I thought Turtle beach were the must have headphones. They worked fine but, didn’t last a year, although to be fair my boys are quite rough on such items. I replaced them with cheaper brands that my boys said are just as good if not better.

Good quality and durable headphones
Got these for my daughter after her old ones started giving her trouble. These are the same ones my older son uses for his pc gaming and he recommended them which was all the research I needed 🙂
Have to say… They are really good build quality and the sound is great too. My daughter loves these and is always using them. The great thing is that now we don’t have to be exposed to all the background YouTube video noise from her ipad either!
Great Budget Headset!
Using on a Xbox one. Audio is good. Looks a lot better than I expected. Not as good as high end headsets but why should it be for the price?
Few things can be muffled and the detachable mic feels flimsy. But all round a headset I’d recommend for anyone wanting either a good budget Headset or a quick fix
Great headphones for XBOX ONE
Bought similar turtle beach headphones for my son. Easy to set up and instructions are easy to follow and the most important thing is he is happy.

Good pair of headphones. A little flimsy, the part where the headband and earphones connect seems fragile and the plastic doesn’t seem too strong. The sound quality is good, as is the microphone as I’ve had no complaints from friends in Xbox parties.
Reasonable price for a decent headset!
This was my first gaming headset since until recently I never really played with other people (lol) and I didn’t want to spend a whole lot on one when I wasn’t going to use it much. However, since getting it, I find I use it all the time, even gaming alone! You can use it just to hear your party chat or to hear the in-game sounds which I think is great.
The sound quality is really good, and it cancels out a lot of background noise. I couldn’t count how many times people have come into my room and scared the hell out of me when I’ve had these on because I haven’t heard them!
I’m sure there are plenty of other more expensive headsets out there with even better sound quality, but to be honest, I don’t see the need to spend out on anything more than this. These have been more than great for the price, and are comfortable for long term wear too.

Ok so first off, these are on the lower end of gaming headsets and the price reflects that. But for the price this headset is pretty dam good. It’s a plug and play thing, very simple and to clarify you can hear TV sounds and game chat through the headset. (will need an adaptor for older XBOX One controller). If you need a headset that won’t break the bank but will do a decent job then these are worth the money IMO.

He’s not gentle with them but they’re standing up to the abuse very well so far.
Microphone is keyed so can only be inserted fully when notch and lug are properly aligned, does say this in the instructions. No reports of any distortion or failure. For the price a good basic gaming headset.

Sound on them is good quality (nothing outstanding but you wouldn’t expect this for the price), not very bass-y, but not tinny either. Work well with my Xbox One S. For the price I paid, I cannot argue. They do what I need them to do – talk to friends when gaming and listen to music.

Bought for a nearly 13 year old boy so i am probably not really the best to comment however after interviewing this nearly 13 year old boy i can confirm a 5 star rating and complete satisfaction on his part. I on the other hand now have the constant satisfaction of listening to the 21st century x box online chat between a group of friends which in my day would have taken place on the playing field. Back to the headset, I got a thumbs up and a very happy teenager, so they must be bloody good!!
This is my second set of these headphones and for the price, they are second to none.
My first set lasted just under three years and had to be replaced due to an unfortunate incidented related to careless vacuuming severing a cable.
I did have an issue with my mic not working on my old set but I contacted Turtle Beach who after diagnosing the problem, immediately sent me a replacement part which worked no problem.
There’s a reason that I bought the same headphones as before. They’re cheap, the sound quality is brilliant, the customer support was great and the in-line controls are excellent.
They fit very well and are adjustable.
The nature of turtle Beach means I can cannibalise parts of my old set and keep it as spare parts for this in the event that they’re needed.
If you want Turtle Beach and are on a budget, definitely pick these up.

Bought for my 11yr old and he loves it. He uses it with the Xbox One, PS4 & the PC, so it’s definitely worth the money. He said it’s comfortable to wear with clear sound.
Great headphones for the price
Really happy with these headphones. The fit comfortably on the head and you can hear voice chat clearly. Game audio is ok, but if your want superior sound then I would suggest a much higher quality gaming headphone.

Ordered 3 of these recently for my grandsons birthdays . As time of writing no problems reported , as well as you my might expect I would have heard by now . Arrived on time well packaged easy to set up .
I searched for ages to find a headset for my daughter that could ‘do it all’ as she uses her phone, tablet, laptop, xbox one and a playstation 4. I didn’t want a different headset for each thing. This is compatible with all of them, has a detachable microphone, so she doesnt have to have it attached if shes just listening to music. She says its very comfortable, it looks good (we got the white and blue). She also uses it to skype with family, and they have all said the sound quality is great. I was originally looking for something ‘girly’ but most reviews on them were mixed at best. So opted for this, and I’m glad I did! she loves it. Very happy with this purchase… she’s only been using it for about a week, so not sure on how long it will last, but hoping with proper care it will last a long while.. will update this if that isnt the case.
Fantastic product for the price. Sound quality is decent, mic is decent and design is pretty good. I wish the cable only came into one side of the headset, not both, that is the only downside.
These are comfy on long sessions, sound good and they look alright too. Turtle Beach products are supposed to be good, and these, even though they are entry level are way better than I expected. Once you get the fit right, even the bass has good thud to it and the mids and highs are nice and clear.

Good value for money. Clear sound for price and easy to use with just a 3.5mm Jack to plug in. Only criticism I have is that the do become uncomfortable to wear after about 3-4 hours of straight gaming. They cancel out background noises fairly well also.

Very comfy headset, probably the best one I’ve had for a while.
I was told by a friend that these were good value for what they are, and I was not disappointed. You can even take off the mic for when you are not in group comms too. The only thing I could complain about is the irritating sound the joints make near the ear peace when you move it. However I’ve only had mine for about a month, so hopefully it will get better in time. Other than that I’m very happy with it.
Relative to the price; the comfort, design and output of these headphones are excellent. I can communicate with other gamers with no issues whatsoever, the game-sound comes through fine, mute/volume controls are easy to use, they adapt comfortably to your head/ears and they look decent too. 5*

Nearly perfect, great value for money
I got this for myself to start taking things more seriously with gaming, rather than using my regular TV speakers. The audio is high quality, and the microphone works very well as far as I know. It’s stood up to nearly 3 months of daily use so far.
My only problem lies with the earpieces, which creek with noise when you adjust even your sitting position, which becomes quite annoying, and can be picked up on the mic occasionally.
Apart from that, I cant pick much fault with it. Brilliant product.

Bought these not reading title thought they were same as my last pair for pc but didn’t read Xbox one ps4 doesn’t come with the two jack for pc microphone and headphone but I managed to get a splitter and they work perfect cheap and worth every penny very good quality and comfy, only reason I had to buy another pair because I sucked last pairs wire up with hoover and broke them
