- Precision Wrench in forward runs the fastener is run up at full speed until the tool starts to impact. As soon as this happens the tool pauses to allow the user to stop, then impacts at 3100ipm if more torque is required.
- Precision Wrench in reverse impacts at high speed to loosen the fastener. Once the tool senses that the fastener is loose, it slows down to prevent running the fastener off.
- High speed offers full speed in forward and reverse
- 1/2″ (13 mm) square drive with detent pin allows for more efficient torque delivery and excellent socket retention

io sono molto soddisfatto. lo uso principalmente come smonta gomme e la potenza al minimo sufficiente…( dado ruote da 19 auto)la sua grandezza pari ad una normale pistola ad aria compressa( tipo air Martin x intenderci)..

Gekauft um die Windrder auf unseren SUV zu montieren (5A Akku). Top!
Funktioniert wie erwartet ohne Belastung fr die Handgelenke.
Beim anziehen habe ich direkt den richtigen Zeitpunkt im Gefhl gehabt, dass die Rder perfekt angezogen sind. Geprft nach Gefhl mit Radkreuz.
Das spart super viel Zeit beim Radwechsel. Im einschaltbaren Precisionmodus wartet der Schrauber vor dem automatischen umschalten auf Schlag 0,5 sec was laut Anleitung ein Feature ist um sich auf den Schlag einzustellen – geprft und fr gut befunden 🙂

Going to be breaking apart subframe for restoration with this, already shifted some 20 year old mounting bolts that were factory torqued to nearly 200 nm so looking good so far.

If you already own dewalt tools, you can’t get much better than this body only wrench as all your lithium ion batteries will fit onto it. Strong wrench, is perfect for removing and returning wheel nuts and such

La verdad que es una herramienta con mucha fuerza para lo pequea que es. tiene 3 modos de potencia y una luz muy potente para zonas de poca visibilidad.
Der Schlagschrauber ist stark gut verarbeitet typisch Dewalt halt!
Auch mit einem 2 Ah Akku hat der Schrauber genug Power um Radschrauben zu lsen!!! Hab alle von 2-5 Ah getestet und es war kein Problem!

Habe den Schlagschrauber nun seid ca 1 Jahr im Einsatz und bin super zufrieden damit. Es gibt relativ wenig am Auto was er nicht auf bekommt. Ist relativ leicht und handlich. Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen.

After using this tool on many machines and attachments, I can highly recommend the 894 as a worthwhile investment that will stand up to the toughest conditions. I have the Dewalt DCF899 which will handle all jobs thrown at it but its size and weight is a slight drawback but I found the DCF894 is the right size and weight around tractors and is now my first choice when taking on a repair job and will open 90% of what its big brother (899) will do. If you are new to Dewalt and are interested in building up a good toolbox over time , then the DCF894 is a great place to start. I have no problem recommending this tool.

machine solide je m’en suis servi une fois mais ayant dj du materiel de cette marque pas de souci garanti 3 ans en s’inscrivant sur my DEWALT ayant eu des difficult pour l’inscrive j’ai contacter par mail j’ai et rapidement rappeler au tlphone et l’inscription est faite

Handlich und trotzdem leistungsstark. Leider ohne Akku. Wer schon einen der Marke hat macht hier trotzdem ein Schnppchen. Sonst teure Investition die sich aber lohnt.

Je l’utilise pour des machines agricoles et je l’ai prfr au dcf 899 pour la longueur .Il fait le desserrage
et le serrage de faon suffisante pour des boulons de 16 voire plus.Il vite l’emploi des leviers dans des espaces troits o c’est difficile de les placer.
Appareil léger et suffisamment puissant pour travaux mécanique changement de roues X5 par exemple.

Hat bis jetzt jede schraube am PKW gelst, und angezogen bekommen. Querlenker, koppelstangen, Reifen etc alles kein Problem
Einige meiner Vorredner vergessen anscheinend das es sich um einen SCHLAGSCHRAUBER handelt und nicht um einen Akkuschrauber oder gar Bohrmaschine… Fr das wofr das Produkt entwickelt wurde ist es perfek
Habe den Dewalt gekauft da dieser auch in der Werkstatt verwendet wird, und vollkommen ausreichend ist um LKW oder Schlepper Radmuttern zu ffnen und anzuziehen. Auerdem steht DeWalt ohnehin fr die strksten Akku Gerte am Markt, dazu bekommt man die Ware bei Amazon wesentlich gnstiger als bei anderen Hndlern wo man zu Sonderkonditionen einkauft.

I wish I had bought one of these years ago. Used this to remove some rusted in bolts that I could not turn even with 2 ft socket extension. Took a couple of minutes (wear ear defenders) but eventually the bolts moved and came out.

Already had a few DeWalt tools and a selection of XR batteries so this was a no-brainer and had a high enough torque rating for 95% of the nuts/bolts I was likely to encounter on my cars. Made short work of removing some tyre fitter tightened wheel bolts on my wife’s car. The big test was trying to loosen a crank pulley bolt on an engine I needed to dismantle but was already out of the car. Took a few seconds for it to break the stiction on the bolt but got it out okay in the end which would have meant using a big breaker bar and possibly some scaffolding pipe in the old days. Definitely worth getting some decent quality impact tool rated 1/2″ sockets and bits and not being tempted to use regular ones.

Brilliant bit of kit.
Just gave it a try and it whizzed my 90 ft/lb wheel bolts off on lowest power setting without breaking a sweat. Can’t wait to use it in earnest!

This is handy tool with car bolts and nuts.
Compact and still powerful. Useful in many solutions because of 3-speed selector. Im not a huge fan of programmed “delay” that comes with speed setting 2, but I can live with that.

Habe das Gert gekauft um mir das Reifen wechseln zu erleichtern. Man kann den Schlagschrauber aber auch sehr gut fr andere Ttigkeiten verwenden. Das hohe Anzugsmoment und die Drehzahlsteuerung machen das arbeiten mit dem Gert super einfach und richtig spa.

The adjustable settings are just about right for the re-tightening torque required but make shorter work of of the whole process. In addition the tool is reasonably compact and can be stored in the car for the occasional puncture situation or used for car maintenance jobs that require some extra power. I have attached a 5amp battery to ensure plenty of power is always available but it was quite happy using 1.3 amp battery from my drill set when I first used it. The mid-range tool was just what I needed but was the same cost or thereabouts as the 950Nm model.

After using this tool on a few older cars, I have to rethink my original review. Bolts that are rusted or secured wid thread-lock will not come out with this tool. New nuts a d bolts it works well but I’ll be buying its bigger brother to tackle the more stubborn bolts.

Very powerful. Use it on farm machinery like the plough and it never fails.
Excellent impact wrench, i have the smaller dcf880 and the bigger dcf899, the smaller has too little power, the bigger has too much power! This impact is spot on in terms of power, its brushless which is a bonus, its weight is ok for the power it produces (i can hang on my belt all day without it pulling my trousers down)! If your considering buying this model, buy it, you will be as happy as i am!
