Very pleased with this mirror. Exactly what we wanted in the new bathroom. De mister works quickly and efficiently and light is bright but not too bright.
Love this mirror. Easy to fit and install, for wiring I removed the chopblock and used a separate waygo connector for each wire (Screwfix) just for extra ease.
The light is very bright, and in reality I could just use this as a main light in the bathroom. Quite simply I don’t regret buying this at all, I had another mirror ready to fit in the new ensuite but took 11th hour plunge to get something nicer like this and I really did make the right call as it finished off the bathroom nicely.
Default mode when power is connected seems to be light on and heat off which means I could connect this to a hue plug somewhere to make it smart quite easily. If the heat was on by default I’d be motivated to make it smart to fit in with everything else I have, but it’s not a deal breaker.
I did have an issue with the original I was sent, a very tiny section of the light seemed to stay on dimmed (which I thought might have been a nightlight mode or something so I just asked the question) but 5* to the support received. Even after me not getting round to wiring it in for a good few months. Replies were very quick, polite and supportive. My replacement was sent just as quick

I purchased this product much to my partners reservations he is an electrician. Wow, we are both impressed. He tells me it was easy to install and easier to mount that much more expensive products. The lights are dimmable with a choice of cool or warm light. Excellent value for money, we would buy again.
To install you need to measure and drill the holes in the wall first and then hope you got it right when you push the unit onto the wall. I made two templates and still got it wrong. Eventually I just had to just rely on the 2 screws rather than 4 to hold it up. Normally I would expect to mount a bracket then fit the unit to the bracket. Also, the earth terminal wasn’t connected properly so the light didn’t work, but managed to diagnose and fix myself. That’s poor quality control in manufacturing. 4 stars because the unit looks great and cost half of anything else I found. Fingers crossed it lasts a while, but I’m not hopeful haha.
Lovely mirror, exactly the look I was going for. Worked perfectly initially after I got the electrician to fit it. But now, 2 months later, the 3 different colours of light are not functioning properly. It will still cycle through the 3 colours but now there is hardly a difference between the 3 colours. They all appear the same brightness. Disappointed that this has happened now and I cannot get any support from the seller.
This mirror is perfect and it makes our shower room look very classy! No need to use the main lights when the mirror light is on. Love how it has 3 different light settings and all 3 can be dimmed. Demister is a great feature also.
Stunning ‘mirrior in the bathroom’. Range of mood lighting – choice of having it portrait or landscap and we went landscape and it’s perfect in our new bathroom. Antifog facility great addition. Highly recommend.
To switch it off you need to press the power button few times to toggle thru the lighting modes untill off.. It has the same button for changing mode, brightness and to Power ON and OFF.. that’s the only negative..
Can’t fault this mirror. The anti mist feature is great. The adjustable brightness makes it versatile depending on what you require at the time.

Negatives. Maybe I’m finicky but:
The demister heat pad has no timer function. I expected it to shut off after a set period, maybe 30 minutes or so, but once turned on it stays on indefinitely, until you turn it off. It could potentially be left on 24/7.
The lamp and heater buttons are RED when off and turn BLUE when on. Not a problem for the lamp maybe. But to turn the heated demister OFF you press the button so it turns RED. That’s the opposite to my way of thinking, where HOT is normally RED. That will confuse my guests, unsure whether they have left the demister on or off. They are likely to switch it to BLUE which will leave the heater switched on.
When power is applied to the mirror it lights up. Ideally it should power up in OFF mode. If there’s a power cut then the light will come on when power is restored, and stay on until someone turns it off. Ideally I would isolate it with a PIR sensor.
There is no template for drilling the screw holes, so you’d better be accurate in measuring out the positions for the 4 screws.
The three different light settings are good and give the room a nice glow. Would recommend. Fast delivery, great value
Great price! Good size and a great back light. Only down side screws are a bit flimsy on the back plate.

Good item, easily installed but I am a builder so have all the tools to hand. The heating element to clear the condensation is a little slow to clear the mirror but if you turn it in before you get in the shower it’s fine
Looks fab, ideal soft lighting for soaking in the bath & putting on make up. We used a professional electrician to fit it as hard wired.

If an external switch is used before the mirror and this switch is turned off for more than a few seconds, then when it is turned on again the mirror light always comes ON at the same setting as most recently used. However, the heater pad will be OFF regardless of whether it was ON before the external switch was operated. That is what happens, and is how I would want it.

Bought this to replace a previous electric mirror in my bathroom. Very pleased! Fantastically well packaged, easy to install & gives a lovely bright light. I’ve seen a few reviews with people mentioning the need for a template for the holes but if you take your time & have the right tools, it’s pretty straightforward imo. Easy to use touch screen with 3 different light options & the de-mister is a nice touch!

We like it. The light’s brightness is more than my other 100cm mirror and it remembers my last setting even after the power switch is turned off. Highly recommend. I wish these guys sold larger mirrors on amazon.

The LEDs shine out to the side too much, which is great for lighting the room, but would be nice if more light shone forwards.

Really happy with the look of this mirror, we tried a number of different mirrors before deciding on this one. The light tone combination, dimming, button positioning and shallow depth all make this way better than other variations available on Amazon. 2 criticisms; needs a longer power cable to ease fitting and when the switches are off make them white not red! Red implies the unit is switched on, crazy logic whoever chose this colour as off! All in all happy with purchase.
Nice quality mirror gives a good reflection and the led lights make it really good for makeup and shaving etc. The LEDs have 3 different colour temperatures and can be dimmed by holding the button. Only downsides for me are that there is no auto off/timer function on the heater element so it can be left on accidentally and there’s no way to switch the light off without cycling through all 3 colour temperatures meaning if you’ve set one to be dimmer for use at night you still get blinded trying to turn it off. Still very happy with it though.
Using this in my bathroom. Nice and bright. I like how the illuminated edge shows the paint colour of bathroom wall to show through when not switched on. I had a professional install it as I think I might have struggled by myself.

We love this mirror. We had it installed by a professional as we have no idea how to wire things into the mains but he had no issues. It’s so nice to have a gentler light as an alternative to the ceiling led lights. Great mirror and finishes the bathroom off nicely.
This is just the perfect size for my cloakroom. Really nice light, good brightness, dimmable, and 3 colours of light. Bit more expensive than others, but you can feel the quality in the product.

Great size and solid build. Demistifyer functionality is good though need to have it on whilst taking a shower. LED light is powerful.
Positives – It’s lovely now fitted and provides a nice night light from its buttons for the dark hours.
Negatives – not easy to fit unless your handy – plenty of measuring required. Could do with a template with level to offer to the wall at your desired height.
Not really one person job as you have to connect it whilst holding it up so as the wires are concealed

I’m really pleased with my mirror, dimmable 3 light options and demister work perfectly. Please note both the buttons are red when off. My only gripe is that it would have been useful to have a template to fix it to the wall. Otherwise great !!

Three different colour temperatures with three different brightness settings each, the dimmest setting is excellent for leaving on overnight so you can see your way without dazzling everyone in the house.
As noted elsewhere, demister works on a central ‘pad’ only, which in practice is all you’ll actually need. It generally clears ours in the time taken to have a shower.
Comes excellently packed with a pair of cotton gloves which are actually redundant as there’s a plastic film on the glass too.
However, installation is a bit of a faff as you’ll need to have the screws in exactly the right place on the wall, not so easy if you’re drilling into tile! The screws will also need to be inserted to just the right depth, otherwise the mirror will wobble.
This item exceeded our expectations. It looks just lovely in our bathroom and is a perfect size. The demister works fine and there’s a choice of three light settings.

Sadly my mirror did not come with the mini magnification mirror addition that other customers were raving about in the reviews, I was sad this was forgotten in my order as it was my reason for finally purchasing this particular mirror. Only reason for 4 stars. Otherwise great and would highly recommend this mirror. Happy to amend review if seller can resolve this.
Looks great and will add the perfect lighting touch to any bathroom. Would have been better if it had a mounting plate or guide for holes. The red icons should be grey or white as red often indicates ‘on’.

The goods were dispatched quickly however when I connected the mirror to the mains there was a problem and I returned the item. AI Lighting gave me the option to replace or refund which I found re-assuring. They do want to please.
