Compact 3 Section Easy-Stow Loft Ladder
This 3 section aluminium loft Ladder is an ideal loft-access solution, suitable for ceiling heights up to 3m.
The ladder features a spring-assisted system to provide more control when lowering or stowing the loft ladder and also comes with an in-loft handrail for added safety and comfort when entering or leaving the loft.
Measuring (H)139×(W)30.5cm, this ladder has all the components needed for DIY installation, including a universal stowing pole and comprehensive instructions. It also has D-shaped rungs for added comfort and security.

A good loft ladder and a good price
Really nice loft ladder. Comes with full instructions where in sections are a bit hard to understand so read through it a couple of times before starting. Comes with a nice little template in the packaging to place the soft arm that helps raise and lower the ladder. love the side arm which just gives you that extra grip to steady yourself up the ladder.
Climbing the ladder feels like most other aluminum ladders feels light and once placed properly sturdy to climb. Locking latches on both sides of the ladder which is nice. Also the right latches can be locked open so you can easily drop the ladder using one hand.
Also comes with loft latch and hinges if you want to fit your own loft door to replace any existing loft doors (need to provide your own loft wood or whatever material you want to use).
Overall a great loft ladder that saves me using an unsteady step ladder to get up into the loft. Only criticism is the pole used to pull the ladder down has a plastic end which I feel over time could snap. If this was replaced on the metal pole with a metal hook or something stronger it would make this loft ladder a lot better.
Not too bad for the money.
Going on what my son had to say about fitting this, that it was fairly straight forward to do, though, unless you fit a lot of ladders, you will need to read through the instructions a few times and familiarise yourself with all the parts and carry out everything in order and having all the right tools, saying that, we are having a little trouble with a smooth operation of the ladder, it comes down fairly easy but stowing it is causing a problem, as it is quite stiff and resistant, the pivot arm and spring have been fitted according to the instructions and by using the template provided, he’s going to try fitting the pivot arm and spring facing the open hatch to see if that works, I will update with the result. Overall it is a sturdy, but quite a narrow ladder, but is ok for occasional use and is not too bad for the money, probably would buy a more expensive one in the future, but that may not be any better…you just never know unless someone recommends or you use an expensive tradesperson.
Terrific value loft ladde
It was a bit overwhelming when I first opened the packet but (unlike me usually) I took time to check all off against the very detailed inventory list on the front page of the instructions and separated them (a, b, c etc) into separate containers. Every last screw, bolt and washer etc was there. I then followed the instructions exactly. I’d kinda half watched the You Tube the night before and must have picked up more than I thought as it did give me a few extra useful tips. Anyway, the ladder works fine. It wouldn’t be suitable for using day and daily, eg you’ve an attic bedroom, but for occasional things like putting the Xmas decs back after Xmas or retrieving suitcases or storing boxes until the guarantee period is up. For my purposes I’d certainly buy it again. I’ve used it every day since for one reason or another as Iwas wiring a light up there and fitting a TV aerial splitter and booster. (I still need to get (or make) a drop down trapdoor though!)

A good sturdy ladder. However I believe this model is actually supposed to be attached to a loft hatch.
As I already had a slim line plastic hatch in place I wasn’t able to do this.
The ladder can be installed but without the spring. This isn’t advised but I had no choice apart from installing a new hatch which wasn’t an option.
Good strong ladder with fairly easy instructions to follow
Ich bin richtig positiv berrascht! Ich habe eine sehr verbaute und enge Raumsituation, bei der herkmmliche Dachbodentreppen – geschuldet dem Platzbedarf – nicht eingesetzt werden konnten. Die Lieferung, inkl. Installationsmaterial erfolgte binnen 3 Tagen, die Anleitung ist nur auf englisch verfgbar, auch das Video ist auf englisch. Die Bebilderung in der Anleitung ist ganz ok . Auch wer kein Englisch kann, kann die Leiter durchaus in ca. 30 Min. installieren. Lediglich die Schrauben fr die Halterung der Armgehuses mit der Feder waren mir persnlich mit 20 mm zu kurz, hier habe ich auf 70mm Schrauben zurckgegriffen; da ich auf dem Dachboden nur 20mm dicke Bretter habe, habe ich zustzlich mit einem Pfosten von unten verstrkt…
Die Leiter ist sehr leicht zu bedienen und luft ganz gut. Eines muss jedem Kufer bewusst sein, dass ist keine Leiter fr den tglichen Gebraucht! Ich selber wiege 100kg+, die Leiter hat damit dennoch kein Problem…
Die Leiter ist wirklich ideal, wenn wenig Platz zur Montage vorhanden ist, wer mchte kann auch eine Deckel montieren, das wirklich einfache Montagematerial war auch dabei….mir persnlich wren die Scharniere und das Kunststoffschlo aber zu instabil…

Wenn man die Leiter vor dem Besteigen richtig sichert und gerade ausrichtet, dann macht sie einen ausreichend stabilen Eindruck. Die 150 kg sind aber wahrscheinlich das absolute Belastungs-Maximum.
