Bought it for my 14 year old daughter. She loves it and made some lovely cakes.
Really strong suction on feet to workspace.
Can be tricky placing beater or whisk as spring quite strong. Sure this will get easier the more she uses it. Lovely big bowl and the splatter guard works well preventing flour or icing sugar dust.
Great value compared to other machines.
Not too noisy either like oootthhherrs that have metal bowls.
Pretty good value for money, you can tell it’s not up to the standard of a kitchen aid, but for less than 1/3 to 1/4 of the price I think it’s a good deal.

For the price cant really say much bad about it, the noise of the motor would be the only real complaint, but for the amount of time its used thats not really a problem.
Bought for the mother-in-law as she had been moaning for new mixer at half the weight of her old one which was a kenwood 20 plus years old shows technology has moved on. She calls herself a chef but just a dinner lady she was impressed by the weight but also how powerful it is compared. For the price definitely worth the outlay.
Fantastic mixer. Quite large but easy to use. Pity you can’t get a cover to match. I just purchased a general cover for mine that covers it well when not in use. Very large mixing bowl.
I had to beat 3 egg whites but the blade didn’t reach them, I had to hold the bowl up to get the blades to do the work for 5 minutes! Defeats purpose of a free-standing mixer. Second use I doubled a new recipe only because of this issue and it turned out horrible which means I wasted some expensive ingredients. The blades should be able to touch minimal ingredients in the bowl! It also took a long time to whisk egg whites to soft peaks which was disappointing.

Love this. Beautiful black and silver. Very sturdy. Suction at the base is very strong. This mixer is very good and I think the best I’ve ever used. Simple usage gives brilliant results. The dough hook, beater, etc are fantastic. I didn’t think much when I examined them but they’re absolutely fantastic. As for the bowl..wow, so beautiful and a big 5L too. The bowl just twists into the base of the stand. The transparent cover on the bowl has a section which allows you to pour liquids, flour, fruit, etc at no extra cost as with other manufacturers. You need to ensure the stand makes a click noise when raising it to remove the mixing bowl. This is the only negative I have of this mixer as I cannot have my radio on when using it.
Bought this on offer and very happy with it. can’t wait to start baking just turned it on when it arrived to make sure all is working. The bowl is quite large with 3 attachments.

I sometimes make cakes; maybe once or twice a month. I couldn’t justify 300 on a big name brand mixer so when I saw this I thought “how bad can it be?”
It’s great, if your an occasional baker then it does the job. Yeah it’s noisy but I’d rather have noise for 2 minutes than hand mixing something for 10.
It’s very plasticky but I don’t have it on display so it doesn’t really matter. Good 2 year warranty too.

If you can’t afford one of the beautiful candy coloured ones you see on TV this one is a good substitute. It does everything you need and we use it most days and have no complaints whatsoever.
This is a brilliant food mixer for cakes but not very good for small amounts

It was great for making cake batter, but making a dough isnt such a good idea as it bounces around and I’m afraid it will break
I’ve made dough and whisked with it and it works well. Handled a decent sized batch of enriched sticky cinnamon buns without trouble.
I also own a Kenwood chef and the difference in build quality is clear as this is plastic and has no attachment options,Iike a blender, sausage maker etc. But at this price it’s a bargain and feels sturdy.
The splash guard can be a bit fiddly and flimsy feeling but it’s fine as long as you don’t throw it around. Also it looks like the.atrachments aren’t dishwasher safe. But it’s no trouble cleaning it by hand.
There are some reports that the whisk doesn’t reach the bottom of the bowl. This is the same for all planetary mixers. Yoi just need to use a scraper, or you, twist the bowl to unlock it, and lift it gently so the whisk scrapes the bottom.
Nice modern looking. Works okay, can stand and stay on table without me holding it but I still do hold it when I use it, just in case. Noise level increased after used for a month.
Great product especially for the price. Does exactly what you need BUT the only downside is it’s very noisy! I can live with that for the time it’s actually on.

Bought this to make Bread, Does the job just fine but turn your tv up a notch when using it. Had it a few months now with no issues, sticks where you put it and looks good. DO NOT PUT THE FITTINGS IN THE DISH WASHER. It says that in the instructions but i read a lot of feedback saying they ruined them. If you don’t have a kitchen sink i suggest you get one. Would recommend for amateur bakers at this price and quality.
Amazon indicate that the bowl is dishwasher safe, but do not mention the accessories. The blade for this stand mixer is NOT dishwasher safe. Very disappointing.

Great mixer, I use it to make bread and although there is some movement in the body it handles the dough well.
On the last mixer I had (and returned) the beater would push the butter all around the bottom and it would stay there.
This is so much better, you expect to have to scrap around the bowl once or twice with most mixers.
It’s relatively noisy. That video is on just the first speed but then my phone is up close to the motor.

Chose this as it goes well with the kitchen decor. Wanted to buy it for a while but held off for a bit but I am glad I brought it. It is really good and easy to use. It does take a while to get used to but it has suction on the bottom so it doesn’t move from your worktop which I found really helpful. Only downfall is that you have to have a lot of mixture in for it to work otherwise it doesn’t mix but other than really good produc
Does what it is meant to do. A recipe book would have been helpful as not all recipes are coming out successfully.

The pulse function is VERY powerful and took a bit of getting used to but it’s super handy for fluffing up eggs or batter! SO happy with this purchase!
I have used this a few times to make bread and focaccia with the hook attachment, and has worked well. Yes, I had to scrape the bowl once or twice to ensure all ingredients were properly mixed, but I also have to do that with higher end mixers, so I am not too bothered. I have seen others complain that the plastic elements they put in the dishwashers were deformed by the heat, and that some of the attachments were damaged. I would only ever wash attachments and bowls of my food processors and mixers by hand, as while I am very happy to use my dishwasher I also know that it can be harsh on some items, so I don’t see that as an issue with this specific product.
I am aware that the engine can overheat if overworked – you can ‘feel’ the heat building up after 10 mins of mixing (even at low speed), but it is still within the limits of acceptable, domestic use (clearly this is not the right equipment for a professional baker that would work it almost continuously). For the price, I think it is good value. The reason for taking a star off is that the decorative copper ‘film’ covering some of the controls has started deteriorating despite being only wiped off with a soft cloth; while its look was not the reason behind my choice, and it will not affect performance, it should have been a bit more resilient.
My wife picked this mixer for its looks and features and hasn’t been disappointed with it. Easy to use and all features she needs when making bread or cakes.

This is perfect for me as I only bake once a week, it’s small enough to tuck away when not in use, Just one small problem is that if you submerge the bowl in water the handle fills up and leaks on the work top but apart that I love it !!!
