Brilliant camera
I ordered 1 of these a few months ago so I could keep an eye on my home whilst I was at work. I was so happy with it that I purchased another 2 so I could have cctv over my drive and back garden. 1 of the new cameras is brilliant, the other is terrible! It keeps moving by itself and even when I’m trying to move it using the app on my phone, it won’t move so I have to physically move it which isn’t exactly easy as it’s high up on an external wall. Do I recommend them yes, other than the 3rd camera, I’ve had no problems with these! I am hoping it’s just teething problems with the 3rd but if not I will have to replace this which isn’t fair seens as I have used it the same as the others. If anybody who has these cameras can shed any light on what’s happening and how to fix my problem, I’d appreciate it.

Easy installation, good control and able to track movement by both automatic tracking and manual control.
You have 2 options for storage of video, either locally on a Micro SD within the camera or in a cloud application. You can download an app to your phone to view video and receive alarm notifications in real time on your mobile phone. The camera is fitted with both a speaker and a mic so you an easily talk to anyone in camera view via your mobile app.
Very pleased with camera and will soon be fitting one on the rear of the house as well.

Everything I needed to set it up was there, just needed to pop my own memory card in (I’ve put in a 128GB).
Set up was simple, install just required a few screws onto my wall.
Can view on my phone via the app and the HD quality is great.
Great bargain camera for the price but doesn’t hold back on quality.

I’ve 3 out side now. Easy to install and viewing is good quality. I’ve poor internet but they do very well. Nice to check noises without getting up. As a disabled person this helps loads and gives peace of mind

I had my doubts, but installed today and the camera install and setup was reasonable and easy, the quality seems to be really good (first day of use). It’s 360 view, has sound, lights, night vision. So far so good!

Arrived before date stated and were well packaged have not had time to put in place as weather not to good for climbing ladders. Found setting up a very difficult and challenging as tried to set up on tablet which nave had for 3 years and it would not set up had to use the most recent tablet and it set on problems had to use earthnet cable would to use wireless connectio

Camera is very good not good enough to capture details such as number plate but good enough. I had it for a few weeks now I have purchased the 24/7 recording only down fall for this camera is the software of the playback. You can’t fast forward or playback motion only once you purchased the full recording.

Good camera, good quality picture but the up/down motor has failed in less than 3 months
Brilliant Camera, but I’ve had the camera since 20th of September this year, and the motor to move the camera up and down has failed already so can’t put the camera exactly where we need it for security purposes, so it doesn’t do exactly what I need it to do, I would like the manufacturers to contact me to resolve this issue

However, 6 months after purchasing my camera became faulty and I contacted the seller to explain,within a few days a new camera arrived at my door, the seller could not of done any more to resolve my issue and the service and quality of customer service, communication was simply outstanding.

Great outdoor camera
Brilliant fair priced outdoor camera. Picture quality is good not the best but you must take price into consideration. Very easy to use and connected to my home network with no problems. It was a great floodlight function and built in mic and speaker too. Would defo recommend. The first camera developed a fault but a replacement was quickly provided. Would recommend both camera and seller.

Amazing product the only down fall its advertised as an outdoor camera but it has a plug and says on it indoor camera so this needs to be changed but u I put mine outside on the front as I have a cover over my door. The camera quality is great and has tracking so follows the person leaving your property or knocking on your door also has an alarm and can see everything so clearly in day or night mode i have to put the cables through my door and plugged into an extensio

You do everything by your app, moving the camera, speaking outside and even setting your own alarm to warn people to move from your home. Absolutely brilliant. Will be purchasing more.

So easy to setup and a fraction of the price of my Hikvision cameras. Simple 12v supply means installation is so easy. I just put the wire through the window and locked it shut (see photos) then using a glue gun just glued the cable to the frame. You need an additional power cable available on Amazon. I paid 9.99 for 2 in white (5 or 5.5mm I think) motion detection is spot on as well. I like that you can turn alerts on and off from the app which is useful when you go out. Great for the price. Set up within 5 mins using the manual and my phone. Connects to Alexa show easily with the instructions detailed on the software. Again a 5 min job. The ir vision is pretty good and covers my property but not much further. I switched the led lights off as the colour image at night wasn’t as good as the ir and alerts people to its presence. It’s not perfect but it’s also really cheap for the functions it has and works great for domestic cctv.

Good daytime/nightime picture, motion detection is either too sensitive or not sensitive enough on settings, but OK when its a very still day. Can’t seem to get warning light to come on when motion alert, but very good for a cheap camera.

Well after reading reviews for days on end I thought I would give it a try. When it arrived I was happy with the look and feel but I was struggling to connect to my wifi. After third attempt I was ready to throw it out the window, but I tried again and it connected.
I’m very happy with the picture quality and it alot better than my old CCTV which was double the price. It has however taken me 24hrs to learn how to use the app and features. ( this could b because in thick when it comes to this stuff. )

Saying that it was probably more my ignorance than the fault of the camera. When I did get it to work via Ethernet cable work well

In the instructions there is a simple QR code that takes you to the the app store native to your phone, download it and create an account. (All mentioned in instructions). I’ve placed my camera out the font of my house which i haven’t shown for security reasons. The Pan and tilt feature on the camera enables me to see the whole of my drive and garden with ease. Motion sensor works well at the range i want it to so it doesn’t pick up the road. night vision is also particularly good when you want the light to not come on and record in the dark otherwise the flood light feature is very bright and will deter any unwanted visitors.
I purchased the cloud storage through the app to store the video however there is a option to insert a SD card into the top of the camera if you choose to use it.
Overall build quality and look is fantastic, looks really professional as you can see from the photos and other peoples photos.
