Needed and bought!
Needed this due to my other controller losing battery quickly. This product is a genuine Sony PlayStation controller and works as it should. No complaints and the battery lasts well.
Worth the extra money
As annoyingly expensive as they are, unfortunately they are very good and a cut above the copies for quality!
Mine wasn’t on a next day delivery so I bought a copy to keep me going but it wasn’t a patch on the original item i’m afraid to say and I haven’t used it since!
Excellent and well made genuine controller.
I may not get as much use out of it as I’d hoped but this is quite a useful way of exercising my hands and my mind a few minutes every day or so and the genuine controller certainly makes that a lot easier and more comfortable for me.
Obviously as a happy buyer I am really stoked to be able to recommend it on to others who either use their PS4 for fun or therapy.

Another controller made strong and hardy, ready for hours of daily battering from young teenage son! I can’t review anything technical about this (sorry), but as the purchaser, I want ann official controller, which has been made to last. This is the only version of the controller I will buy, having used them for years – they generally last 18 months to 2 years in our experience.
Really happy with the price and always a nice gift, which is built to last. Recommended from our family.
Used Item and unboxed
Item came quickly. I didn’t notice this was second hand/used item – complete my fault. Couple of small, minor scuffs/scratches. Doesn’t come with a cable for charging etc, but technically doesn’t say it does in description.
Wasn’t boxed, but arrived in soft plastic packaging. You could press the buttons through the Amazon box.
Al buttons seem to work during first uses. Can’t comment on battery life yet.
Works fine
So far it works fine, it’s in good condition considering it’s used, only thing that worries me was that it came in a plastic back instead of an actual box but luckily nothing is broke

Bought this for pc gaming to replace old PS2 controller. so far works fine wired with ds4 windows (which can even turn off annoying lights). also works fine with xbox cloud gaming.
Coming from the ps1 era though, for me the design changes from the old version of the PlayStation controllers are bafflingly bad; specifically the now grooved thumbsticks become noticeable slippery with sweat (which as you can imagine is common during gameplay) and the whole controller itself has just lost that iconic look…

I bought this item for my son and as he has not made any complaint about it I can only assume that it is working as it is meant to.
Just coz there’s a lot of crap out there I wanted to say that this Is the official ps4 controller. I searched through a lot of other vendors and this is the real McCoy! I hope this helps whoever in future needs to know. Thanks x
The controller arrived before it was expected, but the box was in poor condition, the corners were bent and broken, was glad I wasn’t buying as a present for someone.
I needed a new controller because my other one one wasn’t holding charge but this holding its charge after charging, make sure get a 5v Sony plug to charge it not a Samsung plug with a fast charge because you destroy the battery.
Works like a charm!

The controller seems genuine (compared to another controller that I also assume is genuine) and I’ve not had any problems. Buttons and analog sticks do not stick and are responsive
