Great coffee machine..works great..easy to set up but look to YouTube for setting up as instructions are a bit poor to follow..but there’s lots on YouTube regarding machine..
I have this coffee mashine for quite some time now so I had long time to test it & I must say it is good mashine for sure .it’s supper quick & easy to make coffee especially in the mornings .taste is good & I like the fact that you can choose how strong you want your coffee to be. The only downside its that that their pods ain’t cheap at all. Water capacity is good as well & when needs for descaling indicator will show you when to do it.

I bought this to replace i old tassimo which was a basic one. This thing is pretty good over all once you get use to it.
Sadly the water tank I feel could be bigger and trying to set a favourite is a pain but i love havig the ability ti change the strength and temperasture.

It’s my favourite item we have in the kitchen. We use with costa pods. Highly recommended as you can present your preferred strength etc

This is my second my way machine my first 1 is still working but I wanted to change the colour in my kitchen. They have a good tank and so easy to use wouldn’t be without my tassimo machine.

Great that you can alter the temperature of your drink, but in my opinion, the option to alter the strength of the drink is just a gimmick and doesn’t really change anything. Very convenient for quick, good tasting coffee. My favourite is the Kenco Americano Grande.

I love the almost retro look of this machine. A little complicated to use though and the instructions are rubbish. One thing that does bug me, on my old machine, if there wasn’t enough water in the tank it would warn you before you made a drink – this one doesn’t and the water tank is very small

A good coffee machine
I have been using Tassimo machines for years and when my most recent one began spewing coffee and milk all over the place I decided to replace it with this more expensive model. It has proved to be a good choice. I have only one real criticism (which seems to be shared with other reviewers). I find the water container awkward to refill because it is located at the back of the machine rather than at the side – which means that you have to pull the machine out in order to get at it. I also found it strange that, unlike my previous machines, it has no real on/off switch. It simply comes to life when you open the cover in order to insert the coffee capsule.
Easy to use ...tank is good size
Love this one this is our 6 Tassimo & think this one’s the best we’ve had …hated our last one that we purchased @ start of lock down & limited silly ..it was AWFUL so small couldn’t get rid quick enough.
Hotter coffee, Stronger tasting if wanted (than with Charmy TAS5542GB)
We selected this to replace our TAS5542GB tassimo coffee maker because the cheaper options all have a very small water container. If you like larger drinks you’d have to refill too regularly. As an added bonus, this one has a more powerful kettle than our previous machine (bought for 30 less some years ago). The result is stark in the temperature of drinks. With large drinks, after adding milk I was always having to microwave them to get them to a decent temperature. They’re spot on with this machine, and if wanted, I could opt to have them hotter still (it’s adjustable). I hope this machine will prove easier to fix if something goes wrong than the last machine, but so far, I’m really impressed with it and glad we paid for this model.

This is my third Tassimo machine since they were invented about 10 years ago. My son bought my first one for Christmas and I’ve been using it every day ever since. After trying various drinks I now only drink Costa Americans. I used to go to Costa as drink large Americano every morning before work until I got a Tassimo machine. The Costa pods are sealed with fresh Costa coffee grounds, the machine pierces the pod and perculates instant hot water through the coffee adding an authentic crema layer on top, then just throw the used pod in the bin and the coffee tastes every bit as good as the real Costa from the coffee houses. I still make the occasional visit to Costa and I can confirm it still tastes exactly the same. I buy Costa coffee Pods 80 a month on subscription from Amazon and I have been doing so for years. There’s no daily cleaning with a Tassimo machine just an occasional descaling which is all part of the program. This particular model, the Tassimo My Way let’s you customise your drinks for strength, temperature and quantity, and you can can save your settings to a preset button, it also has a good size water tank so you’re not filling it too often. The only niggle is with this model you can’t see how much water is left in the tank at the back until it runs out halfway through making a drink, whereas on my other Tassimo Charmy they had considered this and put a window in the front so you could see how much water is in the tank at the back, but this is a small niggle so I’m not even going to deduct a point. BOTTOM LINE I can’t live without my daily morning Costa and if this machine packed up today, I’d have a new one expedited in by tomorrow.
Latte glasses can be a problem
It’s good to be able to change cup size, strength and temperature, but there’s a slight design flaw…. when using a latte glass, the drip tray has to be removed, but as there is a lip on the base underneath, it can make it difficult to remove the glass when full without spreading the foam over the “spout” and spilling the contents as the glass leans… Other than that, it’s lovely!
Great coffee but beware the filters have changed desig
Loved the design, the water tank lid is a better design & easy to adjust strength, heat and size of drink. Still makes great coffee. However, bought this to replace the previous model that had developed a fault and was more economical, so I thought, to buy this one than get the old one repaired, what I did not know is that for some reason beyond comprehension the company that makes the water filter cartridges have redisiged the water tank and put a couple of raised pieces in so the 10 filter cartridge left over from my old machine will not fit this one, why put these in as they serve no purpose other than to make you buy the new design cartridge that now has 2 slots in them. I now have 10 expensive but useless cartridges and have to start buying the new designed ones, not very eco friendly at all.
Superb machine
Having just gone over to pods from espresso machine I must say I am extremely impressed. There is nothing to dislike about this machine and the range of coffees to use in it is superb. Definitely a keeper.
It's a beas
It’s so easy to use and not going back and forth for water helps. The filter works great in high mineral water areas but if you fill the reservoir to fast it pops out of place. The indicators are easy to see apart from refill and timescale they are so small youd miss them, little leds makers address this bigger ones please..

Great coffee machine.
There is nothing more welcoming to work than a decent cup of Columbian coffee. I had no doubts about ordering this machine as the company I worked for had a previous model which served us well for a number of years so when I started my own company I went with the latest model. It does have an added water filter which I’ve noticed seems to help to keep the nozzle free of build up for longer so less cleaning as well as improving the flavour of the served drink. It’s not important but I liked the creamy colour I chose. Great little machine!

So nice to get the coffee properly hot. So many of these machines you have to drink immediately and then still not piping hot. This machine gives you the choice to have the coffee piping hot. Love this machine
Prefect for coffee drinkers
Love it the flavours are what you would expect from a coffee shop only better the aroma from coffee pods are beautiful only if you are a coffee drinker you can make also drinking chocolate which is also beautiful too

Where has it been all my life? Fabulous coffee machine. Easy to use, clean and fill up. All sorts of different settings and a variety of different coffee pods to choose from. Like a coffee shop in your own home.
Perfection in a cup!
This is my 3rd Tassimo but the first two were basic models. This ones allows more choice and a memory for different people’s preferences. I use Costa Cappuccino pods (recyclable at a local collection centre) on Subscribe and Save from Amazon and I’m such a happy bunny!! I don’t drink alcohol, so an excellent coffee which is fuss free, is a must. Thank you so much Bosch and Tassimo!!

Really love my tassimo. I do not use the filter as less water can be put into the tank and I don’t need it so it was a bit expensive way of buying the machine. I made a mistake ordering this one but am still happy with the machine and received it in a day which was amazing as my old one had stopped working.

Would advise looking up YouTube instruction for this machine as it makes it very clear to all concerned how to set it up and use it with verbal encouragement . It really is very simple to follow and use and self cleans etc . Brilliant to have coffee waiting for me in morning. Lovely flavour. As a diabetic very good when sugar runs low and just get a hot chocolate to boost levels. Just make sure you order variety pack for use when you require a change. Well done Bosch , like water filter option . Great buy – missing my trips to coffee shop with friends. Xx xx
Strength and temperature control
I’ve had a few coffee machines in the past , bean to cup type and ended up going back to the tassimo machine, after looking around I decided to go for the my way 2 machine, wasn’t disappointed, the machine is a lot different to earlier machines as you can adjust the strength and temperature of your coffee which made it different to other machines. Only one problem is the water tank could have been a bit bigger but its an excellent machine.
Four out of five is not bad.
I use it for lovely coffee mainly. I use Kenco Americano Grande which I love.
So far the only grouse I have is that the water reservoir is a touch on the small size especially with the Brita Water Filter in it.

Fabulous machine, bought to replace Joy that I’ve had for 9 years. Silly me couldn’t get buttons to light up to change size strength and heat of drinks, watched YouTube and realised just had to remove clear film over buttons.!!! Same for film on top of water tank. Makes excellent coffee hot chocolate all drinks good. I paid 139-99 following day 127 just my luck. Highly recommend this coffee machine. Many Thanks.
Everyday user, got to say this has replaced a Starbucks daily habit during lockdown and in terms of quality, in conjunction with the costa pods this has been a dream. Caramel lattes being a complete winner. Went on to buy two more over the Christmas period as gifts as it’s really that good.
In terms of operation its very simple to use and gives enough various options to personalise and achieve your drink of choice.
My only niggle with the machine was that after about three weeks we were required to descale the machine, this was something I was completely unaware of and despite regular cleaning using the inbuilt mechanism. This resulted in us not using the machine for a couple of days and whilst it may appear in the user guide there is a lot of options out there all of which appear to be off-brand so it’s tricky to be confident that you are buying the correct product. However, I am being picky. The fact that I’ve bought three is endorsement enough.
Good affordable Coffee Machine
My kids recently bought this machine as a Christmas present. It is good small machine with water filter. It is very easy to use. You just need to fill the water tank with water and use Pods (Bought Separately) to make desired coffee. I will not say it is best coffee machine in the world, but good product due to its cost.

Great flavou
Very impressed by the flavour of these pods, I had a delonghi bean to cup machine previously, which good until it failed, but these poda are definitely as good if not better, certainly no more expensive than buying beans and obviously more convenient. Reccomended
Its good, but its not grea
The machine itself is easy to use (once you have figured out the instructions which are not simple to follow), looks great in the kitchen. HOWEVER – if you are looking for a machine to do at home Costa coffee – this is not for you. (that’s the reason I bought it). The tassimo pods for Costa coffees taste nothing like Costa and don’t taste great at all. Have been really disappointed by those. Its good for hot chocolates, and yes whilst you can make tea using it I haven’t tried it yet. Hot water on demand is helpful but overall, whilst the machine itself is good – the pods are not.

Top Tassimo
I have had a few Tassimos over the years, and this one is by far the best yet. It is so easy to use. The touch controls have been designed with simplicity in mind. It is easy to see at a glance what to press to get your desired cup. I love these touch controls.
I particularly love that I can pick the strength depending on what type of coffee I am using. It is super to have the choice of a quick, small cup, or a longer large cup, or just the standard cup. I have only ever used the standard heat setting because that is plenty hot enough for me.
The machine makes hot coffee and offers the chance to make it even hotter if you like your drink piping hot. I use double-walled glass insulating cups that keep the drink hot for much longer, so I can enjoy a hot drink to the bottom of the cup.
I like that the machine has a built-in water filter to refine the quality of the water and further improve the quality of the drink. That is thoughtful. The tank capacity is good for about 4 drinks for me—way more than previous Tassimos. I seemed to be always filling them. With this one, I can fill to the top and get a full day, or even two without having to refill it.
The machine looks good, too. It has a deep polish and shiny chrome. It looks classy, sitting on the kitchen counter. I am thrilled with this purchase.
This is our third Tassimo. As always, the pods are easy to use, especially with the personal settings of strength, heat and cup size. Love the colour and design. The only thing I feel is a disadvantage is the time it takes to fill the water chamber, it’s very slow to fill, and could have been made a bit bigger. That said, I’m very pleased with it.
Quality and choice
OMG what a difference. I have had a different (much more expensive) coffee machine for years but it did not deliver what we wanted. This machine gives so much choice and so many pod selections and the drinks are hot with no bitter after taste. It is also an attractive machine and alot quieter than the one we had. Great value.

I was really worried about buying this coffee machine after the experience I had with the caddy, like the caddy, this machine also came with mixed reviews but as it turned out there was nothing to worry about. Yes the Bosch products only come with picture instructions which can be confusing and annoying, but the trick is to watch 2 excellent videos which you can find on YouTube, they answer all of your questions and take you through a step by step guide on how to operate and maintain your machine. I suspect that if one or two other people had watched these videos before trying to use their new machine, then they wouldn’t have encountered the problems they did. I would highly recommend this coffee machine to anybody thinking of buying one.

We decided to replace our old coffee machine ( 5 years old) with a more modern model.
We are highly delighted with our choice. It works well and has a water filter on the reservoir which is a nice added feature. There are options to vary the strength of coffee and size of cup and add additional water if required. Highly recommend the product.
Great stylish sturdy machine.
Very pleased with this machine. We’ve had several models of the competitor which have all leaked! Great flavour choices; although could do with more decaf varieties. The machine looks stylish and gives the option of size of coffees. Haven’t yet worked out how you store four peoples choices yet in the memory though.

eeded a new machine so we bought this one and well its not bad but…
The tank is small compared to our old unit, we drink tassimo exclusively and now are continually filling the water tank you get about 4 cups and need a refill and with the filter in well just that much less.
We do have a water pitcher with a filter but it wasn’t easy too fill without spillage.
And with tank being small it can be a bugger for us larger hand people.
We do however love the size setting and temperature settings they are really a great addition.
Overall the unit dose not take up much space and looks great.
Tis a shame that we paid 119 and now its 79.

This is my third tassimo coffee and def so much better than the other two a much better feel when coffee pods go into top and can adjust temp and strength as well if required it’s so easy to clean when removing pods as you can get drips but you lift holder up and wipe clean so for me a much better machine and got a great deal from amazon at 80
volume is deceptive
Purchased this as our original machine died. Arrived the following day. Husband says drinks taste better than before. Love the range of options to change drink temperature, taste and volume. Only niggle is the tank volume. Although it says it’s 1 7l this is split between top and bottom tanks, which are divided by the brita filter. We now keep a jug of water next to the machine as it needs frequent top ups.

My only gripe is the Brita’s filter system – it takes forever for the water to filter through. It literally drips & the machine tells me it’s out of water!
Other than that, it’s a great machine.

When you fill the water tank you have to jiggle it otherwise the water doesn’t filter through. The first time we only got half a cup of coffee we thought there was a problem with the filter so replaced it and again the water didn’t filter without help otherwise it’s easy to use.
Good tassimo machine
Had tassimo machines for many years now, this is the best by far. Ability to make a bigger coffee with out having to press and hold for a top up is great. Having a water filter and being in a hard water area should hopefully let this last longer than the last one. Only grumble is that the water tank could be a bit bigger. Other than that really good

This is the third Bosch coffee machine we have had and it is by far the best. The options of getting the cup if coffee that you and your family individually want are easy to insert into the machine. It is very easy to clean (we have the white and black version). Can thoroughly recommend this machine

Just ok. Convenient but the coffee is average.
This is ok. It’s a bit bigger than I thought it would be but I suppose I should have checked the dimensions more closely. It’s easy to use – you just slot in the disc and press a button. I’ve tried mainly costa and kenco coffee and it’s just ok. The Cadbury’s hot chocolate is also just ok and only really gives you half a cup. Overall the machine is very convenient but not as nice coffee as I can make with my aero press. All the coffees seem to be produced with a slight foam on the top which I’m not a great fan of. I also find I have to top up the water after two cups but that may be normal for coffee machines.
Extremely stylish, easy to use coffee machine. Gives you the option of strength, volume and heat of your coffee. Very easy to program to your own personal choice.
Love this product. Makes amazing coffee and being able to adjust certain aspects like size/temperature is great. I also love how it reads the barcode of each pod, unlike my previous Dulce Gusto machine – you can press the button and leave it. Really stylish with a bonus of the water filter. I just wish it could hold more water!
Lovely machine but need to find a better coffee. We brought Costa latte americano and they were awful. We are Costa fans, but not the costa available for this machine
Nice product,looks cool in the kitchen makes a nice drink (gingerbread latte pictured) easy to use a few nice features like cup sizes and temperature of the water easy to flush with water when cleaning insert the cleaning disk (supplied) and press the button. Unfortunately it doesn’t get 5 stars because there is too much plastic waste that comes from the pods and value for money although pods can be bought at a reasonable price from places like b&m etc for best prices visit tassimo website. Works great with the costa latte tabs. Makes the milk really frothy how ever it is not tall enough to accommodate the glass costa cup like my previous bosch did. A little oversight imo.

Good looker that works well
When I bought this it was just 79.99 and at that price a good deal. Works well and very easy to use. Also looks good. Only real downside is that the water reservoir soon runs out – much less capacity than my former model. Still that’s not a big problem. Especially like the option to make drink hotter.
I have owned a Tassimo Joy for around 5 years, I tend to buy L’Or espresso capsules as they have a bold flavour and have varying strengths, but for the days I need an extra kick I may only have mid-level capsules, so I would have a double.
Step in the Tassimo My Way, an incredibly easy machine to use, now I get to have not only a stronger coffee, but I can choose a shorter or longer coffee too, all from the same pod. I currently only have L’Or Delizioso, but it turns out a lovely strong coffee.
As for other drinks, my wife has Caramel Latte Macchiato, the biggest benefit she finds in this machine is the ability to change the temperature of her drink, if she is taking one to work she will have it hotter, if she is drinking one in the house she will have it slightly cooler.
You will get a coffee exactly as you want it, the only downside is there are so many variables when it comes to 2 capsule drinks it may take a few tries, but they all come out amazingly, so it’s no chore.
As for ease of use, my 3 year old can use it, I also have my 67 year old, very useless with tech father here for lockdown, even he has found it easy, you just touch what you want to change, for example if you want a stronger coffee press 3 beans, want it shorter press the small coffee. Then when you’ve got your perfect cup just hold a number and it’s saved for you.
I cannot comment on cleaning yet as I’ve not needed to, a standard clean is simply using the orange disc, but the biggest clean you’ll ever need with one of these machines is if you pierce the disc incorrectly (usually by not paying attention and using a lot of force) this happened twice with my old machine, coffee and grounds get everywhere inside the disc holder, the Joy was a nightmare, you couldn’t get into the nooks and crannies, whereas this machine seems to open wider, with easier access to the barcode reader.
Setup is very easy, you’ll be getting amazing Brita Filtered coffees in minutes, the large capacity tank means you’ll have to fill less than others, the one issue I found with the Joy is that the tank had to be tilted back, then pulled out, so if it were close to a wall you’d have to move the machine just to fill the tank, the My Way has a lift off tank which is idiot-proof. Also loading the tank back in feels far less worrying than the joy, the lid is on the tank itself, whereas the Joy used the machine itself to cover the tank, so when it’s brimmed I would often spill a little when tilting it back in.
We had a cheaper bosch version before this one which was good but this machine is next level. We tried a coffee from both and you can taste the difference especially with the strength and heat settings would definitely recommend for first early wake up coffee.
Before I bought the Tassimo myway I did some research on the possible options for coffeemakers, for example, the dolce gusto line of machines which are very well-reviewed. However, the Tassimo pods seemed to be reasonably priced and offer more variety in pod types. Another factor was the water reservoir size which allows around 3-4 cups of filtered water wich was a large bonus as I did not want to have to constantly refill the water and the water where I live is not conducive to nice tasting coffee or hot chocolate.
The Tassimo myway is also unique as it lets you alter the temperature and size (I do this a lot for having hotter & larger drinks on the go).
Personally I would really recommend as It allows you to make Starbucks-quality drinks at home for a fraction of the price.

I have bought my husband several Tassimos over the years. Each one has been used many times every day and when he gets a new one the previous machine is relegated to his office. He even has a small Tassimo that we take on holiday with us as he prefers them to the ‘posh’ machines that hotels provide. With this model he particularly likes the extra settings that allow him to control the strength and heat of his coffee. Thoroughly recommend.
So easy to use and programme. Couldn’t live without it!
