Overall I Have To Say Right From The Start I am Somewhat Disappointed With This Product. I Think I have followed The instructions To The letter I Don’t Think I am missing anything else That I should be doing and again maybe other reviewers can correct me and Tell me what I am doing wrong I hope. unpacking The product was pretty straight forward once I found all The parts were present and correct. as with all new vacuum cleaners I suspect you attach The handle To The unit first This I found was again Quite straightforward. My first impression with The handle once attached To The unit it’s big certainly bigger Than my old previous model. My cleaner olso came with The accompanying cleaning hose and Three additional brushes That attach To The hose. first glance for These in The instruction booklet How do These attach alright I Don’t need These right away can look at Those in more detail later. Once I connected The handle The cleaner is still in The lock position before I can release The handle and pull The cleaner forward. There is no release handle on The unit that you simply press with your foot you have To press your foot on The base of The cleaner To release The handle and with my attempts I found it doesn’t release right away. Once you get it you Then first realise This cleaner is heavy and you are in for a workout one way or The other. once I pressed The on off switch my first impression at least it’s Quiet a switch right next To your on off switches releases The brush rollers. There is another switch on The unit you need To Turn To The floor symbol before you start To vacuum checked done That. however This is were I found my main Problems The units base holding The brushes moves from side To side alright for going round corners I suppose. seriously unless There is something I needed To Tighten up first and There are no indications in The instruction booklet This aspect of The cleaner I found not really suitable. as mentioned coupled with The fact This cleaner is heavy and not easy going Trying To hold it with The base of it going from side To side I found I was Quickly getting more scuff marks on my carpet. I gave up with fear of damaging my carpets and reverted back To my old cleaner. One final blow for This product There is no actual carrying handle to move The cleaner when you need To move it To another room say. I am really reluctant just To grab it by The handle fear That comes away hence your moving it with both hands one underneath The unit which is not really ideal. I never got To finish my first real cleaning cycle with This product which is a shame. it as gained good reviews which is why I purchased it in The first place. but overall personally I am sorry To say I would not recommend it.

This Hoover arrived today, we had to return a different Hoover and were waiting for Amazon gift card refund as it was supposed to be quicker but we were waiting 2 weeks for refund and so we didn’t have a Hoover and we have a Jack Russell so had some built up hair on the rugs that was annoying the hell out of us , this Hoover has the rugs looking like new it’s amazing it sucked a small puppy worth of hair and even debris we couldn’t see out of the rug’s and again out of the bedroom carpets , it is a bit on the heavy side but my wife has arthritis and said it’s manageable, if you turn the dial a bit between floor and hose it helps with it not being to strong to move , also swifle body helps with maneuvering it , also the bush doesn’t instantly start spinning you have to press the bush button which you do one you recline the Hoover back ready for use you turn on the Hoover then you press the brush button.. great suction and very sturdy and well made..

This has just arrived and I wanted to try it straight away and this is after ONE USE!!!!!!! And that was only my living room carpet. I only ever use my Dyson and this has surpassed it for suction like you wouldn’t imagine. I hoover every single day because I have two kids and there was obviously more dirt in my carpet than I thought. I took a risk because it’s so cheap but this is the best money you’ll spend on a ‘cheap’ hoover. Looks fine and you’ll perhaps think it’s not as flashy as Dyson or shark but belive me once you try it you’ll forget all about that. I only put 1 star for lightweight because it is heavy to move but its so strong at picking things up you’ll not care so expect a wee workout and you’ll be amazed at how much you lift with it!

A heavy vacuum you won’t find easy to use on stairs, and a suction so strong it will lift carpets up.
That said, your carpets WILL be clean in single strokes, no more going over the same spot twice.
Despite its weight, it maneuvers very easily around corners.
Dirt accumulates in a plastic containment unit, so very easy to clean and no dustorm when emptying it as you get with fabric bags.
This beat our former henry hands down in power, only downside is the weight.

WOW! Most powerful vacuum I have ever owned!
I have owned several dyson vacuums and had really been let down by their suction power. When it came time to get a new one I decided to give the AmazonBasics a shot because of the reasonable price point and great experiences with other products of theirs. When I first turned it on I was absolutely blown away! The power is absolutely insane! I had just vacuumed the day before it came but decided to run this over the carpet to see how it did. It was absolutely unreal the amount of dirt and dust that it got up from what looked like a clean carpet. If you want a powerful vacuum that won’t break the bank and will put the more expensive brands to shame this is the one to get!

We have had shark, Dyson, Vax – the lot, THIS doesn’t compare.
Excellent tools that come with it for cleaning the stairs, under the couch, up high around picture rails (very high ceilings).
Only down sides are, because the suction is so brill, it’s hard to manoeuvre around the carpet and you need to push and pull with a little more gusto than usual. The cable doesn’t seem to be that long, but does the job and it could be a little lighter for the stairs.
Overall so so happy with this product.

We’ve just received our Amazon basics vacuum and it’s far from basic! Our previous hoover has been on its way out and not picking up very well, even after several attempts at fixing and cleaning it. Thought we would buy this to see us through “lockdown” till we can go out and look at others. WOW doubt we will need to purchase another one. It’s brought the pile back lovely into all our carpets, and the suction is fab! It does get heavy to push when hoovering, but it’s not unmanageable. We also have a springer spaniel and dog hair is not an issue for this hoover. Would highly recommend, specially at this price.

This is a phenomenal vacuum cleaner!!!
It collected so much well… dirt I’m a clean freak! I love to be welcomed by essential oils diffusing, clean surrounds and the smell of freshly brewed coffee. I work hard, I do deserve this luxury greeting.
I have various timers set in place to turn on making this possible, I have a roomba set to start when I leave and I honestly thought it was doing a fabulous job. It really wasn’t obviously!! Why did I spend all that money!!!
It is hard to push initially but your muscles will adjust.
Let me explain a little…
I have recently bought a home, and moved in the end of last year. I’ve been slowly replacing carpeted floors for mopable ones, I’d done that expensive job, then I bought rugs that fit in the washing machine (11kg).
Now I’m stuck in because of the coronavirus, so in order not to go stir crazy I needed to vacuum more, ok I sent the roomba around twice a day. It didn’t seem to do a splendid job, four days ago it blew up! So I put the rugs in the washing machine on day 2 then this came, omg it’s awesome!!!
I’ve hoovered the sofas, floors, rugs, under beds etc. My home is now super clean and I don’t miss the roomba. It obviously wasn’t doing a good job. I had to empty it twice! I have mopable floors remember, thank goodness it wasn’t all carpets.
I’m concerned about the reviews that talk about spare parts. So while the codes are fresh I’m going to see if I can source the correct size belts. I don’t want this breaking. It’s incredible.
If all else fails I’ll email Amazon. I know they will help.
Until that day comes I’m ecstatic with my new toy. I’m enjoying the clean feel of my home and suddenly all the effort I’m putting in is rewarding and fulfilling. I no longer feel it could look better.
Give it a go! The suction is excellent, the brush bar is powerful and the tools make light work if the upholstery cleaning. I’m thrilled I chose this. I nearly went for a shark. This in my opinion is miles better.
Be careful with the upholstery tool it’s not forgiving on fingers .
You’ll be glad you tried this, saving time, money and giving you a clean home with minimal effort.
UPDATE:
If you loose suction, clean the filter that’s above the top part of the dust catcher cylinder. Clean inside the cylinder, taking care of the section that has a grid around it. If any of those are little holes are blocked it’ll be less powerful. I find that a quick clean once a week keeps it in ‘as new’ performance. Sometimes 5 minutes maintenance saves scratching your head at the issue later on.
I’m still loving the vacuum cleaner and I’ve found that putting a little cotton ball with my favourite essential oil on it, fills the room with aroma. It’s made a huge impact at the end of, what are at the moment, long sometimes monotonous days, but I’d rather be over cautious than regretful for the rest of my time on Earth, goodness knows, like so many, I’ve lost enough loved ones.
So yes, a fun little hack that at times has made me want to vacuum when I’m exhausted and just want my bed. I’m finding that despite working my core, this has tweaked some stubborn areas.
I’ve noticed that orange essential oil is perfect for the day time when I’ve got writer’s block for a new recipe idea etc, it’s really uplifting and mind clearing. It’s also energising too, pre workout it’s a get up and go nudge that I find helpful

…In the words of He-Man. This is very good cleaner with excellent suction and both my wife and I were very impressed with it. Comes with a decent set of tools and isn’t too heavy. My only criticism is that the only way to control the suction is alter the head/hose selection dial but this makes what is a very quite vacuum in to a noisyish one due to airflow. It is by no means loud but compared to the normal sound level it is noticeable. You will need to alter the suction level as it is very strong on certain carpets and you will struggle to push it and may be a problem for someone elderly. We tested this cleaner by first cleaning our lounge carpet with our current vacuum cleaner, a very good Vax machine and then using this machine. it picked up dog hairs and dust missed by the Vax. However, I would caveat this with the fact that this is a brand new cleaner, with new filters so I was expecting it too pick up some debris missed by the Vax. The machine has a decent length power cable as well as a decent length hose, which extends further by removing the handle from the machine, a similar design to the Vax. Both the main head and the smaller furniture head seem to work well in agitating the carpet. The machine came well packed and required minimal assembly with no tools required. As some of the design features and filters are very similar to the Vax i wondered if it was manufactured by them and therefore if spares were ever required Vax spares would be interchangeable but looking at the filter there is a difference in depth so i’m not sure. All in all we are very pleased with this machine and I would highly recommend it.

Amazing vacuum cleaner! Exceptionally straight forward to use and boy does this clean the carpet! After reading hundreds of reviews for different vacuum cleaners I decided on this one and am happy I did so! Really can’t fault it!
A good vacuum
This vacuum cleans amazingly! The suction is so strong I am sure I will have strong arms soon. It’s a bit bulky to carry around and though I don’t have stairs, I think I would really struggle if I did.
The tube is also too short and when you switch from upright, it’s not easy to use as the tube is very short and therefore not easy to reach areas you are unable to use in upright mode.
Overall, it’s a very sturdy vacuum and I am happy with my purchase.

This is probably the best vacuum I’ve owned in terms of suction power. It really works! The price is great too. Had an issue with the belt breaking and since this is an unusual brand, the belt was impossible to find, but Amazon was quick to send me a replacement vacuum with return of the old one. This is the best vacuum I’ve ever purchased and priced the best.
Really nice product, great suction and pretty good manoeuverability. The attachments are also excellent. The only thing I didn’t like about it was the weight. I’m pretty strong but I found holding the cleaner while using the attachments, either above ground or on the stairs pretty difficult.

I have been looking for another hooever (my 3rd in 12 months) and was getting pretty sick of spending 100’s and the suction on them is dire, I mean i could probably suck up more than the big named ones i have bought so decided to go for this one and was so pleased with it, I’m sure it’s sucked him dust from about 1975! love it and would highly recommed. I recently walked into John Lewis store and seen this vacuum but it was branded as a John Lewis machine. Theirs has a higher price tag and did not appear to have the included pet tool.

-Fantastic on carpets! I also own a Dyson V8 cordless but still use this upright a few times each month as it gives a really deep clean on carpets and picks up all the dog hairs.
– Quiet operation and can easily turn the brush bar on or off at the touch of a button.
-Powerful suction!! My expectations were not high but I was pleasantly surprised when I turned on this machine for the first time!
-Simple setup, easy to empty when full and only some basic filter maintenance required from time to time.

This is not a strong point for this vacuum, especially if you plan to use on vinyl. I find the suction is so powerful it just sticks to hard floors with too much force.
-Manual adjustable dial to use the extension hose can be a pain when you only need it for a brief moment.
-Cable length is short! Expect to need an extension cord if you have a large home.
-Leaves black residue marks on skirting boards from the front bumper. I resolved his myself by placing some tape around the rubber plate to stop it from marking walls.
Overall I would purchase this machine again. It’s low cost, requires minimal maintenance and does a really great job when cleaning the carpets in my home. I feel this is on par or even potentially better than many higher priced machines when used on carpets!

I am a domestic cleaner and I can honestly say this is the best hoover I’ve ever used. It is heavy but no more so than some of the leading brands I have used, and I actually like that it feels quite robust. Yes you would have read reviews saying that this hoover is heavy, and they’re right. However, don’t let that take away from the fact that this is fantastic vacuum and the suction power is something I would never have expected!!! This is the best vacuum I’ve ever used. I couldn’t believe the amount of dust and dog hair that it picked up that my Dyson had missed. It’s a tall vacuum, and yes it’s weighty but the performance is absolutely superb. I can’t fault it. I can deal with it being a little on the heavy side due to the amazing performance it gives!!!

Love this! I bought a Shark duoclean last year and it’s a pile of excrement. Decided to replace it after reading the reviews with this vacuum and so glad I did. The suction is fabulous, actually maybe a bit too sucky but I’m not complaining. Just realised after having it for a month, u can detach the handle and use it as an extension when using the hose. This vacuum sucks
I will not apologise for the pun in the headline, as this machine is quite potent. It put the vacuum I was previously using to shame, picking up more dust and hair in one run of my flat than my previous one thrice-over. I have long hair and my dog likes to cast a lot, so this was an ideal upgrade for both of our sakes.
Once assembled, this vacuum looks pretty modern and is light enough for an able-bodied person to easily take it where it is needed, however once the machine is turned on it does become substantially harder to push around purely because of the suction pulling it down.
As far as vacuums go, this one is pretty quiet. If I wanted to I could pretty easily vacuum in the middle of the night and not disturb my neighbors (Though I do live on a ground floor flat, so YMMV). However after a few uses I did notice a whistling sound occasionally when using the “floor” mode and constantly when using the “Hose” mode, this isn’t deafening and doesn’t seem to be hindering the vacuum in any way so I don’t mind.
I got this during Prime Day and it gave me a 20% off the marked price, however if I knew what I knew about this machine then I would have happily paid full price for it.

Works well I have a dog and it deals with her hair leaving the carpet beautifully clean. It is not ‘light’ but makes up for it in manouverability and now quiet it is (In comparison to mu old vacuum). This is only week 2).

With 12 cats and 2 dogs we needed a hoover with good suction power. This is the best Hoover we have had. Does a great job. Initially found it hard to run over floor as suction too strong, turned switch between floor and hose and it made such a difference to its manouverability. Highly recommend. Good value for money.

Best Hoover I've used and a total bargain!
I’ve used lots of different Hoover’s over the years, my most recent being a Henry, and this is the best one yet! I have 2 pugs, and they moult constantly, this Hoover manages to pick up all the hair, and makes my carpets look like new! It was easy to put together, and is very easy to use.
The cable could be a little bit longer, but I used an extension cord, and had no issues doing to the top of the stairs.
I would definitely recommend this Hoover.

Have to laugh , old hoover pushed out more dirt than picked up. This vacuum has the suction power of an industrial vacuum, very pleased with the cleaning power but have resorted to a two handed pushing technique to prize it off the carpet.
Excellent Product and Suction Strength
This vacuume is excellent value for money the suction ability is powerful and the build is solid and functional. As I worked through the house I emptied out the bagless dust chamber with ease and it’s always satisfying seeing the volume of dust and debris picked up. It also handles well through corners and can ‘hug” the skirting board so really doesn’t miss any spaces. Beater bar can be switched on or off depending on the surface. It’s also not that loud which is another bonus. Really pleased and I would recommend it.

Fabulous Hoover would recommend brings the carpets up like new. I found a bit heavy for me but have took all the gadgets off which for me is better( if I was in good health it would seem lightweight)

Work amazingly on carpets. Utterly recommended.
I don’t know who invented the carpet but should have been a very dirty person. This is my first time in a place with the carpet and i suffer of asthma, terrible combination. The carpet is dusty, smelly, ugly and not just my carpet, but ALL the carpets in the world. So i was looking for something able to clean this stuff to make the house a livable place, but I’m kinda broke. After reading and watching thousands of reviews, I’ve found this hoover. I used it the day it arrived, and i have it from 2 days, so not long but let me say it does the job! The suction is incredible strong so you have to be under 40 to use it, but it catch all the particles. The container was full after 2 rooms only, it’s very satisfying. I recommend this hoover to every person who suffer of asthma and have to live with a carpet. It works great on wood pavement too.
Good Budget cleane
This gives the carpets (and your arms) a really good workout. Not for the weak of arms! All in all a really good cleaner at an excellent price.
Powerful & Fully Loaded
This Vacuum is very powerful and the amount of material it picked up from a “Clean Carpet” was shocking, the only reason it did not score 5 stars across the board is because of the suction makes it a little hard to push upon occasions, but this is easily forgiven when weighed against the accessory’s it came with. Wow, this vacuum is brilliant. Great sucking power and I hadn’t realised it is steerable. Would like to know how/where to obtain replacement filters though. In my house with my large dog the pre motor filter gets clogged. They are washable but takes a couple days to dry before I can use the vacuum again, so I would like a spare. Amazonbasics – hardly basic, this is a great vacuum at a fantastic price.
The vacuum has earned my respect!! If i had a wife or steady girlfriend, they’d be jealous at how good this thing sucks! Like, I’m not even kidding, this badboy will literally pull your carpet up if you keep it on it’s lowest setting. I honestly don’t think my carpet has ever been THIS clean! I purposely trampled some weeds in my backyard so i could Rick James my carpet and use my newly acquired vacuum to demolish every bit of dirt!
I will say that the vacuum can get heavy if you have it too close to the surface that you’re going over but it’s easily remedied by now turning the orange knob on the side, which adjusts the height. I would highly recommend this sucking monster! Cleanup is easy and assembly can be done without instructions!

Well I can honestly say after having a top selling hover over 260 each time this thing sucks like nothing else, yes it’s hard to push on short pile carpet, but on deep pile it’s as easy as any other., well worth the money, well done amozon.

I don’t think the dial on the side is meant for to reduce the suction ( as seen in another review ) but it does, just hope it does not harm the motor, doesn’t sound like it is. Just have to turn the dial between the floor setting and the hose setting. It’s just to powerful on the floor setting, it just sucks to the floor !! Unbelievable suction. Hense why I think it spoils it.
Very quiet on floor setting but the noise is increased when trying to reduce the suction, still not too bad.
Very easy to put together.
I find it light, I would say it’s slightly lighter than a Dyson Dc33.
Easy to move around ( once it’s not stuck to the floor lol ) – the floor head turns with your wrist.
Easy to empty.
Changing to the hand tools are a little fiddly but not too bad.
The hose is a little short.
The mains lead I find very short compared to the Dyson, could do with being 2 meters longer, but find the cable easier to manage than the Dyson.
When the cleaner is standing up it looks as if it’s leaning forward, but it’s safe.
Seems well made for the price.
But just too powerful !! lol
Vaccum 1 : Pet Hairs 0
I really like this vaccum cleaner, does a great job and it’s good value. I have a few dogs and this cleaner sucks up the dog hairs better than any cleaner I ever had before.
My 3 year old cordless vaccum broke down the other day and I was glad because it was rubbish! I searched on Amazon for a replacement but even the better brands had poor reviews (including Dyson). I stumbled on Amazonbasics and this is the first time I have owned an upright vaccum. It doesn’t take up too much space and I use it in my kitchen/dining/living area. (I have a regular cylinder vaccum aswell which I use in other parts of the house like upstairs.)
Some points:
1) Instruction manual not very detailed but easy enough to figure out.
2) Like other reviews, suction is unbelievably powerful. There is no adjustable dial. There is a dial to switch between vaccum and hose.
3) Cleaning after use seems to be easy and quick. Very large 3 litre bin collection. 2 filters: one for the motor and one for the bin. Both can be cleaned by tapping to get dust out. If badly soiled wash in water. (I think the motor filter probably won’t need to be cleaned that often.)
4) Amazon not supplying spare parts it seems.
5) This vaccum is heavy in weight. When you power it on, you slightly press the brush head with your foot while pulling the handle back. This means the handle can be manouvered up, down, left and right. I find then the vaccum is less heavy and I can operate with one hand while holding the cord in the other.
6) Moving the handle back into its upright position, turns the brush head off but leaves the motor running.
7) My kitchen has a slate floor which is uneven in places. The vaccum does a super job and my kitchen floor has never looked as good.
8) My living room has a solid oak floor and because the suction is so powerful I found it harder to push on this floor type.
9) It’s not clear from the photos but to use the hose, the handle from the main unit has to be removed first and then attached to the hose. The accessories are then attached to the handle.
10) Hose not very long. To give you an idea: just about reaches the ledge over the fireplace to remove dust.
11) There are 4 accessories: a large rotating brush for the floor, a crevice nozzle, furniture nozzle and dusting brush. The last 3 I think are a bit flimsy. (The accessories from my broken cordless are bigger and made better – they fit the hose on this vaccum so I use them instead.)
Despite some negatives, all-in-all a very good vaccum at a good price.

Great Vacuum
This is a fantastic vacuum ! I’ve never heard one so quiet and it has great suction. I would say it is equal too if not better than a shark vacuum at a much better price. Can’t recommend it enough

Very satisfying using this on our new carpet, as normal these days the cable could be a couple of metres longer but overall a great vacuum and excellent value for money. Be careful as the black rubber bumper marks skirting board – easily fixed by covering with tape.

Im a bloke of about 20 stones and i really cant believe the suction on this thing to the point that my galaxy watch thought i had done a workout and awarded me a gold star and considering most of my floors are all wooden tells you how powerful this vacum really is my only gripes are 1…wish it was lighter and 2… it had an adjustable suction dial because after doing the small rug I’d felt like i had gone 5 rounds with Mike Tyson…

Can get stuck to the floor!
The suction is so good it can get stuck to the carpet! Just lift and go on, well packaged with very little plastic thanks for that, came sooner than expected. Great value for money and very well made, thank you.
Great hoove
This is one of my favourite hoovers.
It has brilliant suction. There is a dial to switch between hose and the hoover which I think is the key to the strong suction. The way the tools are placed makes it easy to use the tools around the house. I even use them daily now.

Does the job
Does what we want , but could do with a longer cable
After first using this vacuum I was impressed with the suction power it delivered on both carpet and laminate flooring. It performed far better than my previous more expensive vacuum. It is quite a heavy piece of kit and the suction power makes it a little difficult to push, but this is evidence that shows it is doing a good job. It is simple to put together but the build quality feels and looks a bit cheap however it is a budget vacuum so its unrealistic to expect a high quality finish for the price. Ultimately you buy a vacuum to clean your house with and it definitely delivers at this. I would recommend this product.
Starting with reasons to be cautious in respect of this vacuum.
It’s very heavy and the thought of lugging it up and down stairs might put you off unless you’re fit/strong (I’m neither).
The hose is very short and doesn’t feel very stretchy – I certainly wouldn’t fancy doing stairs, particularly in view of the weight.
The suction is so strong that I felt as though I’d had a thorough workout by the time I’d managed my small flat.
Now for reasons to think this is wonderful.
It’s a remarkably low price for such a great vac.
It’s very easy to get started – I’m visually impaired and it took me less than ten minutes.
It’s very quiet – I could still hear the radio while I was cleaning.
It feels very solidly made and I’ve little doubt will last me for years.
It picked up so much grit, dust and hair from the floors that I was embarrassed! My flooring is generally medium pile and I’m not sure how I’d have managed with a deep pile surface but it would be wonderful if your family or pets shed a lot of hair!
Insturctions are easy to follow and accessory items seem well made and appropriate for their purpose (with the exception of the hose, as mentioned above).
You can be sure of a good workout if you want to do the whole flat/house in one go!
All in all, an excellent vacuum for a ridiculously low price and far better value for money than any of the more expensive ones I’d used in the past.

Amazing hoover. Better than a Dyson for suction. If it had something like the Dyson ball to negotiate a little more in corners and such it would be an all rounder. No suction lost in the hose either. I’m pretty sure it’s hoovered my underlay too. Wouldn’t suggest for elderly or people struggling with heavy objects as once it’s on its tough to move on a deep carpet due to the excellent suction.
UPDATE * still a good hoover however I’m finding it marks all my skirtings so it’s driving me a bit mad amazon offering exchange hopefully new one stops it happening
Very heavy but I like a heavy vacuum
Effortless cleaning the dirt in my is after hoovering what I though was clean carpets so it shows how powerful it is. I’d been using a hoover brand & sometimes the vax cordless both more expensive that this but clearly not as good
I have a genuine large Persian carpet. I am not joking. The suction power was such that it is difficult to push the vacuum across the carpet. I was not expecting a vacuum for this price to be this powerfull. I’m impressed.
My gawd, bought this because the existing vacuum went ‘puff’ (smoke and all) this weekend and needed something quickly. What a great machine for the price, not sophisticated, easy to set up and use, I’m amazed! Let’s see how long it lasts, but based on the price I can get one every year for the next 5 years and still be quids in vs. the last one!
Amazon have gone and done it; a value vacuum that is just as good as, if not better than the top selling brands.
The suction on this is incredible, it lifts the carpets so adjust the switch (orange circle that switches from floor to hose) on the side to find a softer setting!
It has the heads you need for everyday use, the hose could be a little longer and the cable is long enough.
Setting it up was easy, all clipped in to place no problem.
Only issue I have is the hose head is damaged and has a crack inside so I will be contacting Amazon for a replacement hose.
I’ve tried MANY different vacuums and I can honestly say this beats them all. It is very quiet, my 4 year old usually runs and hides when I hoover but she was more than happy to sit and talk to me and loved how quiet it was.
There are 2 buttons on the left of the machine, power button and brush bar. Very simple to use, just hold the handle and put your foot on the brush bar and tilt the handle back then press the power button. Easy.
For those of you that are tall – this will be a good sized model for you as it has a good handle height without looking out of proportion.
Amazon basic vacuum will not leave you disappointed.
