The best kettle I've ever owned
I absolutely love this kettle. We have actually had it for close to 10 years but I was just telling a family member how great it is and thought that I should write a review. It’s easy to fill as the lid is nice and wide, temperature control for different teas and dairy free milks (soya in my coffee often curdles at 100) is so easy and you can clearly read how full it is on the side. I’ve deducted a star for noise as my partner hated the notification bleep when it’s boiled but he just disconnected the wire so it is now silent. It broke after years of service and we bought another brand which I hate. Happily another family member fixed it last year so its back in service. I will always buy this kettle and hope it never goes out of production.
Rebought this model as we liked it so much the first time
We bought this model in 2015 , but it had started to show signs of wear and tear so we simply bought another one the same as we liked it so much. Fast boiling – very quick. Great model.
Fab kettle
A bit loud if you are likely to make a drink in the night as it beeps loud when it’s done. Other than that it’s a fab kettle only used for today

Product looks great! And the options for temp control are perfect for me. It has set temperatures but don’t see myself needing any other options! It doesn’t rumble like my old kettle and I can actually hear myself talk when the kettle boils! Definitely recommend
Fast, slick looking and excellent features..
Very pleased with this kettle. The fact you can set three temperatures is excellent for tea. The keep hot button is excellent when making several cups of tea in the morning. But most importantly, its quiet and fast.
Good looking kettle
I like the kettle, noise wise it’s average but the beep when it’s finished is helpful and the keep warm button is good when you remember to press it. I do find that once it boils you have to give it a second to stop bubbling or it’s spirts out everywhere if you fill it to max so the beep maybe a little premature. Energy efficiency I have no idea, it boils pretty quickly so I’m guessing it’s probably not great but the keep warm button may make up for this. I’m happy with it and I’m fussy.

Can you live a kettle?
Well I admit I love this one.
It looks fab in my kitchen, the black & chrome – very stylish.
But it works brilliantly.
It’s quick to boil and quiet too, except when it beeps to let you know it’s ready.
We are a family who drink different types of tea and coffee, hence why we went ahead with the different temperatures. And I must say it improves the flavour of the tea / coffee if you prepare it at the correct temperature too!!
Certainly staying in our kitchen as a must have!!
Tad pricey but excelle
All good so far. Boils quickly and pretty quietly. Various tempreture settings useful for coffee and green tea. Flip lid – where most similar kettles fail – appears robust. Only failing is the darned stupid place where the sight glass is placed under the substantial handle – how does such a thing get past the design stage?
Best Kettle I’ve Ever Owned.
Love this kettle. Looks the business and does the job without any drama. Not too noisy and not annoying to live with.
Opening for refilling is nice and big and the base is sturdy. I love the contemporary design and I bought the matching toaster which is also great.
Not many products with this type of look/functionality at this price point. Buy it.
Amazing kettle that beeps really loudly

BUT it beeps really loudly when it boils, when it turns on and it is not just a subtle soothing beep to accompany your coffee. It is an ear splitter, especially at 5:05am when my wife puts the kettle on.
A high quality, reliable, feature packed kettle
Since purchasing my last mid-range kettle two years ago, I found myself in a dilemma after the appliance in question cracked its glass housing whilst heating some water.
I decided to go the extra mile and purchase a more upmarket kettle which could handle frequent use. After some research I settled for this Bosch kettle and have not regretted it.
The Bosch kettle has a premium finish complimenting it’s modern, stylish design. The top third of the kettle has a stainless steel finish whilst the remaining two thirds has a white plastic outer layer with the stainless steel embedded behind it. This certainly helps to keep water hotter for much longer; I found water remained hot since boiling it 40 minutes beforehand, whilst the kettle body remained cool to the touch preventing me from burning myself.
The handle is ergonomically sound making the kettle comfortable to grip, lift and hold whilst filling it up or pouring its contents.
There is a easy to view transparent window located behind the handle to check the water level over a scale ranging from 1 cup to 6 cups. This is also presented in its litre equivalent of between 237ml to 1.5 litres.
The top of the kettle has a flip open lid which is opened by pressing a circular button located at the centre of the lid. When opened there is plenty of space for water to be poured into the kettle up to the desired level.
Adjacent to the flip open lid there is a stainless steel temperature selection switch used to set the water temperature between 70 Degrees Celsius and 100 Degrees Celsius. I found this option rather useful for heating the water to an ideal temperature for hot drinks and cleaning. Or, if I required water which was not boiling hot, but hot enough for use in food mixtures or recipes, this saved me the time I would have spent waiting for the water to cool down to the required temperature.
A touch switch is located on top of the handle to turn on the kettle rather than the traditional pushdown switch which is usually located on most kettle bases.
A “keep warm” switch is situated beside the aforementioned switch used to keep the water at the selected temperature for up to 30 minutes; a great feature when hot drinks are in constant demand.
The kettle also has a detacheable mesh limescale filter located at the spout which can be washed and reused.
The separate kettle base has a nicely designed cable holder which allows the length of the power cable to be adjusted and neatly tucked away underneath.
I found this kettle to be the quietest I have come across when heating water; once the water has reached the desired temperature the kettle beeps in a pleasing fashion.
As with all kettles limescale does begin to rear its ugly head inside the kettle body; this can be removed using white vinegar as per the Bosch instruction manual. I have however, found the level of limescale buildup is significantly less than other kettles I have owned.
Whilst the kettle is certainly at a more premium price point, the sheer quality, features and beautiful, yet practical design has left me filled with confidence this kettle will last for many years to come.
Bosch always deliver !!
For many years I have been using & buying Bosch products as it is indeed an excellent brand even though it is quite expensive for a kettle ! But Bosch has cheaper models too . No one can find fault with a good brand & a good product ! Water stays warm in kettle even after hours of boiling .

An expensive kettle but worth i
This is the second time I have purchased this kettle. The first one which I brought many years ago is still working. This kettle is durable and I love the fact that the lid open up entirely. It is made really well and feels durable. Another great product by Bosch.

This replaced my previous Bosch kettle. That one lasted 7 years before the heat sensor stopped working – good value for a modern kettle!
Seems like a nice kettle
Really like this kettle as looks smart. Boils quickly and nothing really negative apart from the somewhat annoying buzz when it boils. I got this at a good price so i have no real complaints.
A quality kettle, if somewhat expensive.
After buying a lesser make and it lasting barely two years, I returned to Bosch for the replacement. The variable temperature control is handy (and effective), and the kettle is stylish. The base unit is compact so takes up minimal worktop space. The fill volume is easy to read from the clear panel, and the kettle boils fast too. Worth the money? Time will tell.

Purchased to replace identical model which lasted for eight years, so much cheaper than buying a cheaper kettle every year or so. Seems quieter than old kettle too. Boils quickly with variable temperature control if required. Would fully recommend.

This was a replacement for my original Bosch Styline which I broke by putting descaled in it. That took off all the kettle window internal covering and I could not tell how much water was in it. Loved my original one so much I replaced it but with a black one which I think looks more stylish

Used to top up my Nespresso coffees as their machines never make hot enough coffee drink, so mainly used to top up my drink with hot water. Like the fact keeps the water hot if so choose. Also perfect temperature for a green tea.

I bought this kettle after seeing it when visiting family over Christmas. I was so pleased with it that I decided to buy it & Amazon was selling it at a very competitive price when I compared it with other retailers. It boils very quickly and I particularly like the fact that you can reduce the temperature if you’re making coffee. My husband always says his coffee tastes much nicer when it’s made with water that’s not boiling. The kettle looks good too. Really happy with it & would definitely recommend.
Fast and efficie
A good looking kettle that is much quieter than the one it replaced. It boils quickly and is easy to fill and pour. The controls on the heating plate make it easier to operate than kettles with controls on the side. This report is made after a few weeks of use. I hope it will last.

Arrived damage so had to retu
Ordered one of these kettles as we had one in our holiday cottage on Mull and found it to be very easy to fill, pour and heat up. It does have a very loud beep to announce temperature achieved which may annoy some! We rated this kettle on that experience.
Unfortunately, when our ordered one arrived the metal rings/rivets in the base had fallen inwards into the base of the kettle and so it rattled! Probably caused by delivery method – it just arrived in its box with no added packaging. Bosch helpline suggested it would be safe to use but also agreed we should return to our seller for refund as it was “damaged”. Once we feel happy to enter a shop we will attempt to buy another kettle in person so we can be assured it is okay!

Great Kettle
The kettle arrived larger than I thought, but solid and I just fill to what I need accordingly. Very pleased I choose this kettle. I have several Bosch appliance and wasnt aware they did kettles too. Recommend if you need as a family size, good looking kettle.

Well pleased
I’m so pleased with this kettle. I’ve wanted a variable temperature kettle for some time for better instant coffee and this does the job. Reasonably priced and easy to operate.
Replacement kettle
Bought the same kettle I’ve had for last three years which stopped working. Everything is good except the noise level. Much, much louder!! Bit disappointed. Cannot hear the tv over the noise .
Impressive!
This is a fine kettle. It fills easily, pours accurately, heats quietly and rapidly, has preset temperatures to choose and a keep hot (warm seems a bit inaccurate) option. It looks good and the fill level is easy to read despite there being no internal illumination. Recommended!
Great when it works
We love this kettle but it stopped working after 18 moths and we had to buy it again. Yes, we bought the same one, because, when it works it is fabulous. It has a greater capacity than most (1.7L) and looks the business. Hopefully, this one will last a little longer.

Does the job nicely.
Despite some negative reviews on here I decided to give it a go anyways. Not many other kettles had a temperature function which I wanted for green tea and coffee. The ones which did were either very expensive or cheap with awful reviews.
Temperate function works really well and ‘keep warm’ function is nice too.
Love that the kettle is insulted and you can touch the outside of it – even when boiled to 100 (if you so desired). This serves a dual purpose; prevents accidental burns and keeps the water hotter for significantly longer (especially compared to my previous glass kettle).
Seen some reviews that it’s noisy but compared to previous kettles, it’s quieter by a fair margin. I don’t know what you expect when you’re boiling water?! The beep when boiled is loud but again, it’s meant to be…?
The base and button are very nice and intuitive.
In terms of longevity, I cannot comment as I’ve only had it over a week but so far so good.

Brilliant! but a couple of niggles
The kettle is a mile away from our old Morphy Rich. However, couple of things: When you fill you cant see the fill level which is behind the handle. Takes a bit of getting used to! Second, be careful when pouring boiling water dont rush the boiling water out, be gentle!. Would still heartily recommend.
Good kettle
A very good kettle that should’ve been a great kettle. It boils quickly & is amongst the quieter kettles I’ve owned. It has a good capacity but it can be hard to read the amoun of water in it on the gave as it’s not lit up. Also while the temperature control is very good if it started at a slightly lower level say 60 degrees it would be great. None of the very slight niggles should put you off though as it is quick to boil & reasonably quiet.
Brilliant Kettle
I purchased this kettle to replace my old one which was cutting out. A friend recommended the Bosch Styline so thought I’d try it. It is so fast and very quiet. The variable temperature choice means you can use it at 100 degrees for very hot, which makes a perfect cup of tea, 90 degree setting is best for coffee and the 70-80 degree setting for herbal teas and hot water bottle filling etc. You’re saving on energy, because you are not boiling a kettle to the max when you only need a lower temperature. It also has a Keep Warm setting which is very useful too. They do it in black or white. Can highly recommend this kettle.

Decent kettle, boils quick and to selected temperature, not noisy. bit on the ugly side (like a big flask) and prefer do with digital display to say how many cups in.

I have had one of these kettles before and they are so reliable my last one I am sure I’ve had it for 8 years or more and sadly something went wrong on the base unit but on average most kettles dont last this long ,
So on that reason alone i searched for the same model . After my delivery i checked my old kettle on the new stand it still boiled water , that’s how reliable it was.
Sadly the base unit on my old kettle a contact had failed after 8 years and although it may have been serviceable it had anti tampa screws on it. So the old kettle will be boxed and kept as a spare .
It is a good quality unit I apprpve it and it comes in a choice of 4 colours .

Beautiful Bosch
This is the most expensive kettle I’ve ever and it’s worth it. It looks beautiful and works perfectly. I was so impressed I had to buy the toaster too.
