Sennheiser HD 559
Ottima cuffia, comoda da indossare anche per lunghe sessioni di ascolto e suona benissimo. Unico difetto, ha solo il cavo lungo da tre metri con jack da 6.3 grande senza alcun adattatore per il jack da 3.5. Un secondo cavo pi corto e con jack da 3.5 sarebbe stato indispensabile, non capisco la scelta di non includerlo visto anche il prezzo della cuffia di quasi 100 . Consigliata a tutti, ma attenzione, dovrete acquistare un secondo cavo se non ne avete uno compatibile.
I have bought Sennhieser headphones for over the last 40 years.
My new HD559 headphones arrived on time at a lovely price of 79.99 off Amazon. I have always been impressed by the sound quality of Sennhieser headphones. The last pair I bought were HD Pro210’s about 20 years ago. Not the most expensive but a fantastic true natural sound as I have come to expect. Fair play they are worn out now and falling to bits but still sound fab!! I bought the HD559. The box they come in is top draw quality and these headphones really do look the part.
They come with a gold plated 6mm jack only as they should for a true hi fi system. You can buy a 3 mm adaptor from most places. I love the build quality and you can buy replacement foam ear pads. I have rated they as 4 stars for sound as they are a bit a little bass heavy for me but tweak that down on your amp and they are great. AND if you want to make your self deaf, crank these up and you will !! I bought a nice little stand to put them on. Everything else is 5 star. I look forward to many years of enjoyment. I like the open back so I can still hear outside sounds. My studio is in my basement and these headphones are never cold because of the material used for the ear pads.

Excellent quality and fit. I bought these for my wife who had been using Bose QC15's for many years... with her now working form home permanently and managing online meetings she was looking for better sound options. After much research, we decided on these. She loves them and uses them 3-5 hours everyday.

The sound of instrumental parts in film scores is much clearer than my last pair of sennheiser headphones.

I am overall quite happy with the purchase other than the fact that these are made in China and not Germany. I was replacing a cheap Chinese-made pair of headphones and thought I was getting a German manufactured pair. I guess you have to pay quite a bit more for those as the next step up from this one is twice as much money.

Una marca che nn ha bisogno di presentazioni ! Ottimo rapporto qualita’ prezzo e molto belle e comode! Nn ho ancora avuto modo di testarle. perche nn avevo un adattatore per il jack! Credevo che il filo si potesse staccare ma , io nn ci sono riuscito e nn vorrei fare danni..
Belle cuffie
Le cuffie sono molto belle il suono ottimo unico difetto che nella descrizione non specificato che il jack da 6,5 e quindi serve il riduttore
proprietà del sound.
Il suono ottimo, un po troppo il peso della cuffia comunque bene imbottita per non sentire il suono dell’esterno. Il la uso per il pianoforte elettronico e per il mixeraggio dei suoni registrati.

Senheiser, it would be incredible if both a 1/4 inch & 3mm jack were both provided. In this day and age there is greater call for a 3.5 mm jack. I am sure that all your customers would greatly appreciate the added functionality without a bulky jack conversion.

Calidad
Se oye super bien, no se pueden encontrar cascos mejores a este precio. El cable se puede reemplazar, as q si se rompe se cambia, lo que alarga la vida de los cascos. Compre unos hace 5 aos y estos los pille para reglar. 5 estrellas. Desventaja, viene con Jack gordo, seguramente necesitars un adaptador o cambiar el cable.

I am very pleased with my purchase, good value for money and the quality of sound is a good mix across the range. However, I did not realise they were opened backed and this means others can hear what is playing also you have to buy a connector to fit 3.5mm jack socket.

Leggo di utenti che hanno restituito queste cuffie dopo un ascolto.
Grave errore, perch se esistono cuffie che hanno bisogno di un “Burn In” sono proprio queste.
Le basse frequenze inizialmente debordanti e invadenti, si asciugano con il passare delle ore di ascolto. Il suono si apre portando a galla la gamma media con i suoi dettagli e il suono trova un giusto equilibrio pur rimanendo “importante” la gamma bassa.
Quindi abbiate pazienza, perch gi dopo una ventina di ore le cose migliorano decisamente.
Impressive sound… after EQ
The Sennheiser HD 559s are a very comfortable pair of headphones, with really good soundstage for the price and it’s also surprisingly detailed. However, the main caveat of using these is the tuning of these headphones, they’re incredibly bass-y, and without turning up the mid and the high sounds, these will mostly sound muffled as most of what you hear will be sub-bass. Another caveat of using these headphones is the full plastic construction, this allows for a more comfortable listening experience as they’re light on your head, however they end up being significantly easier to damage. Overall, good headphones for the price, and can very well be made better.
(btw it’s normal to have feel these headphones clamp on your head a bit too hard when you first get them, the feeling eventually goes away as the headphone band molds to the shape of your head)
Nice headphones, just not right for me
These headphones are very comfortable, nice velvet ear pieces. Not too tight on the head and sound good too. My only problem was the open back allowed all ambient noise in and ruins the experience. Initially I was using in a quiet environment and they were very nice. Unfortunately not for me so have had to return.

These 559’s are an odd pair. This is not what I expected from Sennheiser, I meant to gift these to my brother to see if he likes it, thankfully he does. However the upper mids are rather boomy and they bleed quite a bit into the mids.
As a comparison to my HD600, these are very boomy, the treble is there to balance, but the mids are veiled. Compared to my HD600 or HD280, these are not it.
The HD280 at least has an amazing sub-bass response, rather than the boomy upper mids that these carry, but the HD 559 definitely has an upper hand in refinement compared to the HD280. At least both the HD559 and HD280 are easy to drive.
The clamp is insane, and if you’re someone with a large head you’ll have to stretch these out using an 8-10 inch stick of some sort to relieve some of the clamping force. These are great for kids though if you want to spoil them.
Build quality is great, and despite being plastic, I can see these lasting for a long time.
Very good bass on these, though pricey model. Note that these come only with the larger 6.3mm jack. (Required an additional purchase of a 6.3mm converter lead with a 3.5mm jack on the other end for connection to our TV.) Good feature is that the lead can be removed from left hand side of these phones.
Easy to store without lead being involved. High quality from Sennheiser for the extra expense, but worth it.
Even the box they come in has a quality appearance with foam packing attached! These replaced my aging HD-40’s from the 1980’s which lasted me very well considering that was 40 years ago!
Great for sensitive heads
A lot of headphones give me a headache or cause issues with my ears. Since I wear glasses, anything that forces the glasses against my head is awful.
Adding onto that, a lot of noise cancelling earphones give me a tendancy to yell more. Not good for streaming late at night with a sleeping husband in the next room.
These ones let me be aware of my surroundings while also listen to whatever I’m doing in great comfort.

Bassi,medi e alti equalizzati alla perfezione,validissima sia per gaming,per ascoltare musica e anche per suonare la chitarra in cuffia direttamente dall’amplificatore.

My electric guitar sounds more natural through these and I've gotten multiple comments that my tone sounded better since I started using them. The headphones don't affect the tone but I'm not rolling off the highs myself just to make it sound better in my headphones. I think these are the ones!

El sonido es muy opaco (muddy). La presencia de bajos opaca a las dems frecuencias, y los bajos ni siquiera son tan potentes, solo que las dems frecuencias estn muy bajas. Son extremadamente cmodos, de todos los audfonos que he probado es el ms cmodo. La presin es excelente, y la comidad increble. La calidad es de construccin es muy buena aunque los materiales son puros plsticos, pero repito, para el precio estn bien. Los devolver para probar los 560s ya que estoy buscando un sonido ms analtico y he visto en reviews que esos estn muy bien. Otra cosa muy mala, y el peor defecto de todos es que tienen salida profesional 6.3 mm entonces necesitan un adaptador para funcionar con reproductores comunes, y este audfono de profesional no tiene nada, muy mal por parte de sennheiser.
I've been using these headphones for about 5 years now and I absolutely love them. The sound quality is great but they are also very comfortable and durable. Be sure you are buying this version with the cloth cushion pieces and not the other type with the rubber that eventually flakes off. I can confirm that these cloth versions hold up for years.

Very comfortable headphones
I love the headphones. The sound is amazing for the $100 price.
I’ve read reviews about strong bass, but I haven’t feel anything that may overwhelm the sound. I think it’s very balanced. Note: I use this headphones with a DAC.
Funcionalidad limitada
Buen sonido y relacin calidad-precio alta. Bastante cmodos. Pero el terminal del cable que se conecta al telfono es jack 2,5mm y el alojamiento del auricular es especial. Esto impide el uso de un cable diferente al proporcionado por el fabricante. Si quieres un cable un poco ms largo no hay ms remedio que hacer un empalme.

Does not come with a 3.5mm headphone jack so grab a converter
Cable is very long but good quality. also removable so you can replace the cable easily.
Open back headphones feel much more comfortable and less like you put your head in a bag but be aware they bleed sound like a bitch so if you have people in the same room as you, don’t expect to be cranking the volume without annoying them.
ear pads are easy to remove for cleaning / replacing. just google it if you are paranoid about breaking something.
Excelente Audio
Suenan muy bien aunque quiz al principio sean algo incmodos, dndoles una semana de uso uno se acostumbra a su sonido y su calidad de audio, en msica suenan muy muy bien y lo sorprendente es que en videojuegos tambin! puedes escuchar los pasos claros como en el caso de Apex Legends y sabes diferenciar muy bien de donde vienen los sonidos

A trusted brand for sound quality. The most comfortable headphones I own so I use them for long periods on my home stereo. As far as value for money you really do get what you pay for with these; would highly recommend the Sennheiser brand!

Siendo realistas, no me esperaba para nada lo que estn dando de si estos auriculares. Era muy reacio a stos y quera comprar los 599 directamente para jubilar unos Krom Kyus que tienen ya 4 aos, y ya por cansancio los he decidido jubilar y solo he de decir por que Coj*nes no lo hice antes? encantado con los 559.
breve historia con los Kyus:
No soy analista ni he estudiado audio ni nada por el estilo. vengo de unos KROM kyus auriculares cerrados con tarjeta 7.1 tenan gran rendimiento sonoro y en canciones la verdad que los disfrutaba mucho pero los graves eran muy notables y a veces hasta tena distorsiones en el auricular izquierdo. y he de decir que estos 559 le dan mil vueltas y sin tener un controlador 7.1 dado que stos son estreo (pero madre ma que estreo)
Experiencia de 16h de uso con los HD559:
Comodidad y adaptabilidad desde el momento en que te los pones, parece que aprietan pero no, simplemente se ajustan como casi una ventosa. el diseo E.A.R hace que la oreja quede por dentro de este, y as crear una escena de audio mas precisa.
Rendimiento Musical (Espectacular por el precio que tiene)
suelo escuchar rap, pop gneros ochenteros etc y responden muy bien la escena esta muy conseguida escuchas cada instrumento en un lugar diferente (me dej loco) y no hay distorsiones ni tan si quiera a volumen alto. Tambin se siente como si cantaran y como vocalizan enfrente tuya me encantan en serio.
Rendimiento en videojuegos (juego en pc)
escucho cosas que con los antiguos Krom no escuchaba (ser por el rango de frecuencia supongo) escucho enemigos desde mas lejos con mas detalle de donde pueden estar, tampoco observo distorsiones por ningn lado.
Extras: El cables es de 3m que es de agradecer, las almohadillas son intercambiables y hay repuestos de las mismas en amazon y de la parte de la diadema tambin. A pesar de estar fabricados en plastico, se nota que no es un plstico barato.
PD: IMPROTANTE!!! Si vas a usarlo en tu portatil o smartphone recomiendo que compres a parte un conversor a jack 3.5 dado que los auriculaes vienen con 6.3mm!!!
en definitiva estn hechos para que te duren aos a mi parecer. Espero haber sido de ayuda a pesar de no tener experiencia en el tema de audio. 🙂
Peccato manchi l'adattatore
Senz’altro un’ottima cuffia, comoda, adatta all’ascolto, materiali di qualit, peccato il cavo con jack da 6.3 e privo di adattatore come fornito da tutti. Visto che l’impedenza di queste cuffie consente di attaccarsi a qualunque dispositivo e non solo ad un amplificatore, questa carenza mi sembra grave. Ho dovuto comprarlo a parte.
ottimissimo rapporto qualità prezzo
Premesso che stiamo parlando di una cuffia da un centinaio d’euro e pertanto non ci si puo’ aspettare le stesse prestazioni delle Sennheiser HD 660 S , trovo che queste cuffie svolgano pi che egregiamente il loro dovere. Il suono sufficientemente fedele e pulito anche per fare una sessione mix e mastering di tutto rispetto.
sicuramente, le consiglio per chi pur non potendo ( o volendo ) spendere troppo, desidera una cuffia di qualit con prestazioni affidabili.

Ich habe die Kopfhrer nicht fr mich gekauft, habe auch nur 1 Mal ber den Sennheiser Kopfhrer Musik gehrt, der Klag war genial! Mein Mann hat ihn jeden Abend auf, whrend ich lese oder Filme streame… Was mich daran als “Mithrer” strt, ist tatschlich, dass ich gezwungen bin, mit zu hren, weil er jeden Sound nach auen dringt. Aber mein Mann hat Spass an dem Teil!

Sehr guter Klang und angenehmer Sitz des Kopfhörers
Sennheiser ist bekannt fr erstklassigen Klang, so auch bei dem Sennheiser HD 599. Neben dem ausgezeichneten Klang berzeugt vor allem der weiche und angenehme Sitz des Kopfhrers bei lngerem Gebrauch der seinesgleichen sucht! Die Verarbeitung wirkt sehr hochwertig und pflegeleicht. Man schwitzt nicht unter dem HD 599 und kann sich vllig auf den Klang konzentrieren. Einfach ein erstklassiges Produkt!
Non mi ero reso conto quanto mi ero abituato male
Cuffie qualit prezzo molto buone, le uso per ascoltare mp3 da iPhone, quindi non il massimo, ma rispetto ad altre cuffie chiuse che costa 3 volte tanto, funzionano egregiamente. Non stancano tenendole i testa, e la protezione in velluto non scalda come la pelle. Ottime

Non sono un esperto, ma sono rimasto colpito dalla leggerezza, dal fatto che anche dopo ore di utilizzo non si ha nessun fastidio da pressione fisica su orecchie e testa, il tutto con un suono limpido pieno e fedele con ottimi “bassi” mai troppo invadenti

Lightweight and comfortable to wear.
I find them nicely lightweight, very comfortable to wear, and the sound quality is good. My only criticism is that they do not block out sound outside of headphones as much as I would have liked. Hence my 4 star rating rather than 5.
Nachdem ich mir ausnahmsweise vor Jahren mal einen AKG-Kopfhrer fr 250 EUR gekauft hatte (K 501 glaube ich), welcher zwar einen berragenden Klang, dafr aber stndig Macken hatte und mir mit 320 Ohm irgendwann zu leise und auch mit der Zeit zu neutral klang, habe ich mich wieder auf meine ehemalige Marke Sennheiser berufen und keinen sndhaft teuren Kopfhrer geholt, sondern bin auf dem realistischen Teppich geblieben, da ich kein religiser Hi-Fi-Spinner bin, sondern einfach guten, runden, satten Klang mchte – auch mal mobil.
In Sachen Klarheit der Hhen kann er zwar nicht ganz so mit dem alten AKG mithalten (logisch, er kostet ja auch nur einen Bruchteil davon), aber dafr habe ich endlich wieder Bass-Power und keine knarzende Fehlkonstruktion, wie diese Seil-Konstruktion meines Ex-AKG.
Dazu noch so ein rutschfest sitzender Bgel, aber nicht zuviel Druck und bequem um die Ohren, so dass man stundenlang damit hren kann und im Gegensatz zum AKG ein abnehmbares und austauschbares Kabel, was man zu schtzen wei, WENN mal ein Wackelkontakt auftritt – bisher noch nicht vorgekommen (auer beim AKG).
Und schne Stoffpolster in Velours-Haptik, unter denen man nicht so erbrmlich schwitzt, wie diese Kunstleder-Seuche, die sonst immer verbaut ist.
Fr mich die richtige Wahl und wie immer ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhltnis.
Super Kopfhörer, leider ohne 3,5mm Adapte
Der Kopfhrer passt perfekt, ist nicht zu schwer und sehr bequem. Benutze ihm zum Fernsehen und dafr ist die Tonqualitt wirklich super. Enttuscht war ich, dass es keinen Adapter zu 3,5mm Klinke dazu gab, deshalb ein Stern Abzug. Bei so einem hochwertigen Produkt sollte es eigentlich selbstverstndlich sein, dass es einen Adapter zur gebruchlichsten Steckverbindung gibt.
