Vlog with EP7

How to record in 4K or high-definition?

How to watch videos on your TV?

- Or using an attached SD card reader for your MicroSD card, you can insert the MicroSD card into the adapter and insert the adapter into your computer or TV.

Has no on off button on the remote yet. Bit clubersom turning it on when it powers down as have to take it off or use the app
Great bit of kit with 1 drawback
Brilliant little camera, does exactly as it says on the box. App is a piece of cake to use, no idea why others are having problems.
One thing though, it could do with an extra leg so the camera can be on the left hand side of the head. I use the camera solely while I’m doing fast food deliveries and every piece of footage has a huge blind spot thanks to the A pillar of my car. If I could wear the camera on the other side of my head this wouldn’t be an issue.
Hands free
Hier habe ich endlich eine Kamera gefunden, mit der ich freihndig filmen kann. Natrlich geht das mit einer GoPro oder hnlichen Kameras prinzipiell auch – dort brauch man dann aber spezielle Kopf-, Helm- oder Brusthalterungen. Hier setze ich die Kamera nur mittels Kopfbgel auf und fertig (empfind ich ach als angenehmer).
Die Bildqualitt ist dabei ziemlich gut. Notfalls sollte man einfach fr die richtige helle Ausleuchtung sorgen (wie man es ja prinzipiell im Video- und Fotobereich machen sollte …). Gengend Licht und das auch gleich mit der richtigen Farbtemperatur finde ich auerdem wichtig, da ich bei der Kamera noch keine manuelle Einstellmglichkeit fr Weiabgleich, Belichtungszeit und ISO gefunden habe (mein Fehler oder ein Minuspunkt?).
Prinzipiell empfiehlt sich diese Kamera fr YouTuber, Angler und alle, die mit freien Hnden das filmen wollen, was sie gerade selbst vor sich sehen.
Ein zustzlich anschliebarer Akku (Powerbank) wre optional noch sinnvoll.
Das Hardcase zum Transport ist gut, man kann die fertig montierte Kamera darin aber nicht transportieren (Minuspunkt).
Ich vergebe trotz der zwei kleinen Dinge, die ich auszusetzen hatte noch knappe 5 Sterne, denn das Videoergebnis (und das ist ja die Hauptsache) ist wirklich ordentlich!

Beim Unboxing-Videos nehme ich meist von Oben auf. Um aber die Aufnahmen etwas interessanter zu gestaltet, dachte ich mir, dass eventuell Videos aus der POV Perspektive schn wren. Daher habe ich dieser Kamera bestellt.
Sie kommt in einer schnen und qualitativ hochwertigen Aufbewahrungsbox. Um die Kamera nutzen zu knnen, muss erstmal der Kopfbgel zusammengesteckt und die Kamera draufgeschraubt werden. Anschlieend zieht man ber den Lautsprecher das Gummipolster und schon kann es losgehen.
Die Bedienung erfolgt entweder ber die mitgelieferte Fernbedienung, die Kamera selbst oder durch die App (OD Cam). Die Fernbedienung sieht aus, wie das Xiaomi Mi Band. Darauf hat man zwei Tasten: Foto machen und Videoaufnahme Start/Stop. Auf der Kamera hat man drei Tasten: Power, Foto und Video.
Damit man die Kamera mit der App verbinden kann, muss man nach dem Einschalten der Kamera die Power-Taste erneut drcken, damit WLAN an der Kamera eingeschaltet wird. Jetzt kann sich das Smartphone mit der Kamera verbinden und das Live-Bild wird an die App bertragen.
Alle Einstellungen fr die Kamera knnen nur ber die App gemacht werden. Unter anderem stehen folgende Einstellungen stehen zur Verfgung:

Die Aufnahmen der Kamera lassen sich sehen. Ich finde sie vollkommen ausreichend. Die Stabilisierung funktioniert ziemlich gut. Beim Laufen ist das Bild nicht verwackelt. Bei der App vermisse die manuellen Kamera-Einstellungen, wie man sie auch Smartphone her kennt (Pro Modus). Es wre schn, wenn dies beim nchsten App-Update hinzukommen wrde.
Die Transporttasche finde ich super. Die Kamera kann dort sicher verstaut und transportiert werden. Das Einzige, was mir hier nicht gefllt ist, dass man die Kamera vom Bgel abschrauben und diesen auseinanderbauen muss, um alles wieder in der Box zu verstauen. Eventuell knnte der Hersteller die Box umndern, damit man die Kamera nicht stndig zusammen und auseinanderbauen muss. Mich persnlich strt das nicht, weil die Kamera bei mir immer griffbereit steht und ich sie nicht in der Tasche aufbewahre.
Fazit
Man bekommt hier eine solide POV-Kamera, die man vielfltig einsetzen kann. Die Verarbeitung der Kamera ist wirklich TOP. Kann man nichts Negatives finden.Die Aufnahmen und die Stabilisierung sind in Ordnung.
Ordro ep7 ist die beste beste YouTube Kamera 2021? Und perfekt fr alle die YouTube machen. Z.B. Kochen oder Handwerksvideos. Ich setze sie fr meinen YouTube Kanal ein habe da auch eine Ausfhrliche Vorstellung der Kamera mit Strken uns Schwchen gepostet.
Die Starken liegen auf jeden Fall im Videobereich, die Stabilisierung, Autofokus funktioniert einwandfrei und die Video Qualitt ist gut bis sehr gut. ber den Tragekomfort kann man auch nichts negatives sagen. Kurzum im Kernbereich absolut gelungen.
Schwchen:
– Audioausgabe ist bei vielen Nebengeruschen schwer zu verstehen. Ein zustzliche Tonsignal wre gut. z.b. 2x Piep “Video Startet” 4xPiep “Video gestoppt” fehlt mir persnlich.
– Die Transporttasche knnte anders ausgelegt sein, wenn man nicht jedes mal die Kamera wieder auseinander Bauen will. zum Transport.
-App knnte zustzliche Filter, Effekte usw. gut vertragen. Die gebotenen Funktionen sind ohne Fehler, aber mir zu wenig.
Zubehr Vorschlge
– Wenn man ber 1 Stunde Filmt braucht man einen Extra Akku (power Bank) den knnte man an der Kopf Halterung befestigen, so wie bei “Oculus Quest 2 Elite Strap” .
– Eine Transport Tasche fr die Montierte Kamera, damit man sie nicht stndig auseinander bauen muss.
– Filter, Effekte und Spezialfunktionen im App wren gut.
Excellent camera
This is a really good quality eye level recording camera which for the price offers a lot.
You get a nice 64 SanDisk Micro SD Card included which means you can start recording straight away.
The camera head strap is easy to assemble and really comfortable to wear. It’s nice and stable when in your head and the recording quality is nice and stable with very little movement.
This camera also comes with a great app that is easy to use and once connected to your phone you can set the camera up and have a play about with the settings. You also get a wrist strap with a control which means you can start and stop recordings at the push of a button. This control is charged via a micro USB cable.
The battery life and charge times in the camera are great too and for the price ai have found it to be excellent.
So for the following reasons I have decided to rate it 5 stars:

Die Kamera ist relativ klein und man trgt diese erstaunlicherweise extrem angenehm auf dem Kopf
Da ich diese als Kamera zum Vlogging nutze, erfllt sie ihre Dienste zu meiner absoluten Zufriedenheit.
Gera wenn man 2 freie Hnde braucht, eignet sich die Kamera bestens.
Befestigung/Handhabung
Die Kamera wie schon erwhnt, wird auf dem Kopf getragen. Diese drckt nicht oder rutscht auch nicht weiter auf dem Kopf rum, also kein Problem damit sich zu bewegen und gleichzeitig zu filmen.
Qualitt
Die Kamera wirkt fr mich sehr gut verarbeitet, auch das Zubehr wirkt nicht billig. Die Tragetasche wirkt ebenfalls gut verarbeitet.
Bild
Das Bild ist mit 4K und 60fps in einer ausgezeichneten Qualitt. Auch in Full-HD zeichnet die Kamera mit hervorragenden Bildern auf.
Sound
Sound wird mit aufgenommen und ist deutlich bei der Wiedergabe.
Akku/Speicher
Die Kameras kann per USB geladen werden und die 64GB SD Karte langt fr ca 2 Stunden bei 4K 60fps. Als Vergleich bei FHD liegen wir mit der Karte bei ca 5Std.
App
Die App ist sehr einfach zu bedienen, auch das einrichten der Kamera ist absolut unkompliziert gehalten. Dank der App hat man jede Aufnahme perfekt im Bild!
Fazit
Die Kamera hat mal wirklich berzeugt. Die Aufnahmen von Video und Ton sind von hoher Qualitt. Auch die App wurde einfach und bersichtlich gehalten.
Ich kann diese Kamera bedenkenlos an jedem empfehlen.

This is a fantastic product in itself. Overall, and for the price, is recommend it any day. However, the two things I am not too pleased with are the slight fish eye distortion that the wide angle lens used created and the information (instruction manual) leaves much to be desired.
Videocamara de manos libres 4k que se sostiene en nuestra cabeza y graba todo lo que realicemos.
El angulo es el de visin, no es de modo pez como otras camaras que en este caso no seria util.
Montar la diadema me ha resuktado sencillo y rapido, aun asi vienen instrucciones en ingles pero por las figuras me he guiado.
Viene con una tarjeta microSD de 64GB de Sandisk, asi podremoa grabar todos nuestros videos y fotos desde el momento que la montemos (recomiendo darle un formateo).
Luego tambien trae un adaptador USB para conectarlo al pc y asi poner la tarjeta de memoria y pasarla a nuestro ordenador nuestros videos/fotos.
Tiene mando a distancia para lanzar las fotos/videos que se puede enganchar cmen una pulsera tipo reloj o llavero.
A traves de la app OD CAM, gestionaremos todas las funciones y los videos para pasarlos a nuestro movil.
Asi que es ideal para usarlo para grabar nuestras aventuras, viajes, si vamos conduciendo en coche, en bicicleta

Wow what a beautiful and clever design, ideal as a vlog camera. It just need to wearing it and it records all footage direct as you see the objects with own eyes.
Best part when using it my both hand are free and no cable so can move around, explain and record it.
It came in nice carry case which has protective covering.
Start and stop button on camera itself and also it’s linked to remote control which can be hold on wrist band and controlled directly from it.
It also came with 64gb memory card which is quite nice , no need to buy it separately.
Very easy to use and love the freedom of my hands get when using it.
Absolutely brilliant and just what I wanted.
This was something that I required in order to get some memories of my father. It really is a brilliant piece of equipment, crystal clear viewing when you play back and so easy to use once it’s set up, it is a bit fiddly to put together (I do have arthritis) but once done it sits perfectly and firmly on your head when worn.
I certainly cannot fault the ‘Seller’ as the help, support and guidance that I was offered and given was excellent, there was nothing that was left out in order that it worked for me and I look forward to filming a WW2 Lancaster bomber and my ride in it later this year (May 2021).
This really is a brilliant head camera, one of the best for making movies of an experience or whatever you want to use it for.
I bought this camera to use in the creation of fishing videos and it’s proved to be ideal for this purpose. The eye-level view records the action as you see it yourself and as such provides a very realistic result. I use the wrist strap with the remote module to start and stop the video, which again works well in a fishing environment, allowing me quickly to start videoing when needed. So, in use, this is a great piece of kit.
There are, however, some technical issues that I believe might be due to glitches in the camera’s firmware. The most serious, in my case, is that the camera will not connect to my iMac computer through USB. In fact I returned the camera on the advice of Amazon technical and ordered a replacement. But even though I ordered the replacement from a different marketplace vendor (in case it was a batch problem), the replacement would not connect to my iMac either. I have contacted ORDRO after sales on this but the matter hasn’t been resolved.
Occasionally, having started the video by depressing the video button on the camera, it will then not stop videoing when the button is depressed again. However, the remote seems more reliable and I now use this by default.
The app is very basic but functional. Connecting via WiFi is a bit of a chore but is reasonably reliable. Downloading videos through the app, however, is painfully slow particularly if you record in the default 4K mode (I’ve changed to HD for my work). With my problem of being unable to connect to my iMac via USB I now extract the memory card and use a card reader to transfer files. This is much faster but I will need to take care not to damage the card port on the camera through frequent removals and insertions.
I have decided to keep the camera despite the connection problem (assuming nothing else goes wrong) as it is perfect for what I’m using it for, but it is a bit unfortunate that such a good device is let down by what I am sure are glitches in the firmware.
