The Burg Wächter Elegance post box is manufactured from tough galvanised steel with a secure lock. An outward opening letter flap provides all-round weather protection to keep mail dry, whilst the specially designed narrow post slot provides extra security against post being removed. Mail is retrieved by unlocking the drop front style door. The post box has a stylish embossed design and benefits from a name plate window. Two keys and all fixings are supplied.

Lovely letterbox – matches my front door! The key tends to stick a little (the original snapped in half) but it’s still ok. Easy to install and a year later, it’s still in place and surviving the elements. Great value for money and I would definitely buy again.
Made life so much easier to know the post isn’t getting eaten by the dog.
The ideal thing for us as we have no letterbox it looks tidy against our front door. No dislikes
Looks great, a modern looking postbox. Larger so great for your post. Easy to install. I haven’t had it long but the tip of coating with car wax should help greatly with rusting and keeping it weatherproof. I would recommend. Thank you
I brought this wall mounted post box as my old one was looking quite shabby. The mounted galvanized post box was so easy to hang and it holds a lot more then l thought it would. We have had a lot of heavy rain and high winds lately but l haven’t found any water or bits of dirt or leaves inside like my old one used to collect in bad weather. It also looks very good and comes in a few nice colours.
I wanted a post box that was secure and people couldn’t put hands in. This is great and is large enough for big mail too. Door is a bit wobbly when on, not tightly closed but think it will be secure for its purpose.
Really good quality product both from the build quality and the paint coating. Relatively easy to hang but 2 pairs of hands would have made it easier. Locking mechanism is really good and mail is easy to pop in and get out. Will last for years from looking at it. Highly recommended.
arrived well packed . it is functional and takes large packages .access is easy and locks is secure
Love the colour as it matches my front door perfectly. Easy to fit, only downfall is the opening isn’t big enough, great for any size letters, but small packages are a no no
I’ve said it’s waterproof but yet to have heavy rain as a test. Looks good and is a good size. Small niggle is that to top holes line up with the fixed bar between 2 openings making it a little awkward.
Bought this to stop the dogs going mad when the postman came, was super easy to put up, looks great and is safe and secure. Seems to keep the weather/rain out is on a wall that gets driven rain and no problems so far.
Bought this post box as we have to keep our drive gate locked since our new dog arrived. The box was easy to fit securely and is large enough to fit A4 letters and slim parcels. There are 2 keys. It’s made from good quality galvanised metal and looks like it will cope with the weather while keeping post dry.

I bought this item in replace another mailbox Aqua Optima EPS612 Evolve but I have had a fall and had a head injury and had to go to hospital, but in the meantime the return date expired on the 17th June and very sadly I I’m out of time
Lovely mailbox. Perfect size, great colour, easy to install and arrived very well packaged to avoid damage. Would highly recommend this unobtrusive and yet stylish mailbox.
Easy to put up. Seems weatherproof and durable so far. Large enough for large letters etc. Reasonable price.
Good mailbox and relatively easy to fit, seems waterproof due to the design, but it looks difficult for the postperson to put the post into it without hitting the back of the box
Very pleased with my new postbox. Sturdy, smart looking & weatherproof. Little dearer than some, but you get what you pay for.
We bought this to use at our charity offices. Looks good and seems very well made. Comes with two keys but we easily had three additional keys cut at our local Timpson. The box is installed in the office foyer so I can’t rate the weatherproofing.

As described. Looks good on wall. A little difficult to post larger letters or cardboard products in. Bought to replace a box that opened at the top and made post too accessible to others. This has done the job.
I needed a replacement post box that was harder for people to get their hands in or to lever off the door because my last two my mail had been stolen from, the second one having the door ripped off.
This one you cannot get a hand into the slot and the door is more difficult to lever off. It is probably possible but would take some time.
It seems very robust and fitting didn’t take long. I’ve had it fitted a few months now and all good.
Have not put this product up yet but it certainly looks the part. Gone for the red which is a proper pillar box red.
Nice looking and weatherproof. Used my own fixings rather than those supplied but that’s just me. Very pleased and so is the postman. Our dogs not happy!
