The video doorbell Only compatible with 2.4Ghz Wi-fi router. If you have a dual band router which has 2.4Ghz wifi and 5Ghz wifi, it must be on the 2.4Ghz setting.
No special characters or special symbols in the Wifi name.
Please fully charged the video doorbell for 8-10 hours: Using the included USB cable to charge the video doorbell with a DC 5V 1A or 5V 2A power adapter(the phone charger is ok).

Good quality picture motion detector too sensitive Good picture and the door chime that comes with it is handy for when I’m in the garden. The only problem I found is the motion detection is far too sensitive and my battery life was going down gast so I turned it off and just use it for the doorbell
Good for the price Bought this door bell as often missed callers also added bonus was the safety aspect.
Easy to download the app but took a couple of minutes to work out where different functions were but sorted now.
Picture quality is good and so is the cloud storage. Reasonable price for extra storage space on the cloud.
Good customer service sent text straight away asking if everything was OK and contact details if I needed help.
Would suggest set up on a day you are at home as I put the wrong distance setting on and had 120 notifications and saw a lot of people walking their dogs.
Brilliant device I decided to try this as it was much cheaper than a Ring doorbell so was not sure how good it would be. I’m glad I did as it’s a superb item. The picture quality is great and the night vision camera works a treat, very clear and well lit up. It comes with screws and wall plugs for permanent fixing but also has a very strong adhesive pad which you can use to mount it. I used the adhesive pad and it’s stuck on very secure and would of be very hard for someone to pull off. It’s very easy to set up and connected immediately to my WiFi box with is through 2 solid walls and about 4 meters away. Best of all in my opinion is the free 3 day cloud recording service which you can download at any time if you want a specific recording. The motion detection works very well and picks up people walking past my car which is about 4 meters away from the doorbell itself but this can be adjusted to your requirements. The chime works great and has about 40 different themes – I chose “Memories” from the Cats musical lol. The app is well laid out and easy to use as well. So glad I bought this and saved myself a lot of money and recommend it highly.
Amazing piece of kit! Honestly I took a gamble as I was looking for a ring camera and it’s amazing. So easy to fit and have seen my neighbours up to some weird stuff lol! Would recommend to everyone

Easy set up Bought this for family members who now need extra support and care. It was an easy set up for us who aren’t tech savvy. So far so good, although time from motion to the notification can be a little slow so I don’t always catch who it is but can watch it on playback. Haven’t used night vision yet (probably a good thing)
The perfect video doorbell Very happy with this item, easy app and plug in doorbell setup. I live in an apartment and have video entry to the main building, however, wanted this for my own front door for added security and so that I can see when delivery people leave parcels etc. Also useful to hear doorbell if rung, as I often can’t hear knocking if I’m in the living room with tv on. Good quality video, slight lag before it starts capturing, but fine for what I need. I have set the motion detection to 5m, which works fine for what I need it to do and the battery seems to last for weeks and weeks before recharging. Glad I opted for this product against others, as it doesn’t involve having to sign up to additional charges as some more well known video doorbells do. Excellent value for money.
Grea I find it’s great for it’s money, sometimes it lags a wee bit, But I think it’s my internet that’s the problem, easy to set up, and even easier to put up, hope this helps you.
Brilliant camera for the price I wasn’t expecting brilliant viewing compared to other doorbell cameras based on its price but wow! It’s brilliant. It’s easy to set up, it works as it should. Very clear footage. I would recommend this but the battery life is iffy, doesn’t last very long, I have turned down motion detection to see if it helps. Other than that it’s bob on and definitely worth a try!
As good as the expensive ones I use it more to see who’s at the door when the chime rings. The chime is great, nice and loud so can hear it anywhere in the house. It can be slow with notifications but not all the time. From what I’ve read it’s the same with the expensive ones. Overall very Happy
Impressed so fa We bought this model as we had read some reviews on it and it seemed like a good alternative to leading brands. We aren’t disappointed so far, was easy to install and set up on on phones. Once I adjusted the settings on the motion detection, we have just about got it set up so how we like it. The picture quality is clear and the night vision is good. I like the function of answering the doorbell and talking with the person, so if you have a parcel you can ask them to leave it somewhere or take it to a neighbour. Hopefully the battery life will be as good as described, seems to be holding out well so far. I’ve just ordered my mum one as well!!
Rechargeable camera, no requirement for mains connection. ntion. I like the fact that you can recharge the camera and it does not need mains connection. The battery power is limited when set to highest monitoring, on the settings I have it we are charging every 3 to 4 weeks.
The retaining screw is very small and it can be easily lost when taking the camera off its cradle for charging, I have started to use a little bit of blue tac to hold tbe screw on the driver, as I have lost one screw of the 2 sullied.
The image quality is good, notification are a bit hit and miss but that may be down to the settings and my phone… All in all a good peice of kit.
Easy setup I’m a 54 year old woman and not good with tecnology. My sons live away and i expected i might have to call one for help, but……..no, i managed it myself in 20 minutes. Excellent product.

Good alternative for the more expensive doorbell cameras out there Battery holds up well, as long as settings are not all the way up re. motion detection. Free limited cloud storage is a nice bonus. Glaring lights make the picture a little less clear at night.

Slightly laggy Product works well although is laggy from when someone presses the doorbell. This may be because of the distance between the doorbell and the router.
Battery lasts a long time and picture quality is good
Good value but battery life is an issue Good value but the battery life is around 7 to 10 days.
The other issue is that the securing screw is minute and if it is dropped it is lost. Needs a 2 man operation to change so that a tupperware box is held underneath so as not to lose the screw fixing.
Easy set up and looks like good functionality. I have not installed this at my front door yet but found it easy to set up and the app easy to use and functional. I have been experimenting with it in the house, adjusting the sensitivity as I live in a terraced house and ideally don’t people passing by the gate triggering an alert. Having reduced the sensitivity to low, I think it will be OK. I’ll update once installed but initial findings are positive.
It Does What You Expect It To Do It was all fairly straight forward from opening the box, charging the batteries up and fixing it up on the wall outside. Clearly you need to spend a bit of time deciding on what setting you are happy with the get the best out of it. The batteries did run down quickly on the first week because it was going off a lot so since I recharged them and have altered the sensitivity it is going off less often and the batteries are not draining as quick. There is a charge if you want to store in the Cloud however you can save enough clips on your phone to cover any concerns you may have. I do think they are a deterrent to anyone looking to steal you car off the drive so well worth the cost.
Does a great job I was initially dubious about getting a “cheaper” doorbell but I had nothing to worry about!
This doorbell works perfectly. The door bell sounds on the remote ringer and on my phone so I no longer miss someone ringing the doorbell.
The battery life is great too, I only charge it once a month.

Nice product but… Bought as a gift as I have a Ring doorbell quite impressed with this as you get everything needed in the box including internal bell and no subscription required unlike Ring.
Only downside is you have to turn notifications off when windy as triggered due to over sensitivity

Effective doorbell, good quality picture Picture quality is excellent. Some lag on notifications. Very easy to set up. Good battery life so far. Stick on pad has worked really well on upvc frame
Good quality for the price Battery lasts about a month. Wifi connectivity was poor initially and therefore slow to view images on the app. Have since added a node to my mesh network so working fine.

Does the job Great to see who’s been knocking at your door throughout the day when you are out. Very handy if you are out when you are expecting a parcel as you can talk through the doorbell when the parcel man arrives.
Good device, hard to find fault. This is a good device, the batteries last a few days for wireless, take a while to charge but can buy extra batteries and charge the spares to exchange.
Good picture. But sometimes if someone is running it won’t pick up the person and record before they’ve gone.

The unit itself is a nice grey colour and because it’s smaller than the previous model it can be mounted on the door frame, the previous model was too wide to do that.

Decent door bell reasonable price... Easy to install and does a decent job for a fraction of the price of some other ring style door bells. Battery usage seems OK so far but really depends on how much the sensor goes off. Overall recommended!

Good for the price Good for the price, I would only get this if you have a strong internet connection. Picture quality is good, as is the night vision, motion capture seems to be a little late, as anyone that walks past is already half way across the camera before they’re picked up.
Does the job Great for the price and does the job perfectly. We initially struggled to get the camera to pair with the chime unit but that was our fault for not following the instructions properly. Highly recommended.
A Great piece of kit for the price. So I have had the door bell just over a week now and the following is what I have observed. The Picture quality is superb both during the day and night operation. Motion detection is good too. As other reviews have mentioned after a full charge the battery shows only 70/75% charged but has not as of yet gone below 60% and strange as it seems it will go back up to 68% after a day operation.
If there is a one thing that concerns me and that is the small grub screw that secures the unit to the base. I’m sure it’s going to get lost at some point. The kit came with a spare screw but I don’t think it will survive for a long time. So bearing in mind it’s only been operational a short time I am quite happy with my new door bell.
Extra to this I have gone on holiday for a few days and recharged the batteries before going and the state of charge is good. Got a full 100% charge and it’s only gone down to 98%. So very happy with this.

Excellent Camera Value for Money Much cheaper than other popular brands. High quality video and audio. Motion detection is fantastic. 2 way talk function works perfect. Free video storage and able to download videos. You have to charge the battery mine lasted a month before I need to recharge.

I chose this doorbell as a replacement and I was pleasantly surprised how good this was and easy to setup and install. The application is simple to use and easy to configure. You need to charge the batteries for at least 14 hours, then it’s ready to use. I found that the motion detection alerts were quite sensitive but you can choose to turn them off and save the battery power a bit.
I like the fact that the camera highlights people in orange square boxes and human detection is very clear.
What was another nice option was the cloud saving functionality that allows you to view the short video streams of ring notifications or other motion alerts. There is an opportunity to purchase extra cloud functions but for me this is not needed.

Good value for money Looked into a interactive doorbell but didn’t want to pay for the top end ring one. This had good reviews and so bought it.
Easy to install, it comes with stick on and drill options. We stuck ours on and it holds pretty firm. The view angle is pretty good and image is good enough quality for conversations between yourself and people knocking. The image quality for night and motion is pretty good as well. I’ve seen far worse cctv system images in my time.
Linking to WiFi and app was easy enough.
The app is easy enough to use, some explanations around motion setting would be useful, and to make it a 5 star product they should have an ability to toggle the motion setting on a timer. The delay when using the app is around 10seconds max from activation of doorbell to speaking to person at door.
Battery life is pretty good, I don’t use motion setting so in around two weeks it’s only lost 10% charge.
Definitely worth considering as an alternative to ring and other products.

Only weird thing is that despite charging it for 14 hours the battery comes up as showing it’s 78% which is strange and there is also a weird crackling sound and a 2 second lag time frame difference. Easy to lift the doorbell out of the case to charge overnight but means don’t have a doorbell whilst charging as you need to bring it in the home to charge with the usb provided as the batteries are not the standard AA batteries.
Takes some time Maybe i am a bit slow but trying to figure out ‘humanoid detection’ setting was trial and error for sensitivity but, after a few repositioning tweeks over time all seems ok. Had to buy wifi booster to improve connectivity but working fine.

Superb piece of ki I was sceptical about how well this would work but I needn’t have been. It is an outstanding bit of kit considering the price compared to leading brands. I can’t fault it at all. Good quality picture motion detector too sensitive
Good picture and the door chime that comes with it is handy for when I’m in the garden. The only problem I found is the motion detection is far too sensitive and my battery life was going down gast so I turned it off and just use it for the doorbell

Bought this door bell as often missed callers also added bonus was the safety aspect.
Easy to download the app but took a couple of minutes to work out where different functions were but sorted now.
Picture quality is good and so is the cloud storage. Reasonable price for extra storage space on the cloud.

Would suggest set up on a day you are at home as I put the wrong distance setting on and had 120 notifications and saw a lot of people walking their dogs.
I decided to try this as it was much cheaper than a Ring doorbell so was not sure how good it would be. I’m glad I did as it’s a superb item. The picture quality is great and the night vision camera works a treat, very clear and well lit up. It comes with screws and wall plugs for permanent fixing but also has a very strong adhesive pad which you can use to mount it. I used the adhesive pad and it’s stuck on very secure and would of be very hard for someone to pull off. It’s very easy to set up and connected immediately to my WiFi box with is through 2 solid walls and about 4 meters away. Best of all in my opinion is the free 3 day cloud recording service which you can download at any time if you want a specific recording. The motion detection works very well and picks up people walking past my car which is about 4 meters away from the doorbell itself but this can be adjusted to your requirements. The chime works great and has about 40 different themes – I chose “Memories” from the Cats musical lol. The app is well laid out and easy to use as well. So glad I bought this and saved myself a lot of money and recommend it highly.

Easy set up
Bought this for family members who now need extra support and care. It was an easy set up for us who aren’t tech savvy. So far so good, although time from motion to the notification can be a little slow so I don’t always catch who it is but can watch it on playback. Haven’t used night vision yet (probably a good thing)
The perfect video doorbell
Very happy with this item, easy app and plug in doorbell setup. I live in an apartment and have video entry to the main building, however, wanted this for my own front door for added security and so that I can see when delivery people leave parcels etc. Also useful to hear doorbell if rung, as I often can’t hear knocking if I’m in the living room with tv on. Good quality video, slight lag before it starts capturing, but fine for what I need. I have set the motion detection to 5m, which works fine for what I need it to do and the battery seems to last for weeks and weeks before recharging. Glad I opted for this product against others, as it doesn’t involve having to sign up to additional charges as some more well known video doorbells do. Excellent value for money.

Brilliant camera for the price
I wasn’t expecting brilliant viewing compared to other doorbell cameras based on its price but wow! It’s brilliant. It’s easy to set up, it works as it should. Very clear footage. I would recommend this but the battery life is iffy, doesn’t last very long, I have turned down motion detection to see if it helps. Other than that it’s bob on and definitely worth a try!
As good as the expensive ones
I use it more to see who’s at the door when the chime rings. The chime is great, nice and loud so can hear it anywhere in the house. It can be slow with notifications but not all the time. From what I’ve read it’s the same with the expensive ones. Overall very Happy

We bought this model as we had read some reviews on it and it seemed like a good alternative to leading brands. We aren’t disappointed so far, was easy to install and set up on on phones. Once I adjusted the settings on the motion detection, we have just about got it set up so how we like it. The picture quality is clear and the night vision is good. I like the function of answering the doorbell and talking with the person, so if you have a parcel you can ask them to leave it somewhere or take it to a neighbour. Hopefully the battery life will be as good as described, seems to be holding out well so far. I’ve just ordered my mum one as well!!

I like the fact that you can recharge the camera and it does not need mains connection. The battery power is limited when set to highest monitoring, on the settings I have it we are charging every 3 to 4 weeks.
The retaining screw is very small and it can be easily lost when taking the camera off its cradle for charging, I have started to use a little bit of blue tac to hold tbe screw on the driver, as I have lost one screw of the 2 sullied.
The image quality is good, notification are a bit hit and miss but that may be down to the settings and my phone… All in all a good peice of kit.

Product works well although is laggy from when someone presses the doorbell. This may be because of the distance between the doorbell and the router.

Good value but the battery life is around 7 to 10 days.
The other issue is that the securing screw is minute and if it is dropped it is lost. Needs a 2 man operation to change so that a tupperware box is held underneath so as not to lose the screw fixing.
Easy set up and looks like good functionality.
I have not installed this at my front door yet but found it easy to set up and the app easy to use and functional. I have been experimenting with it in the house, adjusting the sensitivity as I live in a terraced house and ideally don’t people passing by the gate triggering an alert. Having reduced the sensitivity to low, I think it will be OK. I’ll update once installed but initial findings are positive.
It Does What You Expect It To Do
It was all fairly straight forward from opening the box, charging the batteries up and fixing it up on the wall outside. Clearly you need to spend a bit of time deciding on what setting you are happy with the get the best out of it. The batteries did run down quickly on the first week because it was going off a lot so since I recharged them and have altered the sensitivity it is going off less often and the batteries are not draining as quick. There is a charge if you want to store in the Cloud however you can save enough clips on your phone to cover any concerns you may have. I do think they are a deterrent to anyone looking to steal you car off the drive so well worth the cost.

I was initially dubious about getting a “cheaper” doorbell but I had nothing to worry about!
This doorbell works perfectly. The door bell sounds on the remote ringer and on my phone so I no longer miss someone ringing the doorbell.
The battery life is great too, I only charge it once a month.

Great to see who’s been knocking at your door throughout the day when you are out. Very handy if you are out when you are expecting a parcel as you can talk through the doorbell when the parcel man arrives.

Good for the price, I would only get this if you have a strong internet connection. Picture quality is good, as is the night vision, motion capture seems to be a little late, as anyone that walks past is already half way across the camera before they’re picked up.

As other reviews have mentioned after a full charge the battery shows only 70/75% charged but has not as of yet gone below 60% and strange as it seems it will go back up to 68% after a day operation.
If there is a one thing that concerns me and that is the small grub screw that secures the unit to the base. I’m sure it’s going to get lost at some point. The kit came with a spare screw but I don’t think it will survive for a long time. So bearing in mind it’s only been operational a short time I am quite happy with my new door bell.
Extra to this I have gone on holiday for a few days and recharged the batteries before going and the state of charge is good. Got a full 100% charge and it’s only gone down to 98%. So very happy with this.

I chose this doorbell as a replacement and I was pleasantly surprised how good this was and easy to setup and install. The application is simple to use and easy to configure. You need to charge the batteries for at least 14 hours, then it’s ready to use. I found that the motion detection alerts were quite sensitive but you can choose to turn them off and save the battery power a bit.
I like the fact that the camera highlights people in orange square boxes and human detection is very clear.
What was another nice option was the cloud saving functionality that allows you to view the short video streams of ring notifications or other motion alerts. There is an opportunity to purchase extra cloud functions but for me this is not needed.
Overall pleased with my purchase.

I am very Impressed with everything about this item, and as a disabled person it allows me to let people at the door that I’m on my way to open it. It a good security item as well as it’s set to pick up anyone who might be on our drive and near to vehicles.

Good value for money
Looked into a interactive doorbell but didn’t want to pay for the top end ring one. This had good reviews and so bought it.
Easy to install, it comes with stick on and drill options. We stuck ours on and it holds pretty firm. The view angle is pretty good and image is good enough quality for conversations between yourself and people knocking. The image quality for night and motion is pretty good as well. I’ve seen far worse cctv system images in my time.
Linking to WiFi and app was easy enough.
The app is easy enough to use, some explanations around motion setting would be useful, and to make it a 5 star product they should have an ability to toggle the motion setting on a timer. The delay when using the app is around 10seconds max from activation of doorbell to speaking to person at door.
Battery life is pretty good, I don’t use motion setting so in around two weeks it’s only lost 10% charge.
Definitely worth considering as an alternative to ring and other products.
Good alternative as does the job!
I think this is a great buy for someone who wants a simple doorbell setup to get alerts for motion near the door or has rang the bell and can remotely “answer” and have the choice to turn motion alerts off or change sensitivity. Great that it comes built in with the 3 day free cloud storage that deletes itself so you can choose what to keep downloaded on your phone memory. Only weird thing is that despite charging it for 14 hours the battery comes up as showing it’s 78% which is strange and there is also a weird crackling sound and a 2 second lag time frame difference. Easy to lift the doorbell out of the case to charge overnight but means don’t have a doorbell whilst charging as you need to bring it in the home to charge with the usb provided as the batteries are not the standard AA batteries.

Maybe i am a bit slow but trying to figure out ‘humanoid detection’ setting was trial and error for sensitivity but, after a few repositioning tweeks over time all seems ok. Had to buy wifi booster to improve connectivity but working fine.

Upgraded to this model from the Noq Noq version and there is much improvement. The battery seems to be lasting for longer and the humanoid detector is a much better feature than just motion detect alone (of which this is still a separate feature). Really simple to operate all controls from the app and installing was just as easy. Data is stored on the cloud for 3 days and is free. If you require longer then a subscription is available. All in all a really great product.

Small & compact unit, Simple and straight forwards in operation, iPhone app is easy to install & use. Basically once full charged, only took me 15 to install to my front door and get the system up and running. Day & Night time recordings are clear, so is the ability to talk to the delivery people via my iPhone (Including whilst I’m a good few away from my house – within a Wi-Fi area). Overall I am pleasantly surprised and happy with this purchase.

Great doorbell. Easy to set up and use with both mine and my partners phones. Good quality picture and motion sensor.
Good alternative as does the job!
I think this is a great buy for someone who wants a simple doorbell setup to get alerts for motion near the door or has rang the bell and can remotely “answer” and have the choice to turn motion alerts off or change sensitivity. Great that it comes built in with the 3 day free cloud storage that deletes itself so you can choose what to keep downloaded on your phone memory. Only weird thing is that despite charging it for 14 hours the battery comes up as showing it’s 78% which is strange and there is also a weird crackling sound and a 2 second lag time frame difference. Easy to lift the doorbell out of the case to charge overnight but means don’t have a doorbell whilst charging as you need to bring it in the home to charge with the usb provided as the batteries are not the standard AA batteries.

Perfect video doorbell for a reasonable price
The video doorbell does what it is intended to do. You can set the motion detection to either low, med, or high coverage. The higher you go the more it detects all the motion but with that, meant the battery usage will increase as well. Setting it up to medium will also do it’s job. I have this for about a month now and no issues so far. Installation is straightforward just had problems connecting it to a wifi at first as I was away from the router. It comes with a chime and you can choose from a variety of tunes as well. Was even surprised it had a yiruma tune in there. There’s an app you can install that will allow you to configure your doorbell’s settings. It also allows you to talk through from your phone using the app to the person at you door. It comes with free cloud storage so you don’t have to pay extra. Night vision is not that bad, please see screenshot. All in all it’s a pretty good video doorbell. It gives you an added security to your home.

Fantastic doorbell camera, great pictures and night vision! Easy to install and position where you need it near your door. Stylish and value for money, no need to pay extra for video history, brilliant! Would highly recommend, proves you don’t have to pay a fortune for one that detail it does the job!

I wanted to have a video doorbell for a long time but was put off by the price and ongoing monthly subscription. I was very skeptical before buying this but have been amazed by the clarity of the video, motion detection and the night vision. The free cloud storage for 3 days is an absolute bonus as you dont have to worry about buying any additional SD card or monthly subscription. Would definitely recommend for the features versus the price you pay.
Only downside is the screws provided were of poor quality as it shears off when trying to drill them to the wall. Though they have provided with an additional set, I still would advise others to use your own screws instead.

After much research I purchased this video doorbell which was quickly installed after an overnight charge of the batteries. Setting up with my WiFi was easy, only taking a minute or two. Likewise, installing the IOS app on my iPhone was easy and the everything was up and running in about 10 minutes.
The picture quality is very good in day light. At night I get some flaring from street lights but this would be the same on any night vision camera.
Motion detection works well and is programmable via the app for sensitivity (You avoid wandering cats and dogs from triggering a recording!).
I also like the fact that images or videos can be downloaded onto the iPhone.

I was sceptical about how well this would work but I needn’t have been. It is an outstanding bit of kit considering the price compared to leading brands. I can’t fault it at all. Super easy to set up and the added chime is brilliant. I would recommend this to anybody. Buy it now you won’t regret it!!
