Exceptional value for money.
This tool kit is not as good as other brands such as Snap-on or Stanley, I’d say it’s around 80% effective, but it costs 20% of the retail prices of those brands. If you’re looking for a premium kit, you’re in the wrong place. This is an almost-premium kit, offering good quality tools and attachments for an exceptionally low cost. If you want the best of the best, then this is not for you. If you want a decent set but you’re on a tight budget or generally not looking to pay stupid money for something you’ll use once in a blue moon, then I cannot advise strongly enough that you purchase this set. This is my first Von Haus product and I’ve purchased many more since buying this one. Cannot fault it for the price, outstanding craftsmanship. Extremely happy with the entire Von Haus range. Keep it up guys!

Unless you’re working with industrial sized bolts, this tool kit is an absolute MUST. I literally use it for everything that requires turning. The ratchet, given its size, is surprisingly robust. I managed to coax a rusted bolt from a 2005 van seat bracket with the ratchet threaded into to a metal pole and it didn’t even break a sweat. I honestly thought I was going to shatter it into a million pieces, but nope!

his looks and fills goods socket set, there are little quirks like 1/4 drive at the end of the screwdriver I also have a Vonhaus main drill this did go faulty about 11mouths but they replace it no trouble I must say I like Vonhaus tools.

It is a good tool set, have plenty of options and nut sizes available, it served me well when I needed it.

The build quality of these tools are good and what I like most about the kit is that it comes with both a screw driver and a ratchet. The snap on T-bar attachment comes in hand too! I’d say the only thing it is missing is a smaller screw driver handle for those times when you don’t have much space to work in.

This isn’t your bog standard screwdriver/ratchet socket set. in terms of value for money, this set is incredible.
Bought because my work issue set is mediocre at best, but ths really is everything you’ll need in a metric socket set. Comes with imperial hex key bits as well, long reach for those pain in the backside jobs. Great kit.

Le set est livr dans sa boite plastique, avec l’intrieur : la cl cliquet 72 dents, et prs de 130 douilles et embouts en tout genre !
Ce jeu d’embouts et douilles est vraiment trs utile ! Ayant rcemment cass ma petite cl cliquet (1/4″ de pouce aussi), j’ai pris mon temps pour trouver une bonne cl en remplacement, qui soit la fois de qualit (avec un maximum de dents, afin d’tre plus robuste et plus prcis), mais galement prix mini. Et j’avoue tre vraiment aux anges, depuis que j’ai cette mini boite outils ! J’en suis extrmement satisfait, car elle est ultra complte, et surtout de super qualit (mme en forant comme un bourrin !), et surtout, super prix.
Qui plus est, l’intrieur de cette boite, on retrouve de trs nombreux embouts trs utiles, dont certains vous paratront totalement inconnus. Perso, cela faisait des annes que je cherchais des embouts en forme de “Y” pour dmonter une pompe de forage importe d’Angleterre, et ce n’est qu’aujourd’hui, avec cette petite boite outils, que j’ai pu trouver ce qui me manquait depuis tant de temps !
Alors autant dire que c’est donc le set idal pour tout bon bricoleur, passionn ou amateur, qui cherche avoir du bon matriel, trs polyvalent, et surtout, sans avoir se ruiner !

A good value socket set - with a few small niggles
There seems to be several versions around of the same set – I see the same thing offered under iWork, Mannesmann, Karcher and VonHaus. I’ve got two of them, the Karcher and the Von Haus – they’re identical sets, just the colour’s different. The prices vary as well. If you can pick one up for 20 it’s a good buy. The sockets and the ratchet driver seem to be pretty good quality to me. There are ample bits (hex, torx, pozi, Philips, security (tamperproof) torx, etc) with spares for the ones you will probably use most often (e.g. PZ2).
Here are the criticisms / reasons for only 4 stars:
1) On the Von Haus the catch on the case is a bit loose, so I have to ensure the case stays upright while transporting it, otherwise the contents would be emptied into my toolbag.
2) The tamperproof hex drives (hex with a hole in the middle) are badly formed, with some of the holes off-centre). Fortunately these are not in common use – in fact I’m not sure I’ve ever come across a need for these bits.
3) Only one small 1/4″ shaft extender – a longer one would be useful sometimes.
Works great. Does the job and is the perfect starter kit for people getting into light maintenance work.

Reading through some of the reviews and I wasnt sure to buy this or not. I decided to buy it and see what it was like. I have to say I’m very impressed with this little kit. Very sturdy and strong box and cones with loads of useful parts which all seem to be of high quality and all of this for such a great price. Just what I needed to do some work on my car! Deffiently reccomend. Only 4 starts because the bits arent magnetic but I still love it.

habe mir das Set fr mein Auto als kleines Werkzueg set geholt fr unterwegs, die Preis leistung passt definitiv, einziges kleines Manko sind die Halterungen in der Box die etwas besser sein drften, allerdings sind die halterungen bei meinem Marken Werkzueg iin der Werkstatt auch nicht viel besser, von dem her gibt es von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

Got everything I need
An excellent buy. This set is great for me. It will never (I hope) see real heavy duty use as I am not a mechanic, but it is so handy I wouldn’t be without it. I particularly like the screwdriver handle which has socket hole in the end and into which the ratchet fits. Great when in a tight space and extra leverage is needed.

Really handy little tool kit and a great box to keep it in. Sockets only go as far as 14mm but can use ones from other sets if needed. The ratchet is a bit short in the handle length but makes up for it in the action department.
