I cant wear either In-ear or over-ear Headphones so thought i would try these Bone Conducting earphones.
Very pleasantly surprised – Sound quality is pretty good . Noise cancellation isnt really applicable here as your ears are of course left clear . However for me this is not a problem in the Gym or elsewhere and is a small price to pay to enjoy music again with out the repeated ear infections I was picking up with conventional headphones .

sound quality is pretty great considering they are not in your ears, as they are not in your ears there is no noise cancellation at all, they is a little chaffing the tip of the ear after prolonged use >1h but they are super light, comfortable, and sturdy. would recommend

Firstly, I am extremely hard of hearing due to middle ear damage. I can hear virtually nothing without powerful hearing aids. In order for me to hear the TV or Stereo I have to turn the volume up quite loud (way too loud, I’m often told).
I was initially skeptical about bone conduction headphones but, now I can happily watch TV or listen to music without disturbing anyone else. To be fair, the sound quality is not as good as premium ear buds or over ear headphones but, if like me, you can’t hear those types then this technology could be truly life changing for you and those close to you who risk their own hearing every time you watch TV. I Love them.

Needed ear phone I could wear and still wear hearing aids. Once my grandson sorted the operation and set up, al was fi e. The operating instructions assume a level of pre knowledge to the extent I would not have been able to set it up.

I wear hearing aids, and so getting headphones that don’t push on my ears and irritate is a challenge. These bone conducting ones are just the job, comfortable, and an ok sound (you can’t expect crystal clarity from this type of headphone).

This is my first experience of this technology. They vibrate and the music makes its merry way into your head. Not easily heard by others, quieter than traditional in ear headphones and really, surprisingly excellent audio quality. No more near misses with traffic either as you’re more aware of your surroundings. I’m a convert. If you’re going to use Bluetooth headphones and your budget allows these are brilliant.

I’ve had these 7 months and really like them. Being part deaf in 1 ear I get stereo sounds thanks to the bone conduction and it’s great suprisingly good. The battery is meant to be 6 hours is is more like 3. One thing I find thats really annoying is it just seem to cut out with no warning “power off”. and thats it. So now I have to carry spare headphones. I was thinking about upgrading but this issue put me off. Just adding a beeping warning to indicate it has an hour left l;ike a lot of headphone do would have made this feel much more reliable.

These really tick the box for my particular scenario, I am completely deaf on my left side due to a closing ear canal. As these earphones use bone conduction it allows me to be able to hear from that side, I dont use these for exercise although I have briefly at times, I spend my days mainly on conference calls and must say they have really made life a little easier, I can still have conversations in the office with colleagues without taking them off and can answer calls or jump into meetings immediately. – my only gripe is an engaged tone on mute with Microsoft Teams, but considering I’m probably not using them for their intended purpose it’s a very small criticism.

Overall very happy with my purchase, conference call sound quality is perfect and the microphone is at the same standard.

Sounds quality really good, connects easily to devices. The inflexible hoop shape sits uncomfortably and gets knocked by jacket collar, neck movement etc. Not sure how anyone is running with these on, despite all the sporty pics

These are more comfortable than a cheaper set of bone induction phones that I had and are really easy to use. The controls feel solid and are straightforward, eg one click to answer a phonecall, which just seems like magic to me! I’m not a great audiophile but sound quality seems spot on. They came with ear plugs if you really want to listen and not hear external noise-but most of the time that kind of defeats the point of bone induction. Love these

Don’t expect the best sound quality, but it is adequate, especially good for using while cycling or skating, enables you to be totally aware of your surrounding. Good for pod casts etc while at work, and still hear people around you. Love them and use them all the time! Great buy.

I had these delivered today, got them out of the box and paired them up with absolutely no problem. I then went to test the sound quality picking out some great pieces of music that hit all the spots. To be honest given the price I am absolutely astounded at the sound quality, I’m very finicky about the sound quality of my ear and headphones and have spent a lot of money getting decent ones, these are definitely comparable and these are safer whilst running and cycling. Just stunning!

Unlike previous earbuds, these stay in place and are comfortable even with prescription glasses. After a few days acclimatising, I prefer the open ear design so that I can clearly hear background sounds.

I now wear them all day at work as a plumber and can take calls without having to interrupt the job.

I’ve had them for over year now and I’ve been very happy, great build quality never loose connection, battery last forever.Obviously the sound quality it’s not on pair with in ear or over hear headphones but it’s not bad it’s like a radio behind your back of the head.Personally I can’t find any bad points it does what it’s says on the tin, recommended.

I bought these to use at work due to the fact that they aren’t in-ear and you’re still able to hear the ambient noise around you. Due to this the sound quality obviously isn’t as good as regular in-ear headphones but in my experience it’s only most obvious when you first put them on. As you listen to your music over a period of time you do get more used to the sound and it sounds better than it did initially. I’ve been most impressed with the battery life. I was a bit hesitant when it said it was 6 hours but I’ve had at least 9 hours of play from a full charge with these multiple times already and it’s still said the battery was only at medium as opposed to low. I’d definitely recommend for a work environment where you are mostly independent aside from a few moments of communication. Even then it’s so much easier to simply pause the music without having to then take my earbud out my ear too.

Perfect for running, good sound quality and easy to set up, lightweight, so much better than ear phones which I find uncomfortable

Got these for my boyfriend after my dad raved about them for years. They are undeniably amazing, not only for sport but also just as a pair of high quality headphones for everyday use. Boyfriend uses them daily as well as for playing basketball and jogging. They do exactly what they’re supposed to; stay on the head during sport, allow you to hear your surroundings, and provide great sound quality without any annoying wires etc. I’ve used them too and they are awesome

I decided to try these as I do a lot of running in a city and wanted to be able to hear the surroundings. I am really impressed with them. They were mid range priced but are excellent. Really I think they are 5 star but I know a lot of fake reviews give 5 star so thought I’d give four so if you read this you can be more sure it’s real. The side controls are good and it switches between music and taking a phone call really easily. I found them comfortable to wear and they don’t keep coming loose like ear buds. Ideally I wish you could adjust the fit at the back a bit but it’s not really an issue.

I’ve used ear buds for a number of years now and as good as they are they can cause issues when running. They fall out, you are constantly pushing them back into your ear.
The Aftershokz OpenMove Bone Conduction Ear Phones have resolved all those issues. They hold their position throughout my run. The battery life is good and the sound quality is good.
A real value for money Product.

I am bilateral hearing aid user, and found the aftershoz very useful for running, at the gym, travelling and just for wearing the office.
I can use the device at the same time as using my bilateral hearing aids, which is a bonus. It means I can also be aware of environmental noises.
I would love to be able to pair with a smart TV, so i can listen without turning the volume up.
I have found wearing the device are very comfortable and unnoticeable.
I would recommend to give this device a go you will not be disappointed.

Love them. For use indoors so can be aware what is going on around you. Bought because I don’t like things in my ears.

In ear headphones and buds have a tendency to fall out when I wear them.
So I thought I would give these a go and they are without a doubt the best headphones I have used for running! They stay put I can connect them to my fitness watch. You are not going to get the audio quality of an on ear headphones and you will get very little bass, but these are not really designed for that type of listening they are designed to be more of an active headphones. For me I would not want to be without them now. They have exceeded my expectations!

I use this product for many calls, web / vice conferences, video conferences la Zoom everyday mulitple times a day. Nice to be able to get up and wander around in stead of being attached by wire to laptop. Great to be able to hear outside noise/speech without anything blocking my ears. They charge quickly (90 mins ? from empty battery) and last all day (average 9-5 pm) for listening and talking. They hold well in position and don’t grip too tightly or too loosely. If you crank the sound up a bit too much you do get a weird vibration effect on your cheekbones, easily cured though. I can see the battery % level reported through the Bluetooth device connection from my Macbook Air toolbar icon.

Brilliant for working out and for general wear also. Really comfortable and great sound. Protects the inner ears so great for the whole family to protect their hearing. Also means I have to shout slightly less to get children’s attention when they are listening to their electronics. Only issue is slight bass loss but this is more than compensated by the benefits

Great pair of head phones. Not so good with glasses. And may need to be adjustable on the back for the future but a great sound and hooks up very quickly.

I wanted some headphones that would allow me to still have a good awareness of my surroundings whilst also being able to listen to music – these are perfect for that. Seen a few reviews criticising the sound quality but they’re not sat in or over your ears so they’re never going to have sound cancelling or the quality of ones that do. They’re as good as the sports in-bud earphones I’ve worn – I was a bit sceptical but can hear the music perfectly, and my partner said he couldn’t hear my music any more than he can when I wear inbud headphones. When running past fast and heavy moving traffic I can’t hear the music as well but this is exactly why I bought them so this doesn’t bother me. I was also worried they would be too loose as I’m petite (I fit in children’s hats etc) and find that they’re fine and haven’t yet fallen off whilst running. The bluetooth connection is good in different rooms and the microphone is helpful for taking calls. There are a lot of functions for the buttons and I don’t think I can memorise them all but it’s useful having the options to answer calls and change volume etc. They’ve done well in light rain showers as well which reassured me.

Great headphones for exercising when you want to hear your music and be aware of your surroundings. I’ve changed from in ear headphones and these don’t reduce my musical experience while also keeping me more aware of sounds around me. Five *****

Excellent sound quality and awareness combined

I don’t listen to music so can only say these are perfect for podcasts/radio/audiobooks. Bluetooth penetration is poor in my home, but fine when travelling with a smartphone or Kindle Fire. Battery lasts well and charges quickly (USB). My one complaint is that the grey one I bought is easy to misplace. They are comfortable. Reviewers’ are right when they say that it is easy to forget you’re wearing them.

Only arrived today, instructions very easy to follow and so far I am finding these headphones to be excellent. Suffering from psoriasis in my ears. In ear or on ear phones can cause irritation and problems. Not felt that with the first use of the bone induction phones. Time will tell.

Came on time and we’ll packaged. Worth the money I can still hear what’s going on as well as the music but, if I use it while rowing it needs to be up loud which causes leakage, not a problem for me but others nearby. But a lot better that sweaty headphones.

So for a long time I had long hair that I would tie up and I would use my ponytail to keep the inducers placed correctly on my head. But since I’ve cut my hair I struggle to get these in a position whereby there is a reasonable level of volume.

I can achieve this while cycling by looping the headphones around my helmet ratchet… but this makes them uncomfortable. Not sure how it’d be done with regards to water resistance, but I’d like to see some sort of Adjustment on these for different head sizes. As if I was able to adjust these I could use my head to keep them positioned where needed.

I wanted the ability to use my phone whilst I was walking the dog so I needed a handsfree option – however I didn’t want to cut out the background noise as that is important on a dog-walk. I was pleasantly surprised by how good they are but not in a noisy situation like public transport.
The only real issue I have is that glasses, the headphones and a hat really don’t sit comfortably together.
Also – don’t fall asleep lying down they ‘dig into’ the back of your head. really useful and I always use them when I walk my dog.

I was recommended to these headphones as I was fed up with the in ear ones always falling out while running. Not the cheapest but do exactly what I wanted them to do. love them and so glad I was told about them. Make my runs more pleasurable

I use this as I’m an hgv driver. I actually forget I have them on until a call comes through. Sound quality is excellent and I can still hear everything around me. Great when making deliveries as I can still receive calls without any fuss.

I love these and they are my second pair after the on/off button on my first failed after 2 + years of wear. They sit just in front of the ear allowing you to listen to music while still being aware of your surroundings and traffic and other runners from the rear. Very much a great purchase and the sound quality is more than sufficient to wear whilst running. Would definitely recommend

Are use this headset every day who are you guys whilst at work for answering customer calls and listening to music. The range from the phone is about 20 m, and I can get a solid 8 to 9 hours constant listening.
