A good frame which is easy to use
The frame has a good appearance – it has a modern and minimalist aesthetic which blends in well with my living room. The picture quality is good and the space for a 32GB SD card means that there is capacity for thousands of photos – good if you don’t want to agonise over which photos to add. In terms of functionality, it is relatively straightforward to use with the touch-screen allowing for quick scrolling though photos and changing settings in terms of changing slide settings. Perhaps the only downside is the software to manage the frame from PC or smart phone – it could be more functional and allow for greater manipulation of the frame remotely.

We bought this as a birthday present for an elderly relative who has been isolating due to Covid, it was easy to set it up and great that family who are unable to visit can upload photo’s and video’s directly. It’s the sort of gift you can give for any event.
The only thing I would remind people is that to upload photo’s it has to be connected to the internet, our 95 year old doesn’t have it, but we have solved this problem by setting it up beforehand and once a month we will collect it and add/delete photos to suit. Another great thing is the timer which allows you to set it to come on and off on it’s own too.
Would highly recommend it either as a gift or for storage of your own photos.

I have just set this up as a present for my parents. I am really pleased, it was easy to set up and appears easy to use. As a gift for grandparents who aren’t good with technology it was really important that photos appear automatically when sent to the device and they do. I am really pleased with the purchase, exactly what I wanted.

I became a grandma for the first time and thought that it would be great to have a digital photo frame to record his progress. It’s really easy to set up and transfer photos, saving via WhatsApp is the easiest, just wish I could save as easy from facebook, you can send to an email address so that the alternative. I find it easy to use, you can either have photos on or video.

Fantastic to be able to see the photos in 810 screen instead of 25, surrounded by a solid looking black frame with cream ‘insert’ . Easy to set up and having it running within minutes of taking out of the box. Easy to transfer the photos via the app though would prefer to be able to upload more than 9.

Best digital photo frame I’ve see
I absolutely love my photo frame! Really easy to set up and instructions easy to follow. Picture is amazing and lots of settings to choose from. Highly recommend this. Only downsides it looks so slick and stylish from the front but the back is white plastic which looks a bit cheap, and you can only send 9 photos at a time through the app. Other than that 10/10

Lovely item once you navigate the set up
I received this as a Christmas present and it is lovely for displaying hundreds of pictures that might otherwise remain forgotten and unseen. I found it difficult to set up at first, I am of a certain age and not very tech savvy, but once I had worked it out, it was easy enough. One of the downsides is that there is no battery so it has to be plugged into a socket all the time, which is ok if you have a socket near to where you want the frame. I had to buy an extension lead and even then the lead is trailing down the wall, which does not look very nice. Another downside is that the frame is either landscape or portrait, but if its static on the shelf, some pictures will appear with heads cut off in landscape mode, and in portrait wider photos lose the people on each side. There is auto rotate but you have to physically rotate the screen. I have queried this with customer service in case I am doing something wrong, waiting to hear. The frame is very attractive and if I were clever the share functions would probably be great to use, sharing with family etc. I still need to get my head round it.
A brilliant way to share photos with loved ones!
We bought this for our parents at Christmas as we are unable to travel to see them in the pandemic. My brother, sister, and myself are each able to send images and videos directly to the frame via the app. It was a great success and our parents love seeing new photos or messages added to the slideshow & often stop and watch it during the course of their day.
Each user of the app has a separate log on which is linked to the frame via the Frame ID (& then accepted on the frame itself). Once a photo is sent it can only be removed via the frame itself, and we are unable to view the frames images via the app, just what we ourselves have sent.
The frame itself is nice to look at and easy to use. It has a stand or can be hung up in either vertical or horizontal positions. The only downside is that it does not have an internal battery so must be plugged in to work.
It was so well received by my parents that we bought a second frame for my mother-in-law who also loves it.
We are now able to send new photos of our son to both sets of grandparents in just a few clicks! It’s an easy way to make them feel remembered and part of things when we can’t be with them in person. We have also sent birthday messages and funny memes as well as short videos. We love it!
Good quality digital frame
This is a good frame, with very good quality display. The frame itself looks good and it is fairly easy to setup and use. The options with some of the features are limited, for example transitions, but to be honest are all you need. Some comments in other reviews are down to people not investigating the setup, so you can change it so the dot does not appear in the top left of the screen etc. Couple of minor issues is that the power cables tricks out a bit due to positioning of the port and inflexibility of the cable and an option to have black background when displaying portrait photos, instead of fuzzy image, would be nice. Overall very happy with our purchase.
Picture quality and colours brillia
The product description on Amazon was very informative and clear and I have found the frame to be exactly as I was expecting. The set up was easy to install and register. The picture quality, sharpness and warmth of the colours is excellent. I inserted an sd card containing holiday photos which was quickly read and played seamlessly. The touchscreen makes it easy to scroll through the play back options time the picture is displayed from 5seconds upward whether random or sequential and a choice of transitions between. I would of liked a bigger choice of transitions.
With a 16GB memory and various methods of uploading and sharing makes this photo frame in my opinion exceptional value for the price.

Got this great photo frame which is build in with modern technology.
It’s slime and very easy straight forward set up.
On set up it asks wifi connection which helps pull data directly from cloud storage. If preferred connection can be skipped and pull images from sd memory card directly.
It can be placed vertical or horizontal position, all photos auto rotated by photo frame automatically.
On side it can take also usb stick as well so can be played from usb as well, I have short usb which ideal for it as doesn’t stick out from side of the frame.
Screen is very colourful and perfect picture quality. Menu very easy to use and operate, as display touch screen it makes it even easy to use.
Picture can be also swipe to side with finger and move to next picture or swipe back and get priviose picture.
Overall great modern technology photo frame which blends well with furniture as well.

Picture quality on this is excellent in my opinion, from all angles. After downloading the app on my phone, it’s easy to send photos and even videos to it. Comes with 16gb of internal storage which is loads more than what I need to be fair. There is even an option to add more storage via an sd card which is not included. It looks nice on our mantlepiece and fits well with our decor. It’s a good quality item and we’re happy with it. Good value for money.

I am enjoying using my photo frame already. It was simple to set up, you had to download a photo app for your phone. The app was easy to use, however it did take me a few minutes to link the app and the frame. It is not that it was difficult to do, but this is the point where it would have been better if I had read the instructions more thoroughly. The frame itself has a good clear screen for looking at your photos. I want to use this for my holiday photos, but for now, I was able to link up my favourite pet photos and family pictures to try it out. The photos can be loaded on portrait or landscape, there’s a little icon on the screen to turn them if they are the wrong way. You can also use a memory card to load in photos, but I found the app was okay to use and I can send photographs straight from my phone.

I was going to return it as I couldn’t get the USB port to work. Turned out the USB stick hadn’t been formatted. Once this had been done it worked perfectly. Bought as a Christmas present and recipient loves it. The only thing is it doesn’t auto rotate. Tried rotating manually some photos stay the right way others revert back.
All in all glad I didn’t return it.

I have purchased a digital photo frame in the past anc was looking for a new one that allows you to upload via WiFi and from an iOS app and this is the product if your looking for a frame that allows this. Built in storage so no buying more cards. Picture is fantastic and automatically turns it so you can enjoy all your photos irrespective of the way that it was captured. It allows the upload of videos over WiFi too. Highly recommend this frame. Great value, great quality.

This 8″ touchscreen photo frame has a decent 1024×768 pixel resolution. The small size of the screen means that the clarity of the photo is still great. It has an internal16GB storage which is enough for a lot of photos and a few videos. This can be extended by adding a separate SD storage card. The 4:3 geometry is the natural size for viewing photos. We have our frame hanging up as as normal picture frame. It is thin enough to hand on the wall.
The photo frame has a wifi connection so that you transfer photos and videos wirelessly. Viewing videos from this digital frame is great fun. Our family all love this product.

Very clear and ever changing picture frame
I like the clear picture and the ability to have the screen turn on and off automatically. The frame was a gift from my Daughter and was very much appreciated. I haven’t got top grips with all of the frames possibilities yet, but will do so.

The only complaint I have is that the printing in the enclosed handbook was far too small – I had to use a magnifying glass in order to read it!

Good but unable to read SD cards
Some difficultly transferring photos as I wanted to load the content of my SD card onto the frame which I was unable to do. I tried numerous cards some the frame would recognise but would not show the content and others no response. In the end I used the app to transfer from my phone (can only do 9 at a time) but I really want the SD photos. My next idea will be to connect the frame to my pc and transfer that way but it’s not ideal especially as it should read directly from the SD card. Can’t comment on resolution as photos are OK from phone and not my DSL camera.
Easy to set up, good picture quality, plenty of storage
Easy to set up and download images from the PC. WiFi connectivity was not so simple. Good/simple controls for image display and good quality on screen.
One issue is that it does not allow photos to be rotated so that a photograph taken upside down cannot be corrected on screen even if you have corrected it in your PC.

Vast improvement on older digital screens
Initial setup from phone app is fairly easy. Took us about 30 mins to set up 3 phones and download 45 photos to frame. Later batches of 9 take only a couple of mins . Quality good and natural looking . Only grumble is some photos cropped , you can us touchscreen to move to better position. You can use usb , memory card ,or computer to add photos to frame

Bought this, because it was a good price compared to other wifi frames. Set up was easy out of the box. Loaded the frame up with pictures of the young man, ready for Grandma to open up on Christmas day. The app was easy to use, although it would be nice to have an iPad dedicated app rather than just the iPhone app. I’m sitting here testing it now and everything is looking good. Really impressed so far, limited experience as it was really only opened to check that it worked as it will be a Christmas gift for the grandparents. Took literally 5 minutes from opening the box to having it on the sideboard with some photos of the animals loaded via the iPhone app. We wanted this so that we could remotely send photos of the kids to their grandparents who can easily view in the frame which is much better for them than a smartphone, also saves my wife from constantly getting photos printed to update some multi aperture frames they have as they love recent photos. I am pretty certain this will be a winner this year for best Christmas present! Looked at other options some twice the price and can’t see how you would improve on this. Comes very well packaged in a nice clean white box that’s very similar to how you’d get a new Apple Mac!

Bought this frame to replace a very old one. How things have changed in the digital frame world! Once the app was downloaded it was straight forward to transfer photos from the computer to the frame, the instructions easy to follow. I have only had the frame for a couple of days, but I’m very pleased with it and I’m enjoying seeing photos which would otherwise sit gathering virtual dust!!!

A simple and smart product that looks fantastic. Like a normal picture frame (which is what I was looking for) but digital. Easy to get started and add multiple users over WIFI to the whole family can share their experiences. throw in a 2 year warranty and a free gift, don’t think it could get much better.
We purchased this as a gift for a less tech savvy elderly relative as a means to share family photographs remotely as they do not have social media. The ability to transfer photos in various different ways was very attractive – especially the “via email function” as this now allows the family to easily send photos direct to the frame from any location. Helpful when Granny lives a couple hrs drive away!! The user face is quite minimalistic and the touch screen very responsive, meaning those technophobic grandparents of ours can operate with ease.
The app is straightforward to use once set up, however only allows for a max of 9 photos to be transferred in one go, so if you are looking to transfer a large number of photos this could take a bit of time. Transfers of 1-4 photos happened in almost instantly, however when testing with 6+ photos this took a good 15mins to transfer – I only tried this on one occasion however.
Do be aware of the data cap associated with the app – your user account is only allowed 10gb of free data transfer from app to frame – anything over this limit comes at a cost by purchasing extra data via the app. This is not made clear in the product description, and could be easily overlooked in the user manual. I think most casual users would have a hard time using all 10gb, however it is worth being aware of before purchasing. It appears to only relate to app transfers, so anything transferred via email, PC, SD or USB does not count towards the data cap.
All in we are very pleased with this purchase, it is very reasonably priced, good quality and if you are looking for the prefect gift for less tech savvy relatives then is a steal.

Someone brought this for me as a gift and it is absolutely fantastic as all my children grandchildren and son in-laws etc can all send me photos from wherever they are in the world in a instant. It is very simple to set it up and once you have set it up it is absolutely fantastic the app is very straightforward and is easy for old people to . There is one problem with this product and that is that if you buy one you’ll need to buy more because it is that good.

Great for displaying photos
Extremely pleased with this purchase. I was reluctant to shell out such alot of money on a gadget as I felt it was frivolous but my husband really wanted one so took the plunge. In a day it has given us so much pleasure it is worth every penny. It’s pretty easy to set up as easy to set up and in minutes I was loading photos from my phone. Next I tried loading via a USB stick. Again easy peasy. Haven’t quite sussed out how to load from the laptop but that’s probably more me than the photoframe.
The only drawback is that if, you’re like me you will spend hours and hours pouring over your old photos reminiscing and laughing and maybe even crying. The good thing is it holds loads so there’s plenty of room

Really nice frame with a deep brown colour and lovely white border around the screen. It looks more like a photo frame than other digital photo frames available. Photos can be added over WiFi as well as with a usb and sd card. You can set a time for it to turn off on its own.
Smashing Frame - a real centre piece
I bought this product as I had so many photos on my phone and I wanted to enjoy them more so than an occasional reminder when scrolling through my camera roll. The product arrived on time, as described and was professionally packed. The set up was easy and I soon had pictures on the frame by uploading them via wifi – there is a phone app as well. It was quick and efficient. I had spent some time looking for a wifi frame and was worried this wouldn’t compare to some of the higher priced options but it absolutely does. The timer turns the pictures on and off (you can set this or not) which is great to come home to. I would buy again in a heartbeat. Ideal present for grandparents/family who have missed some special memories during Covid times.

Great quality screen but...
Great picture quality but with limited transition settings. It’s a shame that the photos can’t be accessed as separate files – if you have two sets of holiday photos on the internal memory they just play sequentially. If you connect the frame to your computer however it does show that the photos are in separate files. I am moderately ‘techy’ but I can’t link the frame wirelessly to my desktop computer no matter what I try. Both problems have been solved by purchasing a set of ten cheap USB sticks to store individual sets of photos. Not ideal but it works! On asking the support desk for help I got an answer to a completely different question.
Excellent digital photo frame.
This was given to me by my son and his family in America so that I could ‘bring them into my home’ in UK. It’s a lovely clear picture, easy to install photos and I love that my family can upload their own photos to it when they want to, via the app. It’s always a lovely surprise to see what’s on it. I’m a very happy Mum/Grandma!

Vivid clear picture
The set up process was slightly convoluted but the product works well and displays pictures very nicely. Its a good size but when displaying portrait and landscape pictures together , only a proportion of the screen can be used without losing some of the image which is a shame.
Super Simple
This digital frame was very simple to set up. I had it delivered to us so I could preload it for my mother as we could not be with her for her Bday this year. It connected to the home wifi and then via the app with complete ease, email works too. We were able to load the hard drive with a couple of hundred “starter” photos via USB and then hook my sister & my family via the app. So once mum plugs it in it will be loaded with photos (incase we had wifi issues there) and she could simply plug in and go! Yet to discover how simple connecting to her wifi and retaining the info we set up is but even if it does not retain the info I know first hand who simple it is to redo. Great gift! Delighted!!!

I’ve only had the digital frame a short while so I’m still learning how to use it. Why 4 stars and not 5? Only a couple of things: The instructions have to be followed very carefully and on a couple of points I simply had to rely on a bit of luck (although my luck did not stop me somehow setting up two email accounts!) and, as mentioned by a few other reviewers, I found that some photographs were chopped (so follow the advice and edit them before loading onto the frame) – dragging them around the screen gave some hope but when the slideshow recycled the old, chopped view appeared (i.e., the ‘setting’ was not saved). Nevertheless, the frame seems to be a worthwhile buy.

Great application and frame
I was after a digital photo album that I could digitally transfer photos without the need to update a USB or SD card every time. And this was perfect for it, with the use of the app I was able to transfer pictures straight from my phone. The only negative was only doing 9 at a time which was frustrating.
It looks amazing and the black frame fits nicely. It is quite big however great to look at.

Great screen with high resolution pictures
The frame has a good size and I am impressed by the high quality of the screen. The option of built-in memory and SD card allows for extra storage. The frame and the app are both easy to use. Only two minor points: 1) the frame and the support of the frame is all made in plastic, it could be improved as well as 2) the fact that the app allows you to send only 9 pictures at the time to the frame which is a big limitation especially when you first set the frame up and you would like to upload quite a lot of pictures. Beside these two points, I still enjoy this digital frame.

This was so simple to setup, It really couldn’t have been any easier.
The touch screen make it so simple to make the configuration changes and also to to move around the menus.
Picture quality is really good
The main thing for me was to be able to have multiple people to be able to upload pictures to it, as the idea is for my parents to have this and the family can send pictures to it…
I have tried emailing and different people using the app to upload pictures…so easy and quick, works brilliantly and easy to control who can do it via the frame.
There are only 2 downsides for me:
1) the main screen (with the time/date & weather and photos etc.. is not configurable, it would be great if you could choose what to have on the screen, as it would have been better with a larger area for photos..
2) the ability to ftp from a computer on the same network to it is not supported and does not work from a Apple Mac computer, only windows computers work! This is the reason I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars!
Brilliant looking frame
This frame looks brilliant, not just like a tablet. It’s very easy to use and the wife absolutely loves it. Beautiful memories flash by all day!

This photo frame was so easy to set up and is very user friendly. The touch screen is amazing and uploading via the couldn’t be simpler. The quality of the display is excellent and there are options to adjust the slideshow exactly to how you want it. We’re really pleased with this photo frame, the ease of it’s use and the quality. We got this product as a gift and it’s great! the picture quality is really good and can send pictures from your photo via the app or put a USB in to transfer the pictures to the frame’s internal storage.
Best Present Eve
Was given to me as a 40th BD present. Sceptical at first, but I’ve really enjoyed these last few days: just walking past and being reminded of recent and long past happy memories. We use the timer function which works well, and I am thinking of getting one for my father. How else will he see all those old pictures in photo albums?

A great product for a lifetime of memories.
I got this for my 50th birthday to display a lifetimes of memories from Childhood, Adulthood, Children & Grandchildren. It was easy to set up although was hoping to be able to send all the pictures that I’d prepared through the app to the frame, but it turned out that you can only send 9 pictures at a time! It was, however, relatively easy to revert to using a SD Card. I’m really pleased with the quality of the picture and the ability to customise the ‘slideshow’, a big improvement on my previous (10 years old) frame.
