The timer knob is jet black and it is hard to tell what setting you are on. Apart from that; a good microwave
Great value for money. Has all the settings and levels needed and easy to use and clean.
Dials are not easy to use/set as there isn’t a marker on them so hard to judge the timings one chooses

I went from a 900 watt comby microwave to this. It does the job but adjusting to time and setting is taking me a while, scrambled eggs take 4 mins rather than 2.
Its smaller so fits in corner nicely.
The only thing I would change is on the knob . You can’t see the arrow very well . For putting on for your minutes or temp . So that could do with a white line or mark on the knob . I put a thin slither of white masking tape on for me to distinguish where I was Turing it to

Lovely little basic microwave. There is no light inside the microwave that turns on when you open it which I’m not used to yet but that’s my only nag.

I’m happy with this purchase which was bought to replace a Sharp 800W microwave accidentally broken after only a few months. It is hotter and food is quickly heated up. Very easy to use & clean – it’s sturdy too. Extended 2 year manufacturer warranty is a bonus! Would recommend.

The microwave plate did not fit. Approached Tower who asked me to send a video of the plate. As it had just been delivered they told me to contact Amazon even though they admitted it was the wrong plate. Fortunately I had a spare plate from an old microwave which fitted.
The microwave is working fine and looks a quality product.
I ordered this model as I only use the microwave to warm things up. Works perfectly but one complaint is there are no numbers on the dial to allow you to know how long you are putting it on for, therefore you need to watch what you are warming as you could have possibly put it on for too long.
Had it for almost a year and so far so good.

Bought for my elderly mother, easy to use apart from the dial is black with a tiny black notch on it to turn to settings. My mum had difficulty seeing it so had to put a spot on it with paint to help her to see where to turn for the settings, otherwise it’s fine
Compact, small microwave but big enough for dinner plate, quiet, perfect for small kitchen.
Nice to look at and very good value for money. It’s very easy to use. Overall a good buy .
here are no marks on the timer dial i will have to manually mark it with a silver pen which is not ideal

A nice little no-frills microwave oven. Tidy, compact and easy to clean. The only problem was the control knobs which are entirely black – there is a small moulding showing the ‘pointer’ but it is not easily seen by people with elderly eyes – I have added a tiny blob of white paint on each knob to solve this issue and now my Dad can use it easily – TOWER might bear this in mind with any product improvements, not all customers are young and see clearly. Otherwise it is perfect.
This was the cheapest microwave I could find at short notice and it is working for 2 months now.
Works well fitted snuggly into caravan aperture and looks the part, only issue is there’s no clock on it. Would I purchase again yes

It’s a decent microwave for the price. As some have mentioned, the dial can be hard to see the notch on the black model; but who needs to change the power from full, and you can feel where it is for time?
The power is good for 800w and the internal size is fine for most things.
The ‘arrow’ pointing to the chosen setting is a slight indent in the black plastic knob and so is hard to see unless in bright light.
Only reason it scored lower on easy to use is that the power and minute dials are not easy to set to the right levels as there is just a notch to show where they have been set to. This notch blends into the background of the dial and I had to paint a small spot of white paint on the notch so that I could see what time I was setting to. That said overall it’s good value for money

This is a lovely efficient powerfull manual microwave oven. Very shiny and stylish. I hate to say anything negative about it BUT the internal light inside is SO dull. I was going to return it as I didn’t think it had an internal light. I gave a test with heating up a glass of water and just managed to see a light. It is so dull but I really love the design so I kept it. I dont regret it even thought I would prefer a brighter internal light. Thank you
It’s a nice size which doesn’t take over the whole counter. Looks nice. However — the dials havent got clear marking on them so had to make arrows & stick on or else couldn’t tell what numbers I had turned it too. Quite annoying
Basic and simple to use. Not good for someone wanting precision timing.
Agree with previous comments that dials are not easy to see, but is not an issue for me.
UPDATE: randomly stopped working, sent it back to Amazon as under warranty.
Very happy with this microwave, it’s quite big. The knobs could be easier to understand but it does what it needs to do and heats food well, quite stylish.
Does what you need, a good basic microwave. The only downside is that it’s really difficult to set the timer as the indicator on the dial is black too. Therefore you have to get really low down to see where it’s pointing.
But…The Power knob clicks into the apropriate settings fair enough…
The lower knob has no markings on it to tell you where you are for the cooking setting times!!!
How bloody stupid a really bad design fault.
So..ive had to cut a marker in white paper and position it at “0” and tape it on, so I can use the timer to actually cook food properly.
Tower what on earth made you miss something so important?
Good point…extended guarantee when registering so don’t buy Amazon’s as it’s not needed.

Easy to use microwave, went back to a manual as our previous digital one didn’t last that long. Looks good and easy to use.

Power and timing dails lack indication marks of what setting they’re on. Made my own.
Good value does what it says it will do.
Would suggest the setting dial markings are made clearer as they are same colour as the dial not easy to see.

Very easy to use. Only drawback is that marking on dial knob is not very clear. Had to put a blob of nail varnish to indicate how many minutes am turning too. Only a small indent on the knob which is not very easy to gauge.

My only criticism for this product is that because the item is completely black it is very hard to see and make out the markings for usage – I have had to put white Tippex on the dials so my elderly mother can see them in order to use it.

Really pleased with this purchase. It is stylish and easy to function. Arrived well packaged, no unwanted marks it was immaculate. It does have a light inside when in use and the glass turn table I have not had a problem with. Great value for money. There are reviews on this product that say it rusts inside, but as long as you clean it out after each use it you should not get that problem.
