Fast and easy setup. The app basically tells you step by step what to do. Good quality video and sound. Great value for money.
I have got this door cam. a few days ago but did not have time to install it until today. The product in general gives a quality product image. I like the way that connects with the app. and the quick response it provides, it keeps you informed. The attached 18650 batteries seems to do the job, I have just had it fully charged and now it will be interesting to see how long it will last. It will be even better if the cam.has a higher resolution! This product’s price is reasonable and costs only a fraction of the big name. I will recommend this product!
Very easy to install with no wiring, fantastic picture quality and works well with app – you can even pre-record a message to play and also has a 32gb memory pre installed too.
I had a problem at first but it was soon sorted by the excellent customer service. It was very easy to install very good HD camera and the night vision is so clear I can read the name badge on my car, also the security alerts is very customisable high or low to suit the conditions overall I am very pleased with the doorbell

This doorbell is awesome. We’ve had a Ring one for years, battery life was rubbish so switched to this one. So happy with it and the picture is a lot clearer than Ring too. 10/10 from me!
Great value easy to install and use wireless door bell video camera with SD (Included) and cloud option storage ( at extra cost ). It comes with a rechargeable battery which is great too . & it also has wiring option in case we change our mind about battery charging regularly . The phone app is pretty easy to use too . Got this during COVID 19 and having deliveries to the house , and being able to use the Intercom is a benefit for receiving packages , so I don’t miss –
a delivery if I am in another area of the house .
The camera is very clear to see who is at door install very easy instruction very easy to follow the doorbell chimes has many tunes to pick from good product all round it is as good as the more expensive ones it doesn’t include any subscription charges either which is a definitely a plus good doorbell all round
I bought this to replace a cheap & cheerful wireless chime. It has only been in full operation for 24hrs so will have to update this review later. Main points of installation: Instructions adequate if you can cope with the tiny print; connecting to wifi is confusing as it asks for password – this is misleading, what it really needs is the SSID. Also when finally installing in the housing the security screw would not fit in the right place due to a misalignment of the hole in the housing with the brass fitting in the device. I discovered that this was caused by the battery compartment cover not fitting flush with the rest of the device. Having removed it the problem was eliminated, but I was not happy with going without a cover on the batteries, so opted for enlarging the hole in the housing slightly. Eventually this worked, but not without losing the little screw and the associated swearing. Luckily there was a second screw in the box, so I was lucky. I am now concerned about when the time comes to remove the unit for any reason and risk losing the damn screw again! What we need is a bag of these fiddly little screws. Otherwise fine, good response times, night vision excellent, looks more like daylight!

I have poor connection but that’s the area I live not the product fault.

Great product, cheaper up front than Nest and Ring and no monthly subscription. SD card and alerts work perfectly, battery life is excellent but also good to have the option of wiring it in. I did a lot of research before buying a doorbell and I’m pleased I did because for me this is the best of it’s kind. Definitely recommend.
My Mum, who is 92, was struggling to get to the door when people rang the bell (including Amazon deliveries). She is very ‘tech savvy’ for her age and is relying more and more on ordering online. I ordered this for her, connectivity and installation were simple, and she’s now able to see and communicate instantaneously with whoever is at the door via her tablet. Sound and vision quality is excellent and the fact that the 32gb SD card records events for many months give me piece of mind as well. In my view this is an excellent product for the money paid.

A great product, I had purchased a Ring Doorbell 2, but had so much trouble setting it up and could not get it to work, that I have sent it back and wanted something that was easy to setup and performed well. This really did the trick. I would like to purchase just an outdoor camera to add to the solution, so would welcome any recommendations.
Only been fitted a week so far no problems seems good value and well made .
I purchased this for my mum, Fairly easy to set up, its made life a lot easier for her. Doorbell rings, shes answers like a call on her phone and can see and speak to the person. As shes not very mobile this is a great benefit for her.
Settup took about 20 mintes or so.
I brought this on 16th April, and installed it after charging the battery overnight. Things started going wrong when only one of us could be logged in at a time to receive a message someone was at the door. The doorbell only rings if someone presses it really hard, so I put a post it note sellotaped above the doorbell asking people to press the button hard, which doesn’t look great. Even then it is temperamental. It worked when I was 70 miles away (although the delivery driver could not hear what I was saying). But when I am at home, I ‘am missing deliveries because it doesn’t work. I have been in touch with the company many times to complain, but they just repeat the same thing over and over again, to reset the system and make sure the bell is near the wifi. I even brought a wifi booster in case that was the problem, but I still miss visitors, so I now have a post it note above the previous post it note asking people to knock if the bell doesn’t work. I offered to send a video of it being temperamental, but cannot send large files through the amazon complaints system. After reading that those who return it do not get a refund, I am in two minds as to whether to keep adding to the post it note collection on the door, or risk returning the bell and not getting a refund.

I bought this product with anticipation as I had tried another well known brand before this one and was disappointed and frustrated with that one so returned and bought this one.
What a great decision! This fabulous video doorbell works so efficiently, it does everything I need it to. It’s so easy to install and the picture and audio is very clear.
I feel much safer now that I can see who is at my door before I open it especially at night.
Cant recommend this product enough, it’s a must have!
Camera quality is great and chime is very clear and has multiple sounds. Night vision works really well, the battery lasts quite well as well and only took a minute to set up!
This is the second bell I’ve bought. This one is running on the battery only as its in a place where i cant easily run a doorbell wire. Works well so far, battery lasted about 2 months and that was only on a 70% charge. Overall a good product hence why I’m a repeat buyer. Recommended!
We were looking for this kind of device for some time, it arrived very fast once ordered which was great as we were going away for the weekend.
My boyfriends insisted to install it the morning before our trip ( I was thinking this will require some time and patience 😉 ) but no… in a matter of minutes the device was up and running , connected to our phones.
We never had an issue since.

Has a few extra features such as you can leave a pre recorded message on the intercom incase your not home please read the instructions or get somebody to install it who is tech savy, i say this because I would hate for this product to get negative feedback due to lack of understanding of technology, and read the instructions. I decided to purchase this camera doorbell based off the high volume of positive reviews, and WOW! What a purchase it turned out to be. The installation is easy, and the look of the product is brilliant. I love the little cover it has above the camera! The product is easy to connect to the app and set up is also easy. The sensors on the camera are second to none. Lastly, the picture is unbelievable. For a camera this size you simply cannot fault the quality of the camera. Super impressed with this purchase, I promise you will not be disappointed if you buy this camera doorbell.
I’m so happy with this. I was looking at the more expensive options but this definitely lived up to the recent reviews and almost half the price! It’s crystal clear, great sound, intercom and recording function and no wires needed. Would highly recommend.

This is a great substitute for the ring door bell. It is just as good, picture is great day or night. Motion detector warns you and auto records video and also takes picture. When away from property it is still as good warning you of someone around your house or at the door, over all I’m very pleased
Had this a while now so desided time to do a review.
We fitted ours to the mains power which lasts. Sadly our internet isnt the best in our area but this does well. It was easy to install around. Love been able to see if theirs any one at my door when the dogs bark. I’m disabled so it means I can let them know I’m on my way or to leave at the door. It can pick up other odd sounds but doesn’t effect the use. Great value for money.
I have been researching for some time now to buy a Cam Doorbell. The KAMEP 1080P is an amazing find.
The product is dead easy to install and the connectivity is amazing.
It gives a very crisp clear image and the notifications are instantaneous on my phone via the web app.
Amazing product.
It’s brilliant and I love it! Photos are clear, video clear and offers HD. Phone calls when I am out. Deliveries can hear my voice easily on intercom. Battery doesn’t last long if you use motion detector. But it is rechargeable, just a little annoying to have to unscrew it all to and take inside to charge frequently. So I only use motion detection sometimes (even though that is an awesome feature and super sensitive).
Easy to install, simple to set up. You can share it easily to other household members and does what it should with no subscription. It’s made so it’s easy to understand and install. Great piece of kit.

I’ve been wondering about getting one of these video door bells for ages and have been put off by the cost and in some cases the response of the reviews however I decided to bite the bullet and buy this one.
When it arrived, nice strong box, it had everything I need inc tools to set up the new toy! I charged the batteries via the USB port first of all and then synced the door bell with the sounder an absolute doddle..this is now plugged into a spare USB phone charger in the kitchen and it is loud. You can change the volume via the app. The only down side is that there are only three chimes, one classic ding dong and the other two are naff music ones so the ding dong is fine by me I don’t need a concert every time the bell goes off.
Attaching the holding case to the outside wall could not be easier either by screws or tape, I drilled two holes and screwed on the casing and then grub screwed the unit into the casing.
Download the app, which is very intuitive to use even if I didn’t have the enclosed instructions I still would have known how to complete the set up.
I have set the motion sensitivity to low as I have a bird feeder outside and it works fine with very good day and night images together with sound.
I synced my other half’s phone to the app so she can also get alerts at the same time I do. The bell has been up for two weeks now and battery life seems to be holding out well but I expect it will be at its best after the 3rd or 4th charge.
All in all very happy with my new toy…
After some trial and error setting up the device, it is all functioning well, which took about an hour from unboxing. There are a number of settings that can be adjusted to suit individual needs. Motion detection can be switched on/off or set to come on at certain times. Recording times can be changed for events.
I wanted to wire it into existing doorbell, which can be done. However, i needed to by a 240 – 12-24V transformer as my exiting bell was a passive type. The other issue i had was that the position of exiting bell was a bit low (see photo) this means you cant see peoples faces if they are close to the door. This is something i can live with as you can talk to visitors remotely and ask them to move back a couple of metres if required. If you are using purely battery power then this won’t be an issue. The guide says to install at 5ft from the ground which would be about right.
It looks a decent unit….and worth the 90 price tag i feel.
Solid product. Good quality. Ideal for people who do not like wiring everywhere. Used with a Sky Q box which has both 5GHz and 2.4Ghz so Network connection was easy. If like me, you are not DIY experienced and wouldnt even attempt fitting a doorbell, this one is in my opinion just as good as the premium brands but half the price and I found no issue with setup. Recommended.
I had this up and running within minutes of opening the box. Good quality packaging and everything needed was there. Small selection of chime tones. Works well on the wifi and notification comes through immediately. Video quality is better than I expected and sound is clear. Looks like good value for the price.
I have had this doorbell about 3 weeks now and it is fantastic. Just the same as the more well known branded video doorbells but less than half the price. Extremely easy to set up with my phone, took literally 5 minutes. Does take a while to charge but not a problem if you charge it whilst you are inside. And the battery seems to last a long time.
The only reason it’s not 5* is the app could be a bit smoother with when the bell is pressed.
I had fun all day yesterday with the kids pressing it every time they wanted to talk to me while I was in work. Now it’s outside and in full use.

This camera shocked me, the motion is brilliant, I live in a ground floor flat and had problems with parcels vanishing and all sorts, now anyone who comes by is photographed, night vision is crisp and clear also, It gives me the peace of mind even when not in now
I was a little dubious of the negative reviews when buying this but after a week of use I am glad I purchased.
It was very easy to set up and the supplied instructions were good. I set up next to my router and then installed.
I have it installed the doorbell about 2 meters away from the router and find that the phone alert and chime both sound as an when the doorbell is pushed without delay.
The PIR motion sensor recording does tend to miss the first few seconds capture when someone enters the drive (ours is quite short) but does still alert which is the main thing for me.
The quality of video is not bad at all but it has been sunny and at night faces are overly white until the camera refocuses but again it does capture which for me is the main thing.
One minor issue is that the usb on the doorbell chime seems to be the wrong way round so when plugging in into a uk socket looks upside down and a bit stupid… it might just be the chime unit that I received.
All in all v pleased and would recommend, compared to big brands at much higher prices.
Well, I am pleasantly surprised so far. The doorbell came nicely and well packaged and came with everything needed, screws, charger etc. I’m ok with technology but by no means an expert and I would say within 15-20 minutes it was up and running and so far so good. Seem to be getting on ok with the app as well, the motion sensor works well and the camera picks up a good range and the images are of a good quality.
I can’t comment on the night vision at the moment as we only got it today but for the price, I think the quality is really good and I’m more than happy. Feel a little bit more secure at home now 🙂
Was going to buy a more well known brand of video doorbell…I’m so glad I didn’t! This product is amazing, from the picture quality, the motion detector, to the supporting phone app. Having a broken ankle, this product makes me feel safe and secure! Love i
I had purchased a cheaper model from another online vendor. And it was horrible. Did not set up properly. Terrible instructions. My new motto is go hard or go home. Sometimes more expensive is better.
The camera quality itself is very good even in the night mode picture is crisp and clear. Didn’t experience any issues with connection either camera is always accessible and no delays between button press and the chime going off.
As for the companion app, it’s very good laid out, easy to find what you’re looking for and configure your doorbell. Sharing works really well all you have to do is scan QR code on the other phone and job done.
Overall very happy with this purchase, much cheaper than other similar products and doesn’t force you into subscription service to utilise the product to its full potential.
i mounted to my upvc door using only the sticky pads as i don’t want to drill atm. Sticks very good and feels extremly secure! if someone does try to steal atleast i would of caught them on camera!
setup is easy enough, dowload the cloudedge app and your sorted witin couple minutes. I did have a few missed visitor announcments but was down to the way the app shows notifications ( i.e it showed the alarm had been triggered by motion first so shown that alert before the visitor alert, but you just have to close down alerts as they appear )
i have it set to record all motion detection, just to constantly monitor front of house.
quality of the camera and wall mount are excellent, a real nice tight fit into base plus the added security of the fixing screw.
the supplied batterys 18650 charged fast and i have had it up and running for a week now and i’m only at 86% bearing in mind i have the motion detection enabled this represents a very good time scale for them, i reckon i will have to charge every 8 or so weeks dependant on motion detection. will keep monitoring and charge them the weekend they get to around 10% ( i vape also so i have plenty 18650 batterys lying around ) alternatively you can pick up 18650s for around 10 just make sure you have a charger for them if you want to do a straight swap around with no downtime
all in all i am very happy with this doorbell camera. the memory card slot and 1080p camera make it a bargain in the doorbell market

This particular unit is far better than the one I previously had. The motion sensor works well, and is not overly sensitive, the set-up to the phone and chime is simple. Overall I am very pleased so far.
I use this now for about 10 days and it is great, just what I needed. Delivered as expected, well wrapped and the box is nice. Now I have a device that calls my mobile via the app when someone comes to the door. The added bonus is the PIR and nigh vision, in full HD this thing records in all
lights, It notifies me when there is mover ent helps to keep us aware of anything going on outside, driveway etc. anyone near the car for example. I also like that it records everything to the internal SD card (32GB) which is included and have no immediate need to use the cloud storage but is a good option if you require it. The app is well written and after 2 mins of playing around with it and reading the very good instructions I was up and running. Setup was easy enough, about 5 mins of sync. with the main device the door bell USB add on etc. Also the connectivity with WiFi is good. Another quick thing it allows you to share the device with other app users, so if I am away other people can see whats going on, especially parents who like to keep an eye out for us. Great bit of kit!
I wondered what the compromise would be, but having fitted and used this it seems to be a “win win”
Also it has a built in SD card which records so no need for a subscription, the door bell chime works really well, the app and product are a doddle to set up and use, you can not remove the device without tools (included) so not easy for a ner-do-well to steal.
What else…..oh yes, there is virtually no lag between the door bell being pressed and the video/ intercom being active. This seems to be a complaint with some other brads.
Overall I would rate this produce 10/10 and worth serious consideration if you are looking at buying a video doorbell.
Love my new toy not that it gets used much but i LOVE IT clear picture, night vidion a little grainy but other than that amazing! Forget the RING id recommend this for half the price and no cloud sign up fee either. Built in sd card for recordings intercom and live view. And the sound especially on live view is so good i can hear a convo at the end of my road on live view 10/10
Bought this as a bit of extra security. It was very easy to install and set up using the recommended app. It works great, motion detection is good picture quality is very good. All in all an excellent product highly recommended.

I wanted a video door bell as I hate answering the door to window, Avon or any other sellers.
This doorbell has full HD video function and a 2 way audio so you can speak and hear who is at the door, it’s very easy to use you just need to download a app called “CloudEdge” has night vision as well which is very clear.
Also acts like a video security camera with a built in 32g SD card, there is no monthly cost compared to other brands of video door bells.
Comes with rechargeable batteries and can be checked on the app when fully charged, the app is very easy to get your head around and use.
It’s waterproof so can be put on wall which are not covered and can be used all year round without the worry of damaged.
You get everything you need to install the door bell from tools to a great instructions manual and it can be accessible by more then one device you get many alerts when the sensor is detected (remind me to move the bird table)
We have been using it for the past couple of weeks and absolutely love it especially when I can thank the post man for the great job he been doing again.
Looked online at various wireless video doorbells and decided on this one as reasonably priced and great reviews. Very easy to set up and install & I’m not great with technology & picture / sound quality good too, even with our router towards the back of the house.

Very good product. I had the kamtron which I liked and used the CloudEdge app which I have found very easy. I was looking at a ring doorbell but the reviews are very hit and miss and twice the price. This bell is ideal, camera is super clear 10800, app is easy to use and no monthly subscription. we have the app on 4 phones and everyone loves it.
I would defo recommend as a basic safety home upgrade.
Very impressed with this product. The audio is amazing. You can hear doors opening and closing across the street, birds chirping etc. App is very easy to use – works just like any other phone/ video call when someone rings the doorbell
only had this product a few days,but easy to set up, no problems in syncing to wifi & other family users, up to date a good useful product.
No problem with installation, just wait for battery charge. IF you have a good internet and full coverage WiFi – it works fantastic. But remember: You have to keep it in full WiFi range !!!!!
I just bought this product, and it’s pretty good so far. It is very easy to install and you can use batteries or you can connect it to a previous installation. The app is very intuitive as well however I think it can be better, there are some features I had to check on internet to deactivate them, also there is no way I can deactivate the tone in my phone ( I sent an email and waiting for the answer).
Overall, it’s a doorbell with a very good camera quality, it has a motion sensor and works very good, the night vision works fine for me, but i have to say that there is always light very close.

This is a 1080p camera so a better picture but the main plus point is that it comes with a sd card so you do not need to subscribe to a web server to view the footage.
I had read many reviews and like any reviews you have to look across the board to get a informed opinion.
Anyway, all I can say is that I have used it for 1 month now and am pleased with its performance.
I used it on the battery after a initial 12 hour charge and it has lasted the month and just started to alert me that it was down to 15%.
I have just fitted a mains transformer and it works fine on the 16 v setting.
When wiring it up it does not matter which way the +and- go as it is a.c. powered not dc like if you where using a 5 v phone charger.
Setting it up with the app is simple and have no connection issue.
I was surprised how quick it alerts my phone when anybody walks down the drive. I find the best way is to set the app to run in the background.
Just make sure you go into notification settings on your phone and enable everything correctly. Also from there you can set your own notification sound just for the camera.
As my door does not face the drive I have mounted it 90 degree to the door as in the photo which is not ideal but the wide angle lense does the job fine with the reduced veiwing angle as you can see in the photos.
The wireless chime is loud enough and paired up straight away.
When anybody presses the bell it chimes along with mine and the wifes phone if we are in.
For the price and the quality of picture and the added bonus of the recordings to view without any subscription I was say it is a great buy.
I was going to buy the ring or nest doorbell but what a waste of money they would have been as this comes with a 32gb ad card which stores all activity and you can watch it back. Once the SD card is full it starts to erase old data which is fine as 32gb is plenty.
Delivered on time and works fine. Very easy to install and set up. Works well with our Galaxy smartphones wherever we are. We operate a dog daycare business and this enables us to locate the correct dog for the owner before we open the door. Has made dog collection time a joy now.
Like- quality of image and audio. Ease of setup and connectivity- live in stone cottage so was worried may not connect to my WiFi, but does fine.
Dislike- Does not come with SD card which I think previous reviews had mentioned was a plus about this. But I think I will get one though after I’ve posted this review.
Really didn’t want to buy the rival doorbell as I wasn’t happy with the idea of a subscription.
Really happy with this as I’m an air bnb body so I can keep an eye on who enters the premises.
I can also leave a message for delivery people etc if I’m not there.
Looks really slick and was easy to fit.
I will update my review if need be but at the moment happy with purchase great value for money!

This product is excellent and as described, setup and working fine. My setup was hardwired into mains 12v so no need to keep charging unit. The only problem I have is with 32gb memory card, keeps losing identity. One minute it’s there and recording and the other it’s says memory card not install. Can anyone help with this also I have tried formatting card before use.
Material may not be shiny but the quality is solid.
App works fine but there isn’t something like choosing active regions but I’m ok with it.
I used other video doorbells but this door bell is faster than the former and I could see the audio is almost instant.
Most importantly it comes with memory card and no need to pay for cloud.
I didn’t try cable but it can be used powered.
Setup of both camera and chime was easy and no struggles.
After having endless problems with Nest Hello, I finally gave up, and claimed a refund. This video doorbell does everything the Nest claimed to with the added bonus of recording. And it’s less than half the price! Camera is really good quality, and audio works well. Nest = 5 months trying to set it up and not succeeding. KAMEP = 30 minutes, all set to go! Brilliant product.
Fantastic picture and audio , the one fault so far I fully charged it last night and have had to recharge less than 24 hrs later but have only delivered yesterday so maybe doing something wrong !
It is just the first day. Received the product in good packaging, good product finish, easy to install and share the installation easily with the family on their phones via QR code. Motion detection video is good feature, I don’t feel need of a cctv anymore. I hope the doorbell will will last long.
However, it is disappointing to know that 1 year warranty does not come included, this is a gift to choose from the list.
Just set this up and was really surprised at the quality of this door bell, picture and sound are really great , for the price of this door bell I am really really happy, thanks for an amazing door video bell.i would recommend this product to anyone.
A really superb item. Beautifully packaged and excellent instructions with videos in the App to show you what to do. I have added my phone, iPad and wife and also recorded a message in case I don’t want to speak with the caller.
I have added one photo which was taken in the very early morning before dawn. Remarkable given it’s so dark outside.
I cannot recommend this highly enough.
