Nice solid paddle board. Takes a bit of blowing up but once up and going it’s a great paddle board. Thank you

Bought this SUP for my son as an inexpensive board for him to try out to see if he liked it. I was very impressed, very easy to inflate as only one chamber. Loads of accessories included which was good, especially the phone case which is handy.
As a inexpensive starter board, it’s ideal.

If you want a reasonable priced SUP this is one to consider. It has loads of accessories and is easy to pack/inflate as the bag is decent sized. Not too heavy as my reasonably fit wife could carry it. She is very pleased with it.

My first SUP. It’s hard to fully pump it up manually so I purchased a Cachalot 12V Pump which works great. The board snakes side to side a bit so you have to do opposite strokes each side.

Overall this is great to get into paddle boarding.

Really happy with this purchase. A great beginner board. You might need an Olympian to help you inflate it to the required pressure though. Very stable when you do eventually get it there.

The large bag it comes with came with a couple of small marks on it, but overall, the paddleboard is great. Perfect as a beginner purchase at an affordable price – definitely not a case of buying cheap, getting cheap! It comes with everything you need to get started!

    Good value for money!

Received my board very quickly, however upon pumping it up the valve was faulty and was leaking pressure once pumped.. Got in touch with the seller and explained the fault.. Although responses weren’t as quick as I thought they might be, they soon got back to me and offered to send out a replacement board, had a message yesterday to say it would be sent out and received it this afternoon.. Hopefully the rain/wind will stop so I can get out and use it..

I love being out on the sea on my SUP but I have turned it into a kayak by using a clip on seat and double kayak paddle. This suits me much better as I prefer to sit and the board is very stable.
You get a lot for your money with the
Original kit. I would recommend buying this.

Bought this as my first board after using a friends a couple of times.
It’s great quality and comes with all the extra bits needed.
I was expecting a cheap feeling and looking board due to the price of this compared to the majority of others online but it’s a great quality.

First brilliant value! I bought my first about 2 years ago and as this was mostly being you used by my son, I bought another one. The latest one is better! My son is now gutted! Slightly bigger than the original, this one is just over 10ft. Bag with all the kit you would need as a beginner, all folds up into that bag and easily carried.. inflated or deflated. I’m only 5,5 and over 50 carried both myself up and down zig zag to the beach no problem. Inflating doesn’t take long and starts off ok, gets harder the closer to psi you get. I have bought a 12v portable pump for convenience. I wouldn’t want to pump up two every day! Recommended to friends who have also ordered. Stable board, I’m not a pro but can get up, stay up and paddle a good while and not get wet. Have had 2 adults on it in the sea like a kayak too when water was too bouncy to SUP. Fun board, highly recommended and with the pump will get daily use. My first board has had a good run.. is now 2 years old and well used/ looked after. The paddle needs replacing for that but board and bay/ kit all still great.

I’ve gone 37 years without a paddleboard and then BAM, instead of a new car I ended up with this thing.
The pressure gauge doesn’t work on the pump, im not sending the whole thing back just for that. Also i was absolutely knackered by time I pumped it up. Attaching the fin Is a faff on, I thought it was broke and hadto read instructions, but no, the screw on the fin attaches to the SUP.
Went out today, and had absolutely fantastic time on a lake near me, it held pretty well, BUT one massive flaw, the size of the bag, and the weight, wow, it felt like I was training for the army, we parked half mile away and hadto walk, not great if this for someone infirm, weak, or if you need to walk on uneven ground. All in all though, I’m chuffed to bits with my purchase

Been paddleboarding before on hired solid boards but this is my first inflatable. Took it to my local lake this week. Great rucksack to easily carry everything to the lakeside. Change bag was really handy to keep my wetsuit, gloves boots and flotation jacket in one place and for carrying everything afterwards when wet. Was able to store my car keys in the phone holder attached to the flotation jacket knowing they were secure. Had the board inflated to 15psi in 10 mins, bit tight at the end but got there ok. Easy to set up fin, paddle and strap and off I went. Got on to my feet after a paddle out on my knees for a few minutes, was stable and stayed on my feet for two hours without falling in at all. Easy to handle in the water – not as fast as a solid board but that is expected. This will be getting a lot of use from now on and I can go anywhere I want to with it. Highly recommended!

    Really impressed with this paddleboard

It’s a nice board to learn to paddle. It is stable enough on calm waters. It is easy to carry it in a case provided. It is a great bundle for a price. I used it all summer and it is still in great condition.

Love this, it’s perfect for a first board. Easy to inflate, but you need to make sure you hit the right psi for the temperature – I add a bit more in the autumn and winter.

If I wanted to find just one dislike, I’d say that the handle for carrying isn’t at the centre of gravity which makes it a bit awkward to carry to the portage point with the end tipping downwards.

Otherwise it’s fantastic value for money and a great board.

  32. Taylor Frint says:

     United Kingdom

This boards a nice size , and not difficult to inflate , just make sure you attach the pump properly and stand on the pump foot plate to stop it popping out . The fin slots in easikyb and tightens with a small screw bolt ( double check and don’t over tighten it )
It will feel like a workout after it reaches around 10psi .. but better to ensure its pumped up to the recommended 15psi to offer the stability and to carry the weight …around 180/200lbs

It will accommodate an adult and lighter child without to much difficulty or bend ..
But its not a board suitable for long distances with too much weight ..
The board is reasonable quality and price for an entry level or beginner, and it sits and handles pretty well in the water and tracks fine too ..it will pick up a little bit of speed though as the desighn just gives it a little less drag.. a wee bit less stable in windy weather ..but then again I’m not on the heavier side of weight scale & not the most experienced paddler ( yet )
I’ve yet to get into the open sea ..so I will review again later .
It is spacious enough to stand or sit quite comfortably , and a pleasure to use on the canal routes for a leisurely paddle …but also great on the trickier lochs..
I can see why it’s advertised as an all round board ..as its suitable for just about everywhere I have been with it so far ..I’ve not experienced touring as such but think I’d invest in a more substantial longer board for those future trips ..
Few tips I’ve picked up theese past few months. .if you want this board to see you through a few years …take care of it .
Deflate it properly and without being tempted to try and force the air from it
Dry it with a towel , underneath as well . Fold it it fairly equal sections and secure it with the belt supplied..
Dry the fin and fin socket and check for any bends ( easily sorted with a hairdryer)….
I quite like the feel of the paddle its light enough to hold and manoeuvre..however it comes in 2 pieces and I find the connections not very stable and the top slides down into the lower half.
Separate and let the paddle dry out before putting it back in the bag , especially if the paddle or yourself land in the water ..there’s a pocket on the side of the backpack to put the paddle in which I feel is better that putting it in the backpack ..( saves damaging or bending the paddles ) ..just make sure you secure it or it will fall out. ..
The paddle will float , but its aluminium and will sink quite quickly as it fills up with water ..
The back pack is a fairly good size …as long as you don’t overload it with unnecessary stuff it takes the board etc very comfortably..and it’s easy enough to carry …
Accesories. …the extras are all usable and I can vouch for the phone case after being dunked in the water ..my phone was perfectly fine..but I wouldn’t trust it submerged for prolonged periods …
The d rings are great for attaching my dry bag and securing the packed lunch …
The bum bags handy too ..I put my dogs lead in it , a whistle and a Mars bar ;)….all staid dry …
Essential kit!!!!!!!! ..do not paddle without the leash ..its a good standard one, easy to put on and detach .. if you land in the water you don’t want the board floating or blowing too far away. …..
And I’d highly encourage anyone to learn how to get back on your board before you go on the water.
Check out YouTube for safety tips and enjoy….

    Would I recomend the board..
    Yes I definitely would
Definitely a good board for the price. …

For me personally and my only real gripe
..id have rather had a better paddle for the cost of supplying the extras included.

    Great board. Well made.
To inflate it you need to be in good shape. It takes about 5 minutes but can be tiring. Perfect warm up before going in.
I am a beginner and to be honest it took a bit of time before I was comfortable on it.
There are definitely thicker boards out there that would be easier to surf.
It’s perfect for calm waters but very difficult when it is wavy.
    100% recommended!

Great starting paddle board.. read the other reviews they seem very fair. My only thing. I’m on the upper end of the weight limit in retrospect should have got one a little bigger for better stability. But it’s a good paddle board.

Ordered some other boards elsewhere which wouldn’t deliver(scam) so got these instead to which they arrived really quick and work perfectly. Even with it being slightly thinner and I’m a fat lad it doesn’t bend like a banana. Holds air perfectly all the kits seem to be very durable and so far don’t have anything negative to say bar the front of the board turns into an ice rink when wet so don’t stray off the grip or you’ll go full Tom Daley.

The bags these come in are flimsy but the boards themselves are great. Have to carry one of ours around in our arms now as the straps on the carry case were not strong enough to take the weight of the board. Didn’t fail until after the 30 day window so Amazon make it hard to even contact them about it.

Been on this a handful of times now and it’s brilliant, i’m 6ft and 105kg and it holds me fine and can still take me and my 19kg toddler no problem. Have rented boards before and did a fair bit of research into them before purchasing. The width is decent at 33inch to help with balance and it’s quick once you get going and improve your technique. Very happy with this purchase.

Perfect for beginners, comes with everything you need! (Except a life jacket, which I ordered separately.) This was my first time out on an ISUP and I’m really pleased with how easy it is to set up / back away. Recommended psi is 15 but I struggle to get it to 14 at most, even with help from others. Even at 12psi there is good stability on calmer waters but would recommend to go as close to 15 as possible for choppier water conditions. All in all, fab first board!

Loved this kit! There are so many SUP board kits out there at the moment and I took a chance on this one.

All arrived in one box, simple to inflate with the pump, it took 6 or 7 mins. Read the instructions regarding the valve because I didn’t (being a man of course) and when I unplugged the inflation tube it deflated! Completely my mistake and won’t do that again.

The fin is easy to put on and take off and there was the added bonus of two ringlets on the side of the board and it you take the strap from the changing mat it makes the board even easier to carry.

Get one, you will not be disappointed.

    Happy paddling.

Wide enough to keep your balance. Straps to put your belongings under and also the opportunity to put a seat.
I haven’t used the GoPro holder but that seems like another bonus.
Inflates and deflates easy. All fits in the bag after use. Overall very pleased 🙂

Also if it helps I’m 5ft 4 for size

    Perfect!

The speed at which my board arrived was excellent, the only nagging point was a faulty pump which I discovered when we arrived at the sea, but I managed to purchase a better pump and the company were happy to refund my money for that pump. First class service and the board is a lot of fun.

Always a bit apprehensive about spending so much money, but pleased with this purchase. The model has been around a while and predominantly had good reviews over some time. Quick and quite easy to pump up with supplied pump. I ve paddled on it for 4 hours now and it coped with the wash from boats on river and is pretty manoeuvrable. More pointed that many boards and a little thinner at 5 inches, but easily copes with my 86kg weight.
A good beginners package if you are not sure how much you will use it each year.

We are impressed with the quality , just bought so I’m not sure how long it will last yet . It came with a repair kit which wasn’t stated (I was going to buy one ) which included a patch repair and wrench for the valve tightening if needed . You need some muscle to pump these things up . I bought this sup because I’m 5ft3 with 2 kids and needed something east to carry , which it is . Didn’t realise what a full body work out it would be to pump it up ! My mate is 8 stone and she didn’t have the weight to pump it up alone. All SUPs will be the same though. We had a blast fully recommend . All accessories are good quality to.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is an excellent SUP and great for a beginner. However try to avoid letting the air out too quickly as my valve developed a fault. It seems impossible to contact aquaspirit for advice or replacement. Unfortunately not all valves are the same size. Very good value, contains everything you need and well made – perfect for starting SUP or using it like a sit on kayak. Another reviewer commented that it was easy to lose the screw for the fin which I agree with as it’s only held in place by a plastic washer which breaks as soon as you tighten it up So keep the screw safe in the orange container when not in use

I bought two of these for my wife and daughter. Everything you need comes in a very handy and sturdy carry bag. The board is relatively easy to inflate and I can do it in about 4 minutes although the final pumps are hard work and doing two of them is really tough. Because of this I’ve invested in an electric pump.

The board itself is nice and solid and for a small to average size paddler is very stable. I’m 6’3 and about 15.5 st and I can get up and paddle it OK but I do feel wobbly. I’m more of a kayaker so definitely not an expert but I’ve generally used larger boards before and felt OK. I think I’d struggle to stay on in any kind of swell.

I had an issue with a missing part and contacted the seller through Amazon and had an instant reply and a part posted out to me within a day. Excellent service, your can’t do better than that.

I would recommend the board and the seller whole heartedly.

Down fall from this purchase, my pump is broken. The gauge dial doesn’t move to show psi, luckily my friends pump was ok to use and didn’t miss out on a SUP day to christen this board! I have tried to see if it can be fixed but unfortunately need a new pump

Bought for my partner as a present and we’ve all used it. Feels much sturdier than some friends boards I have tried. Definitely a good beginners board. He loves it. I recently had a SUP lesson on a 12 foot board which I found easier so I’ll be getting one if those (probably because I struggle with balance and co-ordination ha ha) I am purchasing another of this board thou for my daughter so would definitely recommend as a purchase.
The pump that comes with this is good quality (definitely a work out in itself pumping it up – but is only a few minutes to do it.) bag and paddle are robust and no problems to report since we’ve had it.

    Fab board

Bought this for keeping kids (and me) active during summer. Great for beginners. Very stable. Have practiced yoga on it so it is very stable. Paddle does not float as my 14 yr old found out so having to purchase new paddle! Would recommend the purchase of a paddle keeper to keep paddle attached to board and person. Easy to inflate and deflate. Packs away into bag nicely. We’ve all had great fun on it. Good in lochs and calm seas. Will upgrade to better boards for expeditions further afield next summer.

This was a birthday present. I asked the supplier if it was possible to deliver a day earlier than estimated and this was done with no problem. Really well packaged for the journey. Taken out on the sea yesterday by someone who has only had a few lessons and it was great. Really easy to inflate and put together, lovely to use in the sea.

This being my 1st paddle board I had read up on what makes a good board for beginners with the convenience of transport. This fitted the bill. Having been out on it twice I found it easy to inflate and deflate. The board handled well on the water and felt study. I found this great value for the money.

The pump is not easy to use. It takes time & energy to inflate. I end up having to borrow a friends pump.
The board itself is very portable due to its rucksack case & the changing mat/cover is a great idea.
On the water, the board works great. Overall great value, but wish the pump was better.

Golden Review Award: 41 From Our UsersI bought this iSup in April at the beginning of lockdown not actually knowing when i would be able to use it. Once restrictions were lifted I was out on it like a shot.
It was quite easy to inflate with the pump and initially took me around 15 minutes to get it up to 15psi ( the guage is on the pump), since using it more I can now pump it up in around 10/12 minutes. There are elasticated bungee cords on the front of the board so you can put your things there in a waterproof bag if needed.
I have never been on a paddle board before so obviously I was a bit wobbly to start with. The board felt sturdy and is wide enough to get in a good position to stand up once you have found your sweet spot on the board. The paddle is easy to put together and feels nice in hand. The bungee cord attachment to the board is easy to fit to your ankle and is comfortable. I liked that the board came with a waterproof phone holder so I could take my phone with me if I wanted to.
I have used this board out on the sea at least 10 times since I’ve had it and I love it. (Please learn and be aware of the tides and winds and act accordingly, you dont want to be swept out to sea and have to be rescued!)
My husband has even bought himself a board so we go out paddle boarding together.
It is really quick and easy to deflate and fits perfectly into the bag which is a back pack, so is easy to transport.
We are even thinking of taking them abroad on holiday.
Well worth the money and great fun, I can highly reccomend. 🙂

    Brilliant first board

Golden Review Award: 22 From Our UsersI bought this board as a gift for my partner and he bought me one in return – and I really can’t fault them for the price!

We’ve had them for a few months now and have loved every minute. They’ve coped well on the sea and in rivers, sometimes in really quite choppy conditions. We’ve even surfed! They are great all rounders, nimble, steady, versatile and well made.

The pack comes with everything you need to get started, as well as extras. The changing mat is super useful, and I have faith in the phone holder enough to be able to take my phone out with me (although not initially, I’ll admit). You also get a handy bungee at the front to carry what you need.

I’m 5ft9 and weigh about 70kg, and my partner is 6ft4 and ways around 100kg, and both of us have been able to enjoy the boards. I’d say if you’re heavier, it may be worth considering something that can carry more as you may find extra load tricky.

They take about 5 minutes to blow up (excellent warm up) and less than 2 to pack down. They are shorter than your average board which makes them nifty and easy to turn, and being that bit thinner make them a titch less stable but faster through water.

They also come with a repair kit, which we’ve had to use a few times to tighten the valve on my partner’s board. Only other gripe is that his paddle has bent into a bowed shape after a month or so of use, so may contact the seller to request a replacement. Will update on that, depending on outcome.

All in all, would recommend these to anyone. They’re life changers and you will not regret your purchase. We certainly haven’t!

    Would recommend so far 👍

Very quick to inflate and deflate. I reckon I was able to unpack and have it pumped up in less than 5 mins…… I think it took me longer to put on my wetsui

Brilliant, easy to set up, new hobby

Love this paddle board. It’s our first but we have used our gyms which they loan out. This is by far better. Easier to turn and can get more speed. We will be buying another one soon. It is hard to inflate towards the end but no different to others. Easy to store away and the bag seems sufficient and I hope it all has a long life. It does look like it will

Really happy with the quick delivery and the product. Takes around 5minutes to inflate to 14psi. It’s says 15psi max but may damage the valve and warranty. Feels great on the water for me (95kg) Great carry bag that has so much room for when the board is de-flated. Very good overall and would 100% buy again if I needed too.

Love this board: very stable with all essentials included. Been out 5 times already and the board still holds air perfectly, no pressure top-up needed. The board was delivered on time with no issues. Very good value for money for this entry-level board.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe value for money is very good. Very good quality and complete pack. The SUP is the agile, able to perform very narrow change of direction, with a sharp and elevated tip. The SUP is “unstable” so not for beginners. Otherwise is for a beginner < 60 kg and <165 cm.

Golden Review Award: 479 From Our UsersFirstly very easy to inflate. It is very easy to inflate and takes about 4-7 minutes. I couldn’t of done a review until I took it out this morning around the harbour. It was very windy 20mph winds and was abit wobly but handled very well. The bag is good quality as the board rolles up and fits nicely into the bag. The bag also has enough room to put the waterproof phone case, repair kit and the wetsuit thing. Definitely reccomend for beginers and experience paddleboarders. Make sure to check tides and weather before heading out on it. I will be using this as much as i can and very please with it. Thanks

Please tick the box below where it is asking if this review was helpfull it will mean alot to me thanks

    Good for money

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersAs a complete novice, I found buying a SUP quite confusing. I saw this particular board and thought it looked robust. Reviews were good and I have to say I am not disappointed. The board is nice and sturdy with the perfect dimensions and shape for beginner to intermediate.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersDaughter for one q couple of months ago and we have had that out a few times even on choppy sea…..fab board, glide is brilliant, accessories good and a solid board. I now bought one and have had it out once and consistently good product. Only let down by single action pump which mean a good workout before use, so maybe not a bad thing.

Golden Review Award: 17 From Our UsersThe daughter just grabbed it and went. She is 11 and not very tall so the age limit written on it can be considered advisory.

It is less stable than many other models, but it compensates for it by being faster and more manoeuvrable.

Golden Review Award: 65 From Our UsersThere were many 6 inch inflatable boards at this price but having researched the advantages of a 5 inch board I opted for this one because the stability on the water comes through the use of higher quality materials. The box contained just about everything you need for SUP days out and I started by inflating / assembling it in my front room rather than face the potential embarrassment of inflating it with an audience ‘riverside’. I need not have worried as it was inflated very easily in under 5 minutes and with only a little effort from the manual pump provided. The pressure monitor gives an accurate guide to the correct level of inflation with a green tolerance band. The fin simply slots in and is secured by a plastic sliding pin through the underside. The paddle comes in three pieces, two of which slot together easily and securely with a spring-loaded nub (like a tent pole) the third piece is the handle which is fully adjustable to suit even the tallest people. For this I needed a cross-head screwdriver and I have added one to the provided portable repair kit which comes in a cylindrical orange tube. There is also a handy (if not a tad flimsy) waterproof holder for your smartphone device with a securing cord. The SUP comes with a strong, velcro-secured, coiled leash which attaches comfortably around the ankle and then to the back of the board. In addition to the carry bag for the accessories and pump there is a smaller drawstring bag which looks like it might be waterproof for putting all the kit items (including the pump) in, before securing it under the front crossed bungee cords. As for the board it is very stable and sits nicely in the water. The quality is superb and the tapered nose looks the business. The board handles well (even for a beginner like me). I also purchased an optional seat to attach which I also tried out. It’s probably less than essential as sitting, kneeling and standing on the board without it all work well. The benefit of the seat is that after a session of heavy paddling you can lean back and chill and then when you are ready to go again it simply folds down. The seat attaches to the four provided accessory D rings on the board. Dismantling at the side of the river was very easy and took under 5 minutes to deflate, roll and pack away. I’ve only had it a couple of weeks but already have around 8 hours of paddling under my belt. A great buy and highly recommended.

Bought this for sons birthday on amazon prime day so had discount but really good quality ,REALLY easy to pump up ,very hardy and quick to deflate and get back in the bag provided (which I wasn’t expecting – normally trying to get things back in bags is frustrating !!!!) was so easy to fold and it’s all ready for next time

Really good product took it out for the first time today. Very sturdy board no sagging in the middle like others I’ve seen. Very impressed so far. A work out before you get on the water pumping up the board gets a bit harder towards the end but easy enough to put up and down!

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersI had been looking for a Paddle Board for a long time. This kit has everything in it to get you started. Once received I could go on the local canal – I didn’t need anything else.
Everything fits nicely – and tightly – in the bag which is a backpack. The manual is minimalistic but it’s more than enough. After all, the most important is the maximum pressure, all the rest is quite straight forward.
For a beginner – as the title of the product imply – I highly recommend.

Golden Review Award: 31 From Our UsersThis is a great board for a great price, I’m a complete novice at paddle boarding but it gives so much fun.
I am 101kg and 6.1ft it held my weight fantastically whilst gliding very well too, it came with everything you need and was easy to assemble, took me no longer than 3 minutes to inflate and no longer than 5 minutes to put away! It comes with a big backpack that fits everything needed for your day…. it seems very durable and reliable.
I was a little worried about buying a pump up board but with many reviews out there, I went for one with only 3 reviews at the time because this one stood out, style, price & all the equipment you get. FIVE STARS.

Golden Review Award: 162 From Our UsersTook this out on the Thames for the first time yesterday with mixed expectations – I usually kayak – and had been warned by friends who paddle board regularly that I should have bought a deeper board than this for rigidity. Inflating it to 15psi with the hand pump is a workout in itself, and far higher pressure than for an inflatable kayak. In fact I began to think the pressure gauge on the pump wasn’t working but it takes a while to even start registering – so do persevere! Nevertheless it was ridgidly inflated within 5-10 mins and the keel fitted with a locking pin that slides in laterally. This is a good feature to ensure you don’t lose the main keel but I have seen better integrated locking mechanisms on my Intex kayaks that don’t require a separate piece that could get lost over time. The paddle fits together very easily, there is a little play where the lower section slides over the upper which could be improved with better fitting materials and a longer sleeve overlap; but you don’t actually notice this play in the water. The leash is robust and good quality material and easily attaches securely to the board via a mini bungee cord. If like me you are a little puzzled how to attach this there are good ‘how to’ videos online.

Inflated this a good looking paddle board!

I attached a dry bag with my car keys to the bungee cords at the front and headed to the water. There is a carry handle on the face of the board but I was surprised to find this was not located at the board’s centre of gravity, and so despite the weight of my house and car keys at the front, there was still more weight tilting the back down making carrying what is a light board more difficult than it needed to be, especially with the paddle in my other hand.

Launching was easy via a boat ramp – best do this backwards so you have the main keel in deeper water and don’t damage it on the bottom. Not having paddle boarded for over a year I was a little apprehensive but got up ok and found the board pleasantly stable. It sits quite high in the water despite my 83kgs and shows no sign of any of the mid board flex that my friends were warning me about. It also rides the wake from passing boats very well and I ended up doing almost 6 kms over 2 hours and only fell in once – my own fault for getting distracted by river traffic!

All in all a good, solid entry level board for anyone wanting to get into the sport without breaking the bank. There is a repair kit included which is helpful, but I’m not sure I would have opted for the water proof change mat or phone case which seem somewhat gimmicky, and would prefer the value of these was instead invested in the board and paddle. I will post further as I get more use from the board but so far I’m very pleased with this for the price!

Added 8/8/19: Second time on the water and still very pleased – did almost 2 hrs and didn’t fall in today! One thing I realised is how easy this is to deflate and repack. You simply press to release the inflation valve and once sufficient air pressure has been released it stays open. You then simply roll it from the front to the back and the air is automatically released. A great addition is an adjustable strap that you then wrap around the rolled up board, clip it together, and it holds it nicely rolled up – very handy when packing it back into the carry bag!

Added 28/8/19: took this on a trip to Marseilles and was very pleased with how it performed in some quite choppy seas! Far beyond my skills to stand up but very stable while kneeling and and I ended up spending a couple of hours on the water. When the winds dropped and on returning to the harbour I was up on my feet again and found the board very stable despite the wake from some quite large boats passing. This board is light enough to carry through airports too but I have now invested in a large canvas wheelie bag off Amazon to pack the board & pump together with my clothing – a great way to wind down after a day of work! Still the gripe about the carry handle not being located at the boards centre of gravity making it more difficult to carry, but otherwise very happy with this board!

I have also just bought a SUP air valve inflation adapter off Amazon which allows inflation with an electric car tyre pump, but this is very slow due to the large volume – I would suggest at least using the hand pump until it gets difficult then switch to the electric pump!
