Well made and the chenille mop head works really well on conservatory glass both inside and outside. I would like to buy several of the chenille mop heads so that I can change them over when cleaning. The manufacturer does not appear to sell these separately….. shame. Other than that a great product.

Easy to extend but dislike the cleaning head not sticking straight – it keeps locking in a left or right angle? Why ?

Highly recommend this window cleane
There are many cheaper options available, but I highly recommend this cleaner. It reaches 1st floor windows of the average house. It’s sturdy and doesn’t flop around. Easy to use the squeegy to de soap the window. We are fortunate enough to live by the coast, but it means that windows frequently have a film of salt on them. I’ve got fed up of climbing on steps to hang out of the upstairs windows sat on a window sill. I did all my windows this morning, upstairs and down in less than 30 minutes.
This is a sturdy well made item, but the only reason Im leaving a review is because I did not expect it to be so heavy. Im a 5ft8 women and I weight train regularly and I still found this very difficult to use on high windows. My arms felt like they were going to fall off after 3 windows. However, Im still please with my purchase and I have incorporated it into my ‘arms and shoulders’ training day 🙂
Robust, versatile
High reach, with many accessories. It should be useful to help clear moss of my house roof, wash the barge boards, and photograph the state of the gutters. It has helped me prune some high level tree branches, but only at a half extension of the thicker tubes. At full extension it would be too bendy to do this particular job.

It’s very good quality and light weight, however as you lengthen the pole to it’s longest length which can indeed reach the top of my house! It does get more heavier and harder to use, but then I have severe arthritis in my hands. A great buy.
Say goodbye to unsafe ladders, this is a great investme
I live in a house with high widows and skylights that are difficult and downright dangerous to reach with a ladder. I was so pleased on the first day I used this and realised I can now do away with the ladder nightmare. It reaches the highest windows and is very sturdy so it does not twist and bend despite the length. Be prepared for the weight but you will get used to it and not look back.
Pleased with purchase but what about accessories
Only used once but after a little trial and error satisfied with results.
The 3.5m pole reaches easily to first floor windows on my house.
The only drawback is exerting sufficient pressure on squeegee to get a clean streak free finish but found a repeat attempt after drying the squeegee works well.
Would recommend only extending thinnest section to minimum required to minimum required to reduce flex – maybe in this respect the 7m pole would be better but heavier.

Versatile
Love this pole. The varying lengths make it very versatile. Easy to use. When it’s fully extended it does feel a bit flexible/wobbly but still does it’s job.

When fully extended can seem unwieldy, other wise an excellent pole to reach the top end of a conservatory roof. I wash the glass first and then remove the washer before using the squeegee.
The longer the pole the harder to control but that said it is best pole yet that gets the difficult areas done.

Does the job, not bad for the money.
A bit wibbly when fully extended, but did the job OK. One of the extender joints was a bit loose out of the box, but easily fixed with a screwdriver.
Overall I’d say it’s worth the money and good enough for occasional use. If you want something for everyday, spend more.
Beware - very high costs of return postage to Docazoo Europe
The 7m Docapole (sold and also dispatched by Docapole Europe) has free delivery, but you will need to pay for return postage if like me you find the item is too large and/or heavy for your intended use. As it is a long package (over 1.8m) and quite heavy it will cost nearly 50 to post back to a UK processing address using the cheapest carrier available. Therefore, if ordering one of the larger versions of the Docapole rather than the standard 3.5m versions, look at its specifications and make sure you need the extra height/weight. All these poles are sold by Docazoo Europe, and most are also dispatched by’ Docazoo. But some Docazoo poles are ”dispatched by Amazon Prime’ direct, so these are perhaps different and easier/cheaper to return if needed?

I have some very high and difficult to reach velux windows: this pole was easy to use and did the job very well
Paid back for itself during lockdow
Dunno what happened to our window cleaner; he just stopped turning up.
With nothing better to do during lockdown I thought I might as well have a go at cleaning my own windows.
It took a couple of goes to get the hang of it and after 4 goes it has paid back for itself.
Unfortunately, since then my enthusiasm has waned…

Best out there, some things to note however…
Best product out there, certainly worth the extra money. Anything claiming to extend 9m for 20 is a total waste of money and will break. At full extension you need to be strong to control it and have practice at dealing with counterbalance otherwise windows will get broken! Straight up on a vertical at full extension this product is perfect. However if you are trying to reach 2nd story pitched roof windows and therefore at full extension and reaching over the house, you will suffer some bending of the poles and tricky to collapse back thereafte

When I used the pole it was simple to set up and once you got the hang of the angle for the mop and squeegee it cleaned the windows perfectly, saves paying for a window cleaner and only took a few minutes. My only criticism would be the longer you extended the pole the more uncontrollable it became as it started to gain a mind of it’s own! Other than that, great job.
For years I have paid increasing sums to window cleaners with declining levels of service. Access to my conservation type roof windows is difficult from the top of a ladder and they were reluctant to spend the time to do the job properly. I usually had to repeat the exercise! The 7 metre Docapole does the job from the ground in complete safety. Two points to mention : firstly the optional two way swivel head is far better than the standard head and well worth the extra small cost. Secondly at full extension – on only the second use – the thinnest pole bent and is now difficult to retract or extend. Fortunately the pole still reaches all my windows but I recommend that unless the full length is needed, this end pole should be extended as little as possible to avoid the problem.
Long reach
Good long reach ,ideal for escaping from dangerous ladders and for getting into awkward corners. quality was good and will get a lot of use from it . The only down comment I have to make it could have had a smaller squeegee although 3 were provided we do have the smaller panel windows as do many houses I see I can use one sideways but it’s more awkward I may have to cut one down apart from that I would recommend

We’ve had no widow cleaner for months and were despairing of ever getting one. Meanwhile, seeing we live on a main road, the upstairs and landing windows were getting filthier by the day. The doca pole arrived this afternoon and after a (definitely necessary as there are no instructions) quick youtube view, all the back upstairs windows are now gleaming. The 24 ft pole is reassuringly sturdy, and easy to telescope to its full length while remaining strong, and the cleaning – I used water, a splash of white vinegar and a dot of detergent – took no time at all. I only wish we’d had it long ago.
Convenient to use
The extension is able to reach areas that are awkward to get to using ladder the trade off is slightly heavier than expected overall I am happy with it.
Worth the extra cos
Sturdy, well made and worth the extra money over cheaper alternatives if you wish to clean upstairs windows from ground level.
Great for high windows!
I had enough of shelling out money for window cleaners doing a crap job so decided to do it myself. Looked everywhere for a pole longer than 3 meters an found this little gem – Which goes from 2 meters to 9 meters. I used the 7 meter — two button etc. Which worked for a standard house.
In the box it’s 4kg but when it’s fully extended i thinks its about 6kg you need to be quite strong to use it. Luckily I do weight training.
It’s Easy to put together and all the bits you need to wash your window’s.
My only issue is than when it’s fully extended its bend a it’ll and starts to unwind – or me not screwing it in properly.
I definitely recommend this product!

Just got around to cleaning my windows with this and was very impressed. It was easy to use, I have 8 windows and 2 glass doors and it didn’t take very long to clean all of them. It was a bit tricky cleaning the very top of the upstairs windows, as I’m not very tall, but I managed ok. A good quality product, would recommend.
Money well spe
I was very pleased with the results on my windows after using this tool and attachments, and would recommend it to anyone who can’t find a window cleaner in their locality. It’s also handy for cleaning any large outside doors. Lightweight and easy to assemble. I’m a pensioner and am currently able to clean our windows myself without having to bother anyone else to help me – although my son is suddenly very interested in using it on his own windows and says he’ll do mine as well next time!

Very pleased with this telescopic window cleaner. Even fully extended to 3 metres it is strong and sturdy. The 3 squegees and microfibres scrubber together with adjustable head make it very versatile – very useful if you have a variety of window sizes. Easy to use, I can now clean our large window on the flat roof from inside the bedroom window – no more climbing onto the roof to reach this and the first and second floor windows. Recommended.

his product is easy to use and very light cleaned my conservatory roof very quickly ..the way the pole extends is great and hold to length superbly. my only sugguestion would be to put a rubber gromet on thread to help hold attacthments only sometimes they started to un screw a little

Used my new DocaPole for the first time this morning – a great piece of kit which, for an initial outlay of 49.99, will save me a small fortune in window cleaning charges. Nice!
Paying for itself
No longer using a window cleaner so each time I use this its paying for itself.
For best results do not use in direct sun when glass is warm and attach a micro fibre cloth to give a final buff.
Its a little tricky to use fully extended for soffits and facia boards, but for ground and first floor windows no problems.

Took my time to decide if this was the item (of the many brands) that was for me. At almost 50.00, it was not a cheap option, but having checked out various reviews and opinions, I went for it. Its a great product, build quality is very good, doesn’t ‘feel’ cheap in your hands, but is robust and solid. This extension pole will probably last for years and no doubt pay for itself in the long run. Yes, its not cheap but you get what you pay for.
For once the reality matches the ad. As the saying goes, 'It does exactly what it says on the tin'.
I am utilising the full range of applications; with the pole for washing the roof of my conservatory and awkward to reach windows, and with out the pole for easy to reach windows.
I could have paid less, but would have undoubtedly got less. I believe the DocaPole to be extremely good value for money.

Head rotates in wrong direction!
Found this product to be good quality & lightweight but having the same flaw as another reviewer (Steve) pointed out. From the ad its not clear which way the head pivots. I want to blade off the water from upstairs windows on my house and I bought one with a long pole to do exactly what the people are doing on the ad but the head rotates from side-to-side which is not much good – I need it to rotate from front-to-back to get final bit of the bottom of the window. Had I known this I would have bought the two button design version. I steered away from this when buying as I didn’t need hinging in any other direction because I thought it would weaken the primary function I wanted if for. To To fix this I will have to drill some holes in the head holder, get some washers to limit the thread (as Steve suggested), pack the thread out with plumbers tape or similar so the thread finishes where I want. Or send it back and order other type which is a pain.

I needed something to let me clean our garage roof windows and upvc facings as I can’t go up ladders o any height. I looked at lots of products, however this product had the best, most consistently good reviews and they were right. The product is great, easy to use and does exactly as it says in the product description. Definitely recommend this product.
Very Impressed
I really like the the Docapole. I ordered mine and within a few days it arrived. At this point the only niggle i had was that no estimated delivery date/tracking was available. I removed the pole from the packaging (long cardboard box) and found everything there plus a bonus “dusting brush”. Being one of those sad people, i had to try it out straightaway. I put the scrubber on and installed the middle-sized squeegee, dunked the scrubber in warm soapy water and squeezed out any excess. (Doing this stops the flood of water coming down the pole and your arm!) I was able to use the pole to clean the ground floor windows that are not quite so easy to get to, and removed the squeegee for those that are easier to access. It is quick and easy to take this off and put back on again. The squeegee works very well, but when i had the pole fully extended, it is tempting to put too much pressure on the pole to clean off excess water. The pole does bend and i was worried that i might stress it, but after a couple of windows it became second nature. Next task is to use it for the conservatory roof! Glad i bought this for the windows and if it works as well just think how much money i’ll save not having to pay for the 30-second window cleaner!!

used the dacapole for the first time yesterday and found it easy to use exactly in the manner the manufactures described in there promotion jargon. the pole when fully extended was rigid, robust, and easy to use, being heavy handed i felt confident in its use at all times . good bit of kit well worth the price, recommended .

This product is worth well the money, it makes it easy to clean windows on the ground and first floor, it does not flex like cheaper extending poles. Did all the windows on the outside of my house and now I can see daylight through the windows :-). I have even cleaned the inside of my conservatory roof!
It is very light weight, strong, easy to use and the head will swivel to reach awkward areas!

Perfect length for my upstairs windows & felt sturdy once extended. Relatively easy to use once in the swing, only gripe is the blade to wipe off is just a little bit close so a bit awkward… may get easier once I get used to it?

We have bay windows so the pole has to reach up and across.

Useful tool
Once you have mastered the inn and outs of the positioning angles, it gets easier to clean the windows. The higher the windows are on your building, best to clean them when the wind is not strong as pole can wave too and fro when fully extended. Being elderly I did not find it dificult to clean my windows.

Got quoted a ridiculous amount from a window cleaner to clean the upstairs fascia as a one-off. This did the job just as well if not better, and cleaned the upper windows too. Great value because it’s paid for itself after a single use and I’ll be using it multiple times

I am very satisfied with this product; it does exactly what it says it does. It’s easy to use and works perfectly form my windows on the first floor. It isn’t extremely light, but were it any lighter, it probably wouldn’t be as sturdy.
The two-button, dual-pivot mechanism at the top where the squeegee and scrubber are attached to, allows to reach every angle, including smaller window panes or windows that are not easily reachable due to their positions or obstacles that may be in the way.
The chenille scrubber can be removed and washed after every use.
It may not be a product I use every week or month, but it is definitely worth its value as it will turn out cheaper than calling professional cleaners every time. I highly recommend.

Strong, lightweight and well designed
You can buy cheaper poles (I have) but they won’t be as good. I use the pole for the glass conservatory roof and the upstairs windows. It is light enough to use at its full length and sturdy enough so that if it drops to the ground it won’t break! The angle of the end can be adjusted so it can be pushed up at an angle but still get into the corners of the panes. There is an extra section so the end reaches over one of the roof windows that sticks out. After a recent ladder accident I decided to clean the windows from the ground. This does the job.
Decent result - worth purchasing
I don’t normally write reviews but felt compelled to write one about the Docapole. I purchased the full pole plus an extra hand attachment (as a spare). Normally we pay for a window cleaner but now it will not be necessary. Very easy to use (I’m 20 weeks pregnant) and was able to whizz around my 4 bedroom house ground floor and 1st floor windows with relative ease in about 30mins. It does a pretty decent job (not perfect) but I feel it’s definitely worth the money!

When I ordered this item I was worried that it might be too flimsy to be really effective when the pole was fully extended but the pole is very sturdy and just ideal for washing and polishing windows that are too tall to safely use ladders. This is a good quality piece of kit for a great price so, I have no hesitation in recommending it.
