Bought this for my elderly dad so I could send photo’s to him from our home in Spain. Nice looking frame that is fairly easy to use. Only negative is that you can’t delete anything remotely.

I am impressed with the touch screen and the various options.
However setting up was a nightmare and although I am fairly computer literate it took numerous attempts to complete the set up and I resorted to Google for help as the instructions with the calendar were not helpful.
Access on line by the maker ,Dragon was difficult to find.

Absolutely love this I bought for my Nan who lives long distance and don’t get to see my son very often and I filled it up with lots of lovely photos and videos it’s simple set up and easy to navigate we are very happy with our purchase
Good quality picture frame
It took about 10 minutes to set up following the instructions on the on screen sticker. Easily transferred a few photos over WiFi. Using a USB is a quick way to transfer a larger number. Picture quality is good. Some photos will need resizing or cropping for best fit. It is impossible for any picture frame to be able to do this automatically. The plug is UK compatible, you need to extend the centre prong. The app is basic, but does what is needed. I received excellent customer support over a problem registering the 2 year warranty. The frame does exactly what I expected and is good value for the price.

A decent, relatively easy to use, digital photo frame
I waited a couple of months before posting this review to get familiar with the product. I purchased this digital frame for my elderly parents so they could keep in touch with the photos being shared by the rest of the family. The screen quality is good (although don’t expect anything like the richness of a high-end smart phone). Initial setup could be a little bit easier, but once this is done, adding users to the frame is fairly straightforward. Photos can be uploaded remotely using the “OurPhoto” app, and I do like that photos can also be emailed to the device as an attachment. The only drawback is that any photo you upload cannot be deleted remotely – photos must be deleted directly from the frame itself. The frame sits beautifully in my parents’ hallway where they see an ever-changing stream of photos of their kids and grandkids.
Very easy to use and high quality
We bought this as a gift for my parents; very high quality pictures and great that multiple accounts can add photos – they can get highlights of their children and grandchildren from around the world! Only small thing that could be improved is to be able to change the zoom level of different photos instead of having a universal setting. Would reccomend!
Made a great gift!
Brought this for family friends for Christmas as they always have a lot of photos to share and very good ones from all their holidays. The display is good quality and generally very easy to use and set up. Can’t complain what so ever as it does do it’s job and it constantly is that sentimental reminded of all the good times.

Does what it is supposed to
The frame was easy to set up** and the pictures quality is good for what you are paying.. if I wanted a ultra-high def then I could just set up image sharing on my TV but that isn’t really what this is for, its ideal for that constant reminder of all those images we take but never really share, they slowing tick over on the windowsill and there have been lots that we have seen and remembered when & why we took them
On the setup
** I have had no issues with this frame since we bought it, I know others report is difficult to load images.. but I just don’t get understand why that would be.
Managed to get it on the wifi, set up the app and send images to the photo frame, found it easy to add a SD card with images on it, and he system menu appears vert intuitive. But maybe the years in IT have just allowed me to figure out what and how an operating system works…
The efficiency of the Delivery service.
I have not used the device yet as it is a present for someone else. I have had issues with billing in the past mainly with Prime and Alexa. I have never had an issue with ordering or delivery from Amazon and I am happy that they are opening a facility here in Ireland.

This is the 3rd dragon touch frame I have purchased, the app is great and I can send pics to all frames at the same time. It looks great on the side as well and a great way to view photos of our toddler as she grows up, this latest one is for ourselves as the others were gifts and we want one at home!!
Great storage and flexibility of display options
I am very happy wit the digital frame but the hand control is flimsy and the battery sleeve won’t fit back in so I can’t change the screen operation.

Restarting issue
Lovely idea. We got this for a relative with dementia in a care home. We have timed it to go off in the evening and restart in the morning – on a repeating slideshow to which we send photos as and when. Brilliant plan but when it restarts in the morning it comes on with the home page and the slideshow had to be restarted using the touch screen which the lady cannot manage herself. There should be the option of restarting straight onto the slideshow.

Great digital frame
Very happy with photo frame. Easy to use and particularly like the ability to upload directly from my phone.
I cannot understand some of the one star reviews for this, based on being unable to rotate a picture without ‘losing some of the picture’ etc and inability to upload photos etc. The easiest way to upload a photo is by using the FTP facility, as long as it is connected to your wi-fi and you have a laptop / PC available to connect and you connect to it on the correct port using the network browser (not internet browser). Other than that, simply put the photos on external media and insert it.
As for losing some of the picture. Some people just don’t understand very basic physics! Imagine a physical photo book which has black 5 X 7 rectangles in which to stick your printed picture. You stick it in portrait mode and it fits the rectangle perfectly, leaving no lines exposed. You then turn it to landscape mode, you now have lines above and below the picture, and the picture hangs over the box to the left and right. The Dragon will of course rotate the picture automatically, but if the picture is digitally taken using a portrait orientation, it cannot magically resize it and keep everything in perspective! The best way to load pictures on any digital device is to crop the picture to the correct size and orientation of what you want the frame to be displaying. In the case of the Dragon, it is 1280 X 800 for landscape and 800 X 1280 for portrait. Decide whay you want to display and place the frame in that mode on your sideboard. Then when you display one of these and have the Dragon in the correct physical orientation it will be perfect. If you want it to automatically display pictures in both orientations and have the Dragon permanently sitting in one of these orientations then of course you are going to get borders. It’s common sense! If you upload a picture in a larger size then it may be able to resize it on the screen but it cannot possible display the whole picture.
Having said all this, the app ‘OurPhoto’ is awful and I wouldn’t bother with it. It’s totally confusing (and I’m an IT manager). Quite why I end up with two email addresses (one for each frame, I have two) and set as [email protected] and [email protected] is a complete mystery. There does not appear to be any kind of central registration on Dragon’s web site to operate from and register the device to and the app seems to be completely disjointed with the Dragon Touch. If you want to send pictures to someone else’s (bound device) then it may be useful, but you may need to borrow a few of Einstein’s brain cells to work it all out and get it working properly. It worked OK for me, but for the average user i would guess it’s horrible.
Good budget photo frame
This is a good budget electronic photo frame. It is quite robust, well made and was easy to set up. The picture quality is good and the touchscreen operation makes it easy to use. There is np battery, so it has to be powered from the mains – my only criticism is that the power lead is quite short.
Good product for the price
I found this product very easy to set up and to add photos using the app on my mobile. I have also used it with a memory card. The pictures are of a good quality and I like the way that you can customise things such as the time that each photo appears for. The frame looks good in the lounge! The only bad point is that you have to choose to have the frame either portrait or landscape so photos that are the opposite way are often only partially displayed. It would be better if the full picture was displayed even if the image size had to be reduced. Overall though I think this is a very good product.

I originally bought the 8 inch, but due to a pixel problem and it crashing it was kindly updated by Dragon Touch (excellent customer service) to the new Classic 10 inch frame.
I have to say, I am impressed. As the photo shows, the image is excellent. It also seems to operate a lot faster. I popped in an SD card & a USB drive with thousands of photos and it had processed them in a second. Within 5 mins I had also set this up with my mobile phone app, so I can transfer photos to it wirelessly whenever I like.
Its the best for both: You get some frames that only have wifi upload – then you have to slowly transfer old photos from an app, and other frames in which you can put in your SD/USB stored pics, but then you can’t add new photos easily. This frame also has 16GB on board storage, so together with the expandable memory its huge!
What i liked most, it is so easy to use. I actually bought this for my 80 year old parents and within an hour they had also set up their phones with the app and were able to transfer photos. Actually all my siblings can now easily transfer pics, whenever they like.
Really impressed. Plus the frame looks authentic. I like the grey border, to make it look like a real frame. See link below to the 10 inch updated version. Its definitely worth the money to buy this over the 8 inch.
Hopefully this time I won’t get the same issues as previous.
A final point. I did also buy a more expensive Kodak frame. The frame itself looked great BUT the software and usability was totally flawed – Kodak should be embarrassed to release such bad products. Dragon touch have done an excellent job with this. Well done, and for the exceptional customer service.
An Outstanding Produc
I had been searching for a quality Digital Photo Frame for a few months, checking specifications, reviews etc. I had decided that I wanted a 4:3 aspect but there are not many of those. Luckily I found Dragon Touch on Amazon and after reading all the reviews decided on the Classic 8 Photo Frame. It was delivered today and although I’m not very technical, managed to have it set up and running in less than an hour. Its absolutely outstanding, the ease of operation, the quality of the images, just terrific, I’m highly delighted.
Firstly, this was a present and the recipient is delighted with it – hence this is a 5* rating from them.
If I had bought this for myself – it would be 3*.
Here’s why:
1) Pictures, Aspect Ratio and Fit.
None of these features works together as expected.
Setting the screen to “Full Size” – simply choses the largest axis and displays that axis full size and reduces the pictures other axis (and blurs out the missing space).However, it doesn’t always do this.
Sometimes – it picks the short axis and “chops” the image around the short axis losing the picture. But it doesn’t always do this either.
Sometimes it seems to pick the middle of the picture
And Sometimes it seems to try and fit the whole picture
Upshot : many times I am looking at pictures thinking “what is that”. I just wish it would do the same function and the most logical would have been “fit to screen”.
2) Uploading pictures.
If like me, inserting a SSD or Flash Drive in another machine is your thing – great – works 100% of the time.
Everything else is hit and miss. Email pictures – great – but they don’t always seem to get to the device. The App? Again sometimes they appear sometimes they don’t.
After several attempts as trying to fathom out what happened, I explored the machine (external cards and internal storage) and found random folders, broken links to pictures etc.
Given that this is the “Paid” service (after you use up the free bandwidth) and given this is the “labour saving ” option – it really isn’t worth it – instead go back to putting the physical storage in another machine and copying.
3) Random pictures
Every so often a random picture appears – this seems to be some sort of “found this on the disk – don’t know what to do with it”. However – the picture isn’t the same all the time. Sometimes it’s a blurring “X” and other times its a “!” – but zoomed to full screen and both very hazy. This is probably related to the problem in 2 – but haven’t found out why. (Again using the Storage in another machine solves this).
My advice?
Prepare your photos to the aspect ratio of the frame before putting them on the frame
Copy the photos to the machine using another machine (and the storage media)
If you want to spend the time doing this, then it 5*, if not, then its 3*.

This digital frame is much more advanced than our old ones, this has touch screen, and very responsive in touch. I have to say the quality of picture disaplay is very good. What I like most is it has can collect to my cloud account. So it sync direct from phone. Without copy from my computer then transfer to here, which was very time consuming for my old one. So I really like this feature.

Needs a little set up but easy to use afterwards
You can use it as a basic frame if thats all you want but I would recommend downloading the App to send pictures from your devices straight to the frame.
There is an option of a timer to wake/sleep otherwise to use it you can turn it on/off via a switch.
When you switch it on it immediately goes to a home screen with the weather and a calendar,just touch the photos in the corner and select the input (usb,SDcard etc or All) the frame then starts going through all the photos.
The app worked perfectly to send a photo (Android phone) and there is the option of emailing a photo if you do not a device that the app will work on.

A lovely gift idea
I decided on this for my mum for her birthday. Seeing as we have been in and out of lockdown since last year, I haven’t seen her since last summer. She isn’t massively into social media so the only way she is able to see us and how much my kids have grown is via all the photos that we occasionally email her. So, we decided to upgrade the process!
With this digital photo frame and a separate SD card loaded with photos, she now has all the memories that we want to share with her all in a single place. It is a perfect gift idea! I talked her through how to enable the slideshow effect and she now gets to all our photos endlessly. The touch screen functionality on it is also a bonus and it is very responsive. The pictures are very clear thanks to the sharp HD display. A very reasonable price given the touch screen functionality.

I can’t begin to tell how much hassle free this is, I immediately went to upload pictures of my grand parents after downloading an app on my iPhone to restore the quality and bring these decade old pictures back to life! My dad is wants one!
This picture frame was easy to set up, the instructions are simple and easy to follow. I didn’t even need to read the instructions Manuel.
Pros
1) simple and easy to set up
2) the App has pretty bad reviews on App Store, but I found it easy to use and no lagging issues. It was a simple case of connecting the frame and then uploading the pictures of your choice.
3) no batteries required! Comes with a charger! This is a plus for me personally, not having to worry about changing batteries!
4) you have the option to use the app, USB or SD card to plug in. I love this idea, you’re not confined to an app.
5) I was under the impression the bezels wouldn’t blend in with the screen, but it does! So no dust or bits getting stuck around the bezels.
6) picture quality is great so far directly from my phone to the app as well as using a USB! With true colour quality and almost zero blur. Haven’t tried an SD card but wouldn’t imagine this to be any different.
Cons
1) the bezels are quiet large, but this gives the illusion of a photo frame, I prefer this personally so that you can add little personal touches to the bezels.
2) sound on this isn’t great, but this is a major issue as it’s a photo frame with video being an added bonus!

Excellent Digital Photo Frame
What a great addition to my office desk! I’m really pleased with this purchase, it offers great value for money and fantastic photo quality.
The app is a great idea for transferring photos, meaning you can constantly add a few new ones to keep things fresh (9 at a time). It’s not only quick, it’s also easy to use! There is also an option to use usb but we’ve yet to try that! The frame has internal storage which is really a great addition.
The frame itself is unobtrusive and would fit well in any room. It can be wall mounted but also comes with a stand.
The frame does need to be connected to the power, but we bypassed that using a mini power bank that’s rechargeable.
Perfect for my needs and budge
Easy to set up and use, I like the auto-shutdown feature.
All in all, I give it 5 stars.
The second product from this brand I bought and wasn’t disappointed.
Excellent digital photo frame
I was a bit sceptical having had a digital photo frame about 10 years ago that was not easy to operate and the photo’s seemed a bit too digital. However I have to say I have been thoroughly impressed with the way this one works. Firstly the ease of uploading the photos can be done from an app straight from your phone. Secondly the quality is really top notch. The best way I could explain it is imagine the quality you would expect if you were looking at a high class digital advertising board. Very happy with this!

I bought this is a gift for my wife’s birthday. It is an excellent photo frame.
The picture quality is superb and it’s so easy to get photos on to it using the app and WiFi.
It has copious amounts of internal storage plus room to extend it.
It looks like a real photo frame allowing it to sit seamlessly in to most household settings.
The interface is very basic but easy to use.

Our First Digital Photo Frame
Got one of these as our first digital photo frame. It came nicely boxed, apple quality box not flimsy card with padding so feels like a quality product. Comes with all cables and screw in stand. Really easy to set up, just download the app onto your phone connect the frame to your wifi and pair the two devices and away you go. Quite simple to get the photos onto the device from your phone, ours was up and running in less than 30 minutes and 20 of those were probably spent picking photos. Plays video with sound and also has USB and SD card slots. Convenient wake up and sleep modes. The bit I really liked was that they put the basic start instructions conveniently on a sheet of cellophane on the screen which peels off so no need to spend ages looking at the user manual. Also comes with a 2 year free warranty card in the box which I didn’t expect but is useful for this type of device. Really pleased with this and will need to spend some time now curating our photo collection.

Deflected my child from always trying to look at photos on my phone. It was easy to set up. You can load photos very quickly, videos, in my case, had to be loaded individually.
