While in Chicago for the summer, we needed a beach umbrella and my daughter sent me the link for this one, which we ordered. Great purchase for our summer beach time and will definitely come in handy back in Arizona. Defenitely worth the money and well made produc
Must have for the beach especially with a toddler. Both of my husband’s chairs fit underneath the umbrella. My toddler still had room to play with his toys behind us and it even kept shade in front of us to so he could play with all his beach toys without the sun beaming down on him. 100% recommend the umbrella. Easy to put together and for more of a stable umbrella will filled the two side pockets with sand and it kept things more stabilized.
This is our third Sportbrella and this new version is the best quality. The pole is thicker and lighter and it has a screw bottom which improves the sand anchoring.
This umbrella is great for fishing. It weighs about 9 lbs that is spread over 8 feet. It is so easy too move around. I take a small air mattress for a little snooze when fishing is slow. When it is time to leave it takes 3 seconds to close up and I’m on my happy way. Its great being out of that hot blistering sun. You won’t be making a mistake by buying this umbrella. Le parasol est de bonne qualit. Il tient bien au sol. On tient plusieurs en dessous (1 adulte et 2 enfants allongs, donc trs pratique)
Le tissu est de bonne qualit et il est trs protecteur (UPF50+) ce qui est obligatoire pour moi.
Pour le monter rapidement et facilement, il suffit de le mettre droit et d’attacher les ailettes.
Un peu encombrant mais c’est normal pour la taille.
C’est un parasol familial donc.
light, large and easy to put up and bag back up. I use it more for wind breaker but great shade as it can be set up in many ways. we thought it was great value
I got this to use for my kids soccer games. It works so well! If you can open an umbrella, you can use this. When it’s not windy I haven’t had to stake it in.
It’s super lightweight, so it feel like carrying another camping chair.
This umbrella works well, it is sturdy and if you place it right, it will withstand some wind. Having the open windows in the side allows for good air flow. Big enough for our 2 chairs and a cooler. Definitely a great but!
Umbrella is great. Fit me, my wife and lab just fine, as well as a small cooler and a bag. I used the 6 inch attachment to twist the poles screw into the ground. I DO NOT RECCOMEND using this. The attachment rod is significantly more thin than the hole which upon twisting the webbing between my index finger and thumb got caught it the twist and ripped off some skin. I usually dig the holes with a shovel which I did this time but decided to double down and use the attach rod to twist the pole deeper into the sand. Other than that, no complaints.

Brilliant beach shelter and easy to assemble. The great thing is you can sit under it in those fold up chairs. Not sure how it’d stand up to high winds but then I wouldn’t be sitting on the beach. Much easier than those folding beach tents with all the poles
I really like this shelter – The set up is so simple – put up an umbrella and Ta Dar! So while the kids were body boarding we were sat under this out of the wind and some rain. I would say it is big so make sure you open it into the wind. The other thing to be aware of is it is long. so when transporting it especially when going on holiday with a full car! Would i recommend this – absolutely it is much better than the beach shelters i have used with the bendy carbon poles.
Does a great job, quick and easy to erect and put away, due to it being a brolly pack is long with a small diameter, however fits into my car boot. Can easily get 2 deck chairs under it.
Well made, solid product, provides huge amount of shade, use the product as its doescribed and it’s a very stable space, which copes easily with the sometimes strong breeze on the beachside. All comes in a super handy bag with shoulder strap so easy to transport. Packs down easy. Would highly recommend.
Il y a deux choses indispensables premirement ouvrir le parasol toujours face au vent pour viter que celui-ci ne se retourne ds l’ouverture et ensuite enfoncer dans le sable lgrement pench le mt au bout duquel il y a une grosse vis en plastique et qui s’enfonce trs bien dans celui-ci. le sport Brella peut tre utilis comme parasol traditionnel mais je n’ai pas essay.
J’ai voulu l’utiliser sur une plage artificielle au bord d’un lac mais la profondeur de sable n’tant pas suffisante je n’ai pas russi fixer le mt dans le sol. Je n’ai pas insist parce que cette vis est en plastique et de toute faon je n’aurais pas pu l’enfoncer. Le sport est l n’a donc pas pu tre utilis. pour moi c’est donc un parapluie de plage mais pas du tout un parapluie de jardin. Pour conclure un achat qui a un certain prix mais qui le vaut largement il faut savoir galement que la toile est protection UV 50 plus ce qui est bon savoir.

Very easy to put up, the spike provided screws into grass very well and provides a sturdy support. plenty of room inside and really useful having ventilation / windows on the sides.

Since purchased, used it 2-3 times now on the cricket ground watching my son play and I am absolutely loved it. Very convenient to use when compared to the tents, however feel it is just bit expensive and obviously the central umbrella rod takes its space. Otherwise it is wonderful.
We saw the Sport-Brella last year and thought it looked great. So happy we decided to get one! We’ve just been on a staycation to Cornwall with our dog. We were a bit nervous the first time we put it up but no worries, it was easy, much easier and quicker than the beach tents around us! Because it’s taller and wider than others, it was big enough for us the sit under on our beach chairs and not disturb our dog! Can’t recommend this more highly.
When mine arrived this morning I immediately put it up in the garden to try it….fantastic, when laid on its side it will accommodate two adults in normal deck chairs in shade and providing you didn’t face into a wind, you would stay dry in rain also. Excellent quality, though as a few folk have remarked the ground screw is a little flimsy, ok for soft ground, but could struggle in hard dry grass, though I guess you could replace the screw for an easy obtainable metal one if this was an issue. Overall a superb idea and product, good price point too, worth the money.
