UPDATE: I have now resolved the issue. The ram easily in the slott properly! Giving it a bit of force just managed to clicked it in place. This must of happened in transit of course, so if anyone is having the same issue just check your ram to tick it off the list!

The marketing for the PC indicates towards being able to run games on a decent setting with good performance. This PC can hardly function on the desktop when booted never mind in a video game. Now don’t get me wrong, for the most part it could run Overwatch 2 (chosen game to test) but the mouse is so jittery always. And I’ve made sure it’s not my mouse, I’ve tried 3 different ones in every USB port with no fix. I bought this PC to help with my final stretch of university and it had proven to be not worth it.
Ok so had problems with dpd because they are rubbish… lol… product itself is fine and totally as described. Not the best in the world but better than can be bought from high Street stores for the same sort of money.
One word of warning… the graphics card output does not have vga and on buying a dvi to vga converter I found its not the standard sort of dvi. So meant I had to quickly buy a new monitor to avoid all the hassles… was planning on buying a new one anyway so not a big issue but worth pondering if wanting to use an old vga monitor…
Overall impressed though…
i dont really play a lot of games but it runs really fast and i can play roblox full graphics on anygame and no lag at all. always above 55 fps and 5ms

so i got this gaming pc for christmas and everything works fine its just that my pc is stuck green and idk how to change the colour of it because i didnt really see any remote to change colours on it.

A great computer! I do a lot of digital sculpting and concept art. This computer has the CPU and memory to handle Z Brush sculpts with a high number of polygons. Great value for money!
Got this for gaming. Really good value for the money, and excellent customer service. Even came with a keyboard and mouse. Very quiet and will play most up to date games. Very happy with it.
I was hesitating to buy the product specially technology from Amazon but I didn’t regret I’ll definitely recommend to family friends might buy second pair soon only I whish it had som c port and blue tooth installation done I had to buy separately .
The PC is undoubtedly good value for money, and is an excellent ‘starter’ PC for someone, especially a young gamer as the LED lighting is spectacular, and there seems to be enough overall specification to run most games in at adequate settings.
This not a PC that was intended to be upgraded though. Most of the components appear to be bespoke, and there is little to no upgrade potential. That said, it should do the job for which it has been specified very well, and is excellent value for money.
Keep in mind, that you will need to have a monitor, keyboard and mouse available for this PC.

Very fun pc, it runs games well and has good graphics I play valorant on it and on mid settings your expecting around 150 to 200 fps. The fans are not very loud and has multiple ports for things like Ethernet and usb.
fast delivery well packed and concise easy to follow set up instruction as for gaming i can’t speak not played much since i got it but what i have worked perfectly at max settings [ mostly test runs on my favorite early access stuff, no triple a games yet]
Edit: had an issue with a restarting loop a few days in, I messaged the staff and they kindly helped me diagnose the issue to no avail. I sent it back to them and within 3 days of them receiving it, I had it back with me in perfect working condition! Couldn’t ask for more, they are super helpful and will help with any issue you have. 100% recommend even with this issue due to brilliant customer service. THEY WILL LOOK AFTER YOU! Do not be afraid to message them for help if need be. Fantastic sellers…
I flagged to the company and customer services asked us to carry out some checks which I had to hire in a computer technician to undertake at a cost of 80. The technician confirmed the issue was indeed with the PC.
Down 80 and PC returned to company. The return service was good, the pc in this instance was not unfortunately.
The finish in terms of looks is very good. In deed looks pretty and the lights are a nice touch.
It’s very sturdy the USB, phone and microphone inputs both on top and back are very practical.
The performance had been really good so far, both for general work, like internet, documents, etc… as for entertainment, such as watching movies and gaming.
To be 100%, I don’t play very demanding games, as what I play mostly is League of Legends, but I’ve had no issues with it what so ever.
The speed of the computer on turning on and executing functions is also impressive.
For an amateur gamer such as myself, I would recommend it.

Came 2 days after I ordered it! Everything in great condition, 0 problems at all so far, came with all drivers fully updated so I could just switch on and get going, great service! I bought a pc from another company earlier this year and had nothing but problems, for ease of mind use these guys.

ice and easy to set up and works very well. a great price for this specification PC with no problems to report. remote control internal lighting is nice and easy to use.
the only downside is that with five cooling fans running it is louder than a standard single fan PC
I bought this for my grandson and after 2 days of playing Minecraft, Fortnite etc. It looks like a good buy. We will have to see after a few months and going forward if it deserves 5 stars.

The graphics card on this pc is amazing getting 60fps on most games. The fans are extra quiet as well. Windows came installed which was also a surprise as lots of reviews suggested otherwise. (I bought the 1650 gpu)
Bought for my son for Xmas, had a good spec at a decent price, not as fast as more expensive models but worked out of the box and no problems

Boots in 10 secs and playing games is perfect. Also use it for uni work and runs office much better than my HP laptop l! Well worth it. Only down side is the fan lights !
Great computer! So far really happy with performance and is a good price. Only bad thing is that the the processor speed is listed as 3.9GHz but is actually 3.4GHz
We were attracted to XUM as opposed to other retailers because of some terrible customer service reviews, and because CUM actually manufacture most of the parts for gaming PCs, in particular RAM and video cards.
The speed and performance has been excellent, and provided the all important refresh rates my son was looking for.
Delivery was far quicker than quoted, even between Christmas and New Year.
Price wise I think it represents the value for money.
Bought for 14yo son for Xmas. Spent some time looking for the best we can get within budget and settled on this PC. Son is very happy with the look of the PC, with its responsiveness and general performance.
Although bought a week earlier, the computer wasn’t powered on until Christmas Eve as it was a birthday/Christmas present for my son. Only the fan lights came on, no boot, and I determined that one of the DIMMs was faulty, removing it allowed the computer to boot and work without issues. I contacted the seller, not expecting a reply until after Christmas, but received a reply on the 25th apologising and advising that a replacement DIMM would be sent out on the next working day – which they did, and works fine.
The case itself is nice, especially the easy to remove tempered glass side panel rather than the metal and perspex ones that are quite common. Other than the initial hardware issue which was quickly resolved it appears to run fine. My son loves colour fans and it plays all of his Steam and Epic library games with a good framerate. His main two games of choice being Fortnite and Destiny 2, both running smoothly at 1080.
Obviously there’s a fair bit of noise from the fans, which is only to be expected and unavoidable unless you were to fit whisper fans, but it becomes background noise when playing and is only noticeable when in the same room.
For the price I would say it’s a good deal considering the cost of a GTX 1650 on it’s own. My son is certainly happy with it and he has rarely been seen outside of his bedroom since he got it.
