Wow! We bought this to cover an old fire place while we save for new. We love it!
Looks good but not sturdy
Looks good but wouldn’t recommend for households with kids/ dogs in high traffic areas. We put the radiator cover in our hallway and bottom screws kept popping out when dog leaned against it (had to super glue in), also on the longer radiator covers the middle leg bit is really flimsy- had to put a piece of wood behind it like a frame to stop it from bending inward.

Look good but rubbish wall mounts
The covers are really nice when they are built and look great in our living room.
Only complaint would be that the bit to mount them to the wall are totally useless, as soon as we put the cover on them they broke off the wall. We ended up just getting our own metal ones.
We also got one that had been slightly damaged, possibly by the delivery company.
Chipped paint and wood spoilt a decent radiator cove
Decent priced cover that looks pretty solid and nicely designed. However, the slotted panels are pretty flimsy and will break with a bit of pressure on then. The centre section is also pretty flimsy feeling. Once it is assembled and fitted, it does look quite good, however ours was spoilt by a decent sized chunk of paint and wood that had chipped away.

This is just what we needed. It was really simple to put together and feels a lot more sturdy once attached to the wall. It looks great in our home and fit against the wall/skirting perfectly.

I bought this radiator cover to cover up an ugly radiator, and it is exactly what I wanted. It was so easy to put up I managed to do it on my own, it took a bit longer than it could of done due to my youngest running around haha. The delivery was quick, the items were packed well. The Milton design is superb. Very easily assembled and very sturdy. I will definitely buy again. The Oxford model by this company is completely the opposite and if choosing which model then always go with the Milton.

I used this radiator cover to cover an unused, ugly, black 70’s gas fire. It arrived promptly in excellent condition and I assembled it by myself without any problems. A little disapointed
Having purchased this product for my landing as I was so pleased with the finished result in my hall upon assemble I’m not happy with the final results. The poor paintwork on the front right panel is not if the high quality of workmanship i received with my first purchase. I’ve looked everywhere to try and contact the seller but have been unsuccessful to date.

I had seen some reviews regarding damage… Fortunately mine was damage free apart from a tiny paint blemish on a bottom corner.. To be honest I was expecting worse… I bought it because the alternative at B+Q was was 50 dearer… And for that reason was willing to risk it..
The mdf is probably not the thickest or the highest quality… Hence the price… But if you assemble carefully and don’t place too much stress on joints and fixings until it is fully assembled when it obviously becomes a lot stronger then you’ll have a good looking radiator cover at a fraction of the cost of the high street equivale

I got this when it was at the lower price and it is so worth the price I would even pay the higher price it’s such a different style to all the other radiator covers that I see people have it’s really made a difference to my hallway was a little bit disappointed about delivery as it didn’t come when expected didn’t get any apologies or notifications but I’ve got it now and it looks amazing thank you

A really nice addition to the room, in my opinion this is such a cheap way of modernising and making a stylish improvement to the appearance of a basic radiator. It looks super smart and was very easy to put together. Good value for money and does what it says on the tin!

Very modern looking
Used this to cover radiator in bedroom – lovely – makes such a difference with the shelf for extra accessories – bought 4 medium size ones to cover the rest of the radiators in my home
Came a day earlier than expected, glad I was in but that’s fab. Was relatively easy to assemble and despite my apprehension because of some reviews I was pleasantly surprised it looks better than expected, no marks or scuffs. Don’t be heavy handed with tightening the screws though as I did notice if you screw too much they can split the wood or go through the top but not a problem if you watch what you’re doing.

It is quite deep so ensure you can accept the size if you are placing in a corridor or hallway.

I was a little apprehensive when ordering this. Especially when other covers I’d looked at elsewhere were averaging 70+. It took me around 15 minutes (if that!) to put together, Everything is labelled A,B,C 1,2,3 which always makes the process faster! I couldnt tell you one fault. Sturdy, No scuffs/marks & looks the part (exactly like the 70+ ones). Looking forward to ordering more!

Little bit fiddly to start with but as long as you follow the numbers right you’ll be fine. IP in less than 20 minutes and makes a hell of a difference in my living room.

Came on time but has a few marks on it, and they haven’t bothered to paint in the grills so you can see the MDF. Slightly disappointed but it’s up now and I can repaint it myself. To be fair I shouldn’t have to. The outside legs are strict but the middle part is bit flimsy but over all its good and I probably will order another one

It looks really good once assembled and the sizes on the item are exactly as advertised.
There were a couple of chips, but not too visible so I won’t be sending it back. The large one wasn’t super easy to put together, some holes weren’t perfectly aligned and it needs a fair amount of space to build. I took my time to make sure I got it right and didn’t damage anything and was able to do it on my own without too much bother.

Didn’t matter though as the nailed panel kept it in place. I have had lots of positive comments on it. Really pleased for the price. And now ordering 2 more!

I was a bit dubious about buying this with it being cheaper than others. But I was pleasently surprised. It looks great, it’s really easy to put together and looks far more expensive than it is. I will be getting this again for my other radiators and would highly recommend.
I am very happy with my purchase. Easy to put together, however i did feel there were so many screws and bits and bobs to put together, but it is worth it, as the end result looks good. I brought the small and large one. Looks lovely and makes the rooms look tidy, fresh and clean. The top of the cover is large enough to put a small lamp, photo in a frame or ornaments. It does not stop the heat coming through. Your skirting boards should be no higher that 16cm (17cm to be safe) so that the cover is flushed to the wall. The small cover we had to saw the bottom as it had to fit over the thermostat and pipes, but the large one the thermostat and pipes fit in the cover. So my advise would be to buy larger where you can.

Really like this, first cover bought and it’s so nice I’ll now cover the remaining radiators. The finish is excellent and I’m so pleased it doesn’t require painting. Well worth the money.

When assembled they look good
I ordered 2 of these radiator covers. The smaller of the 2 was perfect but the larger one had a couple of chips missing from the corner. I had to keep it because i was paying a joiner to assemble and fit them and it would have cost me more money to disassemble and reorder another one

This is brilliant I love the style and it was really easy to build. It makes my hallway look very classy and now I have space to put some pictures on top instead of looking at my radiator.

For the money these are decent radiator covers.
The come in minimal packaging, which I always appreciate since polystyrene is a pain to dispose of.
Assembly is straightforward and logical. I’ve done three of these now and barely need the instructions. Sometimes the pre-drilled holes don’t quite line up with a section, but it’s not really as issue. I use a combi drill on a very low speed and torque setting for the screws, and then tighten by hand.
You can find the odd minor mark or imperfection on these covers, but in my experience you do tend to find this with inexpensive flatpack stuff and in my opinion is acceptable for the price paid.
The only thing now is to wait and see how they handle the radiators being on over the winter, and whether they warp or not. I’ll update the review if necessary.
This item was easy to assemble and looks much more expensive than it actually was! We had to cut into it each side panel as our skirting boards are quite tall but this was easy enough to do. Am really pleased with the item – just wish they done it in XXL AND XXXL (I purchased the XL but would like it for other radiators in my home, but unfortunately the XL is too small for the other ones).
I ordered the medium one because we had some unsightly plugs next to the radiator and I wanted to hide them, product was very easy to assemble, some of the holes weren’t in the correct place but didn’t effect assembly much, very good quality for the price, will be buying more for the rest of the house.

At a price somewhat cheaper than DIY stores this is good value. Comes together easily enough within an hour. Perhaps the only challenge is that the rebates for the pipes and skirting are only good if you have std “boring” skirting (rather than our Ogee) and very closely-fitted pipes. Otherwise, some cutting is necessary. I strongly suggest you measure carefully and offer up the sides to the pipework BEFORE constructing the unit, as this will make the inevitable jigsaw work a whole lot easier (surprisingly, this is not mentioned in the instructions).
Othewise, all good. It arrived promptly and, once fitted, looked good without further painting or finishing

Product arrived quickly. One think that takes away from the visual asthetics are the metal hinges that are attached to the mantel. These are visable through the gap once assembled.

Looks exactly as it does in the picture! Really easy to put together! It’s a bit flimsy when you lift it as there’s a lot of weight going into the middle. They’re not as high as suggested so we’ve had to move our radiator down but other than that it’s really gorgeous. It gives a modern but homely feel!
It looks awesome by look and very easy to assemble and I love the idea of covering the radiator with the beautiful white colour , it is almost like a small cute side board . The only challenge is it get it fixed to the wall it is bit tricky and need some skills . It has to be attached to wall if not it will fall down and damage

Absolutely love this. Was just about to paint my heaters and realised I needed something to cover them instead so as to let the heat outbinstead of trapped with paint. I love it in my hall, going to buy more for each room as I re decorate.
Room by room as we decorate my house is filling up with these… I find radiators so ugly and worry about my young children touching them – these covers are great. They do seem to show signs of wear quite quickly (the one in my hall was fitted 1x year ago and although we put nothing on it there are a couple of chips) – but I will continue to buy them as they look so much nicer than rads and provide the safety I desire.

However, I purchased a cover a couple of years ago and all I had to do was slot the pieces together, there were no screws just four simple stages to complete and the cover looks much more expensive than it was. This cover took a couple of hours to put together so a bit dissapointed
