Great For The Price!
A complete breeze to install and set-up. Picture quality day and night is great, although with the motion detection set to its lowest sensitivity, it seems to alert every minute, particularly at night when it rains as it picks up the rain drops passing the camera. None the less, a great camera for the price.
GOOD QUALITY AND EXCELLENT SERVICE
I MADE MISTAKES ON SET UP BUT LEVY AT WANSVIEW HELPED VERY QUICKLY WITH A COUPLE OF ISSUES SORTED BY RESETING AND OFF, ON.
THE PICTURE QUALITY IS VERY GOOD AND I’M VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE PROMPT REPLIES TO MY QUERIES FROM LEVY.
Brilliant product and even better customer service
Very easy to install. The clarity of the picture both day and night is also very good. Had a technical hitch however contacted via email Levy at Wansview customer service and he talked me through several options to fix the problem which it did
Easy to use
So easy to use and connect to the app. Can speak to those at my gate now and love being able to move the camera around to get a better view.
Ideal for watching my neighbours
This camera is perfect for watching my neighbours. I point it directly into their garden so I can watch them when they mow the lawn, the highlight of my day (they cut the grass At least three times a week) I love the added zoom feature, it makes me feel like I’m mowing the grass with them 🙂
Good quality
Great cameras, bought one initially and had it up for 2 years before I bought another for the back garden. They have been reliable and the picture is great too, very clear. I also pay for the monthly subscription for recording and storing and never had a problem with bringing up old recordings. All in all I’m happy and I would recommend
Very good camera for the price
I have a few of these cameras & they are very good. Easy to install & more than one household member can view the camera(s) via the app. Well worth the money. This particular camera has a rotation device so you can move the camera via the app to how you would like it aswell as voice control.
Great camera
This is the second Wansview camera we have bought, this time to cover the back garden.
I wasn’t sure if this camera would pick up our wifi signal from the house, but it did, and still transmits great footage even over a weak wifi signal.
All in all we are very impressed with this camera, it works great and the picture quality is great both in daytime and when viewing at night. Would recommend.
External quality security camera
We initially bought the Q5 internal camera and were impressed with the image quality and camera features; we have now added two W9 cameras externally; image quality and sound recordings have been impressive including night vision; the camera features and remote operation via the Wansview app are very user friendly with the option to add online recording storage; we required some advice when we changed our network router and found the online customer support to be very responsive and helpful
Great customer service
I have ten of these cameras various models from Wansview over three different locations including Spain great pictures. Recently I had a problem with one of the cameras customer service was excellent responding quickly. Although between us we where unable remedy the issue but they are now sending me a replacement camera . Great customer service throughly recommended
Perfect camera for what I needed
I was recommended this camera. I had checked out other cameras and was so pleased that I chose this one. It was so easy to fit and set up. I love the features. Thank you wansview.
The camera is fantastic for the price, couldn’t ask for any better. At first had issues connecting it to our network but after contact with Judy at wansviews support team which got back to me rather quick it was resolved very quickly. I would highly recommend this camera for anyone who wants to protect their property for a budget this is the way to go.
Good value for money camera
Camera is good value for money. Network connections are mostly stable and when it falls off it automatically re-connects (a major problem with some other brands). App is simple and easy. Night view is good. Motion detector is good but it detects non essential things too like mosquitoes at night, attracted by camera light. Customer service is good.
Good value for money
Modestly priced pan and tilt camera. Bought to go with our other Wansview camera. Basic Cloud account allows two cameras. Setup easy, especially using QR code but do remember to put camera right next to the router as it will go for the strongest signal. Used to monitor the nocturnal animals in the garden. Make sure you are using the latest phone app or desktop program as they do update them.
Excellent photo, sound and record quality.
I have brought a number of cameras in my time, but this is perhaps the best of all. The sound and picture quality are outstanding. The device was easy to set up. Its motion detection, day and night vision are superb. It is without doubt value for money. Its only drawback is that it operates from its own app, as I was hoping it would work on the smartlife app with all my other Alexa devices. Nonetheless, its well worth the investme

I was dubious as to how this camera would perform at the low price but I have been pleasantly surprised. We live in an unlit street and we’ve had the camera for a few weeks now. Easy to install. I used cable ties to secure it to a downpipe and that’s saved drilling etc. The quality is good and the sensor works well. The SD card works well and is easy to check for movement during a specific period. We are very happy with this purchase and the way it has performed to date.
