This product is of poor quality, after heavy rain it fell apart although its advertised as string and sturdy. Tried to contact seller for refund but no answers. Would not buy this or any product from this seller as they don’t answer your query. No after sales support. Your left with a poor quality product and you lose your money. Made a poor choice on this one hope you all won’t do the same.

Disappointed
Product is great however check everything is there – my box was damaged and it’s missing the pegs and guide ropes . Major pain in the neck to return for replacement . The box needs to be stronger for the weight of product .

Great item but box was not secured at all in places and I ended up only having 1 peg.

Box was damaged on arrival but everything seems to have been included. We have not had the chance to use it yet but expect all will be fine.

Looking at the parts this is a very well made product ready for when we come out of lockdown and if we are allowed visitors in the garden.

Very sturdy
This is a very well made, sturdy Gazebo. I got it to put over my hot tub over the Christmas period and its perfect for my needs. As it is very sturdy it is also fairly heavy so I would not use it other than at home but works really well in place of a pergola at a fraction of the costs. Definitely well worth the money.

Belle tonnelle, qui ne prend pas de place une fois range dans son sac.
Le montage est trs simple et peut se raliser tout seul en bloquant un pied et en levant/tirant doucement le pied de l’angle oppos. Moins de 10 minutes pour un montage/dmontage.
Les barres et toutes les fixations sont bien finies et semblent solides, il en est de mme pour la toile du toit bien tanche, au moins sous de petites averses.
Les pieds rglables en hauteur sont bienvenus si le terrain n’est pas trs droit et le rglage se fait facilement en quelques secondes.
Ravi de cet achat, rapport qualit/prix intressant.

It didn’t rain so I can’t say if it is waterproof or not – it’s more likely just water resistant – but I used a fabric waterproofing spray anyway. There is no vent flap at the top so when the wind picked up it did start to lift, but we were finished and took it down anyway. All zips away in the handy bag for storage. Looking forward to using it in the spring/summer.
