Installation steps
1: Open the stool legs,Take out the pasted part of the cushion and place it under the yoga stool to protect the head without any risk.
2: Insert the bolts into the connection points of the 4 stool legs to fix the stool legs.Please make sure that the bolts are fully inserted. Failure to insert them completely may cause risks.
3: Place the yoga stool on a stable ground. Before using it, check whether the yoga stool is shaking and ensure safety before using it.
After use, pull out the latch directly and fold the stool legs. Place it under the sofa, bed or window.

(1) It is not suitable to use within 2 hours after a meal or when drinking too much water.
(2) You may experience dizziness when you use the inverted stool for the first time, so it should not be too long.
(3) Do not rest immediately after doing the handstand, it is best to rest after a little activity.
(4) Control the time you stand upside down. If you feel uncomfortable, please stop immediately!
(5) Please take protective measures on the first attempt. Make sure to have personnel assistance or wall protection in front of you.
(6) Patients with hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, Prohibit use.
(7) Before using, make sure that the yoga stool is placed stably and will not slip.

Good range of exercises detailed with which to use these products. Seems to assist with alleviating air pockets in the spine after use. Only just received so will have to go through exercise plans to optimise range of use. Products look and feel well made.
I bought this product to try foam rolling as I’m getting a bit stiff in my old age. My back, glutes and hip flexors are not what they used to be. The small foam roller kept getting entangled round mt t shirt and shorts which caused me to get a bit frustrated. The larger roller is much better and I use it for the target areas. I feel better afterwards but have to use it everyday. It’s a great bit of kit and I would recommend it.
I have only had this for a couple of days but have enough experience foam rolling to be able to review it already. This is my third roller, the other 2 being a long compressed foam roller and a travel rumble roller which has large lumps all over it. I describe it as heavyweight both because it is heavier than similar looking rollers I have used in my gym but also because the outer surface is firmer. I think it is perfect for what I want – which is to get into the hip area – but I can understand why some people might say it is too hard. It suits what I wanted it for – which is the reason for my rating – but it may not be the best choice for a newbie to rolling unless perhaps they are quite heavy or have very strong muscles.
Bought this to help with some tightness I get in my lower back and gluts. I have not been disappointed. I use regularly in between massages and it has really helped! My sister has also been using it for her hamstrings and it has been effective for her too.
Small foam roller is great. Larger roller is pretty hard. Ball is useful. Well made. Service very good. Quick delivery.

This product is easy and simple to use. This is my second foam roller as my first foam roller made by a different company started cracking on the inside. Overall it is a good product as it has aided my recovery from a knee injury I sustained and it can bare my body weight. It also comes with a spiky ball to release any tight muscles at the bottom of you foot which enables muscles linking to the ankle to relax. I would recommend it to a friend and anyone else who is looking for a good and solid foam roller.

Very happy with this product, it arrived fast and matched it’s description. I took it to my Osteopath this afternoon and he said it was perfect for my needs. He remarked positively on the reinforced plastic inside the roller as well as option of textures around the outside of the roller. He demonstrated a few of the exercises I need to use the roller for and I tried them too, its great. The massage ball is a bonus, works fantastically for my back and feet, I’m so glad to have it too. Purchased this for my son who’s a competitative swimmer. Foam roller is firm without aggressive edges, great for his swim warm downs. Comes in a draw string bag to keep it clean and dry. Well thought out and not cheaply made which is where many similar products on the market will let you down.
High quality and comes with instructions for how you can use the roller. This has been a great addition to my physio to ease muscular back pain. I couldn’t be without it.

Great product. The 2 in 1 roller is a bonus. Great to have a softer smaller roller for when things are a little tender and the harder one when you really need to kneed out those sore muscles. Smaller one is also good back support. I thought you’d need to keep the smaller foam one inside the larger one for it to be effective, but you don’t. Haven’t used the ball yet but like the other two parts it’s good solid construction.
The bag is handy for storage, but I think a little flimsy of you intend to carry these around with you. Wouldn’t stop me buying it again though.

Soft roller’s great for ITB stretching or other areas that are highly sore after training and aren’t ready to take on the firm outer roller.

The outer roller is as good as rollers which are twice the price. The inner roller is firm and useful in multiple positions. The massager ball is very useful for my neck.

Nicley compact set in its bag. Not quite got the hang of the solid roller yet (keep rolling of it !) but the foam roller is helping a lot.
The inner foam roller isn’t as good, it was not perfectly round. There’s one 1mm seam that I can live with, because it doesn’t seem to affect its use. I would only give the inner foam roller 3 stars, hence the 4 star rating.

Seems to be a nice set, and really like how compact it is with the smaller roller fitting inside the larger one. Bag is useful also. Only gripe is that I ordered it with one day delivery and despite it being promptly dispatched it arrived a day late. All good otherwise though!

I couldn’t decide on a foam roller which can be great when my back is really sore or the harder roller which is great for legs or on back if not feeling in pain ….. this set gave me the best of both worlds with an easy to store case and bonus ball that I was interested in trying.
I have used rollers occasionally in the gym and at rugby and they do make you feel better – similar to yoga and stretching making you feel better, but this gets there faster for niggles and would be a great compliment to yoga and stretching routines if suffering with back pain.

Really terrific. I work out a lot and the the rollers really help. I like the softer foam one for my back and the hard, multi-ridged roller for my legs. The ball is perfect for spot treatments for my back and soft rolling around my knees. Great for reducing fascia in my feet.
