Excellent cleane
I had a mixture of silver and gold jewellery somewhere with precious and semi precious stones all in need of a serious clean. There is a useful basket in the jar so no fishing around for stray earrings. The cleaner comes with a cloth which further cleans and protects the jewellery and the other side polishes. All my jewellery is now sparkling clean. Excellent product. I would recommend
Effective
This stuff just works, I’ve used this stuff on cleaning platinum Tanzanite rings, Gold, Silver, even a quick dip cleans opal too. 10/10, leaves a brilliant shine on gem stones and precious metals.
Like magic
I had some gold PLATED jewellery that began to tarnish recently and turn bronze. I bought this with very little hope as I assumed the coat was just coming off and it was impossible to fix. To my absolute surprise the rubbing cloth completely restored the jewellery. All the tarnish and bronzing was gone and it was fully gold again! This is an incredible product. I haven’t needed to use the solution but the cloth is absolutely amazing (its coated in metals so not an ordinary cloth). I now regret throwing away tarnished gold plated jewellery in the past. I’m sure this could have helped.

This is my first to make my review here. This product really works as my Pandora has back life. I don’t used my Pandora for many years because of discolouration and so decided to try this and wallah! My Pandora is shine again.
Removes tarnish from 9ct gold
Worked perfectly! I have 2 9ct yellow gold rings that haven’t been worn in a couple of years. In that time they have got quite heavily stained with dark tarnish. I tried using dish soap and a soft brush but didn’t work. With this I think the cleaning solution works to get rid of any grubbiness .. but it is the white polishing cloth that actually removes tarnish. Really happy with it! Would definitely recommend and would gladly buy again if needed.
Blinded by the light!
I have used an ultrasonic jewellery cleaner for years, but when I had to recently have my jewellery revalued and they cleaned my jewellery properly I realised it was definitely past its sell by date. The ultrasonic machine cleaned the jewellery but didn’t make it sparkle. This jewellery cleaner definitely does! In fact, it’s totally amazing. I didn’t have all of my jewellery re-valued so I have cleaned the jewellery that wasn’t cleaned by the jeweller and I honestly cannot tell the difference between a professional clean and cleaning my jewellery myself with Conoisseurs. I wasn’t sure which cleaner in the range to use and Tom from Connoisseurs was extremely helpful on which one(s) I should use for difference types of gems, i.e. hard or soft gems. It’s really simple to use and I cannot recommend this product enough.
Some of my gold and silver jewellery had a black or copper like tarnish over them. I had tried using baking soda at home, but it didn’t really work, so I did my research and found this, and it’s excellent! The black/copper tarnish has gone, and I have my jewellery looking like new again! It was amazing the amount of black residue that was left on the cloth afterwards! I have added Before and After photos, although they don’t do it justice really as it was hard to pick up on camera, but you can see the black tarnish is gone in the 2nd photo. It’s so good, I’m now going to buy the separate cleaning cloths too. Very happy customer 🙂
Easy to Use
The product was very easy to use although it did not make much impression on my gold wedding ring it did give a shine to my diamond and gold engagement ring.

Great jewellery cleaner.
Got this to use with my wedding rings and it worked perfect. Brush could be a bit fuller as it was hard to clean in the little spaces but overall cleaned then lovely.

Very simple to use and the gemstones come up beautifully clean and sparkly. Handy little brush supplied which allows you to get into small crevices for cleaning. However most of the dirt comes off by just letting the item steep in the baske

The Bes
This stuff works like magic with a 60 second dip. I cleaned my jewellery with a sonic cleaner with recommended cleaning product. It had a 50% effect and almost discoloured some items. I put the same items into Connoisseurs cleaner and everything came our sparkling and shiny. The polish cloth is very effective too. Would recommend this one over other dips i had used in the past.

I was pleased to find the drip tray and the brush in the jar-thought they were missing. My mother’s engagement ring and my husband’s gold signet ring both look brand new. I’m looking forward to cleaning my other jewellery

Very good cleaning on my diamonds 2 rings weren’t cleaned for a long time apart from washing my hands with soap and rings very full until I used this cleaning liquid under 30 sec cleaned diamonds very good results.

Removes hand gel and soap residue
Due to constantly washing hands with soap and hand gel I was finding my rings were dull and the hand gel was sticking to the diamonds. I was looking for a cleaner that would remove the dirt and would be safe for my rings. I am very impressed with this product! Due to the build up I had to dip the rings into the basket several times and scrub but this is the end result which I am delighted with. My diamonds have also been left very sparkly!

Amazing results after first use
I bought the cleaner for my engagement ring as the platinum had lost it’s shine as platinum does. There was a small improvement to the band after putting the ring in the solution and using the brush.
The diamond was a really impressive change – it’s come out really sparkly and bright which was such a pleasant surprise. I can’t help but stare at it again! Really pleased and looking forward to using on other jewellery.

Dipped my bracelet then cleaned with cloth, repeated this twice then polished with cloth and the result is amazing. I initially didn’t hold out much hope as my bracelet looked like it was beyond help.

Due to all the hand sanitiser I’ve been using after a while my rings were getting a odd colour . I bought this product think it might help but .. as you can see from this photo it’s has worked a lot ..
I left my rings inside the container longer then it is written but that only because of the build up damage I did .

So simple, you pop your ring or what ever into the dip tray, leave it, pull it back out, scrub and rinse under water.
I noticed a lot of grime and yuck coming off when I used the buff and shine cloth.. that too me was the best product.
I used this on my platinum gold, with diamond ring. It did bring it back up beautifully..
I followed this purchase with the diamond pen they have .. that worked amazing !! I like to test a range of things when I am buying haha
