Got the PA 600 and pulled a 350 Chevy engine with it the next day without a problem. Could not even tell that the hoist even felt the weight of the 500lb+ engine. I had it rigged with double pulley. Very smooth and strong operation. Great Hoist!
Installed it works haven't put a load on it. Why would a hoist that would be mounted 10 feet or more, mine is at 15 feet, only have a 4 foot remote cord?? I'll have to extend it $$, need a 6 foot step ladder to reach. No biggie but the instruction manual is a joke! These issues are not the seller fault. Unit arrived as scheduled and in good shape.

This is the second hoist I bought on Amazon. Needed a Hoya overhead lift in living room and bathroom to assist for my handicapped wife. Cost; $4,000 – $5,000 each! Bought and installed two VEVOR hoists instead. Total cost was under $400 for the two lifts installed. The only difference is that the Hoya lifts are rated for about 450 lbs and the VEVORs are each rated for 1320 lbs. The control cable could be a little longer or even better, a cordless control but, for the money it can’t be beat. Don’t have all the bells and whistles the Hoyas have but they do the job and do it well and I saved about $9,600!
Just wanted to add an 18-month update. Now have two Vevor lifts in my home. One is over my wife’s recliner, the second over the commode. Both are used constantly and both still work great. These two lifts have made it possible for my wife to stay in her home and comfortable. Without them she would be stuck in a nursing home! How do you put a price on that? I can’t say enough good about these lifts! Thank you Vevor!!!
