I have only been using it for about 3 days and you know you people of a certain age that your eye lids become like hoods over your eyes and I must say they are opened up a bit more, I will be patient and follow the guide lines and I use it twice a day, I started on a low frequency ( (# 1 and. 2) and slowly you turn it up to the what you can tolerate, I also found if you don’t keep lifting the wand on and off the skin and you won’t get the tingly feeling each time. I feel like my face and neck have had a workout but in a nice way. I think the only thing that I was disappointed with was that the illustration on the box was that it was on a stand, there was no stand in the box
Product very good, but not for me, did not like the sensation on my skin, but don’t let that put you off as that may not bother another person.
Just ordered my second (my husband bought it for me) and on me, man it works. I got compliments. People saying I didn’t look my age. I’ll keep ordering them. Only con if I could replace the bulb instead if buying a new one.
When you hear the noise first connect with your skin you think it’s going to hurt or be burning but it’s not, I did try it on back of hand so as I knew what to expect… Always use with a cream it comes with or similar for better contact with the skin..
Lovely product but at that price would have been better in a case
I was given one of these as a present. I have been using religiously during lockdown and probably do it for an hour a day as I have the time. This is the only device I’ve ever used that works. My eyes bags and cheeks are lifted, my face looks more defined, my jowls are going and I can see my jawline for the first time in years. Miracle device. Give it time and patience. It works. I use this with a light therapy mask afterwards. Look five years younger after a good few weeks
I love my derma wand don’t think it will get rid of wrinkles, but keeps skin looking healthy

Personal use, pinky had the product for a couple of days so too early to give an accurate review, but if s shick in first use as it feels like electrical charges but soon got used to that, so far so good

I am less convinced by the claims of lifting and wrinkle reduction. I have one wrinkle, and have been targeting it with this device for several weeks now, and can’t see any difference. I don’t notice any difference in fine lines or skin firmness either. I think the pictures on their website have to be photoshopped, because if they were real, no one would get plastic surgery anymore.
However, the effect is does have is wonderful, and more than worth the purchase price.
I use it with plenty of collagen gel, and I can’t feel much of anything during the process as long as there is enough gel (it zaps a bit otherwise!) – but my face glows red for about 15 minutes after use, so it must be doing something! I think the circulation boost must be good for the skin. I use it on the highest setting.
One annoying thing: there is no “off” button. The best you can do is set it to a low setting. So, unless you have a switch at the wall, you have to unplug the thing to turn it off.
I do like this product my skin looks healthy after use.
My skin is so clear with a single line or wrinkle. A few people has comment on how good my skin is, flawless.
My 18 year son uses it and it clears any spot or pimples.

I would also caution anyone that not everyone has the same skin (mine is in very good condition, so it a perfect platform for this product).
The product itself looks cheap; it’s certainly not going to win any awards for its aesthetic appearance. The smell it emits is not very pleasant. These are my only criticisms.
I received my Derma Wand the day before yesterday. It arrived quickly and was packaged well.
I have used it as described (by running it around my face in a circular motion after putting on moisteriser). I have not used the “spa treatments” for problem areas as described in the manual. These are effectively more localised use of the product.
I am currently using the new Elemis Pro-Collagen Super System. I am mentioning this as it is an intensive moisterising system that you use for 30 days, which claims to have a dramatic effect after using it for 14 days and yes I am now on Day 14. I want you to understand therefore that my results cannot alone by attributed to the Derma Wand. However, since using the Elemis system I haven’t noticed a change at all other than my skin feeling very soft. Having used the Derma Wand for two days, I can honestly say that I can tell a difference in my pore size, and I noticed this the morning after my very first use! Today, when I got out of bed and looked in the mirror I had to take a second look because my skin looked dramatically younger; incredibly fresh! I saw the 25 year old me looking back at me (and I’m 45)!!
I didn’t believe the reviews of this product. I had researched it and I read that Ofcom had had an issue with their advertising, so I was right to be cautious. But, in my humble opinion, I believe that this product is exceptional and can have a dramatic impact on your skin. I would highly recommend it!
UPDATE: I have now turned 46, and felt that I should update this review. I regularly go for Elemis facials in which they provide a print-out of the analysis of my skin. The beauticians have been perplexed at my results, as I appear to have improved every element of my skin quite dramatically. “Whatever it is that you’re doing, keep doing it, as it’s working.” (This was said to me by two different beauticians on two different occasions.) The Dermawand appears to have turned me into Benjamin Button! I have had monthly facials since I purchased this product and each month I have seen a dramatic reduction in the areas of my skin that they analyse. I have just seen on an online Blog a young journalist who is 29 and was fearful of turning “the Big 3 0” this year and so she had her skin analysed at the Elemis counter. I was amazed to see that we had the same amount of wrinkles, (17) but the blemishes/red areas/brown spots etc etc., were far, far fewer on my skin (to about 50% fewer) than on hers. I am amazed that such a cheap looking product, is so effective, but it really is.
I am 37 and my concerns were: lines on my forehead, lines under my eyes when I smile or am tired and cystic hormonal acne.
I have used the Derma Wand once daily with either my usual serum or a very inexpensive collagen/vit c gel (also found on Amazon). And the results have been beyond my hopes:
– LINES & WRINKLES : the smile lines that used to grow longer and longer under my eyes every year when I smile have shrunk drastically to almost nothing, the lion s frown between my brows is now barely visible, same thing for my forehead.
PS. I have even started to treat my elbows for the last 10 days or so with Derma Wand at full setting and I have also noticed a diminution of my wrinkles there.
– ACNE : I targeted spots with the Derma Wand, they did not develop any further and were gone after a day or two. No more uncontrolled, painful, inflamed outbreak !
Using the Derma Wand also gives you “the glow”, this nice, fresh complexion you normally ever get after a facial.
The Derma Wand also only takes a couple of minutes for the whole face, so it s very quick and therefore easy to integrate into your routine (it s a very important point for me, I don t have lots of time)
The only critic I could make is that the machine itself is not of very high quality. But considering the very low price, it s understandable. I ll replace it when needed, it is worth the repeat purchase.
The Derma Wand only costs the price of 2 or 3 facials at an aesthetician and delivers a lot more.
If I had to treat my skin issues with cosmetic medicine, I would have to do Botox on my forehead, between my brows Botox and/or filler under my eyes, fillers in my elbow, … and I would still have acne outbreaks, it would cost me a fortune, I would have my body full of chemicals and I would look like a plastic freak.
And my Derma Wand is an awesome solution for all that, does not take care time or money and it works all in one!

If used correctly this is a truly amazing product! My friends comment on the appearance of my skin & most have purchased Dermawand on my recommendation. I shall be turning 60 in 2 weeks but my skin has the appearance of a 40 ur old. My lines are almost diminished & my eye lids are no longer wrinkled. Skin care products are absorbed better & makeup application easie
I have received it this week after 2-3 days waiting so delivery time is really good. It is too early to write about effects. It is easy to use, hope results wil be seen in 4 – 5 weeks and then I will add a liitle more to todays review.
Both my wife and I use it, I am 68 and use it on my face and neck, max settings, its quite aggressive but you do get used to it.
My wife cant use it set that high and she is not so convinced as I am that it works as well as I think it does. But I can tell when she has sued it as her face appears brighter somehow, difficult to describe, just healthier.
I have to say that my on neck and around my eyes, there has been significant tightening of the skin and smoothing out of wrinkles.
I shall continue to use it. I makes your face feel fresh and alive after using it. I would think it would be good to use just before going out.

I am now on my 3rd Dermawand, but first purchase with Amazon. Not only was it quickly sent, but perfect condition and that was for starters!
Over the years, I have noticed the changes in my face and it’s kept working that magic! I spend over 15 mins per section of the face as my tollerance levels are quite high, but you can choose your speed required. It’s light to hold and lasts a long time. Very reliable and easy to use compared to similar machines on the market. It really says what it does!
I use anti-wrinkle creams on my face and without ‘Dermawand’, the results would be poor and a waste of money. This device gives a great non-surgical effect and when you use your anti-ageing creams, the results will remain longer with a smooth youthful finish. I will also add, if you are over 35years, this would be an ideal to start. Smokers will love this device! Just remember to use a very low setting when doing around your eye area.
Well, it’s down to you to try and buy, you wont look back, I’ve never have or will do so long as I can keep buying them for the future days ahead. Amazon is a great place to start.
