Very easy to set up out of the box. Power in, connect the high-pressure hose, then connect the garden hose pipe (you’ll need a hoselock connection). It’s quite loud but the power is quite scary (blew a load of grouting between my tiles out) so you need to be careful with where you’re spraying. However made short work of a load of grime and moss on my tiled garden. Also managed to give my upstairs windows a wash! Very good product for the money.

I bought this in the hope that it would strip the stain off my decking before re staining and it did a marvellous job. Used it on all the settings and very impressed. I would recommend anytime.

It’s not too noisy. I like the three different spray settings you can have, but without having all the different attachments. Would recommend.

Had a few issues with my adapter which had nothing to do with the machine and once I sorted this out the machine worked well. It is compact and lightweight and easy to use. I liked that it had the one easy to operate attachment.
I had previously used a Karcher and found it was always cutting out.
Only used it a few times and all the signs are good for it last a long time.

Very easy to assemble and get up and running, the water connector is universal so works with almost all outside taps.
Not sure how it works, but the pressure on this thing is really impressive. I usually use for cleaning the patio, but aimed at a pot to take the moss off it and it took some of the glaze off it – it’s powerful. The wand had three settings that are easy to adjust and get a tight or wide spray to cover large area or target stubborn stains.
It also comes with a foam bottle, but I don’t use these so can’t comment on them (I put directly on the area to be cleaned).
The water and power cables are a decent size and while they do still tangle, they’re easy to separate. The best thing about this is that it compresses into a small form factor for storage too.
Impressive power, easy to use and store and good price.

Powerful and compacted with a good warranty I like the idea of not having to change the nozzles to obtain an alternative spray pattern. Dislike would be the gun clips to the machine for storage, it’s not very secure and tends to fall off.

Absolute brilliant product, cleans with power!
Used this on mine and the misses car and just wow. Gets all the tough dirt off the wheels and doors with ease, haven’t registered my warranty and think it’s a bit late to do so but will try this weekend.
If you want a pressure washer for all around use, this will be perfect for everything.

I brought this to replace a 15 year old Karcher pressure washer. This Bosch unit is so much better in so many ways. It’s very light, which makes moving it around very easy. The instructions for assembly were very clear, logically laid out and easy to follow. It comes with a 7m hose which means you don’t constantly have to move the unit around. My old pressure washer was rated at 110bar. This one is 135bar. That extra 15bar does make a huge difference. I found the unit cleared my driveway in no time at all. It’s also relatively quiet in operation compared to the old Karcher. Early days so far, but overall very impressed.

Great for washing the car; you may find that you need to lubricate the entry points after time to make sure that you get secure fits. Plus you can also buy attachments from bosch that will allow you to use Karcher accessories (such as foam bottles) that will allow you to wash and wax the car (with Autoglym liquids).

This is great for those heavy-duty jobs like cleaning the patio. Just keeps going without the overheating you get with less powerful models. Highly recommended

So far I’ve nothing but praise for this unit, it’s s lot better then our previous presher washer by karcher although to be fair to them it was fairly old.

Easy to assemble. Lightweight. Great adjustable nozzle for different tasks.
I liked it’s cleaning power on my paving slabs, however, it did not restart after it had been switched off for a few minutes. It was probably overheated. It did start the next time I used it and hasn’t cut out since. It is a shame the length of cable to the nozzle is so inflexible. Overall though it does the job well.

I have mine running through a hundred feet of hose, water fed from a natural pond, once primed it works quite well, a loss of pressure due to gravity feed, but i was very surprised at the performance.
Bought this for the car and pathways does the job very well. Good quality at a reasonable price which I always expect from Bosch.
I was initially impressed on taking htis out of the box by how much better made it felt than the Karcher, which I had been using for a couple of years but to be honest havnt found very user friendly at all.
The Bosch is easy to setup, connections just feel much more reliable than the previous one, and in use it is a much more pleasant experience, whicih means it gets used more.
This pressure washer ticks all the boxes for me. It has a good long hose (5M) and power cord. The unit has wheels for easy movement. The washer head rotates giving you three different spray heads on the one lance. It is easy to flip between them – ideal if you want a more focused spray for spot washing a stubborn stain. This can be used with a water butt, it doesn’t have to be on mains water pressure. The unit reduces in size for storage and stores the hose and cable as well. Perfect for outside cleaning, be it the patio, car or garden furniture.
The assembly instructions for this jet washer are in diagram form and are easy to follow. My first impression was that the product seemed sturdy and well made and was surprisingly light.
I used it on my well-worn
patio and drive. The jet is very powerful and cleaned years of dirt and moss away in no time at all. The cable stores away neatly and the rod slots into the side of the machine for safe storage. The power of the spray means that waterproofs, wellies and goggles are a good idea when operating it ….
An excellent product and good value for money.
Although the product description says it works ‘straight out of the box’ there is a little assembly required (and no assembly instructions: just operating ones). It is still straight forward however (and impossible to do wrong I’d imagine).
This was huge comes with 125 bar of pressure (slightly up on my previous Karsher K2). It is very effective and powerful (and I question why anyone would need more for home/domestic use: even the 105 bar pressure of it’s smaller brother/model (the Easy Aquatec 110) is up to most tasks.
In operation the washer is silent/idle until the lance trigger is depressed. Thee lance comes with a very generous hose and has an integral nozzle that when twisted gives three different types of spray *from highly concentrated to a powerful mist). The three settings are versatile for most tasks and it easy to switch from one setting to another. This lance/nozzle arrangement is one of the big plusses of the washer (as often other models require manually swapping hose head adaptors – which is not only fiddly but can easily be mislaid). The unit is surprisingly light and easy to manoeuvre on its wheels. It also comes with an extendable handle that folds down and allows the unit to be stowed away in quite a small space. In short it has ben thoughtfully deigned (and made short work of blasting off moss/lichen and ingrained dirt from our driveway.
The unit does not come with any accessories (other than the detergent tank) but which can be ordered separately. I’m pleased to say that the washer is compatible with Hozelock fittings and you can also separately purchase an adaptor for Karsher accessories if needed. My only criticism about the unit is that I found attaching and removal of my water hose to the unit a bit indistinct/trial and error but – once in situ – it remains solid.
In terms of price I think this model scores well in that -at the current RRP – it is not too much more than the lesser-powered ‘handheld’ (non-wheeled) models available (with the advantage of the three in one lance and easier manoeuvarability. Personally, unless you are particularly in the marker for a handheld/portable machine (and/or have no space for anything bigger) I think their Bosch represents a solid choice for the money (and if tegistered within 28 days comes with a decent 3 year warranty).
Recommended.
What you will need to provide in addition to the unit are a power socket (preferably with an appropriate circuit breaker) and a mains pressure hosepipe with a click lock connector.
Putting the parts together is pretty simple – the light weight instruction manual uses universal diagrams to instruct on how things should be connected – an ever more popular approach which does cut down on the 500 page and 30 language guides provided by some. Mostly the process is intuitive.
Having connected a hosepipe and power – a thin high pressure hose connects the pump to the pressure gun. This clips in and is reasonably easily connected and removed. The pressure gun comes in two pieces – to which is added a third, the pressure nozzle. The nozzle is pretty neat – it can be rotated to one of three choices – depending on which is most appropriate for the task in hand. One of the three heads provides a rotating spiral of water (for e.g. block paving), a second a fine focused spray (for earthenware plant pots perhaps, or garden furniture) and the third a less focused spray (the manual suggests this is appropriate for car washing). In any case – high pressure water can cause damage to paintwork, cement, seals and so on – so the right pressure head should be used for the right job. A final fourth option is a detergent based reservoir and spray head. This replaces the three nozzle unit – and can be filled with a detergent mix. This provides a soapy spray output – good for muddy bikes and cars.
In use the unit is easy to handle. The power cord and pressure hose are each about 5 metres in length – so you can stretch quite far from your power plug – assuming also a hosepipe of suitable length. All parts can be neatly stowed on the unit itself which can then be neatly packed away without taking up too much space. The extent to which you pack things away (i.e. unclipping, winding, stowing) will probably depend on how often you intend to use it – either way it’s only a five minute job to reconnect things.
All in all this is a great pressure washer – simple to setup, easy to use – and convenient to store. Additional attachments are available (e.g. a pressure brush) for purchase separately.
The unit comes with a 3 in 1 head which gives you a pencil jet (thin & powerful), Rotating jet which is like the pencil but it moves around in a circular motion and the standard fan (this is the least powerful to be gentler on items like your car). This head is extremely handy as you have no changing of heads for the different types, you just twist the end into the selected jet position.
You also get a detergent dispensing bottle/jet – the jet on this is of a fan type as well. I used this attachment with some Autoglym polar blast pre-wash snow foam and it foamed pretty good. The bottle in my opinion is rather small and is used up in the space of a minutes use. There is no control to make the mixing faster or slower which would have been nice. Over all I was happy with the performance though, the bottle lasted (just) to cover my 4×4 in foam.
The power cords is about 5m in length, the wand hose is 7m in length which is decent for a pressure washer. The lance is in 3 parts which store in clips on either site. They fit together by a push and twist connection. I found the 3 in 1 head quite stiff to push on but it does go and I suppose it is more likely to prevent leaks than if it was a little more loose.
One part I am not a big fan of is the connectors for the pressure hose. They are push fit which is fair enough but when you have finished using the washer you have a tab that you need to push to the side to release the connection. If there is any water pressure at all in the pipe then these tabs are extremely hard to push to release the connection. I had to use something to lever the tab to release the pipe connector. Next time I will make sure that I empty as much of the air/water from the pipe before trying to disconnect the pipe!
One feature that may be of use to some is the ‘self priming’ facility. To use this you need to buy the self priming kit, it does not come with this as standard. It allows you to use non mains water supplies like a water butt, bucket etc to supply the water. The kit is essentially a pipe with a filter & back flow suppressor that you connect to the machine and submerge the other end into your water source. I doubt I would ever need/use this but you never know and I can see the usefulness for some situations where a mains tap is not available.
It also actually compacts down quite small. The handle moves down (like a lot of washers) but it also folds back so the total height is the height of the main body.
A word of advice: Bosch have two fitting types for their accessories and buying them is a minefield. There are ‘AQT’ fittings and ‘Aquatek’. Although this is an Aquatek model do not get Aquatek accessories. This washer takes the newer AQT type fittings (they are the same as Black & Decker pressure washer connections). I bought a show foam gun from a local shop so I was able to take my lance in to check the fitting. The Aquatek will not engage fully as there is a collar stopping the accessory going all the way in. The Black & Decker/AQT fitting worked perfectly.

The downsides I see are small overall which is why I gave it 5 stars and recommended.
