Fantastic security doorbell I bought this doorbell because I was always away from home and was concerned about not knowing who is coming to my door. It was the best money I ever spent! Now I can view every activity on my door from afar and even answer the doorbell. The video recording is Icing on the cake.

Strangely the first 3 doorbell pushes (to test) didn’t alert me on the phone, but had registered on the app the next time I logged in. Tried a bit later and all is good. Picture quality is excellent and so far it seems to be storing recordings on the app and hasn’t asked for me to upgrade. If I choose to upgrade then it’s 30 for the year. All in all, very happy with this doorbell.
Worked perfectly but the screw is bust so I can't charge it! I was really happy with this product for a month or so, then one day I came to remove it from the wall and the screw head had worn away. Whether through tampering or weather, I do not know, but ever since then I have a useless dummy camera on the wall.
I was always sure never to tighten it as I was aware something like this could happen but it happened anyway! So, if I ever get the thing off the wall and can charge it, my 4 star review will be a 5 star, because I was very happy with the camera and cloud.
And if anyone reading this can give me some tips how to remove the worn away screw so I can remove the unit from the wall casing, I’ll be very appreciative as the company never responded to me. So, if you can find a better quality tiny screw, do that before using the one that came with the product, in case it wore away due to weather conditions. Because if someone tampered with it, I would have seen them on camera!

This Door Bell is much more than that, A brilliant purchase. This door bell is much more than that, A brilliant purchase, My one slight concern is sometimes there is slight delay in the app opening up and people sometimes moving away from the front door before we see them., although It always picks them up by the time they reach the door.
The sensitivity settings are great too as we live on a main road with only a footpath between the front door and the road, So the low humanoid detection setting is very good for us.
The Audio works really well when speaking through it to visitors, the postman and delivery drivers etc.
While working from home it has made it much easier to communicate with anyone at the Front door.
The volume and chime ringtone with the plug in chime are plentiful and varied.
The Free Three day rolling cloud storage is absolutely sufficient for our needs at this time,
Good to have the subscription cloud services available if required in the future.

Great! Brilliant, works well, yes theres a little buffering at the start but once that clears its great. Caught someone stealing my dead cat in his plant pot. Just a shame police done sod all about it. The talking to someone via the app to doorbell is great too. My kids love talking to their dad through it when hes on the doorstep. Just wish i could find replacement batteries for it so i have a spare set ready for when it needs charging as i cant finf them anywhere not even on amazon like suggested by the seller.
Very convenient and easy to use We didn’t always hear the doorbell when we were outside, but now it sounds on our phones so we don’t miss any callers. The motion detection is also very handy as it alerts us when post has been delivered through our letterbox. Setting up the device is reasonably simple if you follow the instructions. It’s as good as anything else out there, so a very good purchase in my view.
Camera with chime and free online storage Had a ring video door bell which cost more than this product and had to buy a chime separately and it was appalling, just unreliable it got just past the warranty and packed up followed shortly after by the ring doorbell.
I much prefer this doorbell if you want more than the FREE – three day rolling storage simplicity itself to download any clips you wish to keep.
If you wanted you can buy the 30 day option far cheaper than the the ring price.

Video bell I’m delighted with the video bell. Videos are clear and I have the Aiwit app which informs me every time someone approaches the bell. I haven’t had the opportunity to try the microphone on it. I am very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend
A good option, some drawbacks but overall pleased After much research I went with this option for a video doorbell, I work a lot so was often missing deliveries and though my house has cctv, I wanted something I could access while out/at work to keep an eye on things at home.
Pros:
– Free video storage for three days (you can save any videos to your phone if they need to be saved longer) and no subscription charges to use the device like other brands (they do offer these if you want to store your videos for longer on their cloud services but you don’t have to do this to use it and as I said you can save them yourself if needed)
– Easy to set up
– fish eye sort of lens so picks up large are on camera
– good audio quality and great for talking to people through device
– decent battery life (depending on how much it’s used/detects things)
-good camera quality in day and night vision
Cons:
– sometimes fluctuates between overly sensitive and almost missing people. You can play around with the settings in the app and change how far it detects, how sensitive it’s ‘human’ detection is so it doesn’t go off everytime there’s a bird or cat etc. i have done all this, but as I live facing a road that has frequent pedestrians it still goes off a lot in the day with notifications that someone is passing on the other side of the street (a good 30m away) but then sometimes doesn’t tell me the postman is on the drive until he’s leaving.
– need to make sure it’s near your wifi hub or booster to make sure you get good and immediate access to live camera, I have a bay window and my wifi hub is in the bay right by my front door and it still says it only has a ‘fair’ connection most of the time.
Honestly for the money and compared to subscribe-to-use based ones I’m pleased with it overall. I’m sure ring or blink are probably better all round, I have family that use those and they’re great, but I can’t bring myself to spend around 8 a month to use my doorbell! So for now at least I’m happy with this option and would recommend it as an alternative, or even as a ‘first’ video doorbell if you’re looking into if they’d be suitable/worth investment for your home
Brilliant product and great value for money! We bought the doorbell as was going away for a couple of weeks. I’ve got to say, it’s one of the best items we’ve bought on Amazon. It’s really easy to install and set-up using the app. It sends a message when someone is approaching or senses movement. You can then access the app to see who’s at your front door. If you want to, you can then speak to the person via the microphone. It’s been great, as also spooked my parents as they were checking the house on a daily basis. The system also records to days activity in case you missed anything. The picture quality is also brilliant, night and day. For 50, it’s got to be the best value for money out there!
Wished I'd bought this before the Ring doorbell The only real negative is the tiny security screw in the bottom. It’s very fiddly, but I use a magnetic screwdriver, and that helps.
There has been no issues with it not working with weak WiFi, unlike the Ring video doorbell we bought 18 months ago.
The picture quality is very good, as is the recordings.
We did have an issue when it had to be charged up. The battery life was not working properly. I did get in touch with Customer service and was told to remove the batteries for a minute, and recharge. It was perfect after that. So 10 out of 10 for Customer care
All in all pleased with purchase Have had this video doorbell for 3 weeks and have been pleased so far. Battery is just under 70% so better than expected. Not sure about other video doorbells but you can only use the app on one phone/tablet at a time.
Epic quality at a great price! I rarely write reviews but clearly this has impressed me enough to push buttons ( as apossed to being awful to warn others). This is a bit of technology I have looked at over the years but refused to pay the silly prices wanted by the market “leaders”. I came upon this item and the reviews were great, a couple mixed. But took a punt as the price was similar to the “high end ” normal doorbell that lasted a year. The quality of this device is superb, the night vision is amazing, the sensor is sensitive but spot on and the ease of use of the app is outstanding; it is easy to charge but best of all its like a security system as it tags and stores all movement it captures, free of charge, to the cloud! Epic quality and a great price!
Good camera easy installation long battery life. In all this is a great camera for the price. My one and only slight concern is sometimes there is slight delay in the motion sensor picking up people approaching from the front. It allways picks them up by the time they reach the door though. And sometimes well before. There are plenty of sensitivity settings you can work with and the app is very straight forward. The two way audio is great quality too and only has a 1 second delay which is to be expected from any such device. In all it’s a great camera and will certainly do the job you want it to. Night vision is great quality too and notifications of movement are instant and the app loads directly to a live view of the camera in less than 2 seconds.

Good value but could be improved. Purchased the door bell camera. It took 4 or 5 attempts to get it working properly. The instructions could have had more detail. Once it was up and running I noticed that it did not record at night even though all the settings were correct. I returned it and bought another one. Amazon were very good and I had a replacement the next day. I installed it quicker than the first one have a bit of experience from the first one. So far all is working as it should. The only criticism is that the alerts for someone ringing the door bell is quite slow. By the time I get my phone out and onto the app the person would have gone. The videos from the motion detection are good. Pity it doesn’t have a separate battery charger so a second set of batteries could be used.
Other than all that it is not a bad camera for the money.
Great picture quality Really happy with this doorbell, had one previous from different brand and it kept falling off. This one is so stable and the quality is perfect. It also saves to the cloud rather than requiring a micro card like the previous one. Easy to use.
Very responsive, several alerts every day Installed using included sticky pad with no issues. although the tiny scrub is going to get lost as very soon we expect – but we received two sets of mounting screws (only 1 pad), both of which included the grub screw, so at least e have a spare! We might go and buy some more while we handy.
Even with sensitivity turned down to minimum and human form recognition turned to max there are still several motion alerts during the day, many of which are false alarms. We have turned motion alerts off!
Video quality is fine and it has linked to our Wi-Fi with no issues once 5GHz turned off. We’ve not noticed any issues with uploading videos to the cloud – the 3 days included free should be plenty in the event.
It’s been installed nearly 2 weeks now, and the battery is down to 61% so it is expected to last maybe 5 weeks. We have bought a third party set of batteries (and charger) so we can swap them out without having to be without a doorbell for 14 hours while it charges them!
We have shared the app to a second phone – that was straightforward using a QR code.
Good to watch retrospectively It’s good to find out who came by in front of my house. I was never able to answer any doorbells remotely though. When I finally able to answer or see who’s in front of my house, they already left because I couldn’t answer fast enough.

Having moved here from a distant area, we kept Amazon hopping with constant deliveries and the motion detection and video was extremely helpful being a person with a mobility disability so I knew it was a safe visitor and I had time to get up to the door.
WE adjusted the volume to LOUD and we could hear everywhere. When settled we’ll turn it to lower volume.

Great Doorbell We have wanted a camera doorbell for a while for security mostly but weren’t sure what to go with. I came across this doorbell and the price was very reasonable and the reviews looked good so we gave it a go. It was really easy to install, feels very secure on the wall outside and works really well during the day and on an evening. The speaker that plugs into the house is helpful so that if one of us isn’t with our phone we can still hear if someone is at the door ringing the bell. The camera is really good and the quality is great. We get a good view of the street outside our house which gives us a view of our cars too so if anything were to happen it would be caught on video. The sound works well when speaking through it to delivery drivers etc and has made it much easier to go out and communicate with anyone at the door during that time. I would definitely recommend this doorbell to anyone who is looking for the added security for their house and the convenience of being able to be out during the day and know what is going on. Good video doorbell in the sense of video quality but when there is motion at your door there is a delay in the notification to your phone and etc. Originally wanted the video doorbell cause my son has a house key now and I wanted to be able to make sure he gets in okay and that he locks the door but by the time I get the notification, he’s already in the house and it’s too late to speak to him through the doorbell to remind him to take his keys out of the door and etc Wish I just spend the extra money to get the ring doorbell.

Only have to charge the battery about every two weeks depending on usage.

Came with a very sticky wall mount wouldn’t move so great option if you don’t want to drill in.

We didn’t always hear the doorbell when we were outside, but now it sounds on our phones so we don’t miss any callers. The motion detection is also very handy as it alerts us when post has been delivered through our letterbox. Setting up the device is reasonably simple if you follow the instructions. It’s as good as anything else out there, so a very good purchase in my view.
Camera with chime and free online storage
Had a ring video door bell which cost more than this product and had to buy a chime separately and it was appalling, just unreliable it got just past the warranty and packed up followed shortly after by the ring doorbell.
I much prefer this doorbell if you want more than the FREE – three day rolling storage simplicity itself to download any clips you wish to keep.
If you wanted you can buy the 30 day option far cheaper than the the ring price.

My only concern is it doesn’t alert on my phone quick enough that few seconds can be someone’s patience other than that, great!
Video bell
I’m delighted with the video bell. Videos are clear and I have the Aiwit app which informs me every time someone approaches the bell. I haven’t had the opportunity to try the microphone on it. I am very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend
A good option, some drawbacks but overall pleased
After much research I went with this option for a video doorbell, I work a lot so was often missing deliveries and though my house has cctv, I wanted something I could access while out/at work to keep an eye on things at home.
Pros:
– Free video storage for three days (you can save any videos to your phone if they need to be saved longer) and no subscription charges to use the device like other brands (they do offer these if you want to store your videos for longer on their cloud services but you don’t have to do this to use it and as I said you can save them yourself if needed)
– Easy to set up
– fish eye sort of lens so picks up large are on camera
– good audio quality and great for talking to people through device
– decent battery life (depending on how much it’s used/detects things)
-good camera quality in day and night vision
Cons:
– sometimes fluctuates between overly sensitive and almost missing people. You can play around with the settings in the app and change how far it detects, how sensitive it’s ‘human’ detection is so it doesn’t go off everytime there’s a bird or cat etc. i have done all this, but as I live facing a road that has frequent pedestrians it still goes off a lot in the day with notifications that someone is passing on the other side of the street (a good 30m away) but then sometimes doesn’t tell me the postman is on the drive until he’s leaving.
– need to make sure it’s near your wifi hub or booster to make sure you get good and immediate access to live camera, I have a bay window and my wifi hub is in the bay right by my front door and it still says it only has a ‘fair’ connection most of the time.
Honestly for the money and compared to subscribe-to-use based ones I’m pleased with it overall. I’m sure ring or blink are probably better all round, I have family that use those and they’re great, but I can’t bring myself to spend around 8 a month to use my doorbell! So for now at least I’m happy with this option and would recommend it as an alternative, or even as a ‘first’ video doorbell if you’re looking into if they’d be suitable/worth investment for your home

Brilliant product and great value for money!
We bought the doorbell as was going away for a couple of weeks. I’ve got to say, it’s one of the best items we’ve bought on Amazon. It’s really easy to install and set-up using the app. It sends a message when someone is approaching or senses movement. You can then access the app to see who’s at your front door. If you want to, you can then speak to the person via the microphone. It’s been great, as also spooked my parents as they were checking the house on a daily basis. The system also records to days activity in case you missed anything. The picture quality is also brilliant, night and day. For 50, it’s got to be the best value for money out there!
The only real negative is the tiny security screw in the bottom. It’s very fiddly, but I use a magnetic screwdriver, and that helps.
There has been no issues with it not working with weak WiFi, unlike the Ring video doorbell we bought 18 months ago.
The picture quality is very good, as is the recordings.
We did have an issue when it had to be charged up. The battery life was not working properly. I did get in touch with Customer service and was told to remove the batteries for a minute, and recharge. It was perfect after that. So 10 out of 10 for Customer care
All in all pleased with purchase
Have had this video doorbell for 3 weeks and have been pleased so far. Battery is just under 70% so better than expected. Not sure about other video doorbells but you can only use the app on one phone/tablet at a time.
Epic quality at a great price!
I rarely write reviews but clearly this has impressed me enough to push buttons ( as apossed to being awful to warn others). This is a bit of technology I have looked at over the years but refused to pay the silly prices wanted by the market “leaders”. I came upon this item and the reviews were great, a couple mixed. But took a punt as the price was similar to the “high end ” normal doorbell that lasted a year. The quality of this device is superb, the night vision is amazing, the sensor is sensitive but spot on and the ease of use of the app is outstanding; it is easy to charge but best of all its like a security system as it tags and stores all movement it captures, free of charge, to the cloud! Epic quality and a great price!
Good camera easy installation long battery life.
In all this is a great camera for the price. My one and only slight concern is sometimes there is slight delay in the motion sensor picking up people approaching from the front. It allways picks them up by the time they reach the door though. And sometimes well before. There are plenty of sensitivity settings you can work with and the app is very straight forward. The two way audio is great quality too and only has a 1 second delay which is to be expected from any such device. In all it’s a great camera and will certainly do the job you want it to. Night vision is great quality too and notifications of movement are instant and the app loads directly to a live view of the camera in less than 2 seconds.

I wanted a doorbell camera with no hidden expenses. with this you get FREE ‘3 day rolling’ cloud storage so no worries of paying every month. motion detector works well as well as 2 way audio…..Must say its brilliant for the price 🙂
Good value but could be improved.
Purchased the door bell camera. It took 4 or 5 attempts to get it working properly. The instructions could have had more detail. Once it was up and running I noticed that it did not record at night even though all the settings were correct. I returned it and bought another one. Amazon were very good and I had a replacement the next day. I installed it quicker than the first one have a bit of experience from the first one. So far all is working as it should. The only criticism is that the alerts for someone ringing the door bell is quite slow. By the time I get my phone out and onto the app the person would have gone. The videos from the motion detection are good. Pity it doesn’t have a separate battery charger so a second set of batteries could be used.
Other than all that it is not a bad camera for the money.
Great picture quality
Really happy with this doorbell, had one previous from different brand and it kept falling off. This one is so stable and the quality is perfect. It also saves to the cloud rather than requiring a micro card like the previous one. Easy to use.
Very responsive, several alerts every day
Installed using included sticky pad with no issues. although the tiny scrub is going to get lost as very soon we expect – but we received two sets of mounting screws (only 1 pad), both of which included the grub screw, so at least e have a spare! We might go and buy some more while we handy.
Even with sensitivity turned down to minimum and human form recognition turned to max there are still several motion alerts during the day, many of which are false alarms. We have turned motion alerts off!
Video quality is fine and it has linked to our Wi-Fi with no issues once 5GHz turned off. We’ve not noticed any issues with uploading videos to the cloud – the 3 days included free should be plenty in the event.
It’s been installed nearly 2 weeks now, and the battery is down to 61% so it is expected to last maybe 5 weeks. We have bought a third party set of batteries (and charger) so we can swap them out without having to be without a doorbell for 14 hours while it charges them!
We have shared the app to a second phone – that was straightforward using a QR code.
Good to watch retrospectively
It’s good to find out who came by in front of my house. I was never able to answer any doorbells remotely though. When I finally able to answer or see who’s in front of my house, they already left because I couldn’t answer fast enough.
An Excellent All Round Gem
Everything works exactly as you’d expect from a more expensive model.
Having moved here from a distant area, we kept Amazon hopping with constant deliveries and the motion detection and video was extremely helpful being a person with a mobility disability so I knew it was a safe visitor and I had time to get up to the door.
WE adjusted the volume to LOUD and we could hear everywhere. When settled we’ll turn it to lower volume.
I needed some advice on one or two occasions & the reply was immediate. The service, I found outstanding. I’m so pleased I decided on this one. A little money for a big result. Thanks to everyone in the making of this little gem!

Easy to set up and use. Quality of the camera is crystal clear and no echo when you speak through it. Definitely a purchase worth every penny and better than other leading brands on the market from experience.
Great Doorbell
We have wanted a camera doorbell for a while for security mostly but weren’t sure what to go with. I came across this doorbell and the price was very reasonable and the reviews looked good so we gave it a go. It was really easy to install, feels very secure on the wall outside and works really well during the day and on an evening. The speaker that plugs into the house is helpful so that if one of us isn’t with our phone we can still hear if someone is at the door ringing the bell. The camera is really good and the quality is great. We get a good view of the street outside our house which gives us a view of our cars too so if anything were to happen it would be caught on video. The sound works well when speaking through it to delivery drivers etc and has made it much easier to go out and communicate with anyone at the door during that time. I would definitely recommend this doorbell to anyone who is looking for the added security for their house and the convenience of being able to be out during the day and know what is going on. Very good buy.

Good but could be better.
Good video doorbell in the sense of video quality but when there is motion at your door there is a delay in the notification to your phone and etc. Originally wanted the video doorbell cause my son has a house key now and I wanted to be able to make sure he gets in okay and that he locks the door but by the time I get the notification, he’s already in the house and it’s too late to speak to him through the doorbell to remind him to take his keys out of the door and etc Wish I just spend the extra money to get the ring doorbell.

I liked that it’s so clear & sum times let’s me no if someone s in my garden b4 they get to front door. Night vision is a clear picture even tho black & white. Door charm can be as loud as u need it. Mine is in hall way & can hear it all over the house.if I was to say anything is a down fall with this doorcamera is. U have to b on the app all the time for it to ring on yr. Phone..

Not easy to set up but once done, really good. Very neat looking at the front door. It picks up every movement and supplies an instant video on my phone. Inside chime only heard in that room so would like it louder. Would like my phone to ring when someone presses the bell. Maybe that can be sorted. However, I do recommend it..
Brilliant produc
Really good for the price paid. Doesn’t seem to detect all motion so I might move it down slightly. I’m not sure if the settings can change so it records more than 20 seconds at a time. Night vision is brilliant.
Overall really happy with this product. Charges via USB easily and no subscription charges.
Very good picture, value for money.
This unit is very easy to set up and the app is good too. The only thing I had concerns about initially was the battery life but after a few tweaks it is much better now.
The camera was picking up my neighbours tree (which does look like a person) and sending the “humanoid” videos about every 2 minutes !! Once I changed the settings it was fine.
Great video door bell with good night visio
This is my first door bell but I must say I am impressed. I’ve only charged it once when I unpacked it and it’s going 3 weeks battery is at 70%. Good night vision and adjustable motion detector. If you follow the instructions in the box, you’ll enjoy your door

Very good alternative
I brought this as a slight cheaper option to the most poplar one.
To my surprise it’s actually very good picture quality is very good.
Only have to charge the battery about every two weeks depending on usage.
Would be a good idea to have a second battery as it would save down time of the camera.
But all in all I’m very happy with my purchase would recommend as a cheaper alternative.
For a small price excellent quality
I was a bit worried about ordering the camera but I’m surprisingly shocked! The picture quality is perfect! The battery seems to be lasting quite well! I must say I’m impressed it’s a nice sleek design! Very happy with my purchase
