like basic equaliser and customisation of touch controls (which is well appreciated).
Would recommend for the price and as one of the best in this range
This is the second set of Samsung buds I have purchased. These ones were for my daughter.
Decent build quality, good sound and brilliant battery life.
What sets these apart from other lower priced earbuds is how well they pair with your phone and how consistent it is. I’ve only marked them down as 4* as they don’t actually sound better than my other set of buds that cost half the price and I’ve had some complaints with people on phone calls saying the noise cancellation makes the background sound weird.
These are my first pair of earbuds with ANC. What a revelation ! The difference it makes on my train journey is just phenomenal. Outside noise is minimised, and if I want to be more aware of my surroundings, I can toggle the ANC on and off with just one touch. The buds are lightweight and comfortable. Bass/ treble etc, can be personalised using the Android app. A great purchase.
Android device? Get these - bargain!
If you’ve got an Android device, you’re going to be hard pressed to do better than these for the money
I managed to get them during a Samsung cashback period, so around 50/60 which frankly is an absolute bargain
Suspect they’re great with any make/model of device over Bluetooth, but Android devices have some additional software equaliser features

I use these for music, attending calls at work, zoom meetings & daily walks. these are absolutely great.
noise cancellation works nice, sound quality is great as well. changing tracks by double/triple taps is hit and miss but otherwise everything else works just great. 1 experimental feature of changing volume by tapping on edge of either buds works great as well. I like these a lot.
Great sound quality nice design fits comfortably in ear not uncomfortable for me at all, can wear for long periods of time. Had for about a month now and am really pleased with them overall
bought these for my partner, he loves them, great quality and sound and noise reduction, great that they can be wireless charged too, no fiddly USB cable to fit to charge them. Great colour too as goes with his new Flip 3 phone.
I’m going to update this review once I have more time with them, but these sound amazing.
I’ve been almost a collector of earbuds and headphones over the years, I’ve owned lots of pairs both inexpensive and expensive. My current wireless earphones are the Sony XM3 (which I paid about 180 for, but can be had for less now). I also had a set of the original Galaxy buds wireless, which were great but sadly one fell down a grating in the road.
My go-to wired earphones are the Audio Technika E70 pro which are much more expensive at about 300. I’ve previously used earphones like the Ultimate Ears UE900 (also approx 300) and the UE700 (about 100 I think).
So straight-up, the sound quality from these, to me, are competitive with all of the above and I think it makes these extremely good value at the current price of 99.
A few initial comparisons with my Sony XM3s:
– The Samsung’s fit nicer than the Sony XM3s because they are smaller and the case is much more compact too.
– The Samsung’s call quality/microphone quality seems better so far, the Sony’s were worthless for that.
– My initial impressions (so far) on sound, compared to the Sony’s is that they sound as good as each other. I did note that the treble seemed a little harsher though at high volume. Hopefully this won’t be a deal breaker. The Sony’s seem to have slightly more bass, but I think the bass on the Samsung’s may be more precise.
Although I haven’t compared them to the Sony XM4, based on the reviews of those, I don’t think they would much better (if it all better) than these.
Noise cancelling might be though, and that’s something I’ll need more time with the Galaxy Buds 2 to see how it stacks up. I don’t expect it to be good, and will likely be worse than the Sony XM3s which I also own.
I’ll update as I go, but I think these are rock solid for 99 and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Compared to cheaper alternatives these have by far been the nest earphones I’ve used they stay well in your ear, the sound is great and additional noise cancelling great all round set and a satisfaction case to store them in would recommend at a good price
Worth the money. I bought the Samsung tablet and works well for watching TV in bed. I am very pleased. Do look how to insert properly on app as I was wearing them incorrectly at first! The app will tell you when inserted properly so recommend download it. You can adjust bass etc also. Excellent.
Purchased for our son who loves listening to music and these earbuds have proved to be excellent. Noise cancelling is impressive. The earbuds are comfortable, easy to sinc with phones, has great controls and generally have great sound. Definitely would recommend.
My sons beats were too complicated for me to use, these ones are simple, look good, fit ear comfortably (comes with different sized tips), and are easy to set up. I love the fact that when connected to your mobile, there is something on app that will help you locate a lost bud. Colour lovely as well and, although not needed, case skins can also be purchased
They fit very well. The touch sensitivity for the earbuds are good when you trying to pause music but when you go to skip or go back to music using yhe ear buds, I have found it has never worked. But other than that it works very smoothly
battery life scares me. I have other budget earbuds too and their battery life is much better these. Sound quality is amazing, watched movies with high sound effects and i loved it. Noise cancellation out of 10 i would give 8. You can still hear a bit of noise if you are in underground or passing a construction site
These arrived today and be beyond my expectations,these are great,I really mean they are parfect.
Can’t believe the size of these things and the fit is perfect,they are soo comfortable it’s unreal.
The ANC wipes the floor with Sony’s WF 1000 XM4,what a difference,night and day between them.
The clarity,the bass,mids and treble sound is so right, perfect.The volume is loud and no distortion at all.
I can’t get over the size and comfort of these.
Definitely sleep with these on,you don’t even realise you have them in your ears and the original tips are perfect,nice seal,can’t hear a thing on the outside,now these are different class.
Forget the Sony’s and Liberty 3 Pro’s,if these has the Buds Pro specs,like speak to chat and a better IPX rating they would be world class earbuds and the olive green looks great better than I expected. 5 stars from me. Extremely pleased.

So these aren’t my first pair of wireless earphones but they are my first Samsung earphones. Overall, I can’t fault them. Noise cancelling is very good, definitely noticeable not using it to using it, but it’s not 100% noise cancelling. The ambient noise setting is so useful for using in shops when you need to listen to someone but don’t want to take the phones out. Definitely handy for walking up the street, cars are a thing. They definitely feel like you have something in your ear but generally very comfortable occasionally a little raw if wearing them for long periods. The battery life will last me all day so no dying mid essay or mid workout. The only thing I wish was different was the case colour. I really don’t like white tech appliances/gadgets so matching case colour would have been preferred. Final point the GPS tracker is such a nice feature especially if my toddler hides them.
Only tested briefly, as they are a christmas present. Only criticism is that they need to be pushed firmly into the ear, otherwise noise cancellation doesn’t work. Not sure on battery life as yet, as won’t be used fully until christmas day. Noise cancellation was unreal, had tumble drier, washing machine on spin etc and couldn’t hear a thing! Very impressive!
First thing when I first tried them I put them in ear in the wrong position, I wasn’t bothered reading the instructions, but as they kept sliding out I decided to read how to use them.
That made the difference.
I also put the wrong ear tips so touch controls didn’t work properly, I was about to return them, I even went to the drop off shop but it was the wrong one so I said I would return them the next day.
When I got home I changed the ear tips from the smallest to medium and decided to give it one more try and wow, everything worked properly, it is the same sound quality as the old wired headphones from the old Samsung phones, the difference is the wireless thing, but the noise cancelling is amazing, you have 3 modes and all work flawless, One important thing is not mentioned anywhere is that when you set the noise cancelling on one of the 3 positions and after that connect the buds to a laptop, it will keep the setting.
Long boring review short, these are amazing and worth the money!
They sound really good and the pairing is great. They just turn on and pair within an instant ever time you take them out if the case.
I’m not a bit fan of in ear headphones but they are comfortable bit the first time I wore them to walk down the road one of them fell out onto the floor 3 times. I’ve changed to a different size now but they still feel like they won’t stay in your ear while walking slowly, let alone anything more active.
Never had noise cancelling before so can’t really l comment on how it compares but I found it pretty pointless.
Got these buds cos I previously had a pair of Galaxy Buds+ but gave those away to my dad. Honestly thought those were a good benchmark for wireless buds because of the easy pairing, decent sound quality, good mic quality and comfort. The Buds 2 continue that and even improve in some areas like sound quality, introduction of noise cancelling and improved water resistance. This means I can more reliably go running with the Buds and know they’re protected. 4 stars because they don’t have the wing tips of the Buds+ and therefore aren’t as comfortable or secure but still better than most earbuds on the market. 9/10 would recommend to anyone.
Was put off buying these by negative reviews re the earbuds falling out of ear.I had same problem until I watched YouTube video and realised I was wearing them upside down (doh)!
Nearly but not quite as good as my Apple AirPods Pro .
Would recommend just make sure you have them in your ear the right way round .
The only complaint I have is the glossy white case and lack of usb cover. This is going to live in your pocket or bag. the case picks up lint and general pocket detritus from static. I can only hope the usb port doesn’t get blocked.
The buds are extremely comfortable. Once in they are barely noticeable and the sound quality is excellent to these 50 something year old ears. I can’t comment on the call quality as I don’t like people so avoid talking to them.

I read reviews before I purchased these. They are really good at noise cancellation, the battery lasts long as i only use them for the gym or for my walks. The sound quality is also great. So overall the headphones are great! They also feel very smooth and the green colour is beautiful.
However, they do fall out your ear which is worrying as it fell on the train platform the other day and I panicked. They also dropped out of one ear whilst I was at the gym.
They are probably best for listening to music indoors, or going for light walks. I definitely wouldn’t recommend running in them or doing HIIT workouts at the gym.
If you can get a decent fit, these earbuds will provide you with wonderful sound quality. I have an older Galaxy phone, but the software to run the buds does everything you need and the spread of the audio gives great bass, treble and middle ranges. The charging case is very compact and charges very quickly either wired or wireless. The buds themselves are very comfortable, but have a tendency to activate the touch controls whenever you put them in or take them out of your ears. Be prepared for unwanted volume changes. Overall, a definite improvement over the original Galaxy buds.
I absolutely love these, best decision to purchase them. Use them in the gym all the time. Great sound, fit so comfortably in the ear hardly even feel they are there.
These are amazing. Having used headphones for over 24 years, these are the best yet. I use them for work (digital dictation) and to listen to music. They are comfortable, fit well in your ear and easy to use. They are great for me at work to as I can take calls through them as well as doing my digital dictation. Highly recommend

Great price for these little buds. Fantastic sound features and I love the ambient sound option so you can still hear the world around you but enjoy your music. Think it’s a great safety feature too for when out in public or walking late at night. They seamlessly transfer between my phone and tablet when connected, if one is playing music and I pause and just press play on the other device, it switches over effortlessly.
Battery life goes quickly, but they charge in a flash, and the Galaxy Wearable app helps you manage all of their features so easily.

These are perfect. Not much more I can ask for. Great sound quality. Reasonably decent bass sound. Battery life is excellent and the case has a lot more charge on it. Does the job for me.
I bought the olive green one love the design qwerk of white cassette and the main colour inside.
Second I love the fact it double as an mine hearing aid and the noise cancelling feature. Music crisp and talking on phone amazing worth the wait and price.
It doesn’t fall out of the ear easily in my case from my small ear lobs but when tested with bigger lobs my bro has it will not budge out Turing head side to side 100/100.
It also really practical in any place apart like home. But don’t recommend it for intense gym or running exercise as it get dirty with ear wax quickly. Even though cleaning them is recommend I would recommend in my opinion.
