I have only been using it for about 3 days and you know you people of a certain age that your eye lids become like hoods over your eyes and I must say they are opened up a bit more, I will be patient and follow the guide lines and I use it twice a day, I started on a low frequency ( (# 1 and. 2) and slowly you turn it up to the what you can tolerate, I also found if you don’t keep lifting the wand on and off the skin and you won’t get the tingly feeling each time. I feel like my face and neck have had a workout but in a nice way. I think the only thing that I was disappointed with was that the illustration on the box was that it was on a stand, there was no stand in the box

When you hear the noise first connect with your skin you think it’s going to hurt or be burning but it’s not, I did try it on back of hand so as I knew what to expect… Always use with a cream it comes with or similar for better contact with the skin..

I was given one of these as a present. I have been using religiously during lockdown and probably do it for an hour a day as I have the time. This is the only device I’ve ever used that works. My eyes bags and cheeks are lifted, my face looks more defined, my jowls are going and I can see my jawline for the first time in years. Miracle device. Give it time and patience. It works. I use this with a light therapy mask afterwards. Look five years younger after a good few weeks

This simply designed device is easy to use, with no complications. It left my skin glowing pink and supple. I used Pre-face which accompanied the product, and moisturizer, After treatments my skin feels like satin. After using it for 3 days I could see some improvement. I will definitely keep using it. I wanted to use this for a couple of months before I gave it a review, having done that now I can honestly say I’m very impressed. Took me a little while to get used to how I liked to use it. Watch lots of different YouTube videos to find out how to use it for what was my problem areas. I’m glad I started using this when the weather was wet and cold and didn’t really want to go to much as after thr first week use my skin broke out with some large painful spots and took a good few weeks to clear up. I knew this was because of all the stimulation from the dermawand so just continued using it daily. Now I still get small spots every now and then but nothing that’s too bad. My complexion is on the whole glowing. I have seen a big improvement around the eye area, I had hooded eyelids that made me look tired all the time. There is a huge improvement here, not yet to where I want them but definitely can see with continued use I’ll get the results I’m after. My under eye lines are much softer and less noticeable now. It’s definitely tightened the under chin area and gave a much tighter jaw line. I have very sensitive skin so haven’t used the cream that came with the wand but do use my regular face cream. My skin is left so soft with a beautiful glow and tightened feeling after every use. I have tried a lot of different creams, serums, oils, facials, some quite extreme facials designed to superficially damage the skin in order to repair with a new fresh younger looking completion. I’m a qualified beauty therapist and of all the different products and gadgets I’ve tried over the years this little wand is definitely one of favourites. I will continue to use this every day ( takes about 15 minutes ) as I’m very confident I’ll get the results I’m looking for. You won’t see huge improvements and changes over night but stick with it because it does work. I’d 100% recommend this.

I was impressed by reviews and decided to give the Derma wand a try, it arrived a few hours after ordering! I have only been using for a few days ( twice a day as prescribed) and don’t see a difference yet. I thought I would say that I don’t experience a smell when using it but a prickly sensation when first putting it on my face, I have got used to this and I’m managing to turn the intensity up. The lip area is very sensitive but I need to do this area as I have lines, I’m 58. I will continue to use religiously and I’ll update my review after six weeks. The pink fabric bag is not really big enough to store the device in, the DVD is informative but conflicts slightly with the booklet. I’m not sure whether you’re supposed to moisturise before or after use or both…….

A very useful gadget for a face maintenance program I am using it only once a day and already can see a difference in a short time. I think it is worth it as a cost effective item . A salon treatment would be a lot more money to achieve the same results. I do not mind the sensation on the skin as it prickles ,you get used to this quickly.

At the moment I can see an improvement in skin clarity and my skin looks like it’s got a soft focus thing going on since using this for the last 4 days, mind you I am nearly fifty so it could be my eyes! Update: Have been using on and off for about 4 weeks and have definitely noticed a difference in my skin tone, it all matches up now and is more ‘peachy’. I do make sure I use AFTER moisturising as I did get a mild sun-burn look at first because I wasn’t using a moisturiser before putting the wand on my face.

This has an amazing effect in terms of pore reduction and overall “glow”. The effect is so pronounced that even people who see me every day comment on it (comments like, “what have you done? Your skin look amazing!” – honestly). It also seems to significantly reduce (or eliminate) the incidence of spots, whiteheads and blackheads (I still get these, even though I am in my forties)

I am less convinced by the claims of lifting and wrinkle reduction. I have one wrinkle, and have been targeting it with this device for several weeks now, and can’t see any difference. I don’t notice any difference in fine lines or skin firmness either. I think the pictures on their website have to be photoshopped, because if they were real, no one would get plastic surgery anymore.

However, the effect is does have is wonderful, and more than worth the purchase price.

I use it with plenty of collagen gel, and I can’t feel much of anything during the process as long as there is enough gel (it zaps a bit otherwise!) – but my face glows red for about 15 minutes after use, so it must be doing something! I think the circulation boost must be good for the skin. I use it on the highest setting.

One annoying thing: there is no “off” button. The best you can do is set it to a low setting. So, unless you have a switch at the wall, you have to unplug the thing to turn it off.

I have reviewed other age-defying products, and so it’s fair to say that I have a large arsenal of gadgets that can help with “stopping the clock” or “turning back the clock”, so I would caution anyone reading this review that they must take into account that my results cannot alone be attributed to this product. Having said that, I have used my other age-defying gadgets for longer than I have used the Derma Wand, as the Derma Wand is my newest toy, so my review is on this product.
I would also caution anyone that not everyone has the same skin (mine is in very good condition, so it a perfect platform for this product).
The product itself looks cheap; it’s certainly not going to win any awards for its aesthetic appearance. The smell it emits is not very pleasant. These are my only criticisms.
I received my Derma Wand the day before yesterday. It arrived quickly and was packaged well.
I have used it as described (by running it around my face in a circular motion after putting on moisteriser). I have not used the “spa treatments” for problem areas as described in the manual. These are effectively more localised use of the product.
I am currently using the new Elemis Pro-Collagen Super System. I am mentioning this as it is an intensive moisterising system that you use for 30 days, which claims to have a dramatic effect after using it for 14 days and yes I am now on Day 14. I want you to understand therefore that my results cannot alone by attributed to the Derma Wand. However, since using the Elemis system I haven’t noticed a change at all other than my skin feeling very soft. Having used the Derma Wand for two days, I can honestly say that I can tell a difference in my pore size, and I noticed this the morning after my very first use! Today, when I got out of bed and looked in the mirror I had to take a second look because my skin looked dramatically younger; incredibly fresh! I saw the 25 year old me looking back at me (and I’m 45)!!
I didn’t believe the reviews of this product. I had researched it and I read that Ofcom had had an issue with their advertising, so I was right to be cautious. But, in my humble opinion, I believe that this product is exceptional and can have a dramatic impact on your skin. I would highly recommend it!

UPDATE: I have now turned 46, and felt that I should update this review. I regularly go for Elemis facials in which they provide a print-out of the analysis of my skin. The beauticians have been perplexed at my results, as I appear to have improved every element of my skin quite dramatically. “Whatever it is that you’re doing, keep doing it, as it’s working.” (This was said to me by two different beauticians on two different occasions.) The Dermawand appears to have turned me into Benjamin Button! I have had monthly facials since I purchased this product and each month I have seen a dramatic reduction in the areas of my skin that they analyse. I have just seen on an online Blog a young journalist who is 29 and was fearful of turning “the Big 3 0” this year and so she had her skin analysed at the Elemis counter. I was amazed to see that we had the same amount of wrinkles, (17) but the blemishes/red areas/brown spots etc etc., were far, far fewer on my skin (to about 50% fewer) than on hers. I am amazed that such a cheap looking product, is so effective, but it really is.

I bought the Derma Wand a month ago and I am so very happy with it, it worked better than I could have hoped.

I am 37 and my concerns were: lines on my forehead, lines under my eyes when I smile or am tired and cystic hormonal acne.

I have used the Derma Wand once daily with either my usual serum or a very inexpensive collagen/vit c gel (also found on Amazon). And the results have been beyond my hopes:

– LINES & WRINKLES : the smile lines that used to grow longer and longer under my eyes every year when I smile have shrunk drastically to almost nothing, the lion s frown between my brows is now barely visible, same thing for my forehead.

PS. I have even started to treat my elbows for the last 10 days or so with Derma Wand at full setting and I have also noticed a diminution of my wrinkles there.

– ACNE : I targeted spots with the Derma Wand, they did not develop any further and were gone after a day or two. No more uncontrolled, painful, inflamed outbreak !

Using the Derma Wand also gives you “the glow”, this nice, fresh complexion you normally ever get after a facial.

The Derma Wand also only takes a couple of minutes for the whole face, so it s very quick and therefore easy to integrate into your routine (it s a very important point for me, I don t have lots of time)

The only critic I could make is that the machine itself is not of very high quality. But considering the very low price, it s understandable. I ll replace it when needed, it is worth the repeat purchase.

The Derma Wand only costs the price of 2 or 3 facials at an aesthetician and delivers a lot more.
If I had to treat my skin issues with cosmetic medicine, I would have to do Botox on my forehead, between my brows Botox and/or filler under my eyes, fillers in my elbow, … and I would still have acne outbreaks, it would cost me a fortune, I would have my body full of chemicals and I would look like a plastic freak.

And my Derma Wand is an awesome solution for all that, does not take care time or money and it works all in one!

Dermawand is a very effective piece of equipment and very good value for money. It definitely tightens up the pores on your face and helps to get rid of little bumps and spots. The only thing I would say is not to use it more than once a day and maybe to use it perhaps just once or twice a week as it dries the skin. I started off using it without any moisturiser but now I always apply a moisturiser before using it. I do recommend this item. If you went to a salon you would have to pay a fortune to have the same thing done. My daughters also have and use this item.

I have only been using the dermawand for about a week, but I did have one before. I wasn’t able to use the first one where I live because it has a 110 volt plug. I find that dermawand brightens up my complexion, and I think that it does change the shape of my face by lifting things and reducing fat deposits. I have taken cortisone, which makes your face fat, and the dermawand seems to reduce this. It takes more than a week for this to happen though. Last time, after I had been using my dermawand for a few months, one of my neighbours trapped me in the elevator and wouldn’t let me leave until I told her what I had done to my face. Very reasonably priced, too, considering the results. You have to use it, though. Will not work if left in a drawer. Feels good, because it relaxes the muscles in your face.

I purchased this after reading several reviews some good and some bad but I tend to try and not make judgments until i have tried something for myself. The first few weeks I noticed a definite improvement in my skin tone and texture but not much else but carried on with the hope of a more dramatic result. After using the dermawand for 6 weeks my hard work had paid off as if by magic my forehead wrinkles, pore size and some rather unsightly bags had virtually disappeared overnight. My sister even asked what i had been doing to my skin and where had my wrinkles gone (we have regular wrinkle comparison sessions). I cannot believe this product actually worked. I will continue to use my Dermawand to maintain my rejuvenated look. If you purchase the Dermawand the results are not instantaneous, but if you persevere you may find the results you are looking for. Good luck and please don’t be put off by the smell and the weird noise it is normal apparently.

I was surprised when I first started to use this device, because, for once, it seems to have an effect.

Both my wife and I use it, I am 68 and use it on my face and neck, max settings, its quite aggressive but you do get used to it.
My wife cant use it set that high and she is not so convinced as I am that it works as well as I think it does. But I can tell when she has sued it as her face appears brighter somehow, difficult to describe, just healthier.
I have to say that my on neck and around my eyes, there has been significant tightening of the skin and smoothing out of wrinkles.
I shall continue to use it. I makes your face feel fresh and alive after using it. I would think it would be good to use just before going out.

I’ve purposely waited for a few weeks so that I could see if there was any difference to my lines, as I think I was expecting too much initially. After the first few times using the Dermawand on my face although I felt a nice glow, and my complexion felt fresher, I didn’t see any real changes. Now after 6 weeks my nose to mouth lines are far less noticable and the skin seems to have smoothed out. The laughter lines at the corner of my eyes are also finer and I am working on the ones round my mouth. My tolerence level is higher now and so the dial on the wand has had to be increased to s stronger pulse, but nevetheless it is still nowhere near maximum. I have started using it on my arms and above my knees, and I’m hoping for progress there, albeit from my experience so far, I am not expecting an overnight miracle. It’s very important to put on enough moisturiser before using the wand or the contact isn’t efficient. When you have a nice moisturised base on the impulses can be felt without even contact with the skin which is a strange tingly feeling. Make sure that you also put plenty on after a treatment as it then soaks in really well. All in all though I was a little unsure to start with, I am now very happy with the wand. A word of advice though, I’ve made this a part of my daily routine, and I’d recommend that once started, it does need to be continued as a maintenance plan as opposed to a quick fix.

If you have not ordered a Dermawand before, this is the tool for you!

I am now on my 3rd Dermawand, but first purchase with Amazon. Not only was it quickly sent, but perfect condition and that was for starters!

Over the years, I have noticed the changes in my face and it’s kept working that magic! I spend over 15 mins per section of the face as my tollerance levels are quite high, but you can choose your speed required. It’s light to hold and lasts a long time. Very reliable and easy to use compared to similar machines on the market. It really says what it does!

I use anti-wrinkle creams on my face and without ‘Dermawand’, the results would be poor and a waste of money. I have been using dermawand for 6 yrs and when it broke I had to order a replacement straight away. I have used it everyday for yrs and ppl always tell me I look very young as I’m 46 and have hardly any wrinkles. I’m sure dermawand keeps me looking young, I noticed a huge difference when I first started using it and the good effects have been maintained ever since. It is the best product I have ever used.
