Children loved the gift that was gifted from a family member by email. So no paper, card or plastic was needed to be recycled. They now have a xobx full of games! Lego world’s is what they bought. Not only do we have loads of Lego models but have same amount of games … Very good fun though.

I was concerned as some reviewers stated the voucher was credited to their own Microsoft account when following the link in the email. I looked up the voucher code in my amazon account (also linked in the email) and let my son use it through the “redeem’ option on his Xbox.
Earlier this year I also ended up with a 25 credit when I used the email link to use the voucher. It’s still sitting in my Microsoft account as I have no need for it and am not able to pass it to my son as originally intended.

Dear Amazon, the description needs updated regarding using it as a gift. More importantly however is a review of the email content to clarify the link will allow the user to credit the money to their MS account. There should be some instructions on how to use it as a gift for someone else. Making the email more user friendly would save a lot of frustration. Thank you.

Easy and quick to order. Code came through by email immediately afterwards, for my son to use on his Xbox to purchase what he wanted for his game.

i buy off amazon as dont trust microsoft as they keep bank details and kids spend what they like .. with this the money goes from my bank account thru amazon so im covered – the code is delivered instanty , we use this or buy from a shop now . would totally reccomend . very easy to use .

Wish I’d have looked on amazon before for these instead of taking a trip out to the supermarket when my boyo wants to buy a gift card for vbucks or whatever there for. I bought 20.00 credit for xbox, digitally as a gift for a teenager. Never done it this way previously. However it was so easy and simple to do. You get a code via email. Where you are able to print, or you can write the code out yourself to go inside a card. Worked a treat and teen loved present.

These are brilliant. You get the code instantly……. no going out…. no queuing….. time saving for a busy mum! What more can I say other than brilliant! Also there is a range of available amounts more than what’s available in the high street shops….perfect for when a child is saving save to buy a card.

Convenient to buy on amazon but hard to locate redemption code… here is how to find the code…

*Go into top left of your amazon page (3 lines)
*Scroll down to “your account”
*Select messages
*Sekect all messages
*Scroll down to the purchase
*Look for a bit that says your games and software library, click and it will take you to the code.

I dislike the lengthy code to redeem but can see why it has to be like that. This is the perfect fast easy gift can be redeemed and spent by the gaming recipient within minutes! I really like that it doesn’t take any time at all to credit the account when redeemed. I usually take a screenshot of the code for the recipient rather than forwarding emails. I regularly buy this.

What would have helped was to be able to have a printable option. I was told to go to my games and downloads and not only am I rubbish at that but these were presents (from Father Christmas) so my partner had to make a pdf doc for me to print!

Happy but the link to redeem is incorrect and was awkward to find. Amazon should sort that out as I was getting cross trying to sort it for my son.

I bought this for my grandson as a gift for his birthday he thought it was great and he really enjoyed spending on all his bits for his games and he bought games he for quite a bit with it…I found it was something he would use and enjoy choosing what he wanted…a must buy for a teenager who plays Xbox.

It actually works and is not fake. All you have to do is once purchased click the button that says ‘redeem digital code’ ( I think it is says that but maybe wrong)
Then you might have to wait for the code and once the code has appeared, go onto your Xbox and go to store. Then go down to redeem a code, type in the code from your phone, click accept and it will be on your account. So when you buy something instead of selecting your credit/debit card select gift card. You can do it differently by before buying something instead of doing debit/ credit card, click redeem gift card

I bought this for a young friend for his birthday. Great because he can then use it to buy himself a game he really enjoys, or elsewhere in the XBox store. Easy to apply onto his account – I just text him the code that Amazon emailed me following purchase. Resu;t: one happy 14-year-old boy! 🙂

Microsoft Gift Cards are good value for money as once redeemed they can be used towaeds some good bargains, which Misrosoft regularly have. These cards can be redeemed through a Windows Phone, a PC or an XBox, which gives three sources of redemption. In addition, when used for XBox games the games can be downloaded to any platform that supports them, at no estra cost. Basically, a 10 Gift Card can buy as many as three good games and each can be played on three devices thus for 10 one can have as many as nine games stored on his / her devices. I recommend the Gift Card as the credit is available as and when required, no waiting for delivery, is great as a gift to others and is just so convenient.
