The toasting performance is fine, but the slots, while wide enough, aren’t as deep as I would have liked so for some loaves I end up doing slices in two batches.

Shares a common failing with many similar models in that the crumb tray is only removable from the back; its more conveient to be able to extract them from the front.

This is a good toaster as far as toasters go, it makes toast so I’m happy. It also looks good too and I like how each side has its own controls as my previous toaster didn’t.

As with all toasters, the temperature setting is not great but the actual toaster is very good and the warming parts are great for croissants etc. Overall, happy with this product.

I received this item from the Amazon Vine Program.

    Colour Silver
    Material Stainless Steel

The toaster arrived well packed and presented.

It has 4 slots making it faster for me to prepare toasts in the morning for my family’s breakfast. This is very useful because mornings are normally fast phased because I need to prep my son for school and prep myself for work.

I also love that it has a cancel and defrost function. I don’t like my toast too brown so this is good. Also, we can now put half of the loaf in the freezer and then defrost it when I need it. Less waste for us.

It has a crumb tray at the bottom to make cleaning faster and easier.

It looks well made and durable.

It costs 42.99 at the time of this review which is reasonable.

The Acekool four slice toaster is ideal for making our family breakfast.Because each side can be set to a different temperature, the toaster is great. My toast is darker, although my wife and children like lighter toast. The toaster has four sections, two warming racks (perfect for warming bagels, rolls, baguettes, and croissants), and two removable crumb trays in the back. Reheat, defrost, cancel, and seven browning variations are available for each side. It looks great in general and toasts evenly. The quality is adequate; but, it is lightweight and not as sturdy as I had expected like a more premium toaster. It comfortably accommodates our family of four.

    Looks good, works well

This is a very nice looking toaster , a lovely shiny chrome finish , excellent design, buttons and levers work smoothly, really easy to set up and use. Such a toaster with bigger slots, perfect for chunkier bread, bagels, etc.

Looks smart, has pretty much all the features, great to have buttons to use for defrosting and keep warm. Haven’t had any burnt bread or buns since I got it.

I have used it several times since. I am very pleased with the way it toasts 4 pieces bread at the same time and the bread is toasted and browned evenly over the entire slice, remains crispy, not like other toasters I have owned, all of which toased the slice darker at the top and lighter at the bottom.

There are 7 different gears which bring out 7 different flavors according to different people’s taste, but the 6th and 7th seem quite inappropriate for me :)) Only needs to be set low to get nice toast, probably I would never use those two gears not even once.

It certainly doesn’t disappoint. We’ve used it a limited amount but it performs fairly well and as you would expect. A stylish addition to our kitchenware.

This toaster looks stylish in my modern kitchen.

I am super pleased with the warming rack, it’s something I didn’t think I needed.
I haven’t stop using it with having children it’s come in handy.

There is four slots for toast. It toast well accept from the top bit of toast was left uncooked.

It is fairly easy to clean.

    Looks great.

This toaster arrived safe and sound. The toast come out just as I like it at the stage before it gets too burnt. You get four perfect slices every time. I haven’t tried the heater stand as I keep forgetting to buy croissants but love that there is this facility

This Acekool toaster for 4 slices arrived boxed with user guide.

It looks and feels well made from a good quality stainless steel.

Toaster has dual control, it is perfect if all 4 slots won’t be used as saves energy.

I like its wide bread slots and that it has 7 toasting levels to choose from. I like the most level 3, my daughter 2, my partner 4, so now we can have toasts as we like them.

I also like its design with warming rack, which I found very useful and practical.
I’ve used toaster with rack at the same time to save some electricity and it worked well – croissant was pleasantly warm during the time toast needed to be ready.

It has defrost and reheat option.

Crumb trays are easy to remove for cleaning /emptying.

The toaster is powerful – 1500W, so toasts are ready fast.

Nice design, performs well, so I would happily recommend it.

This is a big toaster and looks very smart in stainless steel with the blue indicator lights. There are 4 wide slots and there are separate controls for each pair of slots. Buttons are for reheat, frozen and cancel and the browning control is a slider under the buttons. There is no control for toasting just one side of, say, a muffin or baguette. Everything is easy to use and the bread was evenly toasted. There are individual crumb trays and warming racks that fit over the slots. Construction seems good but there appears to be no way of replacing elements if they fail, which is a pity. A competent, stylish toaster.

    Competent, stylish stainless steel toaste

I ordered this to replace small 2 slice toaster I had and I’m very happy with it.Love the stainless steel finish and fact each side can be set to different temp which is especially useful in my house as husband likes his toast almost burnt and I like it light brown or warm bread as he calls it.This is simple to use and also has added benefit of warming racks and warming function which daughter uses for croissants.Currently has 7 discount voucher so great value at 35

Honestly there is nothing to not like about this toaster.

Robust and well made, it even has a bell to let you know it’s finished it’s toasting cycle.

Crumb tray at the front where it should be. And made of metal not plastic.

I live on toast; breakfast, lunch and sometimes dinner too.

I make my own sourdough and jam, if I had a cow I’d make the butter too.

When it comes to food I’m a fussy perfectionist and not easily pleased.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis toaster certainly looks the part – the ‘brushed aluminium’ look is quite appealing, albeit, it shows the crumbs that inevitably end up on top of the toaster every time it’s used. Quality feels fine, however, I sense that if this was placed side-by-side with a premium quality toaster, there would be a noticeable difference in sturdiness/quality.

The warming racks are a nice addition, though I don’t see myself using them often.

The wide slots are a definite upgrade from my previous 22 year old toaster. Great for bagels, English muffins and the occasional thick crust from a loaf. However, like my old toaster, this one doesn’t have deep enough slots for the bread that I buy (Warburtons Toastie), and the slices are also too long to be laid on their sides in the slots. Upshot – about 20% of the slice comes out uncooked.

I like my toast to be well cooked but not burnt. I found I needed to set the toaster to ‘6’ out of a possible ‘7’ to achieve this. The main downside of this toaster, which I guess is due to the wide slots and heating elements being farther away from the bread: the cooking is quite slow. Set to ‘6’, it takes almost 4 minutes to complete the toasting. Not ideal if you’re in a hurry.

Another upgrade from my old toaster is the 4 slots. You can use just 2, or all 4. Great if you have a large family.

The benefits of this toaster over my old one, do make it an upgrade, and I shall use it long-term if I can. I just hope it proves to be sufficiently well built to last a long time like my old toaster!

Takes a while to cook toast, but otherwise good

Works great and easy to use. The sliders for heat setting are simple though if want normal toast in my opinion it is around setting 4 which is higher than on other toasters I’ve had before which usually would work at setting 2. No issue though and works well and looks really god

This toaster gets top marks for its appearance – at first looks it’s a lovely, shiny bit of kit with a lot of whistles and bells. It’s let down a bit, though, by the build quality. The control knobs are a little shaky, the pastry rack a bit flimsy. Fine for light use, I’d say, but I’m not sure how long it will last.

This toaster is very straightforward to use. There are 4 bread slots and 2 racks to heat croissants or buns. There are 7 heating settings, one to defrost and another to cancel the settings. To toast the whole bread, we have to keep the bread horizontally. It toasts the bread slice uniformly, just the right you want.

As far as I have used it, it is easy to use. It toasts the bread well in the way I wanted. Tried heating up croissants over the rack. It works well too. One thing I felt about the croissant rack is, that it doesn’t fit on the toaster. We have to just keep it over the toaster. If you are toasting bread, when the bread pops out, it could make the rack slide down.

The crumb can be easily cleaned by removing the crumb plates on the backside of the toaster. Our kitchen has a small space. I can’t keep a lot of stuff on the counter. This toaster is lightweight to take and use and keep it back in the cupboard.

This is an excellent 4 slice toaster.
It does what it is supposed to do.
Ok, the warming rack, for me is superfluous.
But, hey, it does a very good job of making toast.
    Job done.

This is a 4 slot toaster that functions well as expected: it toasts bread evenly on both sides in the desired amount. We eat large slices of bread and they fit in well. There’s also a handy part on top to warm up pastries.

The size is good, it fits well on the kitchen counter and doesn’t take up too much space. The only con is that it looks nicer on the listing photos than it does in reality. It could have done with some details to make it look nicer such as a shinier finish and better buttons.

It does the job and for a good price so I only removed 1 star for the finish.

This toaster functions really well and the warming racks are quite useful as well. The two little racks just sit on the top of the toaster and push against the side of the lip around the toaster, simple but works really well.
The toaster has all the other usual functions which you would expect such as reheat, defrost and of course cancel and all the functions work well.
It toasts really nicely, I have tried toasting bread of different thicknesses and crumpets, I always toast bread on it’s side and it fits thick slices in nicely, even the crumpets went in without issue. The toaster has seven different levels of toast and I found the bottom few a little useless, it needs to be from 5 upwards to get a decent colour on the toast, but it seems to toast quite even and cooked all 4 slices to the same level.
You can control each of the two slots independently so one person could have two slices to a different toasting level to another person while cooking at the same time, though one may pop up slightly earlier than the other.
There are two cumb trays at the back that slot out easily to enable you to clean them. Its important that these are easy to come out and they are.
Now there’s an issue though, all the controls and buttons just feel a bit cheap, im worried when I push the toast down that the plastic on the lever might break, the buttons also feel really cheaply made. So far they have worked well but im just not sure how well they will hold up in the future and they just don’t feel nice to use. It is a real shame as the toaster functions brilliantly, it’s just let down by a less than ideal build quality.

Out of the box it looks good. It looks solid and well made. It is simple and easy to use. It is easy to set the controls. It is easy to clean the crumbs from it. It toasts well. I like the rack for warming pastries or whatever on top. It looks like it should last well. It does come with an 18 month warranty. If it does not last as I think it will, I will return to update the review. This appears to me to be a solid good toaster that is simple to use. It does the job.

    I do like a 4-slice toaster.
If you are making toast for breakfast or teatime or warming buns or rolls, it is so much quicker to be able to do 4 at once.
The family like to have at least 2 slices each so a 4-slicer halves that time.

This looks really smart in my Kitchen.
It matches a few other things with its stainless steel finish.
There are two sets of 2 slots.
You can operate just one set or both sets.
The slots are deep enough to toast bread sideways(laid down) but not quite deep enough for upright slices where the loaf is taller than it is wide.

The slot fatness adjusts as you push down the pop up part and is spacious.

    I like the controls.
There are 3 buttons along the top of each slider.
The buttons are Reheat, defrost and cancel

The slider has 7 heat settings .

To use reheat, you press your slices down and then immediately press reheat so it finishes without toasting.
The defrost allows toasting from frozen.

Together with the toaster are two racks.
One to put over each pair of slots so you can warm rolls and buns on them by either just pressing down the pop up bar while its empty or by toasting and having them above the toast.

At the back are the 2 crumb trays to be emptied every now and again when crumbs get caught underneath the slots.
Before you use it, you need to run it a few minutes to burn off any dust.
There were no funny smells or smoke or anything when I did it so it must have been quite dust free.

It works perfectly well and looks nice.

The overall power rating is 1500 watts.
I would expect it to be less if you are only using the one pair of slots but Im not an electrical specialist.

Only time will tell as to its life expectancy.

Toasts a full sized slice if laid down. Looks grea

Beautiful product, does what it’s meant to do and the warming rack a bonus!
    Let’s hope it lasts.
