Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWhen I purchased the crock pot multcooker I was a bit apprehensive as to how quick the pressure cooker would really cook the food without it losing taste. I’ve cooked a chicken in 25 mins and I’ve also cooked a gammon in it and the never lost the taste. I’ve cooked stew in it. For a meal the would take up most of my day the pressure cooker does it in 25 mins and has the keep warm setting. So you can put it on and go out and when you get home it’s still warm. I love it. I’ve used the rice pot function, the rice comes out perfect. Can’t wait to use it more. Really pleased I went for this model.

Perfect for cooking rice and steaming dim sum . Made great chocolate pudding as well as the usual slow cooking and pressure cooking. Found it great on saute to brown, fry and make gravy before cooking. Also keeos food warm until required. Made life a lot easier. P.s. not paid for this review!!

This product was recommended by a friend and I am delighted with it.
The instructions are easy to follow and the end results are delicious.
I did need to buy a recipe book as the one included only has a few recipes.

This is lovely and fairly easy to use but it would be even better if there was an English cook book to accompany it. You only get a small paper recipe book which is ok but not nearly enough to co justice to the cooke

I love it. Wish I had bought it a lot sooner for those late nights returning from work and you don’t fancy whats in the freezer (I batch cook). There’s loads of recipes online and take no effort at all. So easy to clean.

With a little practice I will hopefully get the beef spot on for my steak pies.

    Great product.
Have to master the rice cooking in this a bit. Not as same as the rice cooker
Delay timer is only 4 hours
Can’t steam while cooking something as there’s no steaming basket. I’d say it’s less economical in that way

I love this so much- have made everything from stew, to chilli, to spare ribs, and even pulled venison. Very easy to use. Only issue is the lid can be a bit of a faff to clean – you have to just wipe it down and if you’ve been cooking something with a strong smell or flavour, it can linger. But otherwise, it’s fab!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI’m in love in this device however I’m still a bit scared to use it… I did a lot of research on which brand to chose and I got crock pot and I’m happy with it. Initially I used it as slow cooker and yogurt maker and it was great (both doesn’t require pressure). First thing I tried to cook under pressure was porridge and since then I’m in love… porridge was just amazing.
    Quick review of the functions:
    – yogurt function works well, same outcome like in yogurt maker
    – Slow cooker outcomes are slightly different, I still prefer ceramic pot for slow cooking, somehow taste of the food is different (or maybe this is just perception)
    – Pressure cooking works well for beans dishes (it cooks AMAZING DHAL!!), porridge, soups, for meats is ok but I prefer taste of slow cooked ones
    – browning function is not in use (seems too much hassle for me)

Overall – great device for the price!!

Great as yogurt maker, slow cooker and pressure cooke

I received this product only a few days ago but I already love it. I made mushroom risotto and it was very easy to make, user instructions are clear and the end product was delicious.
I have also a crockpot slow cooker but I am thinking that this will replace it because it has both functions.
It is a bit bulky because of the high pressure lid but found a great spot in my cupboard, so it would fit any standard kitchen.
I see myself using this regularly.

Golden Review Award: 65 From Our UsersI waited well over a year to write a review so I had time to use my crockpot and test it’s limits.
Well, let me tell you this, first: this has become an essential in my kitchen! I use it several times a week and so far, it looks like it’s going to last forever! There are so many safety system that they don’t even mention that it’s near impossible to break it. Soon as it heats up too much, it will stop and sound the alert. So no explosion or other unsavoury thing that can come with pressure cooking. The delay button and the keep warm function are fantastic tools for working parents. Pop the ingredients in, put the delay, enter the cooking program, and it will do its magic while you’re away. And when you come home with hungry kids, a hot, freshly cooked meal is waiting for you. Lifesaver doesn’t begin to qualify it!
The other Thing I love about it is that my food will NEVER burn (unless I set myself up for that, I.e: not enough water for rice). I love that I can put let’s say lentils to cook, and not have to worry about it until it’s done. No watching, no stirring, no fiddling with the heat… meanwhile I can bathe the kid, spend quality time with them, read a book, watch an episode of Friends, etc…
when you buy such equipment, one of the worries is that once the novelty effect wears off, it will be just one more big gadget wasting space in your cupboards. Well, fear not! That is not going to happen!
That said, I need to go and make some porridge for the family… in my crockpot. And then I’ll get the soup started for tonight… in my crockpot! And tonight I’ll get some overnight slow cooked rice porridge… IN MY CROCKPOT!!
So, if you haven’t gotten the hint, I love my Crockpot and I think every family in the Kingdom should have one. Heck! Get them on NHS! (This or any other similar item of other brands. I truly believe they all work the same)

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersBought this as a Christmas present for my wife as she makes various curries/stews for her weekday lunches, but it’s become employed for much much more. Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersMade split pea soup the other day. Sauted the onion, garlic, carrots and ham in the pot, added the dried split peas and stock. Sealed the pot, set the pressure to high for thirty min. At the end of the cooking turned the valve to release the pressure quickly which pulverises the split peas a little bit, giving us that split pea soup consistency we love and need. Total cooking time from starting to chop the veg til perfectly cooked soup was 45 minutes. This Crock Pot pressure cooker is amazing.

Sticky ribs, I was the image of homer Simpson drooling and it has a 5 litre capacity so hells yeah meal prep is easy. You could fry a breakfast in this and still have plenty of room to heat up some baked beans. It comes with a cook book, but I’ve looked online for recipes too. This is a god send when I can’t be arsed using the cooker and cleaning the damn spatter from the pots and pans after. Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersI’ve used a pressure cooker for years and am a big advocate so I’d been eyeing up an electric one for a while but wondered if I could justify the expense. (I have a lot of kitchen gadgets so it’s always a point of amusement with the rest of the family when I want another). It dropped in price a bit for Black Friday and I pounced.
I shouldn’t have hesitated as long as I did. This is a magic bit of kit – the ability to set it and ignore it until it beeps – or longer is fab. We’ve had pulled pork, soups, dhals, hard boiled eggs (I know you didn’t think you needed help with these but trust me, you do), lemon curd, yoghurt, beef short ribs, beef daube, broths – I’m a woman possessed. It’s made my Christmas a ****ton easier and frankly, I’m in love. If you’re a busy foodie, this is your best pal.

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersI have used it for quite a while before I write this review. It is a good product. Original I watched similar products on the TV. I bought this because of the good comments from other buyers. In my view, it is a good product, easy to use and easy to clean. I can use it to cook many things. But one important thing is that it uses water to create pressure, which means that it can only be used to cook food with water. If you use it to brown a chicken, you still need to later add water to cook it. Don’t expect any crispy chicken skin. Despite of this, I recommend it as it is quick and you can use it to cook a variety of food.

Highly recommended

Golden Review Award: 46 From Our UsersHad my pot for 2 months and have been delighted with it.

The pressure cooker is all what I thought it would be – breaks meat up into tender morsels.

It saves time as you can do everything in one go – saut veg or meat (gets really hot), add the ingredients and then pressure cook. You can then go leave it to cook which is where the time saving comes in. You can then nip out or do something for the time and it will have it perfectly ready.

The only gripe I have is when a recipe needs a natural release of 10 mins but I’ve cut this down when needed and it’s fine.

The recipe book that comes with it is rather basic and quite disappointing but I found an Instant Pot recipe book that works perfectly. (See my other reviews)
Off to try chicken noodle soup in 20 mins!

Golden Review Award: 96 From Our UsersI was tired of buying tinned beans or alternatively cooking them myself for ages so I decided to treat myself to the Crock-Pot express and we haven’t stopped using it. The time to cook beans is down 75% and the mess is minimal compared to how often they boil over on the cooker.

Curious of how versatile the Crock-Pot really is, we have made various Indian curries, beans, lentils, soups and have discovered that it’s an absolutely must-have item.

It’s a bit bulky to put away and store, so instead we have cleared room for it on the kitchen counter so it’s conveniently located and in use at least 2-3 times a week. It cuts down cooking time, the braise function turns many recipes into one-pot recipes and cooking on busy days has never been easier. It has a slow cooking function as well so our old slow cooker.

I made broth the other day, filled the pot with left-over bones from the freezer, added water and let it boil under pressure for a couple of hours – without having to check on it even once! The result was fantastic and I was very pleased not having to watch over a big pot on the cooker for 6-8 hours!

I warmly recommend this item and encourage you to experiment with this incredibly versatile pressure cooker that is so much more than just a pressure cooker.

Bought as a Christmas present last December-had many months of use and has become an important part of the kitchen.
A good product at a great price.

It has lots of pre set programs as well as a manual settings. This little gem enables me to whip up home cooked meal in about an hour every day despite me juggling full time work, studying for a degree and rising two school children.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersExtremely versatile but requires practice for getting the timings/settings right for your favourite dishes. Like most electronic aids, it can be downright puzzling when things don’t operate as expected but still a piece of kit I would hate to do without. Persevere!

Golden Review Award: 80 From Our UsersThe best thing about this is that after it cooks to the setting it immediately goes to a ‘keep warm’ setting for up to 4 hours. And it does Mac Cheese without the need to make a sauce! Love it!! – One of my best puchases for 2018

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI love this Crock Pot, my slow cooker needed replacing and I decided on one of these, I am so glad I did, it does everything, I have always used a pressure cooker and anyone who is worried about using one, this item is for you. You have to add heating up time to whatever your cooking but a full sized chicken in about 40 minutes is brilliant, needs a little bit of trial and error but an excellent piece of kit.

Golden Review Award: 139 From Our UsersThere are several variants online with similar functions (and many cheaper). We chose Crock-Pot as we wanted a known brand keeping in mind reliability needs with a pressure cooker. We were amazed with how versatile and easy it is cooking things like stews, soups and steaming rice in a fraction of time and with great results.
The manual is helpful with a few recipe options to get you started. (more online) The quality of the product is flawless. It looks great on the counter top as well. An appliance that will be used almost on daily basis – highly recommend it.
*To Note* – The cord is not super long. Make sure you have a place dedicated for it close to an electric outle

Fantastic buy. Made mince and potato curry after saute then pressure cook. Most tastiest dish cooked ever. No smell in kitchen as before. Clear instructions. Only need is to take care to remove seal for first clean and steam release. Have to use finger tips to push prize it out instead of pulling it out. Rest is common sense. Highly recommend it, supplier and Amazon for next day delivery.

Golden Review Award: 33 From Our UsersSo far I used it for three times, twice to cook ribs and once for soup, very simple steps to click the button and it worked very well! The cooker itself is a bit heavy, but easy to just take out the pot and clean. Generally I like it. I wish there are more recipes available with this cooker.

Golden Review Award: 95 From Our UsersGreat item, but read about using the release steam. Do it at a distance using a wooden spoon , or the spoon the came with the cooker.
Place cooker away from electric plugs. As when you release the steam valve it might cause problems if there is an electric socket above the cooker!!!!!!!!!!!
    Easy to clea

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersLove this cooker. Slow cook, pressure cook, fry, steam, it the dogs danglies!! And you can set it on timer so it does it while you’re out. One pot cooking at its best. A little bit expensive but you get what you pay for. Not disappointed at all. I would use this every day.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersExtremely versatile piece of kitchen equipment.
I wish I had traded in my stove top Pressure Cooker for one of these years ago. It is very easy and intuitive to use. And the front Control Panel is a doddle. Very pleased with my purchase.
Amazon were also very good with this order.
The first one of these I received had a small but deep scratch in the bottom of the Non Stick Inner Pot. I reported this to Amazon and had a complete replacement cooker in place two days later. No fuss, no hassle, just good old fashioned Customer Service.
This is one of the reasons I do a lot of shopping with Amazon.
