Needed a light weight drill that was not expensive as it was only being used as a caravan steady tool. Works extremely well and battery seems fine too.
So, I bought this just looking for a cheap cordless drill for small jobs. I then had a big job to do and the drill surprised me to my delight. The battery lasted me all day with continuous use. The drill is easy to hold and economically designed.
The only issue I had is that the bits that came with the drill (screw driver heads etc) are not of the best quality and the wear down very fast.
Overall though, this drill is excellent at a fantastic price.
Good as a spare drill but no where near the quality of my Milwaukee (reflected in the price) definitely wouldn’t pick it up as a tradesman and try to use it every day but good enough for little bits around the house if it’s not going to be used ofte
Compared to my old drill its far in advance with many useful features as described , its all most average people need for diy withou paying the higher price for tools that professionals use.

Suitable for DIY tasks e.g. assembling furniture, but anything more than that then you would need something more heavy duty. Some of the pieces snapped on first try without a lot of force.
The drill is great considering the price paid is not a professional drill but for hobby or general house use.its light got a good manoeuvrability and got the the few starting bit you will need for the little house work so great basic little drill at a minimum cos

I only received this yesterday. Tried it out and it worked. I drilled 3 holes. So it did what it was supposed to do. No complaints.
It’s Great for me. We wanted a small and reliable battery drill to have around at work. A day to day drill. Ready to use when we need it. Battery stays charged . Not charged it for 3 weeks and it’s still ready to use. So No battery problems as some people seem to have.
It’s surprisingly small. But it’s great at putting screws into wood.

Bought this to replace a very heavy JCB drill of some age on which the batteries had ceased to function. Ideal for those jobs when it is too much trouble to get out your more powerful corded drill!
Its light, easy to use, has 13 attachments for screwing or unscrewing, whilst not industrial for big jobs, its perfect for doing DIY around the house, and flat pack furniture. Best piece of Kit for Women. Simple to use and great battery life.
Actually bought this along with a paint mixer to aerate my homebrew! & it does a good job. Oh apparently it’s also good for drilling holes & screwing. (Something the wife says I’m lacking in for some reason). Great that it has torque settings & also variable speeds so you don’t overdo it on screwing in & stripping the threads. Nothing worse than a new screw that won’t tighten properly but just goes round & round! What I do like about this is when the battery dies..it doesn’t die slowly…it just stops completely…but you can then still get a few bursts out of it to complete the job.

Bought as a gift. Great delivery easy to set up and a great product with real value for money.
This is perfectly acceptable for the price. Bought to be abused but was surprised at how smooth and responsive it is. Has an adjustable torque dial which is handy. Don’t see how it wouldn’t be useful in any household just don’t expect it to do everything.
Be mindful if you leave it on the edge of a surface where it could fall to the ground from waist height. It will tip forward easily. Additionally, the rubber insulation around the motor skims off with ease when drilling in tight corners, unlike more expensive drills, but this does not in any way affect the performance – just looks a bit unappealing
I Was looking for drill but not to expensive and found on Amazon warehouse. The quality is really good. Great for everyday basic use as long as the job is not too heavy duty. Great value for money and meets expectations.

It’s fantastic as a screwdriver and makes putting together furniture extremely easy. As a drill it’s fairly good but not as good as being a screwdriver. The reverse/forward selector switch is well placed and you can operate this using only one hand – the other holding the piece you’re working on steady.
The battery life seems pretty good – I put together a huge wardrobe using it as a screwdriver and it didn’t run out. I would suggest that a battery level indicator would be a nice bonus if they added one.
Wen I opened it I thought it was abit little and no good for job I needed it for but don’t judge a book by it’s cover it’s better than that though

Very impressed with first use of Terratek drill. Had to drill 6 small diameter holes accurately through wood guitar body and achieved that easily.

I bought this as it would be easier to use rather than a heavy mains powered drill. This is a strong, lightweight and easy to use piece of equipment. I have ued it for both the drill and screwdriver and not had any issues. It charges up quickly , i have not ran the battery out yet so i cant say how long the battery life is. Recommended.
It’s OK. It’s very small and lightweight in comparison to a usual size drill.
It’s great for small lightweight jobs.
But I don’t think it will be up to it on say more heavy duty usage.
1 drill bit bent whilst drilling wood. Apart from that it’s been a good buy at a reasonable price for the purposes I need it for. Haven’t really tested how long battery lasts but hasn’t let me down. I’ve used it over several hours but intermittently.
The drill itself is good, powerful and with a long life, but the bits included are rubbish.
I used one of the cross head drivers and it was worn out after the first screw!
For the amount of use that I’ll be giving it then it’s extremely fit for purpose.

Nice little drill, good for small DIY jobs, but only 9 Newtons means its not man enough for the big jobs. Ended up buying a Erbauer 160Nwt impact drill and a 50Nwt drill to replace. But still handy for the wife as its really light and enough for what she needs.
A very good battery operated drill, with a light to help in darker places, variety of different choices of speeds etc. A good solid drill, glad I bought it.
I bought this to fix a piece of furniture and couldn’t afford one of the big brand ones, I didn’t expect drills to be so expensive. Anyway here are what I do and don’t like about this drill.
I like:
It’s pretty lightweight and it’s as balanced as it can be considering its weight.
It’s not very big which means you can get into tighter spaces with it if you need to (I did).
The battery charges pretty quickly being only 800mah.
The little built-in LED flashlight that comes on when you use the drill is pretty handy, nice and bright.
I don’t like:
The motor gives off quite a few sparks when you use it, I’m sure it’s fine its just strange.
It has a strange smell, I’m sure some people like the smell though, very industrial kinda smell.
The drill comes with some drill bits and screwdriver bits, they’re all kinda weak and low quality.
All in all it’s a great little drill for quick jobs, but it’s definitely only really for around the house, don’t expect this drill to last if you try to use it for work. It’s cheap, convenient and does a decent job for the price.

Very pleased with this drill, it’s my first one. Easy to use and battery lasts for days. My brother in law recommended this as an alternative to the more expensive drills and I wasn’t disappointed.
Bought this for my Husband as his old one had given up. He is hugely impressed with it. For a small lightweight drill it is really great and has a large selection of drill bits etc. For the price, this is an absolute bargain and he would highly recommend it.
I work on guitars and other instruments, this drill is perfect for this kind of work, I have yet to try in on things like drilling into walss etc so csan’t comment, I suspect it will not have enough power for really heavy duty works. For what I am doing and DIY around the house it’s suffiicient and works well. You get what you pay for, so don’t expect top class all bells and whistles when you buy this drill, if you want one of those then pay for one.

This drill is a little toy easy to use and capable to do a light works .
Currentlu using the drill to refurbish the decking as I am covering with pallets boards.
Drill is my little helper.
Having no experience I realised that every tool need a good care and regular breaks, so can last longer . That’s what I am doing with the drill and any of my tools.
So far so good. My other 2 drills are real good but cabel wjy o got this to do some garden projects and I just love it!
Bought this item on the 15th of May and it’s stop working I have only yeses it 4 times took it out to charge it and it would not work
Used for for building a log store, spent an entire weekend. easily managed a full day per charge. Nice weight and balance. It looks bigger in the photos but the unit fits really well as it’s not huge. The button is good and starts really slow to begin with. the torq is superb on this too. Well recommended
Bought this for building decking in my garden. Brilliant little drill with great battery life…was able to drive long screws through decking planks all afternoon on single charge. The screw driver bits that came with it were poor quality (soft metal) so I would suggest buying a set of branded bits particularly if using on screws without pilot holes. This was such good value for money that I bought a second one as a gift for a friend.
Cheap and cheerful. Not sure it’ll last a lifetime however I’ve had it months and used it a lot and it’s still on its first charge. Great battery life, lightweight and easy to use. My only criticism is that the drill bits are made of metal that’s quite soft. Great for light use – screws for shelves, hanging curtain poles, picture hanging and drilling holes in wood.
Is a good tool, battery charges quick and it works well. It does lack a bit of power but is good for the basic jobs such as 40mm screws into wood, but struggles with the longer screws of 50 or 70mm

Easy to use, cheap as drills come and light enough to hold for a few hours whilst you continuously mess up.

Maybe I hoped for too much. It’s a bit like a 3/4 scale version of a grown ups cordless driver. It’s good value and I have no complaints for light work use. You probably won’t be building a wooden deck with it any time soon though – the torque seems a little limited to me. Fine for around the house light weight work. Just wasn’t what I expected.
Drill is easy in the hands, lightweight and easy to use , especially if you have small hands like me

This was a spur-of-the-moment reactionary purchase. Something I might just do more of. I needed a cordless drill driver quickly to replace a well-known branded one that had always performed as if it was terminally ill. It died. Whoever Terratek is I just want to say “thank you”. For less than a quarter of what I paid for the original cordless drill driver I have a tool that I am more than happy with. It has earned its keep over the last few months!
Having used this now a few times since moving house and making new units etc, I can thoroughly recommend this. I’d probably not use the drill function, unless for pilot holes in wood, but as a cordless screw driver it is superb. Nice and sturdy, without being too heavy, it powers home screws and removes old ones with ease.
This is a pretty reasonable drill for very basic jobs. I use mine mostly as a power screwdriver, but it drills holes in wood and interior walls good enough. Easy to use, lightweight and a very compact carry case. The little torch is decent brightness to, but its a shame it only comes on when the drill is working, would be nice if you could have it on all the time.
Its in no way a drill for professional or serious jobs, but for a basic little drill doing small odd jobs its fine.
What a great little bargain this drill driver is! It is really light, feels good in the hand and the battery seems to last for ages. I use it for DIY woodwork and little projects. It copes well.

Bought to replace bathroom ceiling and was perfect. It did run out of charge near the end but to be fair it had been used for about 6 hours so would say battery life is good. Easy to use and works quickly. Good value for money. Definitely recommend.

OH kept borrowing my cordless drill so I figure it was time he had his own.
I didn’t realise it doesn’t have hammer function which to me is a big negative. OH hasn’t noticed yet but he mainly works with wood so hasn’t needed it.
This drill is quite compact, in between electric screwdriver and your average cordless drill size. It’s a bonus if working in a tight space and for long periods as it’s pretty light.
Works brilliantly as a screwdriver but lacks the punch of an impact drill.
Take care with the battery. We left it attached overnight and it discharged and was useless when we went to use it. I almost returned it thinking we’d got a dud. Batteries are approx 25 so once this battery dies, I feel the drill would be a throwaway.
Overall, I’d pay the extra for the hammer drill function but it’s fine for what it is.
I’ve used it as a power screwdriver, a drill and a paint stirrer. Took a bigger diameter than I expected. Gives a good vibe – think it will last many years.
Have had this drill for around 2 years now, works perfect with plenty of torque, and battery still holds the charge, can do a days DIY average usage on one charge. Led light is an added bonus. Charger lead plugs direct into the battery so no problem looking for the right charger, simply keep the lead to hand.

A great little drill for small jobs round the house. Screwed a hinge into a heavy door and thick wooden door frame, no problem. An item with such a huge number of purchases will always result in a few dissatisfied customers, but I’m glad I trusted the vast majority of positive reviews, very happy with the drill.

Good starter drill for the price, Battery life could be a bit longer but nevertheless, it is a perfect drill.
I don’t know if this is going to be of any use to a contractor but for the basic needs of a household it is very good. It has basic accessories that are very good on drywalls and so far I have use it to install a fire alarm and replace one of the garden gate hinge.
Overall a good drill, but I rated the battery a 3/5 because I bought it to use primarily with a wire brush attachment for cleaning rust.
When using it in this way it doesn’t really last that long with a full charge. Maybe 25mins.
But I’m sure if you were to use it to simply drill holes and fill them with screws you’ll have much longer battery life.

Loved how lightweight it is and how easy it is to use even for someone who’s not great with tools or DIY! I managed to build both very easily and the battery life is pretty great too! Would definitely recommend! I haven’t used to drill aspect of it yet, will update once I have.
This is a sensational little DIY drill! Has good power to it, nicely balanced in the hand and lasts forever. Managed to get through most of a pack of 200 screws before I needed to charge it. Looks the part and the carry case is a lot sturdier than other budget tools I’ve had in the past, should stand the test of time.
Having done only a couple of very light jobs, I can’t comment on how long the drill and its battery will last over time. I’ve yet to test the battery life (how many holes one charge can drill or how many screws it will drive on one charge).
The drill is good value and is ideal for light to medium duty, as one would expect for the price. It’s easy to use, and the built-in light is useful. The manual is well written. The accessories are OK, but I wouldn’t trust the drills for mild steel or harder metals or materials.
I bought a Terratek Drill about 10 years ago and it was a great little drill. I managed to short out the battery when the charging cable broke (that was the only down side to it the charger)
so when I couldn’t repair my old one I decided to get a replacement. good price and a decent drill for small jobs, the only disappointment I have is my old one was 24v and had more Umph than the 18v version. however its still a solid little drill. think ive had it for about 2 years now with regular use on small jobs. would definitely recommend

Easy to use and switch bits over, my first drill and used it loads and still not had to charge it, comes with all the bits I need (apart from if you need to drill through brick, need additional bits for that).

Got to be one of my best buys for DIY. Hubby laughed when I bought this but now loves to use and has taken up more of the jobs he probably should’ve done in the first place. Suffering from carpal tunnel and tennis elbow this has helped me more with the pressure a screwdriver involves. The vibration is low and doesn’t affect as use for shorter times for building furniture
