Does what it’s supposed to, very happy and it looks lovely on my work top
Mine is over five years old now and still going strongly. It’s been excellent. Sturdy, boils fast, pours well, easy to clean and fill. Everything you’d want from a kettle.

This is a replacement for an older model and it is much improved. Just a simple tweak here and there but it is now a perfect kettle

Could not find a match from De’Longhi, so went for this one. VERY PLEASED. Not cheap, but worth it. Lid is a bit difficult to open, but hope will loosen with use.
This is my second one of these. “Which” said it was the best kettle they’d ever tested… (the original one that is). I think there are things about the old kettle that I prefer, and it kept on going for years after the filter broke. Eventually I retired it for safety reasons because the water-level windows were cracking (though they must be double skin, because they are cracking on the inside, and not the outside). The newer one is a bit more glitzy and maybe the metal is slightly thinner, and, I suspect won’t last as long – but it’s still a really great kettle!
They are not repairable.
Well made kettle my only fault, if that’s the correct quote would be I wished it held a bit more water!!!

Very pleased with my new kettle. Looks good. Not too noisy switches of quite promptly when it boils. Can’t fault it and would recommend. Comes in a variety of colours too.
I would have expected the kettle to last for quite a few years. After 13 months, it is switching itself off as soon as the power button is pressed. If we stand and repeat it 4-5 times, it engages, but who wants to do that? Disappointing.

I like Dualit products, and this range is very good. Sometimes Dualit can be a bit mechanical, and with this kettle I had to loosen a tab with a screwdriver to enable the lid to be opened when hot to refill it (after ringing the help desk). I bought it with a matching toaster. It is a solid, nice looking kettle. Limescale seems to come off the kettle with a cloth, and it is still boiling water. I would like the kettle to be a bit bigger, but first of all accidentally bought the 1 litre kettle, which is very cute but not that practicable.
Gave 5 stars to flavour but do not know how this pertains to a kettle but did not want to take away any stars, as this is a first rate kettle.

Quality well made kettle. Typical Dualit exceptional standard. It’s reasonably quiet and very quick to boil with no exposed element. Easy to use and very solid.
Lovely looking kettle, expensive but stylish. Only fault is that the lid is very stiff, I can foresee the plastic hinges breaking within a few years.

I was unsure whether to purchase another Dualit Kettle as the write-ups were not good. However, as I had had my previous Dualit Kettle since April 2004 I re-ordered. So far, so good. It boils water quickly and is quiet. I hope it carries on that way. Can’t fault it so far.

Kettle looks good, pleased with it in my kitchen. Very bright white.
Have only had it 3 days. Can’t really fault it. Other than my only negative is that there is no button/mechanism to open the lid. I was used to my previous kettle having this feature. The lid is slightly stiff but perhaps this will lessen with use. Only a minor gripe, I should have read the product features description more thoroughly.
Any recommendations on best way to clean the stainless steel would be welcome.

Lovely looking bit of kit.Old fashioned. Very little to go wrong. Recommended.
It seems there have been some subtle changes – for the better. The switch which was giving us the trouble now feels much more positive in its action. The base which was previously black, now has a smart chrome face. The lid has a smoother open/close action – although this is of course was adjustable anyway. Even the red ‘on’ light seems slightly bigger and brighter.
Kettle noise and boiling time seem much as before. Which is to say – perfectly acceptable. If it lasts at least as long as its predecessor, I shall consider it very good value.
UPDATE
Well, it didn’t last as long! The replacement would occasionally FAIL to switch off and none of the possible suggested causes seem to apply. So the replacement was itself replaced in May.
So far the replacement’s replacement has performed perfectly. Hopefully this is a quality control problem effecting a small number of these kettles that Dualit are resolving.
I absolutely adore my new dualit kettle. It’s well and substantially made, very good quality. BPA free, and retro feel. …very attractive. Boils quickly and quietly. Also can boil just 1 cup.
Reviews have said lid stiff to open..It’s because it’s substantially made, so just hold spout and pull lid open. It will last year’s. I had one which has moved to another location though still working!!
Speedy delivery however item q lot smaller than I thought only two of us so reasonable but anymore ppl would struggle with the size

There have been some negative reviews about this model. Apprehensively I still ordered it, and so far I have been very happy with the quality of the fit and finish. It boils fast, relatively quietly, and looks very smart.

My dualit kettle is fabulous! So shiny and easy to keep clean. Very well made, light to hold, easy to see how much waters in there. Lid comes of easy to fill through opening, not spout due to filter. Would definitely recommend this kettle

Excellent service. Same day delivery and pristinely boxed. White trim gives a fresh modern take. Pretty quick boil and quieter than my previous Dualit kettle. Pours very nicely as spout is small and well shaped. Great for filling hot water bottles! Ergonomically good to handle. I would have preferred a white flex and plug to match the design. Cord and plug are black hence 4 stars.
Bought to replace my old dualit kettle which I had for a number of years, couldn’t replace the filter it was too old. So obvious choice to buy the same as it’s reliable, quick to boil and looks good

Dropped my dualit overy four feet onto semi hard floor !Lucky it was empty at the time and I only dented the spout.Bizarrely it still pours perfectly drip free and over two years on this kettle still works as good as the day it was bought. How’s that for quality?If like me you are a heavy user of kettles with a long history blighted by kettle failure-Buy this one it’s great !

This kettle boils quite quickly, with some noise, and gives a good clean taste. We have a Dualite toaster and the kettle colour fits with that. Excellent handle and non drip pouring. A kettle with presence!

Yet another quality chinese product looks good well made and works well much better than cheaper chinese brands such as russell Hobbs and murphy Richards they just break expensive but made to last an example of quality chinese craftmanship

Replaced one i bought about 5 years ago. Button started getting stuck in the on position and was just old. New one fine, does furr up quite quick but we have ‘hard water’ so best to clean every 2-3 months.
