Been using these for a couple of months now and very pleased. Easy to set up your choice of four-digit code and the locks appear to be very robust and well made. Unlike previously used combo locks, none of wheels suffer from sticking or being difficult to read.
Appear solid enough & combination is easy to set & also to dial in accurately with clear digits.
Shackle seems to be made of strong material & would take some cutting through, obviously can’t comment on strength of body or locking mechanism without trying to break one.
Reasonable weight, not too lightweight but not too heavy either should you need these for transporting around in any way, such as on a case or bag etc.
Purchased to lock away lower priced items in a cabinet & storage box, more to make theft difficult, slower, & noisier if it was to happen, but wouldn’t rely on these for securing higher value or dangerous items, would pay more for guaranteed strength, but these’ll do what they’re intended for.
I thought a bargain. I have attached them to an outside shed and so far all is well. The numbers move around smoothly, the padlock is just the right size for an outside shed and very solid. I’m very pleased with them and look forward to seeing how they survive the winter. According to other reviews, they should be fine.
I changed the code of all three locks to the same combination, they all worked well for a few times and two still do. One of the locks appears to have changed it’s own combination as it won’t now open with the set combination. It appears I’ve only two options, scroll through 10,000 combinations in the hope that one will still open it and then reset the code once again and hope it doesn’t happen again or cut it off and throw it away.
It is a little frustrating because I don’t have bolt cutters and my time is worth more than to spend hours on end attempting up to 10,000 combinations…
So easy to use and simply the best padlock for the purpose I had bought it for. The price was great for the three padlocks and I still have two spare padlocks to use. Great padlock !!
These are great as the numbers are really clear.
I give them a spray with wd40 once a year like I do with all my padlocks.
I currently have 6 of these in use at the stables, for gates and store and tack room.
I highly recommend them
Bought for the kids to use at school and myself for the gym, easy to use and good value. No they’re probably not the most secure things in the world but enough of a deterrent in these situations
Good value combination padlocks. I use for my gym locker where I don’t expect to need to use a top security padlock.
I wouldn’t say these are the most secure padlocks and would hesitate to use outside. But for my purpose they are excellent and provide very good value (especially as I am prone to losing padlocks from my gym bag).
Excellent value for money. I’ve now reordered more. One on the padlocks is now showing signs of weathering but since it has been used for a garden shed for over 6 years I’m not really surprised. The rest of the padlock.also used outdoors are still perfect. Very pleased with this purchase.
Nice padlocks that do the job but annoying thing is the dial number line up on the edge so you have to twist the lock to see them when locked on your locker, so bit fiddly to see what you are doing. I prefer them on the side so you can see what number you are rotating to easier.
Ideal for keeping things closed, such as a gate or log store door (something with little to no value). Definitely not heavy duty, wouldn’t use on anything expensive.
Was ok padlock did the job but winter weather snow and rain it doesn’t fair well rust appears so better to spray it with WD40 or something to try to protect it from damp weather and rust and it jamming
It can be quite a big job having to carry keys for lockers, and then keys can also be easily lost. I came across these and decided to purchase so i could use in the gym they are easy to set up and once set they are easy to use and i find it better then carrying keys around.
I use three of these padlocks outdoors on various small stores than contain nothing of real value. They will certainly deter and/or delay a casual thief and are probably more difficult to break than the hinges on the store doors. The padlocks work well and being combination locks, are extremely convenient. The build quality and operation is good but not great – that said, in my opinion they are good value.
There are some minor rust spots showing but these do not impact operability and I do not believe they will become a major problem.
Overall, I would recommend these locks but just consider what they are being used to protect and take note of the suggested uses in the product description.
Used initially for Christmas treasure hunt for kids , where they had to find numbers from clues.. Now used on gates at house , and because I can change combination with ease , they will be used for more treasure hunts for kids .
These are good, not so weatherproof i wouldnt say though when left in the rain by accident they didnt want to participate until they were much drie

Easy to set up and install, unsure if they’re waterproof as have just bought them.
I found this item quite useful as it eliminates the need for keys as I myself tend to loose my keys a lot so I switched to a numerical pattern lock.
Its overall great but the only flaw I had was when I thought the lock was locked and when I came back it was open, The issue was that the U shape metal doesnt have an indication that is fully in or in a position that it can be locked so it probably slid when I locked it that time
Numbers started rotating when moving the lever making it impossible to set to the combination. This happened after the first use with one of the locks. Managed to reset to make it working again but felt it is too flimsy.

Superb quality locks….. It’s a no-brainer for the price. They’re not too small….. So beware if you’re looking for small size locks. Excellent value for money…. No doubt. Highly commended.

This is the second lot I’ve bought! Really sturdy and easy to use .
Only bad point is they go a bit rusty but happy with purchase.
You must follow the set-up instructions very carefully as if you make a mistake you cannot ‘reset to factory’. You then either have to go through all the possible combinations to find the release code you’ve accidentally set, (possible but time-consuming) or buy another. But once you’ve mastered that (and the instructions are clear) it works well.

Ive tried a few different types of lock and have to use bolts to cut them off after one winter, but these have survived the winter well, easy to use and dont seize up as quickly as others when used outside

Good strong padlock, that’s simple to open and lock. Value for money.
Bit of a tricky one.
First thing is first – far from “heavy duty” locks. Yes, they are fairly robust and have a fair bit of mass to them but they rattle a bit and would probably not fare to well to a hammer to havksaw if someone tried.
On the positive side. Very easy to set, very easy to read even in low light. I have 9 of these on various sheds and storages and although they are far from a 50 Master lock, I still feel confident enough that they will at least act as a deterrant.
Also, I have 6 of these outside and have had them there for around 7 months now and still run perfectly, not even a hint of damage.

I purchased these to use at the gym (Nuffield) it fits their lockers perfectly. So ideal for what I need it for 5 stars.
If you are looking to use it to lock up something valuable say a bike or something in a high crime area, this is not for you. A steady hammer blow (not a kick) will break the lock easy.
Setting the combination is very easy.
ot sure how long they will last outside exposed to the rain so only 3 stars however for low security applications a cost effective solution.
So far no problems with these locks. The instructions are easy to follow so setting your prefered numbers is simple. They open as soon as the right combo is reached. To close just line it up and change the numbers. Don’t know if they would stand up to bolt cutters but as they stand they’re a reasonable deterent.
A useful combination lock at a good price. The combination is easy to set or reset if required. It is a nicely finished item that would be equally suitable for securing tool boxes, storage cupboards to school lockers. In my case, for securing a ladder on a ladder storage bracket.
This has proven to be a sturdy set of locks. The photo is intended to show scale. It was easy to set a 4-digit code for the lock. While no-one would select this to protect Fort Knox, it will work well to secure a lock-up store in a shared facility. Recommended.

It is easy to use and is very robust and I don’t think it’s easy to break in. We wanted to put a new lock to the garage and this is perfect fit .

Bought this thinking of luggage locks but when it arrived was very big and heavy, i thought of returning it but found them very good and useful so kept this for garden and other stuff..
These are great value and with a combination I don’t have to bother to lose the keys anymore – none to be lost (well, that’s one unintentional hobby less for me). They look great and I sprayed them with WD40 to try to stave off the inevitable winter rust! So lets see how they go. But seem fine and certainly looki the part.

Good delivery and surprisingly good quality for the cost. A little loose on the lock mechanism but still feel sturdy. Easy to set up with code and have worked fine on the shed in all weathers since I bought them. The set of three is a snip until my Oldest son decided he could use one, good sign eh.

I bought this padlock to prevent my window cleaners from using a particular gate. For this purpose it is absolutely fine, hence the 5 star review. It would be fine for a gym locker or use of that kind.
They could realistically be cut in no time so if it’s real security you want, maybe buy something sturdier.

I was fed up of my ever expanding key ring. So I changed all the locks on my house to fit one key and then uses these locks for my storage sheds and gates…. No more keys!

The combination was very easy to change and it has been outside in a lot of rain and heat and no sign of any part rusting
These locks have been in place for a while now and they are still going well. One is a little scuffed from dropping it on concrete but its not too noticeable. I like the colour and the operation.
These are nice sized padlocks and very easy to set and very easy to read.
Its sturdy design feels great keeping your belongings safe.
Also has easy step of instructions to change the 4 number combination to any desired numbers i like.
I’ve used them on my back garden gate, travel bags and also on my bike chain to keep them safe.
Number code is great as I always forget where I put my keys.
Just got these locks for sheds look good work well easy to setup feels strong.
Cant comment on weatherproofness however these have been good strong locks that are easy to set up and use.
Not a bad lock to be honest for the price, strong enough but wouldn’t really lock up anything of great value a good deterrent though
